Some Random Thoughts

the way things fall apart may seem a rude shock but there should be some reason somewhere for them to fall apart or unify...

when there are people to give, will there be dearth of takers? Yes, there will be if you don’t give what they want or need!

i'm in 'search' so or you-you'll understand the finding in your language and i, in mine. in language lies the difference the way truth gets revealed. 'search, any way! '

not only from womb to tomb (doesn't it sound a cliche?) that we are all alike...in between too, all our needs are one and the same!

affinity breeds contempt is what we all know. but to me more than contempt it breeds 'taken-for-granted-ness. ' i think that's worse than contempt!

standing on cliff of desire arms stretch towards the empty space and down below, everything looks remote and vaguely familiar!

just occured: why is it always 'fall in love? ' is 'fall' indicative of subsequent cuts and bruises?

however much we may like to idealize silence, we do need verbal communication to straighten several conflicts. silence is only a filler that consolidates all that's expressed.

uncertainty is worse than virus...

when heart is filled with the beloved, it's either wholesome or lonesome...

to assume and talk on something and to know and talk, isn't there an ocean of difference between the two?

silence definitely eloquent. silence undoubtedly expressive. but to experience those moments of eloquence and expression, don't you think we do need some communication

with whom you find yourself all in one piece/with whom you experience bliss and joy/that's where lies your final refuge

Silence and Language

Silence is our original composition and speech
Languages are the dresses we wear;

What we convey and understand remains the same
Despite the various languages we use;

Words are clothed senses in silence;
Once we decipher, understanding dawns,
Silence, peace and bliss pervade us;

What we experience, mean, understand, conceive,
think, utter, listen, perceive, understand, experience
Through languages and communication are in essence the same.
The manifestations of Silence;

Silence is Divine Mood
Lord's Speech;

Communication with our Self is Silence;
Communication with the rest is
Silence wrapped, by language;

We need Silence and Language
Which are supplementary and complementary
In communication and for realization;

Some Thoughts To Ponder

every experience is a lesson preparing us to meet the challenges of old age n every offering is a way shown to us to offer ourselves willingly at the end of the show...

silence definitely eloquent. silence undoubtedly expressive. but to experience those moments of eloquence and expression, don't you think we do need some communication?

with whom you find yourself all in one piece/with whom you experience bliss and joy/that's where lies your final refuge

i came here branded as a daughter. later i got stamped under several brands. still i remain as i, struggling to get to the roots of the i...

agony at seperation outweighs the joy of togetherness...

the insides as well the insider are mysteries. when they surprise us is beyond guess...

visit to historical places bring the collective unconscious to the fore and allows us a blink of re-living in the old world we once belonged to...

the soul alone has the capacity to lay everything in stark day light...my strengths, my weakness, the dark niches of my mind-which i call a cave-the secrets i keep in dark...everything, just everything! it's a store house, you see...

i always wonder how much of here we know that we think what it may be there!

isn't thoughtless state, though for a blink, is joyous?

no longer can i think of what you think of me...i'm engaged otherwise!

more than death, living seem to intrigue me these days...

a blink of sorrow, a blink of joy...what an engrossing game of hide and seek!

in whole of this creation only flowers have the privilege to bloom straight away into youth and to fade away in youth...

Silence Is...

Silence is an absence
Silence is profound
Silence is a conversation
Being had without sound
Silence is an expression
One that cannot be heard
Silence cannot be spoken
Although it is a word
Silence is a presence
Of great nothingness
Silence can be something
And yet cease to exist
Silence can fill a room
And have no mass at all
Silence cannot be dropped, yet it can fall
Silence is a mystery
That will forever go unsolved
Silence is how every sound can swiftly be dissolved
Silence is the sound of rest
The only sound that can sound best
While other sounds can cause great pain
Silence is not the sound to blame
For Silence is what silence is
Something that is nothing
Nothing that exists

I can hear in the silence

The silence of our conversation
Is worse than anything you can say
And that fact that there's but silence between us
Is well to my dismay
I love you so much
Yet silence is the only thing I let escape
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
Silence draped over our conversations
Like a long, black cape
There's so much I want to tell you
But I know I wouldn't
And I want to scream at you
But I know I shouldn't
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I know you want to say something too
Of this I'm sure
But it is only so little
That you or I will endure
The few times we talk
I can hear it in you voice
I can her uncertainty
And the need to make a choice
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I wish silence would leave
Once and for all
Then maybe we could have better communication
Perhaps even outside a phone call
And I try so hard
Just like I try to make this poem rhyme
But it just takes too much effort
And way too much time
But you can't expect me to let silence take over
And if you do you are very wrong
And if we continue like this
We won't be together long
And I bet that's what you want
....
........
............
......... .......
The silence continues.....
And so does this game
What's worst is I know
That I'm the only one to blame
It's all my fault
It's because of what I did and didn't do
And it hurts so much
Because I'm so in love with you
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
I can hear in the silence
What I've heard for some time
You don't say anything
But I know what's on your mind
You leave behind silence
In the dark abyss that is my heart
And what's worst is
I, myself, tore it apart
...... ....... ...... ....... ........ .......
When I realized what I was doing
It was already too late
Just another
Twist of my terrible fate
And silence took over
A silence caused by me
A silence that's eternal
A silence that won't leave
................
............
.... ....
....

How To Fall In Love, Pt. 1

I got a bad sensation
The enemy is all around
The traces of my naked heart
Are laid upon the ground
I suffered side effects
That might have been forever
Even in my dreams
And i was left alone to pray
When there was no one in the way
And nothin' what it seemed
And from a hard time, play time
Took a trip around the world
Made myself invisible
The taste was in the wine
And just when the thought of someone
Needing me forever
I don't believe the words are true
That only she could be my savior
Experience is not enough
I'll show you how to fall in love
She said experience is not enough
I'll show you how to fall in love
And she's all alone with me
Every night
And lighting all my days of sorrow
On my own
If there was any more to give
You know i'd sacrifice it for her
And in the prime of my life
I was blessed and i was sent
Someone sweet and innocent
And nervous when she kissed
And in the face of my
Forbidden fruit forever
Miracles are mine
And knowing i'm the first
In her secret universe
There's no sense of space and time
You take a small town, young girl
Someone warm and wonderful
That any man would understand
That love is like the wind
Something deep inside to give you
And when the words get in the way
The only thing you need is silence
Experience is not enough
I'll show you how to fall in love
She said experience is not enough
I'll show you how to fall in love

Silence, where there are no words! !

'somewhere in my heart I still find myself some time,
I keep all the loneliness at one side and let the silence rhyme,
Then I open my mind to some fairy tales,
some heartless mind wandering trails,
oh then and there,
I land up somewhere,
up above the sky height.
I open the cockpit of my flight
and see the words flowing into you
oh you are the first woman whom i knew,

you are someone to whom my first words were addressed,
oh my heart rupturing mother come lets get dressed,
as we have to go so far away even from your words
to seek the language of the silence where there are no word,
the ultimate and utter silence mother'

'but what will you do there if there are no words there,
the ever eating silence will scare you and get your out, fear',

said the crystal eyed my other,

'won't you seek the silence in one another,
let me talk you through this out,
i want to hear my tears fall and sprout,
in this loneliness and utter silence i cry,
i am so soused but it's still dry,
no matter what i can't stop this thought of mine,
yes, there will be silence and everything will be fine'.

Evening of Reflections

shout
or perhaps better remain
in constant
silence

cry
out of misunderstanding
or fall into a reverie
for ever

wait
when in fact
no one knows
what for

forgive
when it is
so
difficult

search for
sense
or keep it
within silence

accept
this silence
or
rebel against it

or perhaps leave
but for sure
not escape

depart
leaving
everything
within one’s

silence

Silence Is Loud

The pain I feel in my heart is loud
Your once tasteful kisses are silence
The repetitive affairs you have are loud
Holding your hand when we walked is silence
Your naive verbal paroxysms are loud
Gentle ado we gave each other is silence
Your parents disapproval of us is loud
When I first say you is silence
The way you broke my heart is loud
The role i played as your guardian angel is silence
All the lies you told me are loud
Our last kiss is silence
The way we ended the relationship is loud
The good moments we shared is silence

Silence Echos

Silence
makes my heart break
Silence
Love, does not make

Silence
Was it all just a terrible mistake?
Silence
Was love just a game, just fake?

Silence
Leaves me heartbroken
Silence
Kills he feeling behind words unspoken

Silence
has is a shield you hide behind
Silence
Guards what's on your mind

Silence
Chills your heart's sound
Silence
Love cannot silently be found

Silence
has turned your dreams blind
Silence
is darkness in which you cannot find

Silence
Crushes the hopeful feelings that were kind
Silence
Of emptiness it did remind

Silence
Silence took all I sought to find
Silence
Silence was hurtful and unkind

Silence
Will kill love before it ripens on the vine
Love will go silently
But it's lonely hurt will echo for all time

The Dark Side of the Coin

“‘Space, the bound of a solid’: Silence, then, the form of a melody.” - Alice Meynell

I surrender Myself to the dark.

Disappearing in the consummate blackness,
I send up a non-thought to Absolute Silence,
All spaces and the in-between –
To unfathomable frontiers.

I fall down on my knees before the
Celestial sculptors of Reality:
Space, Silence and the in-between;

Their punctuation of Experience
Makes a dwelling place for Dreams
Just as Silence composes a symphony,
Shapes the course of its melody –

Praise nihility!

In Silence

We talk in silence
We speak in exchanging breath
We argue in silence
We battle with our stare

We think in silence
We travel in our mind
We promise in silence
We create the secret better

We sing in silence
We smile in radiant melody
We enjoy in silence
We move with our body

We share in silence
We stay in each other arms
We love in silence
We grow the hope of warmth

We hate in silence
We shake in every fiber being
We pray in silence
We enchant the words in heart

We long in silence
We drown in loneliness
We break in silence
We flow soundless tears

We walk in silence
We tell our story in footprint
We listen in silence
We could hear numerous voices

The Art Of Words

words form
only part
of the message

silence
subtle body language
mood

tone
intuition
imply

meaning

Eastern Western
communication styles
are vastly different

as a poet I to may love
long quiet moments
own meditation silence

I also am suspicious of words
when the soul rings hollow
when eyes lie before my face

I also am more concerned
with purity of actions
I know many lack discipline

not understanding importance
of personal family honour
keeping word integrity prime

we believe in using silence
as a way of communicating
when deception is detected

why confront with knowledge
what perceived cannot admit
what weak souls hide from self

sometimes it is better
to talk too little
than to talk too much

take special note
of the pauses
between words

the thinking mind
strives for truth
nobility heartfelt

or a mask to fence behind

the mind that does not
seek to know itself
before important actions

decisions are made
is impetuous
lacking judgement

less talk
longer periods
of silence

use the strength
of silence
to unravel truth

the silence
which disturbs
a strategy

of deception
may unnerve
the deceitful

silence can be
unspoken agreement
a respectful sign

it might mean
something unpleasant
is better unsaid

saving face
a mercy given
manners refined

listen to silence
learn the power
the harmony of nature

In my mind I talk of love, but love does not talk of me
In silence we love, in silence we art free
When there is nothing going on around
That is when there is something sweet in our sound
Silence, silence, is our love
The silence of all secret love
Where charm insinuates
And our words dissipates
Into tender looks of affection
In silence are love is perfection
My love speak forever more
As I sit here and stare and silently adore!

Silence

I awake to silence and in silence I sleep
Silence to silent me, I silently weep
Away in silence for silence to hear
The sorrow in between both mine ear.
I think in silence, I mediate in peace
Thinking peacefully in silence I cease
All the sorrow that embosoms me
All the silence, that silence be
Whatever silence is, for silence tis
My beauty, my desire, my Adonis

The Sound Of Silence....

it speaks no words,
yet they fall on the soul..
quietly falls on the heart so heavy,
pain wrapped, the words of silence....

filth and grime,
pure and honest,
the words do a medley of sorts,
ever felt the sound of silence..

the world pulls down,
the dust seems sticking,
tears entrapped in the soul,
commotion in the worldly shows.

what's life? regret, remorse..
the dull light always burning,
resonating from inside,
try listening, the sound of silence...

the voice screams,
it brings the truth,
momentarily, the pain halts,
with the tasting of the salt.

ironical the world is,
contradiction filled...
sounds stupid, but true,
the sound of silence...

befriend silence,
redemption u find...
the lost answers,
u will find.

sound, so enthralling,
sound, so enigmatic..
yet so healing, , ,
the sound of silence..

When Will They Ever Realize

The sound of silence filled the air,
just before the dawn.
The sun’s streaky fingers stretched
forward on the fading night sky.
I walk in desolation,
for reasons I know not why.
The chorus of the morning birds
has yet to break the spell
of the unstrained silence,
which on everything had befell.

I tried to remember yesterday,
when the oyster of the world was mine.
I tried to see the smiling faces,
of those I loved and left behind.
The war was not mine or theirs,
but always someone has to go,
to do the battles for the sake of someone’s word.

An order given by a faceless person
and thousands throw away their lives.
There is no reason given,
and the faceless one doesn’t hear their cries,
of all those who fall on battlefields.
Giving up their families and their lives.
They call them cowards, those who refuse,
to follow orders to commit suicide.
There is no adventure in dying;
in a place, you cannot pronounce the name.
There is no glory in suicide,
but wars make men do it just the same.

When will they ever realize,
wars make no difference at all,
except to make rows of white crosses,
as memorials to those who had to fall.
I shudder at the sounds of the guns,
breaks the silence in my ears.
Will my loved ones before the days end,
be among those to shed tears?

Creature

A shadow glides above my plate
And all I see is birds migrate
Going south, remember me
When you fly above the sea
Autumn dies serene and slow
The lamp stands in a gentle glow
The silence rules, the evening grows
And the moon is far below
In me twist a sudden cramp
In my heart I hear it stamp
Marrow and blood encircle me
My blood stream chokes on gall and spleen
What will become of you
Since you have forsaken me
Not one tear I have in me
I am numb to my memory
Ill believe than that youre dead
First I felt bitter, I made amends
But I see you in a new light
You only have my contempt
So Ill believe than that youre dead
Second youre a loser, I spit on pretence
And I begin to wonder, and I begin to understand
That, youre a creature that breeds its kind and dies
Youre a creature that breeds and kind of dies
Youre a creature that breeds its kind and dies
Youre a creature that breeds its kind and dies
Youre a creature that breeds its kind and dies
Youre a creature that breeds its kind and dies

Language Of Love

Some spend their time in conversation
They just talk and talk all day
But theres a sweeter situation, and
Its just a touch away
One kiss can say all that we need to say
Dont have to tell me you care
The message gets through
With the things youre doing
When were alone in the dark, you speak
To my soul, talk to my heart
In the language of love, we say everything
Every time that we touch we say so much
In the language of love, nothing says it better
Than when were talking together
Touch by touch in the language of love
In the language of love
This love dont need no explanation
We understand just fine, oh baby
Got heart to heart communication
I tell ya thats the sweetest kind
I love the way your body talks to mine
You can just look in my eyes to know that its
Real cause we go by feeling
We dont need words to express whats in our hearts we say it best
