I hold an image of the ashtray girl
As the cigarette burns on my chest

Even though he's gone I remember him the same
I sit here now and I read this a loud and think of him
I remember his smile his voice calling my name
I think of him because I know my love for him will never dim
My father is gone but my love for him remains
I know he looks down on me from above and yet I'm still sad
He shall never truly be gone but I miss him still the same

A Dying Brain

Commanding stars to glitter;

A wall that blocks the know,
