Today; Tomorrow
Today
It’s been five years since I have heard your voice.
Today
It’s been five years since I have heard your laugh.
Today
It’s been five years since I have seen your smile.
Today
Is the saddest day for me.
Today
I still remember like it was yesterday.
Today
I feel numb just like how I felt five years ago.
Today
I can still remember how I ran and didn’t want to stop.
Today
I still feel the emptiness of knowing I won’t ever see you again.
Today
I try and smile for you knowing that you are watching over me.
Today
I let my tears roll down slowly down my cheeks.
Today
I remember how you were so happy to be home.
Today
I still know that you didn’t have to suffer no more.
Today
I still try hard not to blame myself why you left my world.
Today
I sit here and remember the memories I have of you.
But tomorrow
I will still smile for you.

Today (Earth Song)
Please oh please
where blue ain't green
so flowers can bloom and birds can sing
today
Hang out with your friends
cool breezing sun
and I'ma join y'all so we can all have fun
today
and blow me a kiss
and dry my clothes
while I run through the sheets like I'm 5 years old
today
You got the natural wood grain with the big ol' 'fro
your fresh 15's got me ridin' low
today
smile today
smile today
smile today
smile
today
See you got this new man
who treats you wrong
but I'ma do you good before your youth's been gone
today
and if you feelin' kinda grey
I understand
emotions sway but I'm still your friend
today
You got bugs in your house
that you let run free
but if they don't bug you then they don't bug me
today
See, I respect you and you respect me back
so I'ma make sure I put my trash in the sack
today
smile today
smile today..
(feel good today)
In origin brown you look so young
so let's spend the night 'n tell purple to come
today
and I'ma sing you a song so play that track
with the creekers in the back that so abstract
today
and as I take a deep breath
I close my eyes
I say a little prayer for the sun to rise
today
(tomorrow)
and I see in the morning all bright and fresh
and I'll be the girl in the yellow dress
new day, new day
smile today
smile today
...

Reason To smile
How can one smile such sweet smiles,
When one is so saddened by sorrows for miles,
How can I smile the same smiles,
When life brings me nothing but tears,
I wondered for so long,
What reason you had to smile that long,
To keep smiling though troubles come,
And still remain sweet and silently overcome,
It's such a mystery to me,
Your smiles from heaven with glee,
I adore and yet envy thee,
But I'd rather you smile those at me,
I feel happy when I see you smile,
Even if I'm sad and lonely,
Your smiles bring me somewhere,
I don't even know where,
But it was you,
You gave me the reason to smile,
To smile with no reason,
To smile for a smile,
I guess life is just like that,
We need not a reason to smile,
For a smile is the reason itself,
To rejoice and open-heartedly give thanks,
I learned to smile because of you,
Because your smiles bring me joy when blue,
It proves how well and powerful,
A simple sweet smile can become so beautiful,
Smile for the sake of a smile,
Smile for the sake of happiness,
Smile for the sake of life,
Smile because of hope left in life,
Smile my friends,
Smile for me my Love,
Smile those same sweet smiles,
Smile so the world can be a peaceful dove...

Smile to move
Today...
Smile to finish
To day...
Smile to live and
Love today...
Smile to replay
Each of days...

Today My Friend Died
Today my friend died,
I still cant believe my eyes.
It seems like my world has ended.
Today my friend died,
the cute face and sweet smile,
keeps flashing in front of my eyes.
Today my friend died,
my first and last best friend.
She was waiting for this day,
as she had only sorrows and troubles with her.
Today my friend died,
the friend who cared about me,
the friend who solved my problem,
the friend who always fought with life.
Today my friend died,
and I think,
I am filled with problems with no solution,
a human with no confidence,
today I am here with no hope,
I am here today without happiness.
Today my friend died,
she has stepped into my life,
as a spirit of mine.
I cannot express how important she is to me.
Today my friend died,
I recall my memories with her,
and cry....

Bear a Sweet Smile
Have a wonderful style
Whenever you go for awhile
Have a sweet smile
On your lovely face
Take it as an advice
From your friend ‘Sahil'
Living a happy life
A task uphill
We have to climb
Your sweet smile
Can turn a foe into friend
Enmity will end
Friendship will start
Be wise and smart
Keep rolling the ball of love
Like a lovely dove
With a sweet smile
You can greet all
And greet with smile without fall
Young and old
People of the world
With this very smile
In a short while
You can change a man's life
Nullify strife
Cover journey of mile
With your sweet smile

Your Smile Everyday
I saw you today, I again saw your smile
Something that remains with me for a while
Your smile comes to me like a morning bliss,
which gives me the joy i dont want to miss
Your smile is so bright,
It lights up my night(sadness)
Your smile is like a flowing river,
which always gives me cosy shivers
A smile that carries a special warmth,
that dries up my tears & ushers charms
Your smile speaks many silent words,
So sweet my ears never heard
O my friend I just wanna say,
Just give me a smile everyday.

Find Your Smile
'Smile and the world smiles with you, ' so the saying goes,
where it came from, where it was born, no-one really knows.
But truth will out, where theres a smile because it is contagious,
be it just a little grin, or a smile completely outragious.
A smile come not just from the lips, for it does not then begile,
it comes from within your eyes, for it is there, you find a smile.
From the eyes of a small child, or from a face up in years,
a real smile stretches, yes, from both of your ears.
Some days though, to smile is very hard, if you have worries or trepidation,
it could be health, work of even costly inflation.
But for today, let those thoughts and worries drift far, far away,
help the world shine with your smile, and make it last all day.

Smile On Me
As bright as the desert sun come the rays
Of your smile, and as weak as the winter flowers
I wither in it-yet again I wake up the next day yearning for it
Smile on me……………………………
Some times I stumble into the world like an ageing soldier
Spent by the many years of war and when I meet your glance
The joy of it sends me to my knees with a trance, tiring as it’s to me
Smile on me……………………………………………..
As I go about my daily work, all I need to take a break is your smile
My be today I don’t deserve the days pay but that’s the price for encountering
Your text book smile, I come back home my pockets empty but my heart full
Of immeasurable pleasures with my empty stomach
Smile no me……………………………………………………….
To other people, getting a grin from me is good enough; all I hear is my smile is as
Hard to get as it’s to squeeze juice from raw oranges but in your hot smile I die in it
Direct to eternity smiling like a soaring eagle-yet again all I ask is……….
Smile on me……………………………………………………………….
Today as I rest on this bed I know am confronted with the reality, that one
Of these days there will be a moment when you will smile to me for one last time
And we will depart to the unknown world-but if it came to that all I will ask is
Smile on me………smile on me……..smile on me…………smile on me!

Maybe Today
Maybe today
Maybe tomorrow
Maybe someday
Things shall be any different
Than they are today
Maybe today the moon shall smile
Maybe today the world will dance
To the music and rhythm of yesterday’s drums
Maybe today our visions will rise to its Zenith
Maybe today we shall walk on the wire of our purest imaginations
Maybe today is all we have to become the architects of our fate
Maybe today is the perfect time to make peace
Maybe today is the best day chosen to forgive and let go
Maybe today is the time to be better people than we were yesterday
Maybe today is the best day to say ”AM SORRY”
Maybe today is the day to climb the highest mountain of purpose.
Who knows what tomorrow has in store?

Sweet Potato Pie
Oh lord I feel fine today
Im walking on cloud nine today
Im over that line today
Happiness is finally mine today
I guess Im just a lucky guy
And Im prepared to tell you why
Its strictly on account of my
Sweet potato pie
Im the fellow that she loves the most
The main reason why she left the coast
Shes my little girlziña
That much hotter that a jalapeo
Tender like a night in june
Sweeter than a honeymoon
Brighter than a silver spoon
Just as crazy as a loon
Softer than a lullabye
Deeper than the midnight sky
Soulful as a babys cry
My sweet potato pie
I used to see her around the neighborhood
I wonder how she grew up so good
She belonged to freddy and he was bad
And I never was ready to make him mad
Im glad I had to wait awhile
A little bit too juvenile
I needed to refine my style
A silk suit and a crocodile smile
So let the whole damn world go by
cause I just want to testify
From now on its me and my
Sweet potato pie

A Reason to Smile Today
I saw a reason to smile today
when I saw a butterfly flutter its wings around my way.
I saw a reason to smile today,
when I heard the children laughing and playing
under the warm sun of May.
I saw a reason to smile today,
when I looked up and saw no clouds of gray.
But most of all,
I saw a reason to smile today,
when I saw you pass by, which completed my day.

Today and Tonight
Today you have long day.
Tonight you have long night.
Today you have something to do.
Tonight you have done something.
Today you don't know why.
Tonight you knew why.
Today you face the shine.
Tonight you face the dark.
Today you holding on.
Tonight you missing.
Today you drive along the way.
Tonight you drive yourself crazy.
Today you should love.
Tonight you shouldn't love.
Today you thought you see nothing.
Tonight you thought you'd seen everything.
Today you are somebody.
Tonight you are shadow.
Today you are lazy lover.
Tonight you are dream lover.
Today you are in real world.
Tonight you are in secret world.
Today you wish.
Tonight you would.
Today you want someone you like.
Tonight you want your love.
Today you have the sun.
Tonight you have the stars.
Today let it flow like no tomorrow.
Tonight let it be sweet memories.
Your Smile...
Your smile…
Your smile…
No one can ever make me smile unless its your smile…
I cant seem to control my smile when ever I see your smile…
The thoughts of your smile makes me smile…
A smile soo beautiful… soo nice…
Just a simple smile of yours makes my day…
Its funny how such a smile can mean soo much…
When I’m down all it takes is your smile to make me whole…
Your smile makes my emotion screams in every way…
Your smile…
Your smile…
Your smile is the sunset in my world…
When your not smiling the world turns dark…
But when you smile my world brightens up…

Just Smile
Smile to the world
So, they can't see your pain
Smile to the world
To hide your tears
Smile to the world
Camouflage your turmoiled heart
Smile to the world
No questions asked
Smile to the world
Hide your scars
Smile to the world with affection
Just smile to brighten someone's world.

Affirmations(2002-2004)
Today, I will get up before my alarm
Today, I won't close my eyes until dusk
Today, I will not get a speeding ticket
Today, I will count this day as a first
Today, I will enjoy the life that has been left to me
Today, I won't frown over the may-have-beens
Today, I won't cry over the should-have-beens
Today, I won't wonder about the could-have-beens
Today, I'll smile.......Today, I'll Laugh.... Today, I'll relax
Today, I won't feel alone because I don't see you
Today, I'll find something new that wasn't true of you
Today, I won't be afraid to look upon a new face
Today, I'll step up and take my place
Today, I won't think about what I've lost
Today, I'll look forward instead of behind
Today, I'll find some piece of mind
Today, I'll hope.... Today, I'll pray... Today, I'll believe
Today, I'll dream as if I always did
Today, I'll wish on a star the way I used to
Today, I'll reach for the heavens and sigh
Today, My heart will start to heal
Today, the biggest miracle is ME.
Today, Yesterday's problems ceased to be
Today, the rain has stopped and the sun has returned
Today, the breath of kindness is found in words
Today, I wonder.... Today, I am a child.
