Guru Dhyanam
My shut eyes visualize northward
A villa of a banyan tree
Its solemn tresses southward
Bearing a sage beneath in a spree.
His eyes half-shut shimmering
Like a crescent; glow spreading
His mercy, His grace, His might.
His haloed face i wonder at.
Flows down the zing of His grace
Fiercefully into His body to blaze
His radiance on to a yellow bright.
My mind settles at His mien and might
.His right fist grips a gesture,
Chinmudra-the curved thumb and forefinger
For aeons preaching the oneness
Of finite and infinite in space.
His resting left foot forming a semi lap,
Stately chinmudra further scoring up
Revealed is His majestic cognised-self.
To His silent preaching i submit myself.
Unto His demon pressing right foot
I stoop to pardon; so ignorant
Of the codex in His left hand;
The cosmic laws all in one bound.
Lord of the south, Dakshinamoorthy
Guru to Brahma's sons, most worthy
The beacon-light He is
Entrusted, enlightened one's life is.
To His holy providence I prostrate.
His rudraksha-mala in my heart
Countlessly numbers its akshas
Uttering salutations Guru, salutations.
In obeisance along with oblations
There is my still unfound intelligence
Clouded densely with ignorance
In the core of my offerings.
Just a dropp of Guru's effulgence
As I prostrate on me falls
I'm then cleared out of my nescience.
My shut eyes open to realise.
Creation and involution symbolised
Drum and fire depicted
Upper hands presage generation and regeneration
Lower hands preach self realisation
Opened up is my conscience
To merge with His omniscience.
To that esteemed Guru of venerable cognition
Prostrations, humble prostrations.

You are Guru for me
Father of spiritual guide, no doubt
wizard skill of curing ailment
Source of knowledge, justice and valour
Indeed a divinely preceptor
Mother earth extends hands to you father
Shake well, kind enough to bless her

All This Is That
I am that, thou art that, and all this is that
I am that, thou art that, all this is that
I am that, thou art that, all this is that
This is that
Oooo
Daybreak and I take a glide
Into the pool of peace inside
(two waves travel by)
To waves and I both travel by
(and that makes all the difference to me)
Life supporting waves of bliss
Mother divines precious kiss
Brings with love the light of wisdom
And the gift of eternal freedom
To waves and I both travel by
(... and the nature of man...)
And that makes all the difference to me
(krishna...)
All this is that
I am that, thou art that, all this is that
I am that, thou art that, all this is that
This is that
This is that
Dusk time the shadows fall
Into the timeless time of all
To waves and I both travel by
Golden auras glow around you
Omnipresent love surrounds you
Wisdom warming as the sun
You and I are truly one
To waves and I both travel by
And that makes all the difference to me

Across The Universe
Across the universe
Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup,
They slither while they pass, they slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow, waves of joy are drifting through my opened mind,
Possessing and caressing me.
Jai guru de va om
Nothings gonna change my world,
Nothings gonna change my world.
Nothings gonna change my world
Nothings gonna change my world.
Images of broken light which dance before me like a million eyes,
That call me on and on across the universe,
Thoughts meander like a restless wind inside a letter box they
Tumble blindly as they make their way
Across the universe
Jai guru de va om
Nothings gonna change my world,
Nothings gonna change my world.
Nothings gonna change my world.
Nothings gonna change my world.
Sounds of laughter shades of earth are ringing
Through my open ears inciting and inviting me
Limitless undying love which shines around me like a
Million suns, it calls me on and on
Across the universe
Jai guru de va om
Nothings gonna change my world,
Nothings gonna change my world.
Nothings gonna change my world.
Nothings gonna change my world.
Jai guru de va, jai guru de va

Let Go Of Attachment
A guru said to his student
'Look at me, look at how I hug the tree.
Letting go of attachment the guru put his hands down
guru's hands pointed at the ground.
That's how easy it is to let go-
just let go and the universe will flow.
You will find things come to you-
some people might manipulate that's true
trying to make you react and be blue—
but that is their game they playin their mind
you can release them in no time.
Release them happily in your intent
it's that simple naturally when good endings are sent.

Guru, Where Is Guru?
I am neither a Guru,
Nor I can be that,
The guru is within,
Sure to guide all! I am a teacher,
teaching material science for living,
Not like to watch a show,
not even to make a show,
Pen Only feelings of conscience that overflow!
No matter, I tell,
Not even nickel I need,
If want to beg,
I will beg with Him,
Washing with tears,
the steps of
temple of my heart!
Namaste To all,
The Guru is within,
Guru is around us, Namaste To all
Because He is in all!
Sadguru is One,
mere his Touch
or sight,
Can stop Fight in
Mind,
So does Even the Grass,
his feet touched,
is full with self knowledge!
such is power of Sadguru, Hence entire world is full of
knowledge
As almighty God and loving nature are Sadgurus!

Aurobindo 77 Savitri Book 4
An appreciation on Savitri-
Book Four: The Book of Birth and Quest
Canto Three: The Call to the Quest
Words within inverted commas are Aurobindo's
'A single lamp lit in perfection's house,
A bright pure image in a priestless shrine,
Midst those encircling lives her spirit dwelt,
Apart in herself until her hour of fate.'
'Away from the terrestrial murmur turned
Where transient calls and answers mix their flood,
King Aswapati listened through the ray
To other sounds than meet the sense-formed ear.'
'A word that leaped from some far sky of thought,
Admitted by the cowled receiving scribe
Traversed the echoing passages of his brain
And left its stamp on the recording cells.'
'O Force-compelled, ...Line 35 to
...... too few in mortal forms.' Line108
What a preaching! to uplift one
From mortal mind to immortal conscience! ...
What a preaching! to change one
From this 'changeless littleness'to the Vast
With countless salutations I bow to Thee Guru!
'The Voice withdrew into its hidden skies.
But like a shining answer from the gods
Approached through sun-bright spaces Savitri.'
'There came the gift of a revealing hour: '
'He saw through depths that reinterpret all, '
'Marvelling at life and earth they saw truths far.'
'A deathless meaning filled her mortal limbs; '
'Transparent grown the ephemeral living dress
Bared the expressive deity to his view.'
'Annulled were the transient values of the mind,
The body's sense renounced its earthly look; '.....
............My consciousness this moment,
O'Guru, I'm in awe....in invincible heights
Ineffable Thee embellishing poetic creation
My inquisitive apprehension, erring Thee may opine
May thereso, let Savitri in my self arise
Aroused thereso be knowledge and fortune

Guru's Amrit
1. May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
To make me drink the Amrit of knowledge:
My Sat Guru, take me out of
Darkness into light !
2. To begin with, mayst Thee make me
Contemplate on my Sat Guru !
Moment after moment, would I
Pine to kneel before Thee !
Day and night, not for a moment
Would I suffer separation from Thee
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge !
3. My Guru, solve the problems of my life
Now that I am born !
Humble me not among saints;
Subdue the thieves of
My emotive senses by
Strengthening the power of my will !
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge !
3. Subduing my emotions, break the lustful elephant
Of my pugnacious conceit
Guide me, only on one
............ of the eleven paths !
Keep me not off from
The word, SUHUM
(I m Thee).
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge
5. Make me wash myself clean
In the Sheshrum Nag lake;
Look not at my sinful life !
Ferry me too across, as Thou did
Mohini Sada Guru.
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge !
6. Moment by moment, let me
Meditate on Thee
Make me think of and do, only that
Which's right to think and do !
O, Kamadeva, Shyam Sundara
Let me not come and go
Come and go (Shuttle between life and death)
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge !
7. O, Bishambara, grace me with Thy presence
Stay awhile.
isten to my tale:
Revive my old memories !
May Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge !
8. Grace me with Thy presence in graceful garlands
And, show me Thy haloed aura, luster light !
My day has passed by, mayst Thee not
Make me wait any longer !
Mayst Thee open Thy august mouth of wisdom
And make me drink the Amrit of Thy knowledge.

One eternal sound frame, the Truth is its Name* - Revised
He is the One,
The Truth is his Name,
He is the only creator,
Him no fear ever claimed.
He has no enemy,
Uncaptured by time frame,
He is self existent,
By true Guru’s Grace claim.
He was the primal truth
Unfolding through the ages,
Uncontested truth at present,
His truth will future blaze.
*Refrain of Sri Guru Granth Sahib
I accept rendering blemishes, might be many, with due apologies.

Aurobindo-1
A plea in compliance...
Along the vesselled stretch of the vast darkness
That the heart of my null cerebration uplifting
Something is persistently being stirred
In the incessant inconscient ignorance..
Perhaps a little conscience left bewared
Of nothingness my life traversing through
Longing hence to surrender unto Thee
O' spirit of the spirituals, my Guru
Preach, by the spirit of this unending creation
The spirit of the creator who...?
To rest my soul in bliss of that Light

Falling Into Grace
What ever never knew
That I could feel so good
Smile in your eyes
What ever never knew
That I could walk through wood
I guess I never tried
A million years old
But just a little girl
Vibin' off the gong
Rubbin' on the bowls
Make you float around
Make your lovin' strong
And when we get
In the same place
At the same time
It is your grace
That I want to
Fall right into now
To love avow
I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
I'm falling into grace with you
I'm falling into guru muhk
She moves in a rapture
That her capsule might
Land on your star
Meditating in the morning
Head dressed in white
Beauty bazaar
You can smell the purple light
Comin' from her heart
Get lost and wet
I treat you like a teacher
'Cause that's what you are
I wanna be your pet
And when we get
In the same place
At the same time
It is your grace
That I want to
Fall right into now
To love avow

Aurobindo 53 Savitri Book 2
An appreciation on Savitri-
Book Two: The Book of the Traveller of the Worlds
Canto Eleven: The Kingdoms and Godheads of the Greater Mind
Words within inverted commas are Aurobindo's
'To all that Spirit conceives they give a mould;
Persuading Nature into visible moods
They lend a finite shape to infinite things.'
'The All-containing was contained in form,
Oneness was carved into units measurable,
The limitless built into a cosmic sum: '
Here I have a doubt or say a plea Guru
The shaped up finite, isn't it for the social oneness too
'Above stood ranked a subtle archangel race
With larger lids and looks that searched the unseen.'
'Arranging symbol and significance'
'They framed the cabbala of the cosmic Law, '
'The psycho-analysis of cosmic Self
Was traced, its secrets hunted down, and read
The unknown pathology of the Unique.'
A helping technique perhaps of the cosmos...
'Out of the chaos of the Invisible's moods
Derived the calculus of Destiny.
In its bright pride of universal lore
Mind's knowledge overtopped the Omniscient's power: '
Wonderful defining narration on destiny....
'In the wide sequence of Necessity's steps
Predicted, every act and thought of God, ..'
'The mighty Mother's whims..'were chained to a cause and aim; '
'Nothing was left untold, incalculable.
Yet was their wisdom circled with a nought:
Truths they could find and hold but not the one Truth:
The Highest was to them unknowable.
By knowing too much they missed the whole to be known: '
The big zero theory, yet to be sought...I agree
............My consciousness this moment,
O'Guru, I'm in awe....in invincible heights
Ineffable Thee embellishing poetic creation
My inquisitive apprehension, erring Thee may opine
May thereso, let Savitri in my self arise

Salat
We go for ablution
Before performing Salat
And stand on a clean place for Salat
Because God is the most holy
Then we express our intention to do it
Since at first God wished to create
Then we raise our hands
To surrender to God
Then we recite Surah Al-Fatiha
The best prayer
And couple of other chapters
From the holy Koran
Since they are full of advices
Then we bow and prostrate
To remember God
Since God remembers those
Who remember Him
Then we pray for prophet Abraham
And prophet Muhammad
Since God becomes happy
If we pray for them
At last we convey Salam
To the angels
Who note down our actions
Since they are also our guardians
We do not change the place
Where we stand
During performing Salat
Unless it is absolutely necessary
Since God does not move
But we bow, prostrate and sit in Salat
Because God’s body can move
Inside His glow
We bow in Salat
To show our respect towards God
We prostrate in Salat
In utmost awe and surprise
Imagining we are touching at first
Right foot of God’s body
With our hands, forehead and nose
Then we do it again
Imagining God’s body
Has moved a little bit
From Right to left
And we are touching
Left foot of God’s body
We do not eat, drink and enjoy sex
During Salat
Since God’s body doesn’t do these things
We do not sleep and drowse
During Salat
Since God’s body doesn’t do these things
We do not tell lies and say worthless things
During Salat
Since God’s body doesn’t do these things
That’s why Salat is the best worship
And the easiest way to please God.

I Have Attained The Eternal Bliss
I have attained the Eternal Bliss.
There is no time for sorrow or pain,
for now I enjoy singing His glory.
The tree of His pleasure has neither root, nor seed,
as revealed by the grace of the true Guru.
Now there is effulgence of a million suns,
my swan has dipped in the lake of His knowledge.
Says Kabir, listen, O wise brother,
Now comings and goings have come to an end.
The Last Flight

I have found
I have found, yes, I have found the wealth of the Divine Name's gem.
My true guru gave me a priceless thing. With his grace, I accepted it.
I found the capital of my several births; I have lost the whole rest of the world.
No one can spend it, no one can steal it. Day by day it increases one and a quarter times.
On the boat of truth, the boatman was my true guru. I came across the ocean of existence.
Mira's Lord is the Mountain-Holder, the suave lover, of whom I merrily, merrily sing.
