Loving Hope
I hope for a world
without discrimination
with love and peace
and with the happiness
of love....
I hope for a wonderful love
for all, but the most special
for me.
With the laughs and smiles
meshing together like a
river and ocean
going and going.
I hope for the right person
to come along
and bring that smile
to my face
'To love and to hold
until death do us part'
to talk to
to be not only my special one
but also to be my best friend
we could play and laugh like the
little kids we used to be
in the blue crystal water
big beautiful trees
wearing the white flowy
clothing
To embrace and hope for the best.

Somebody Special
(rod stewart, steve harley / chen, savigar, cregan, grainger)
How can you say lifes getting you down
Get yourself out go along with the crowd
Youre all dressed up got nowhere to go
You feel left out cause nobody showed
Listen babe
When you think youre the only one
Who cant find love in this world
Tell yourself theres another one
Whos waiting for you, somewhere
Somebody special is thinking of you
Somebody special is dreaming of you
Somebody special is longing for you
Somebody special, special
Magazine dreams are easy stuff
But heaven knows they aint good enough
Picture yourself from reel to reel
And get your hands on that driving wheel
And you know what
When its hard to satisfy
A simple simple fantasy
Somebody somewhere is on your side
Waiting for you, crying
Somebody special, is looking for you
Somebody special, is searching for you
Somebody special, is waiting for you
Somebody special, somebody special
Maybe your hearts tormenting you
Why should it have any reason to
Wipe off that negativity
Put on some positivity
And when you think youre the only one
Who cant find love in this world
Tell yourself theres another one
Whos waiting for you, somewhere
Somebody special, is dreaming of you
Somebody special, is looking for you
Somebody special, is waiting for you
Somebody special, somebody special

In My Uniqueness
i am so special
i am so special
i am a winner
not a loser
a conqueror, born to conquer
from zero, to a hero
from nothing, to something
nobody, to somebody
from grass, to grace
came out of darkness
to show my ways
my God created me special
i am so special
heavenly king, i will reign
power over sorrow
and from pain
good in name
and of fame
good in spirit
and in mind
one of it kind
you will never, ever find
i am so special
so so special

Man Is Especially Special!
Man is something special,
Man has something special!
Man thinks special,
And finds something special,
His smile and laugh are special
And this made him more social.
Man's heart is special,
And always feels special!
Man feels pain and happiness,
Not only of him, but also of others
Man acts and does something special!
So he learnt to fly high, live simple,
Think high
and dive deep
Man is potential,
as he is learner,
Man is potential and can be good teacher!
Man is inventor,
Man is discoverer!
Man is developer,
And man is engineer!
Man is special, as he is a dreamer,
Man is special because,
He can correct himself!
Man became more a man
As he more and more became human,
Man is special, as he is social and cultural,
Man is an artist,
as he able to express
Man is special, as he can understand,
Man can Play, plays and games,
Man is special, as man can be sportive!
Man is special, as man can discuss
Man can be channel
For flow of knowledge.
Man is special, always curious to learn,
Man is special in imaginations!
Man is special, he looked far into space,
Man is special, he looks deep into his own!
Man is special, he sets a special eye in space,
Man is special, he can open his third eye to look into own,
Man is special, he can see flaws in himself,
Man is special, as he can see with a clear vission!
Man is special, and he thinks he is specially created by God,
And idea of God seems his own imaginations!
Man is so special, his imaginations and works become true,
He guessed his creator,
And with special care he became special creation on his own,
Because he is a special,
Specially created by the creator, with a special care,
Man is special and said 'Truth is a faithless land, yet all paths lead to the truth here, where Truth manifested efficiently, and blossomed with all beauty and fragrance, in Man's heart only!
The truth of all is same the consciousness, the awareness and its purpose made man Special among all creations!
Man is man
Man can be human
And man can realise he is divine
Man is so special, man can be God,
Man can be demon,
Man can be one with his ancestor, man can be the potentially divine!
So man is esspecially,
So special,
Man is extraordinarily special divine social and naturally the proud son of nature!

Groovy Movies
Sometimes I think Im gonna better myself,
Searching for acceptance in this big, wide world.
Sometimes I think I wont make it,
Playing in a rock n roll band.
Sometimes I wanna be a picture director,
And try to make the world understand.
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies.
All the movie makers of the world would be,
Falling over backwards to have dinner with me.
Ill go down to [? ]
Anytime I feel like a game[? ].
Or take a long vacation to san tropez,
And think of all the money I made.
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies.
I dont want to be a producer,
I dont want to be a big star.
I just want to be a picture director,
And smoke a big havana cigar.
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies,
By making groovy movies.

Lindsay’s Graduation
We were so proud of Lindsay
On her graduation day
She turned a fresh new corner
So much she had to say
For she had passed a milestone
What special memories
So beautiful and so talented
With wonderful qualities
Whatever she chose to do
We knew she’d do it well
Her family looked happily on
Full of pride, we could tell
Of course there are always
Bumps rising in the trail
But with Lindsay’s determination
How could she possibly fail?
It’s so wonderful to watch
Young people at their peak
So willing and so ready
For it’s knowledge that they seek
So we look at Lindsay’s pictures
We knew that she’d go far
Whatever direction she took
She’d be our special star!

Something Special
You may not know it
I dont always show it
But youre so important to me
So much that weve shared
Youve always been there
I hope you always will be
Chorus:
cause you are something special, ooh-wee
Yes, you are something special to me
When Im around you
The love that surrounds you
Brings comfort and warmth to my heart
A god-given treasure
You give me such pleasure
You are a true work of art
Chorus:
Yes, you are something special, yes indeed
Yes, you are something special to me
Bridge:
Youre the wind neath my wings
Like the song that they sing
But theres so many things that you are
An angel in my life
You are the sunlight
And you hung the moon and the stars
Yes, youre special
Turnaround
Chorus:
Yes, you are something special, ooh-wee
Yes, you are something special, yes indeed
Yes, you are something special to me
Mm-mm
Fade:
You are something special
Mm-mm, youre something special
You are something special

Special
I been trying for so long
To get you where I stand
Feel like I been climbing all my life
Everybody told me
I'd never ever get this far
I know I can make it if I try
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
(come to you, you too, to you, do to, be do, you)
Special things come to you
There's no sense in trying to fight it
When I want something so bad
No, it's not as easy as it seems
Simple things are the hardest
Of the things we do for love
And I won't give up cause I'm not just what it means
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you
(come to you, doo doo doo, to you, doo doo doo)
Special things (doo, doo ahh, you doo)
Do do doo, on you, do do doo, to you
Do doo, ahh, do do doo, too
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
The special things you dream about
And the special things you're all about
Special things that somehow come to you
There's the special things that come your way
?I'll be praying? no matter what they say
Special things that somehow come to you
And it's the simple things to just believe
And the special things that you want to see
Special things somehow come to you

Forever Young
(r. stewart/j.cregan/k.savigar)
May the good lord be with you
Down every road you roam
And may sunshine and happiness
Surround you when youre far from home
And may you grow to be proud
Dignified and true
And do unto others
As youd have done to you
Be courageous and be brave
And in my heart youll always stay
Forever young, forever young
Forever young, forever young
May good fortune be with you
May your guiding light be strong
Build a stairway to heaven
With a prince or a vagabond
And may you never love in vain
And in my heart you will remain
Forever young, forever young
Forever young, forever young
Forever young
Forever young
And when you finally fly away
Ill be hoping that I served you well
For all the wisdom of a lifetime
No one can ever tell
But whatever road you choose
Im right behind you, win or lose
Forever young, forever young
Forever young ,forever young
Forever young, forever young
For, forever young, forever young

Special Girl
Written by e. schwartz and d. tyson, 1984
Found on perspective and highway.
Into each life a little sunlight wants to shine
Let me tell you, a fortune like that once was mine
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
When I found her Id been looking everywhere
When I lost her I was lost beyond despair
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
Dreams are hard to take (dreams are hard to take)
Could it be I loved her too much
Oo, a special girl
Oo, a special girl
She was a special girl
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything
Bottom line is, she was fine in every way
And its not with hesitation that I say
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
And I gave her everything
Dreams they come and go (dreams they come and go)
But thoughts of her are like a floor show
Oo, a special girl
Oo, a special girl
She was a special girl
She was a special girl
She meant the world to me
I gave her everything

Overture -- Cotton Avenue
A red sun came rolling down a grey sky
And the frogs and dogs and night birds then
Started up singing sweet country lullaby
You see that patch of city lights-
Somewhere in there's Cotton Avenue-
That's where I'm going to take myself tonight
With a spit shine on my dancing shoes
If you got a place like that to go
You just have to go there
If you got no place special
Well then, you just go no place special
I guess it's just the summer in the young blood
Ripe and juicy in the young blood
Teasing to go down to ...
Cotton Avenue
To hear the shiny shiny music
See all the shiny people dancing to it
Anytime you go to ...
Cotton Avenue
If you got a place like that to go
You know you got to go there
If you got no place special
Well then, you just go no place special
You see that summer storm brewing in the southern sky
By the time it hits here I'll be dancing high and dry
To rhythm and blues
On Cotton Avenue
Poor boys'll be hanging around outside in the street
They got all the latest words
They're dancing to the latest beat
While they're hustling and sizing you
On Cotton Avenue
If you got a place like that to go
You just have to go there
If you've got no place special
Well my dear
You just so no place ... special

Everybody Is Special
Every child is special,
Everybody is special,
Every man is special,
Every woman is special,
Special in the name of nature to live on the earth;
But, try to respect everybody! !
No matter the colour;
For, we didn't create ourselves.

We As Women
How can one feel better with gender discrimination?
When all sorts of abuses, including on body, are thrust upon
This assumes grater degree when it is racially oriented
Not a word about atrocity is said or ever lamented
How I feel as woman is matter of no relevance?
One can clearly understand and draw the inference
How many countries are still under mental occupation?
Color is their main enemy and source of indignation
May be lot many words are said in our praise?
What ever may be elevation of status and still has transformation phase!
We are still target for causing torture, abuse and humiliation
End doesn’t seem to be in sight and poses big question
You take any where the position of woman and analyze
It won’t be happy occasion to take pride and summarize
Nature has given them role and has to seek safety
At any level they may need shelter as per capacity
We have special role to play and adjust
In today’s environment it is required and must
Females have been assigned with special responsibilities
They are in fact adored with respect and assured sureties
World has yet to grant them equal status
Even though they are coming up fast in radius
Yet more has to be done to improve their living
Many countries have to take steps to relieve the sufferings

Dazed
Stuck in a sublminal world,
Everyday a repeat of the last.
The summers heat is clouding jugdment,
Wondering about the unknown and unexplored.
Want to experiment,
Not sure with what yet.
Drugs? Sex? Love? Suicide?
Who knows?
Need the answers that no one knowa, or want to give.
Need the special cure,
For that special someone.
But no none know the materials needed.
Lets just hope they come before it's too late.

Happy Anniversary (Our Special Day)
Of all the things we celebrate,
There is one very special date,
That special day when vows were said,
Our special day when we were wed.
Of you my love, I was so fond,
To want to start a lasting bond,
It was a sunny Saturday in May,
That day we call our special day.
I still recall your walk up the aisle,
As you gave to me a secret smile,
I could not help but feel so proud,
The luckiest man in the crowd.
As I stood and held your hand,
I really began to understand,
For when we two were joined as one,
A whole new life had just begun.
And when they said to kiss the bride,
I felt so very proud deep inside,
Knowing that we'd be sharing a life,
You and me as man and wife.
And looking back upon it all,
It's the good times I recall,
And if you asked me to do it again,
You'd just have to tell me when.
So now that it's our anniversary day,
There's just some words I'd like to say,
Everyday my love grows more and more,
Even more today than the day before.
And since I am so very blessed,
To be with the girl who is the best,
Once again I'd like to say,
Happy Anniversary Day.

Lessons Of Love
(s. garrett/g. ballard)
See the children play
Listen to the things they say
One-on-one to one another
Theyre just having fun
Finding out it can be done
They dont seperate by cover
Ooh, young hearts
Facing to feel it so naturally
And the flower grows from the seed and
Chorus:
Practice makes perfect and we tryin enough
And were bound to be learning
The lessons of love
Coz were never too old and never too young
To be teaching each other the lessons of love
Got some work to do
Theres so much we can improve
Piece by piece we come together, yeah
In the neighborhood
I know we can make it good
But weve got to make it better
Oh woh oh, inside each of us has a romelody
But weve got to find our harmony
Practice makes perfect and we tryin rnough
And weve got to remember
The lessons of love
Coz were never too old and never too young
To be teaching each other the lessons of love
Bridge:
Imagine how this world could be
If all of us would live in peace
Nothing good comes easily
Together starts with you and me
Yeah, oh yeah, aha
Lessons of love
Practice makes perfect and we tryin enough
And were bound to be learning
The lessons of love
Coz were never too old and never too young
To be teaching each other
Practice makes perfect and we tryin enough
And weve got to remember
The lessons of love
Coz were never too old and never too young
To be teaching each other the lessons of love
Practice makes perfect, try it enough
(oh, never too young, aha)
And weve got to be learning
The lessons of love (lessons of love)
And were never too old and never too young
(to learn the lessons of love)
To be teaching each other
The lessons of love
Oh, never too old, to learn the lessons of love
Oh yeah, lessons of love
