Hannibal's Lecture a cautionary tale

She was pretty clean and neat
from her head to her bare feet.
The kind of girl to whom I cater.
She looked good enough to eat.
so I did I cooked and ate her.

Now she has become part of me.
Although perhaps you won’t agree
I did the only thing I could
I made a maiden fricassee
I have to say she tasted good.

My given name is Hannibal
an unasham’ed cannibal.
I see no reason to waste meat
I am convinced that after all
Fresh human flesh is good to eat.

I was locked up but I broke free
as I think rather cleverly.
I prowl the streets in search of prey.
There is no prison can hold me.
Maybe you’ll meet me one fine day.

I do look rather ordinary
There’s nothing visible to see
to mark me out from other men
I tell you confidentially
That I intend to feast again.

Perhaps I have selected you
to be one of the chosen few
To satisfy my appetite,
to braise or roast or make a stew.
To dine upon tomorrow night

But do not worry you won’t know.
I’ll kill you with a single blow
I don’t believe in cruelty
I’ll kill you quick but cook you slow.
Enjoy you Gastronomically

Although recognise my name
I am quite certain when I claim
That should we meet one day by chance,
as part and parcel of life’s game
I would not rate a second glance.

This is the key to my success
I do not dress up to impress.
So should I ask you out to dine
there is no chance that you might guess
That the pleasure will be all mine

I’m Hannibal the Cannibal
a predatory animal
I find the taste of humans sweet
To you its reprehensible
to me you are a source of meat.

I dare to break this strict taboo
which makes me different from you
I see no reason for the ban
Although you may deny it’s true
but man has always preyed on man.

Now who am I to change the rules?
although they are not taught in schools.
I believe that they should be
If only to protect the fools.
From roving predators like me.

Tonight could be the last you see!

The night is not my enemy. When darkness falls it sets me free.
Thanks to my night adapted eyes.I take my victims by surprise.
Young healthy girls preferably, each one is chosen carefully
It is their choice to walk alone before I claim for my own
I drain their blood efficiently ‘til I have fed sufficiently
Although I know there’s sure to be a hue and cry to search for me
By the time that they are found I will have safely gone to ground
To where my coffin waits for me. I sleep peacefully
Until the sun sets in the west then I resume my nightly quest.
I stalk the city stealthily and find fresh victims easily.
Although the old legends persist they don’t believe vampires exist.
Until the night they catch my eye. Then they believe before they die.
I have to kill to satisfy the burning thirst I can’t deny
I do not slay for cruelty.I need their blood to sustain me
I am as I was meant to be. The predator you do not see
until the night you meet your fate. You may not have too long to wait
It could be you I choose tonight to satisfy my appetite.
If you are wise you’ll stay indoor, safe from night prowling predators.
I don’t suppose you’ll pay much heed. Humans are a stubborn breed

Good Clean Fun

Well I am on the prowl, baby
Looking for someone to satisfy my needs.
Some way, somehow,
Im gonna find someone to spend some time with me.
I aint looking, out forever, for some woman to treat a good man right.
You look so good, you got me thinking.
You might satisfy my soul tonight.
Theres no harm done, I know youre the one
You dont got to worry, no hurry.
The nights still young,
Im just looking for some good clean fun.
I am looking for one woman,
Aint always tryin to put me down.
I dont want nobody,
Whos always givin me that same old run around.
I aint leapin. Im just leanin,
Looking for that good kind thing.
I can tell by the way youre acting,
You know exactly what I mean.
Theres no harm done, I know youre the one.
You dont got to worry, no hurry
The nights still young,
Im just looking for some good clean fun.
I better slow down, I dont wanna move too soon,
Im so confused, I dont know what to do.
Please dont think I am movin in for the kill,
But if you dont want to love me somebody else will.
I better slow down, I dont wanna move to soon,
Im so confused, I dont know what to do.
Please dont think I am moving out for the kill,
If you dont want to love me somebody else will.
Theres no harm done, I know youre the one.
You dont got to worry, no hurry
The night is still young,
Im just looking for some good clean fun.
Some good clean fun...ohh, baby.
Just looking for some good clean fun...........

On A Good Night

(paul nelson/don cook/larry boone)
On a good night I could hop in my truck
Round up my friends and with any kind of luck
We could end up howling at a harvest moon
On a good night I could put on my hat
Head down to the honky tonk and dance
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
Brown hair blue eyes once in a life time countrified kind of girl
Heart-breaking chance-taking wild little love making
Shaking up my world
Hey on a good night I can picture the day
All my dreams come true
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
On a good night I can drive to the lake
Turn on the radio and find george strait
Then go play a little game of eight ball pool
On a good night I might be found
Draggin with the boys cross town
But on a real good night I meet a women like you
Brown hair blue eyes once in a life time countrified kind of girl
Heart-breaking chance-taking wild little love making
Shaking up my world
Hey on a good night I can picture the day
All my dreams come true
But on a real good night I meet a women like you

Chicken And Vegetables

it was time to sit down to pleasure eat
the vegetables looked so juicy so good
cut beautifully presented all appealed
to the eye this part of meal all must eat

but oil juice soiled had a taste could not eat
two pieces of chicken drumsticks next appealed
fresh looked crisp brown cooked to perfection
upon first every bite oh how supreme tasty sweet

what was the hand that soiled the vegetable oil?
what was the hand that blessed the tender meat?
when clapping these hands never never meet
taste offering as heart’s condition bitter or sweet

A change is called for.

A change is called for.

We always tend to over cater
And eat the leftovers later
Until we’re sick to death of them
This year a different stratagem
We shall dine out on Christmas day
It will be worth the price we pay
No washing up which must be done.
We can relax and just have fun
Probably drink a glass or two
Of our very favourite brew
My lady likes bubbles in her wine
But I prefer the taste of mine
Good old fashioned bitter beer.
In this we differ always I fear
It matters not for we have got.
A sufficient supply of both
To meet our needs and nothing loathe.
We’ll drink a toast to absent friends
To friendships which will never end
To friends who we may never meet
We could walk past them on the street
We will still drink to their good health
and wish them health and happiness
We will succumb eventually
And fall asleep on the settee.

Mutton

Gently stir and blow the fire,
Lay the mutton down to roast,
Dress it quickly, I desire,
In the dripping put a toast,
That I hunger may remove --
Mutton is the meat I love.
On the dresser see it lie;
Oh, the charming white and red;
Finer meat ne'er met the eye,
On the sweetest grass it fed:
Let the jack go swiftly round,
Let me have it nice and brown'd.
On the table spread the cloth,
Let the knives be sharp and clean,
Pickles get and salad both,
Let them each be fresh and green.
With small beer, good ale and wine,
Oh ye gods! how I shall dine.

Voluntary Genocide?

The shrill wind whistles through at will.
The remnants of venetian blinds.
The rooms inside are tainted still
with viruses of different kinds

All tailor made which were designed
To only kill selectively
The product of a mad mans mind.
A plan which backfired tragically.

He was convinced he had the right
to alter mankind’s destiny
That everyone who was not white
should be destroyed efficiently.

His master plan was to erase
all non white populations.
And thus provide more living space
for go ahead Caucasians.

Now he is dead with all the rest
of mankind both black and white
Perhaps it worked out for the best.
There are no humans left to fight.

The whole world is free from wars
The only killing is for meat
and that by natures predators.
Who have no choice they have to eat.

The human race which killed for sport
Has had its day and left the stage
It failed to satisfy the court.
Maturity would come with age.

There can only be one absolute truth.

I thought I wrote but only dreamt a poem showing my contempt
For those who claim to know the truth. I realised when but a youth.
They claim divine authority but had no proof to offer me
I can’t believe that any creed can provide the proof I need.
Amongst themselves they can’t agree so they argue perpetually
Nor do they practice what they preach I think the truth’s beyond their reach
I can accept the faith you hold. I would not dare to be so bold
To think I dare to criticise what you believe. I’ve found it wise.
To tolerate whatever creed which seems to satisfy a need?
That can bring great comfort to those followers to whom it’s true
I seek for truth I cannot find; but would it bring me peace of mind
Or would I feel compelled to share the truth with all men every where
I do not think I could achieve a change in what folks now believe.
I will continue with my quest, I am convinced it’s for the best.
The knowledge gained from all I’ve read is safely stored inside my head
For me to ponder quietly. Beliefs peculiar to me
Although I know they may not be true. I think for now they’ll have to do
Until I find fresh evidence which seems to me make good sense
I believe only bodies die. The soul goes on triumphantly
Transmuted to a higher plane before being reborn again
What I believe may not be true what you believe is up to you
We will find out eventually that is a solid certainty.

No Reason To Change

(troy seals/mentor williams)
I know a man we call him poor boy jones
Hes never been a 100 miles from home
Hes got a pretty good farm
And a level head
A heart of gold
No satelite dish for his tv set
And he aint on lie with the internet
He says guitar music entertains us here
And it sounds real good to the untrained ear
And I cant find a rason to echange
More of this and more of that
Has never been my game
The way Ive got it figured out
I aint missed a thing
And I cant find a reason to change
Some people like to fly around first class
But a greyhound bus goes pretty dang fast
Been a while lot of times when time were lean
A big night out was a dairy queen
He says all my children believe in god
They can hold their own
They can hold a job
Theres a whole lot of color in the human race
And loving one another makes a better place
And I cant find a rason to echange
More of this and more of that
Has never been my game
The way Ive got it figured out
I aint missed a thing
And I cant find a reason to change
No, I cant find a reason to change

Crows for Konstantin

Crows.

The noise of conflict dies away.
Those left alive will now depart.
Only the dead allowed to stay,
they have no further part to play.

The warring sides in full retreat
The crows tonight dine on fresh meat.
Though neither side claims victory.
The crows will feast quite happily.

Since man first slew another man.
It seems to be Dame Natures plan.
The crows will feast on the remains
The scavengers alone will gain.

While warring sides must count the cost
of fighting men that they have lost.
Perhaps one day we’ll realise
In war there are no victories.

Bar for the crows who do not fight
but satisfy their appetite.
On those who do who in their view
Choose to fight. they don’t need to.

Although in death they feed the crows.
I don’t suppose the crows oppose.
The idea that men come to blows.
Nor do they care I must suppose.

The only winners are the crows
who feast until they’re comatose.
On what is left of those who chose
to risk their lives exchanging blows.

The Colour Of Our Skin

Why are we obsessed with a persons colour,
When life without it would be so much duller,
We only get one chance in this life,
Yet another's shade can cause so much strife.

We'll buy black and white paint without thinking twice,
Decorate Yellow and Red and say it looks nice,
Yet when it comes to the colour of a persons face,
For some unknown reason we think of their race.

Why do we create this terrible mess?
We are all human beings, no more no less,
Regardless of colour it's perfectly true,
One colour can do anything the other can do.

Let's try and put this into perspective,
All other life forms are just not as selective,
Colour to them is mainly for disguise,
It is also an attraction which pleases their eyes.

If we looked at these others then maybe we'd learn,
That colours an asset not a matter for concern,
Here are some examples which will show there's a link,
If nothing else they should make you think.

If ten people died from different cultures,
Then from above appeared some vultures,
Would they look down and say, which colour will we eat?
Of course they wouldn't to them we're just meat.

As the lions stalked humans out in the bush,
They thought which one will we kill if it comes to a push,
There's red and yellow and black and white,
We're not really sure which one is right.

The leader of the pride said, go catch your game
Forget their colour they all taste the same
We don't really care about colour or creed
If we don't kill we die we must have our feed.

Their attitude to life is more clever than us,
Simple ideals they make less of a fuss,
Their aim in this life is just to survive,
If we weren't here all lifeforms would thrive.

Humankind's made in Gods image is what they say,
So why do some humans feel this way,
What colour is God if that's really true,
If truth be told we do not have a clue.

Racism is a purely a human trait,
So what's going to happen when we reach Heavens gate,
Will God harbour racist thoughts in his head,
Then say no black or white just yellow and red.

That's the dilemma facing us here,
There are some we accept while others we fear,
If we could accept who we are comes from within,
There would be no need to worry about,

Summers Day stroll

She wore a simple summer dress
Her arms and legs were brown and bare
What stole my heart I must confess,
the red/gold beauty of her hair.
Which rippled like a waterfall
caressed by every passing breeze.
Formed round her head an aureole
a sight that could not fail to please.
A poet with an artist’s eye
for that is what I claim to be
I did but see her passing by
but I remember vividly.
She looked so young and innocent
I looked my fill and was content

I do not think that she saw me
but if she did she would have seen.
An old man strolling aimlessly
An old grey haired worn out has been.
She looked at me unseeingly.
Much too engrossed or so it seemed
to spare a single glance for me.
I formed no part of what she dreamed.
She was still young and so naïve.
She thinks that youthful dreams come true.
But I am old and don’t believe
I know they very seldom do.
So I continued on my way
and left her wrapt in reverie
This pretty girl had made my day.
Albeit quite unknowingly.
Although I’m old I still recall
when dreaming mattered most of all.

It Is Survival Of The Fittest

On the flesh of smaller forms of wildlife the eagle she does fill her craw
A predator of Nature's wild kingdom and Nature lives by her own law
And the predators of Nature's wild kingdom they have to kill to stay alive
It is called the survival of the fittest where only the fittest survive.

The fear of creatures of the jungle when they listen to the big cats roar
But in Nature big cats are not seen as killers they hunt for survival nothing more
They have to hunt when they are hungry of meat they need their daily fill
It is one of the Laws of Nature that the predator to eat must kill.

Nature never grieves for her dead creatures to grieve it is not Nature's way
She is above sorrow and pity when on her bosom her dead creatures lay
Us humans too are part of Nature we live for awhile and we die
The creatures of Nature's wild kingdom they are not less mortal than I.

It is called survival of the fittest it happens in Nature night and day
Those that are born to be meat eaters on other creatures have to prey
And birth and death to Mother Nature are part of life and of the same
And for the deaths of her wildborn her predators she never blame.

To Kill

I want to come out
I wanna tell the world who I am
starting with you
how I felt all these years
trapped in a dark box
trying to hide who I am
who I was born to be
a killer
I feel the powerful need
the need
to kill
I feel the darkness put it’s blindfold
over my hungry eyes to confuse myself
from what’s right and wrong

I’m staving to kill
to see the fear in your helpless eyes
to hear you plead beg and
your screams of pain while I begin to cut you open
feel the power of having control over your life
to kill

ooo... the satisfaction of taking a life
I might even get off as you slowly die
of corse that would have to be after
I ate some of your own flesh as you watch
I think honey barbeque sauce what about you
do you like honey barbeque? ? ?
I’m getting horney just thinking about killing someone
the only thing that would make it better is making someone else rape you
as I watch
I think that guy tied up in the corner will do just fine
don’t you? ? ?
O look he’s waking up
just in time

I then notice that the ropes that are now imbedded in your wrists and ankles are coved in blood
It’s dripping onto the bed
I quickly grab my glass and your sweet blood
fills the glass fast
I remove the gag and try to let you drink it but
you just continue to choke on it
and since you shouldn’t waste a good thing
I decide to drink it

I’ll get off and cut you some more
now I have two victims
o well it’s just more meet to add to my barbeque
that I will start to prepare while your still alive
the ribs will be so tender
that it will melt in my mouth
to kill

ahh... yes... scream this dose hurt
o don’t worry it’s sanitized I make sure I take good care
of all my victims
yes I think this chunk of your leg will be
just fine for the taste test
don’t you
would you like a piece when it’s done
no? ? ?
Ya I wouldn’t want eat me either
I think you’ll taste much better then I would

no longer will I be sick of not killing
I will never hold myself back from not killing
to kill
KILL KILL KILL

the taste of victory
I’m guessing you’ll taste just like chicken
to slowly take a life
for them to live
no more
to kill
mmmm.... I think that your almost done
are you sure you don’t want a piece
and they say that I’m sane

P.S.
This is just a joke NOT FOR REAL! DONT TAKE IT TO HEART! ! !

Part Of My Life

Can you be a part of my life?
Can you be a part of my life?
Oh its easy to find some one to play with
And almost anyone will do to fill your idle time
But that very special someone,
You can share all your dreams with is so hard to find
And it use to be like me to settle for the physical
But these days it aint too easy to make up my mind
Cause apparently you body just to temporally to take up my precious time
See Ive got to know that
That I can be free with you and
Youve got to show that
That youre worthy of my time
Can you stimulate my mind?
And I know that it looks good,
But can you be a part of my life
And Im sure that it feels good
But can you be a part of my life
And it probably even taste good
But can you be a part of my life
Ive got to know
I still appreciate the beauty of a man
But theres more to what I need now than what meets the eye
And if beautys only skin deep,
Then your pretty skin wont send me to my highest high
Oh its been along time come for maturity
And I believe that its truly what it has to be
Cause as much as I admire you
My sexual desire, aint controlling me
See Ive got to know that
That I can be free with you and
Youve got to show that
That youre worthy of my time
Can you stimulate my mind?
And I know that it looks good,
But can you be a part of my life
And Im sure that it feels good
But can you be a part of my life

Can you be a part of my life?
I got to know that

I got to know that
Can you be a part of my life?
I got to know that
Can you be a part of my life?

I ate meat
After nearly two whole years
A whole plate of Christmas turkey meat
Brown and white
Free Range

Next day my body just rebelled
Felt like a post-war zone
A wounded combatant
Consuming itself
Flesh eating fowl eating flesh
An animal
A cannibal

This must be
How all carnivores feel

Those Who Are Cruel To Animals

'Tis something I learned early in my life when I was in Primary School
That those who are cruel to animals to humans can be cruel
For cruelty does not have borders as a weapon of power
And the one who is brave with a gun without it easily cower.

Those who are cruel to animals on causing others pain enjoy
And if you can kick a dog or cat I cannot see a reason why
That you will not kick another human being if to cruelty you're inclined
I do not agree with the saying that one has to be cruel to be kind.

If you kick a dog up the backside for that he will remember you
And the next time you pass by his gate on your leg he might chew
An animal will not like you if you he has grown to fear
And he will feel stressed and unhappy when to him you are near.

Those who are cruel to animals can be cruel to humans too
For cruelty does not know borders only happens to be true
The animal you are kind to will always be your friend
And 'tis true that love and kindness always wins out at the end

Lewis Carroll

Brother And Sister

"SISTER, sister, go to bed!
Go and rest your weary head."
Thus the prudent brother said.

"Do you want a battered hide,
Or scratches to your face applied?"
Thus his sister calm replied.

"Sister, do not raise my wrath.
I'd make you into mutton broth
As easily as kill a moth"

The sister raised her beaming eye
And looked on him indignantly
And sternly answered, "Only try!"

Off to the cook he quickly ran.
"Dear Cook, please lend a frying-pan
To me as quickly as you can."

And wherefore should I lend it you?"
"The reason, Cook, is plain to view.
I wish to make an Irish stew."

"What meat is in that stew to go?"
"My sister'll be the contents!"
"Oh"
"You'll lend the pan to me, Cook?"
"No!"

Moral: Never stew your sister.

Different Dreams

Do not judge me by your standards
Because they don’t apply to me
Your punishments and your rewards
Are of no consequence to me.

The principles which I live by.
Apply to me and me alone
I see no reason I should try
to change my ways; act differently

I do not seek the spotlights glare.
Fame is of no interest to me
I really do not think I’d care
to be some flash celebrity/

I am quite happy with my life
I do not need the extra stress,
the trials troubles and the strife
Which are the trappings of success.

Continue to pursue your dream
as you have every right to do
But things aren’t always what they seem
You’ll learn through time my words are true.

I find I am content to be
a simple ordinary man.
I jog along quite happily
and live the best way that I can.

I don’t judge you, so don’t judge me.
You have your life and I have mine
Can we agree to disagree
and part as friends amicably.
