Palmistry
if the palmists be true
we hold our dear precious life
in our palm
all day, all night
yet is not capable
of altering the slightest bit
in the first instance - birth
and last instance - death
well, did god create these ten fingers
for me to count disappointments? ignorance?
see, all things holdable including ourselves
would soon turn to ashes and fly -

The Analogous
everything has
an analogy
for instance these hands
with fingers
are they not rivers and creeks
a source and
tributaries?
for instance this body
this temple
where my soul rests
this eye
this window of the house
the sun
the eye of the earth
a friend of the stars
the wonders of our longings
for instance
the silence
a dash in our talk
a space of our doubts
many more
for instance you and me

Definition of Pain
Life so precious yet so easily taken away
happiness what everyone wants yet there filled with pain
People causing pain to others for their amusement
Which causes hatred from their victims in turn it creates their murder
What has life come to hatred, anger, pain, death instead of happiness, joy, love, life
how can I live with life
for if i'm happy others will give me pain
if i'm in pain others will fill me with hatred
which will have me taking their so precious lives
So how can I feel happiness once again
when in order to do so I have to create all those things I despise
So doesn't a victim create their own murder in turn creates the death of the murder
if all of this is true isn't life a cycle of happiness to pain then unto death.

About The Cause And The Effect
Some are not really causes
But just symptoms
And we misdiagnose
A sickness
For a symptom
Of the real sickness
The cause
And the effect
Are often interchanged
For instance
Is poverty the cause
Of crime
Or is poverty
Only the symptom
Of it?
For instance
Is ignorance
The cause of poverty
Or is it simply
An effect of poverty?
Or is poverty
Nothing but an effect
Of ignorance?
Or is poverty
Just an effect
Of an oppression
Of the rich
Taking much
From the poor
Who gets poorer
Everyday
Because there
Are no reforms
Coming
To solve
His poverty
His ignorance
His having to commit a crime
To survive
His poverty
His ignorance
His being a crime
Of
Society itself
who never cared
And wanted him
Who never
Instituted the much
Promised reforms?
And so you doubt
The cause and effect
The effect from cause
And if you did not mind so
Well
They may always be
Interchanged
And mistaken
For the symptoms
The conditions
That always
Are
there deceiving.

In All Situations (part Two)
just like in any other work
of art, painting for instance
there will fakes and there
will be real
there will be those that
pose for the genuine
but actually prized for
nothing,
but at what expense,
for instance let us take
a look at yours?
it will take me time
to read it
i have none. i do not have
the patience anymore
of looking at what's real or
fake, at what's quality,
art or garbage
we are here
not for anything, for what?
just plain nonsense
make time pass
and stare at the glass
letting the sands pour
between our boring
fingers.
smile, there is nothing
worth seriously taking.

Then I Wake Up
i smell the fragrance
of your hair
feel your fingers and your breath
on my skin
when we're here alone like this
a crazy world makes perfect sense
i hear you whisperin' my name
your kisses leave the sweetest taste
on my lips
when you say 'i love you too'
soft and tender like you do
i know all m dreams have come true
(chorus)
then i wake up
on the floor beside our bed
where i sleep
ever since the night
you left me alone
in this old house
days go by
but im still in love
with who we used to be
now you're just a precious memory
i can count on every night to hold me tight
then i wake up
i lay here while the truth sinks in
im still alone you're still not here
and we're still through
i remember our last night
every word right up to goodbye
slowly i drift off again
im saing words i wish id said
that night, to you
and you dont drive off in your car
and i dont have a broken heart
and you cant wait to be in my arms
(repeat chorus)
im still in love
with who we used to be
now you're just
a precious memory
i can count on every night

then i wake up
on the floor

True Friends!
True friends are like a stars
They shine upon on my sky
I look upon every while
To count them and admire
Oh true friends are so dear
And that's why i always fear
If one of them falls apart
I cry for them day and night
My True friends are all that i have
So how can i bear losing them
And if one of them walks away
My soul chase their foot steps night and day
May can find them to ask them why
True friends are like shining diamonds
That i hide them on my heart
I join them on my hands every while
To count them cause I fear
If one of them slips among off
my fingers then i'll die
Oh true friend are my breath
They give me hope to breath
I hide them in my heart oh how i fear
If one of them falls apart
I look for them day and night
And my heart cries bloody tears
If i can't find them oh how i fear
Because they are so dear
Oh True Friends stay near:

You
You disappoint me
Time after time
Instance after instance
I walk behind
Rather than alongside you
The way I once did
I have been wondering why
You talk around the issues
That constantly surround us
You look beyond the answers
That escape you
When you allow them to go
Unrecognized and ignored
I don't understand why
You move through my life
As if I never wait
For your arrival
As though I don't miss you
When you leave me
Standing here without you
I wish that you would tell me why
You treat me as though
I am made of stone
Like I don't cry
When I'm alone
Like I never need
To be put first
You deprive me of water
As though I can't die of thirst
I need your love to be absolute

My cousins actions
Hurting other people what are the reasons for it?
Since seasons change, shouldn’t we in that instance,
Minimize the hurt, print on t-shirts, how we can change…
Shouldn’t we give it a chance instead of giving into pretence?
It’s not a life sentence, for us to change who we are into what we can be in an instance…
Become the inverse of who we are.
And before the universe begins a new era,
It should find us human, Everyman with a Woman…

2: 25 P.M. Roxas
there are things that do not jibe
round peg to a square hole for instance
birds that dive and fly in the belly of the sea
or fish that swim in the molten lava of the earth
us, for instance, is another thing
we have ceased to be human tired of the power of words in our lips
we should have kissed as often as we signify a love that does not change
but, we are some of these things that do not jibe at last
our dances have become awkward
people are watching and they just couldn't say it honestly that we have to stop
us, scarecrows
not scared but powerless over the vultures that feed on our flesh
over those birds that steal the grains of our youth
over time that is too cruel
us, feeding upon us,
about to puke.

Death and Birth
Death leads to birth rather than birth, to death.
Birth is close to death and not vice versa.
Every birth is at the result of a death.
Death to birth, not birth to death, is the path.
The death of clay is the birth of a pot;
The death of the pot is the birth of clay.
Ice melts to water and water forms ice.
In each conversion, occur death and birth.
The death of a night is the birth of a day;
The death of a day is the birth of a night.
New Year means the death of the old year too.
In each transition, takes place death and birth.
The death of a seed is the birth of a plant;
The death of gametes is the birth of an embryo.
Salts die to form cells; cells die to form salts.
In each growth, form death and birth of matter.
The so called death and birth is nothing but
Deaths and births of forms made of matter.
The matter itself does not die to be born
But is converted to different forms.
Elements disappear to form plants.
Plants as food add to the animals’ flesh.
Plants and animals on death liberate
As elements, serving through worms and germs.
When a child is born, there’s no birth of life.
The embryo transforms into a child.
When a man dies, there is no death of life.
The body disintegrates to salts.
Matter, energy and life have no death
They have got one birth since when they’ve been.
They interact and come different stages
In which the pattern is death and birth.

Hold On
Written by: myles goodwyn
Why do I speak if no one hears
Who can I turn to if youre not there
And why do I carry on the way that I do
Why do I question myself like this over you
cos trouble and sorrow - its all I can feel
Theres so much confusion it seems so unreal
Hold on - to our own selves be true
Hold on hold on
Hold on - lets see this love through
Hold on hold on
Why do we have to act so foolishly
Hurting one another - you and me
All we have to do is try more now and then
And whos to say that we cant make things right again
Heartaches and sorrow its bringin us down
Theres so much to give lets turn this love around
Hold on - to our own selves be true
Hold on hold on
Hold on - lets see this love through
Hold on hold on
Hold on just hold on to me
Hold on hold on
Hold on you know our love will be
Hold on
I dont wanna hear that loving you is wrong
I only know these words will have to make us strong
Its the things we say but more the things we do
And what I wanna say is baby I love you
Heartaches and sorrow its bringin us down
Theres so much to give lets turn this love around
Hold on - to our own selves be true
Hold on hold on
Hold on - lets see this love through
Hold on hold on
Hold on just hold on to me
Hold on hold on
Hold on you know our love will be
Hold on hold on
Hold on

Amen
Our meeting was no accident
A God sent plan to complement man.
How, oh how can I ever repay (YOU)
For this great thing YOU'VE done
what is it about me that make YOU
So concerned about my well-being?
That YOU can create just for me...
YOUR woman...
And share her with man...
Why, am I that lost and lonely?
WE (YOU and me) would talk for hours
I never knew I was lost or lonely.
Never knew
Had no clue...
At times when I sit and talk with woman
She puts me in the mind of YOU
Her kindness...
Her greatness...
Her warmth to my skin.
You know she lays her hands on me
Sometime and like YOU, I get this whole body warmth...
Like a flash of heat running all over me...
Sometimes she will walk into a room...
And...
Just for an instance it is like... HEAVEN?
YOU have said that YOU would never leave me?
Is woman that promise?
If so, I would like to apologize
For not seeing and recognizing...
YOUR place in my life,
YOUR respect is long over due.
YOUR woman, I know now
Is a precious, precious gift from YOU to me?
So YOU are always with me...

Restless Heart
(coverdale/vandenberg)
Restless heart, restless mind,
Im tired of wasting,
My precious time.
There are times in my life,
I dont know witch way to turn,
When everything I touch
I get my fingers burned...
Dreams to ashes, ashes to dust,
When all that glitters
Is dull with rust...
Restless heart, restless mind,
Im tired of wasting,
My precious time...
Im torn and tattered,
Shattered and worn,
Ive had enough
Trying to live my life
In the eye of the storm...
Every heartache
Leaves a scar on my face,
Somebody reach out
Or throw me a line,
Get me out of this place...
Restless heart, restless mind,
Im tired of wasting, wasting,
My precious time...
Oh, so tired.
Restless heart, restless mind,
Im tired of wasting,
My precious time...
Restless heart, restless mind,
Im tired of wasting, wasting,
All of my precious time...
Restless heart, restless mind,
So Im tired of wasting, wasting,
All of my precious time, time, time
Restless heart...

In The Palm Of Your Hand
In the palm of your hand
you hold my heart.
Cradle it gently, my love
so it will never fall apart.
In the palm of your hand
you hold my love.
Carress it tenderly forever
and always place it above
everything that you touch.
Hold my hand
in the palm of your hand
so that I may always feel
that the sifting grains of sand
in the hourglass of time
will never be able to steal
these precious moments away.
Let them be able to stay
always in the palm of your hand.
