Standing on his foot, I first stepped
Holding on his thumb, I passed each cleft
I’m his piece, that my name reveals
Whatever I have, he has given me.
He’s who first saw me,
He’s under who I grew,
He’s my life’s pillar,
He’s without who life’s incomplete,
He’s who pays for my laughters,
He’s who escapes me from cruel slaughteres,
He’s my mom’s colourful world,
He’s who I can never give anything,
Except “thankyou(s) ” and “sorry(s) ”
And my truly true love,
He’s who bears all my drama,
He’s who I call “my papa”.
For everything I do
From writing to buckling my shoe
I’m dependent on you.
For everything I need
Necessity or my greed
Its you to who I plead.
You’re on who I totally rely,
Can’t tolerate your waving me bye.
But how easily you gave my hand
to someone who I barely understand.
But you too were tied,
From the world and its rules
That we blindly follow
merely thinking, like fools.
As clock’s hand rotated,
I realized,
He was as important
as feathers for flight.
He cut me in halves,
But gave his identity.
I left my world
To walk with my loyality.
Now things have changed
And I’ve grown,
Still I am
Never on my own.
This feeling is so unknown
I always keep it unshown.
I try so hard, but can’t hide
He reads me in single sight.
We’re so opposite,
But so essential for other.
Oh! How had I be living
If he wasn’t there…….
Am I handicap?
You better decide.
But without these two
I could have never survived.
One gave life,
The other its meaning.
Had always been my shielding.
Holding one’s finger,
I understood the world.
Gripping other’s hand,
I learned to face to it.
Call me a handicap
They’re my crutches,
My weakness,
And my greatest strength.
You both are so obligate,
Without any I’m partial.

in that busy city where you are what they call
a necessity

Nothing Greater Than Love

There is nothing greater than love
Not the earth, the moon, the stars above
GOD decided to make the heavens and the earth
To be there when to man he would give birth.
All that he made - he knew was good
But he had to give something to man
That would be understood.
He gave it time for man to adjust to all that he had given
But needed something for them- to make life worth living
That is when he gave us his son
Greater than that - there could be none.
But with that greatness there was still something
That he had to give man "so he created love".
His son was the first to fully understand
What love was about
and held his father in his heart
Of that there is no doubt.
All trials and errors that he had been put thru
Could not shake the love that he had for his fellow man
Which is something that we've learned to understand.
From his GODLY father to his earthly parents
Who loved him more than life
Had made many a sacrifice.
JOSEPH took MARY his virgin wife
Because of an angel who showed him the light.
It may have been hard for him to accept that fact
But the love for GOD took care of that.
This was the beginning of infinite love
Created by GOD above
And showed through his only son
Who would affect everyone.
In his eyes there were no bad people
Just misled people, and with each of his steps
He turned it around - and in the streets
His followers could be found.
Because of this we learned that other things
Go hand in hand with love
We learned compassion, forgiveness, hope, and faith
And to truly love "this is what it takes".
Now I ask you this "look at the life you live"
Is there love in your heart?
I may not have it all, but I'll pick up
Everything that falls
And spread the love that GOD has given
And make my life "truly worth living".

This Isn't Me
This isn't me (4/15/12)
I've been fighting about who I am all my life
Hiding behind a face that wasn't nice.
Showing people what they wanted to see
But! The truth is - that isn't me!
I'm a person who has feelings deep inside
Which I no longer want to hide.
You give me your love - and I'll give you mine
And we'll be together till the ends of time.
Let's not hide who we are
We are much bigger by far.
You came into my life when I was down and out
And turned my life inside out.
You showed me that in this world you must be yourself
And with that we may need help
That is when you walked into my life
And opened my eyes to all there is to see
You had came and rescued me.
Let us walk this road hand in hand
Cause now I really understand.
Masks should be used only on occasions
That are required, not one that is desired.
You use A mask when you are in a Broadway play
Or on a special day, such as Halloween
Where that mask must be seen.

Why Do Women Cry
I had gotten this from a friend, and the author is unknown
But it is so beautiful I decided to post it for others to read.
There was no title so I added my own title.
Why do women cry
Why are you crying? A young boy asked his mom.
Because I am a woman, she told him.
I don’t understand, he said.
His mom just hugged him and said:
And you never will, but that’s okay.
Later the little boy asked his father,
Why does mom seem to cry for no reason?
All women cry for no reason.
Was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man,
Still wondering why women cry.
Finally, he went on his knees and asked god:
GOD*** why do women cry so easily?
And god answered…
When I made women, I decided she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to carry
The weight of the world,
Yet her arms gentle enough to give comfort!
I gave her the inner strength to endure childbirth
And the rejection that many times will come
even from her own children!
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going
And take care of her family and friends,
Even when everyone else gives up, through
Sickness and fatigue, without complaint!
I gave her sensitivity to love her children
Under any and all circumstances, even when
her child has hurt her badly!
She has the very special power to make a Childs
Boo-boo feel better and to quell a teenagers
Anxieties and fears.
I gave her the strength to care for her husband,
Despite faults, and I fashioned her from his rib
To protect her heart!
I gave her the wisdom to know that a good husband
Never hurts his wife but sometimes tests
her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly!
Son, for all of this hard work…
I also gave her a tear to shed.
It is hers to use whenever needed and
Is her only weakness!
When you see her cry,
Tell her how much you love her
And all she does for everyone.
And even though she may still cry,
You will have made her heart feel good.

My God Almighty
GOD made the universe, the world, and all
Of life as we know it to be
Then he created humanity.
He gave us the five senses for us to use
Some were born without, and some just plain abused.
He gave us a brain for us to be able to think
Then he gave us the two most important things
To make our lives complete
He gave us a heart and soul to use with this brain
And if we don’t use it- then it’s a crying shame.
I was born and raised a catholic
And I would ask the nuns: “where did GOD come from”
And they would always say: GOD IS, GOD ALWAYS WAS
GOD ALWAYS WILL BE -that was the answer given to me.
You need not see to believe- the blind were cured
The deaf could hear, the scared lost all their fears.
All these things were done through belief
It was something that the church did teach.
“I would walk into the mouth of death
And my life I would not regret.”
Put your faith in GOD and you will see
All of life s possibilities.
Such things as “paradolia” which most of us see.
When we see faces and images in the clouds
And we don’t know how.
Religious images being found in the skies
On some trees, and in the ground.
When your belief in CHRIST becomes so great
That you do not hesitate.
And your life has changed so drastically
That there is nothing else you see.

dont make poverty an excuse

while some are handicap, blind and dumb
its better to work hard and strive
and make education bone of your life
for studying makes you dignified

Death and you and I
I saw her standing over me just before I died,
Death-she gave out such a bright lovely white light
She was beautiful! I understood why all life followed her,
Where had I been not to have met her earlier?
She smiled at me as if saying, “Say your goodbyes”,
My voice had withered but my tears they spoke for me,
Tried to speak they stopped me, I couldn’t if I tried,
I glanced at the faces I loved for the last time.
'I do not believe in love at first sight'-
Words you utter, wait until you see her face,
