Good Question
Of what does happiness consist?
Merely a feeling of content
is it enough to just exist?
Is it just a sometime thing?
Which we experience now and then
that stirs our hearts so they must sing.
If we don’t know the opposite
how can we know that we are glad?
I think it only apposite.
We meditate and celebrate
all the emotions we can feel.
So we with confidence can state.
Today I am not sad but glad
to be who and where I am.
All in all life’s not too bad.
Sadness balances happiness
as sure as day must follow night.
This truth I feel I must express.

Happiness And Sadness
Happiness what is it, is it love,
or is it just another sound, another word,
happiness is just another thing,
happiness is just another thing to believe in,
Happiness is only for those who deserve,
those who do not won't get the happiness,
those who are happy I pity them,
they know nothing, nothing about this world,
Happiness is evil, we may not see this,
but its true, happiness is evil in so many ways,
happiness is a disguise for the true world,

Does Happiness depend upon comfort? ’
The answer is definitely a big, ‘No! ’
Happiness lies in not comforts alone!
Happiness is not a static quality of the
human mind, body and soul.
All can’t remain happy all the time.

Mood Swing
Why can i change the way I feel?
Why if I change my emotions, does this scar not heal
Nor this love pass away
It persists and it will not die
I feel as if this world is fey

So everyone, knows... except me

Happiness Is Not Comforts

Happiness lies in not comforts alone!
Happiness is not a static quality of the human mind, body and soul.
All can’t remain happy all the time.

When I feel and know it,

Is it baby’s first word, - a promotion at work, or just to be - little ole
Me?
Some of us are in search of a world of perceptual bliss
However, here on Earth this world just simply does not exist
Along with the good times, we must learn to live with the bad
Living to make a wrong, right, a feeling of happiness we

To turn a hopeless frown, into a new awaking smile,
Is when you discover a solution, which needs to be nourished
