You Kept Your Promise

On an August morning not so long ago.
I was making myself busy, starting
to run my errands for the day.

The sun was brightly shining. It was
a beautiful day.I felt more lite and
happier than usual.

I had just left my home, driving my
car. I was alone, windows open, when
suddenly a cool breeze blew in my face.

I felt a presence enter my car, taking
up space in the passengers seat.I
felt as though someone had entered the
car with me. I instantly glanced in that
direction to check it out. The seat was
empty, but the presence was strong and
lingered for several seconds.

Thoughts began to run through my mind.
I remembered words once spoken to me.I
will never leave you, like your shadow,
I'll be with you always, I promise. I
whispered something in return.

Just as quickly as it came, it was gone.
I was emotionally spent. Tears filled my
eyes I was forced to stop the car, and
gain my composure.

Oh face of yesterday, you kept your promise.

My Eternal Love

The winds of
time
caught your
sweet words

Continue to
blow them in
my breeze.

Etching them
on the pallet
of my heart.

Oh face of
yesterday.

My shadow so
near
lingering so
close

Your presence
ever hovering
making me feel
so secure.

Oh face of
yesterday
my eternal love.

To Heal From A Slow Mending To Grow

If something once strongly felt,
Is no longer there...
Existing to feel naturally,
Even the presence of a hypnotist...
Masquerading as a magician,
Will not be able to restore those natural feelings.
Not to be felt when back at a time remembered,
Those feelings from one's heart were freely given.

When those feelings felt begin to leave,
They do not return to make a reappearance.
Anyone who has experienced this emotionally...
To heal from a slow mending to grow,
Up...
To forgive and forget,
Knows....
Once something is felt to leave, it goes.

Vanishing Act

Here one moment, gone the next
and many are perplexed.
A presence felt and then it's gone.
How long would it go on?

Could not stay in just one place.
Not one memory of her face.
Felt the urge to change direction.
Never made a real connection.

Some would say, Where'd she go? '
No one really wanted to know.
Some would ask, Who was she? '
She was just an absentee.

As a child, left alone.
Had to make it on her own.
Never felt a kindred touch.
Never thought about it much.

Through the years she liked to roam.
The open road became her home.
Accepted her life as a matter of fact.
Always pulled the vanishing act.

For Him I Know Not: X

this space between
these two hands
never felt empty
eversince you had
filled it with your
invisible presence
the nights are no longer
vacant and brooding
the day full of promise
with the wholesome space
occupying my being...

Truth Is Making Its Presence Felt

Truth is making its presence felt.
And there are so many,
Who have never dealt with it before.
Believing it to be destructible.
Like a steel fence built.
Or a wall to dvide,
Contructed of concrete.

Truth is as powerful as the air supplied,
One needs to breathe.
And born to ignore it...
Does not ceases its existence!

Truth is making its presence felt.
Much like Mother Nature has...
To those who have a concept,
That the Earth upon all leech...
Is not a living, thinking being.
And how this goes misunderstood...
Is beginning to awaken those asleep!

Truth...
Is making its presence felt.
And an acceptance of it,
Has not been left to debate...
For other choices to make.
Whether the message or the messenger,
Is disliked...
Will not soften the bite of truth.

Be prepared to swallow it!
Or be eatened up and gobbled!

Truth...
Not more variety of delusions,
Is making its presence felt!

Lonely Comin Down

I woke up this morning in a strange place
I looked into the mirror at a strange face
Then I looked for you but you could not be found
And then I felt the lonely comin down
I walked across the room to the empty bed
Saw the imprint on the pillow where you laid your head
The presence of you still lingered all around
And once again I felt the lonely comin down
Then I felt the lonely dripping down my face
As I realized no one could take your place
I wondered where the love had gone that we had found
And then again I felt the lonely comin down
I wondered where the love had gone that we had found
And again I felt the lonely comin down
Mmm...

Sail Away

He stood on the deck,
the sun, shining on his face.

The sails billowed as they took up the force of the wind,
driving the boat forward.

He felt a lifting of his spirits, a freedom
he hadn't felt for a long, long time.

All this space.
The sea, and the sky.
Unbelievable, in their dimensions.

To sail away, to be reborn,
perhaps in another time, another world.

'What do you think of her, Sir'?
The voice brought him back to reality.

'Oh! Very nice indeed, a beautiful craft'.

'Any thoughts on a purchase, Sir'?

'Thoughts' Yes', he answered,
'But cost wise, she's a little beyond my pocket'.

'Well Sir. Perhaps we could interest you
in something a little smaller'.

'Perhaps', was his reply,
'How about a canoe'!

Supergirl, Remember Me?

The first time we met, she stood before me,
She spoke just as I was looking,
Not knowing her before that time.
She was suddenly so close to me,
There and merely a few feet from me,
Her face deserving more fascination,
As my mind took in her every word.
I hadn't heard the first words at all,
My eyes taking in her super beauty...
The twisting curling waterfalls,
Her precious cascading golden hair...
Her blue eyes looking straight at me,
As if I held some importance to her...
Her sweet lips moved quite quickly,
Her words bombarded my ears,
Suddenly my mind understood...
And I asked her, 'Please start over...'

She looked confused at that request,
But I explained how she affected me,
She smiled at my honest compliment,
Yet she needed some information...
How strange that my answer was so easy,
I could have told her in seconds,
But then she'd say farewell and be gone,
Thus not fitting love's purpose...
I asked if I told her, would I see her again?
Would she soon return to talk once more?
Or would she never return, leaving me,
Forever like this, being affected by her...
'Tell me what I need to know...' she said,
'I will return to you soon, right here...
We can talk! ' she promised, with a smile,
A smile that took my breath away...
In seconds, being told, she left me, lonely...

I waited there as the hours passed...
Returning each day with a rose bouquet
Of red, yellow and blue roses for her.
Days passed, then I saw her flying overhead.
'Supergirl, remember me? ' I shouted to her...
In a heartbeat, she stood beside me...
She kissed my lips, said, 'TOMORROW! '
Then she and the roses were gone...
Today has come... her promise kept...
She kissed me again, lifting me high...
Then clear across the pure blue sky...
Landing together, some private place...
Walking hand-in-hand upon that beach,
With me thinking it but a dream,
Yet too beautiful for a dream to be,
Because that's how it felt to me...

Love all consuming, engulfing,
Surrounding, swirling, revolving,
Involving every heightened sense,
Controlling every heartfelt hope...
I wondered if she felt that way
Upon this brilliant sunshine day,
That Supergirl could like me, too,
Maybe someday say, 'I love you! '
Undeserving of this Supergirl,
Yet somehow love returned...
What luck is this in all the world,
This joy I haven't earned?
She speaks of Krypton far away,
A distant world so grand...
Yet there she stands upon my left,
As we walk hand-in-hand...

I have no more tears to shed

I am Moshe. Two-year old curly haired little one

Just the other day I was with my mom and dad

An unfamiliar person entered our premises and
He had a lot to say to my parents
Of which I could not make out a bit

Then what happened?
The stranger aimed at my parents the weapon he carried
It was all in seconds ny parents fell back,
First my mom. followed by my dad

The stranger left
I had no idea Whether he marked my presence

I reached my mom. ran my palm over her face and
bent over her for an affectionate kiss
Normally she used to hug me intently for a similar act of mine
But she did not move. I shook her head. no response
I shook her hand. no response

And I saw a pool of blood below her motionless hand.
Which held my father’s

I felt something odd
And started crying

Do not know. how long I cried
When my nanny appeared from somewhere
And took me away into the open

It did not take long for me to realise
That my mom and dad are not any where near
I ate whatever offered as I was hungry
Woke up in between.
Only to know that my parents are not nearby
And then to cry

During my entire wakeful hours
I kept crying and
I kept eating something
As and when I felt hungry

Suddenly I was in the midst of a big gathering
Only my nanny was to be seen

The things that went on made me understand that my
Mom and dad have gone quite a far
And it will take long, much longer
Before I could see them again

First time I smiled
At a kid of my size
Stopping my cries
Without realising
I have no more tears to shed

The Yesterday

As days and months, and
twisted years,
Quickly found their way,
Suddenly, I returned to the
yesterday.

I sat, and watched a cloud
float by,
Slowly across the Azure sky.
Heard a whisper, in the trees,

Thought I felt you in a breeze.
Sought a flower for your hair,
When I reached, you were'nt
there.

Face To Face

Anderson/squire/howe/white/sherwood/khoroshev
Here we are trying to mend all the broken hearts
In a world where the pain is the fear
Aint no doubt theres a method to madness here
Set your clock to the start of a brand new year
Shine your heart to the universe and get the news
Not alone never have been, never will be
See the truth, not to mention the promise made
See them all, see them all high on judar rhythm
We began at the very first spring
How the promise will come when the promise is made
We will sing at the very first spring
That the promise will come when the promise is made
Promise is made, promise is made
Shake me up, take me up
Face to face
Lift me up, shake me up
Face to face
Make me real, make me longing to see you smile
Shall we dancing, shall we be the dancing down under
In this life of lives, are we ready to take the chance
Moving to the rhythm, here at last to
Believe
To believe
We began at the first real spring
How the promise will come when the promise is made
We will sing at the very first spring
That the promise will come when the promise is made
We began at the first real spring - ya
We will sing at the very first spring - ya
We began at the first real spring
We will sing at the very first spring
How the promise will come when the promise is made
Promise is made, promise is made
We began at the first real spring
That the promise will come when the promise is made
We will sing at the very first spring
That the promise will come when the promise is made
Promise is made, promise is made
Shake it up, take me up

The First And Last Time

Since we first met, I can’t seem to forget you
You mesmerize me with your beautiful face
There are not enough words to describe
How perfect you are

It’s like you’re my guardian angel
I felt your presence when I needed someone to comfort me
I felt your existence in the weakest moments of my life
I felt your support in every little things I’ve done

And every time you look at me
I’ve felt that you could see right through me
I’ve feel that you could see all that I have been through
All the happiness, sadness, misery, and accomplishment in my life

And I’m glad that I have a chance to know you
Even in just a short time
So now I must wake up in this beautiful dream
But still my heart refuses to let go

And now I must face the facts that we cannot be together
But still my heart refuses to give up
And I just want you to know what I feel for you
Even though you just see me as a friend

Don’t worry about me, I will not be sad
Instead I will cherish the moments were together
I just want you to be happy even if it means giving up my love for you
And I want you to know that I am always her for you as your friend.

Our Bond Of Love

Traveling
through
life's
wilderness.

Branches
and thorns
appear
along the
journey.

Leaves
cover
the
pathway.

Tangled in
after
thoughts
of you.

Leaving
behind
a veil
of tears.

Finally I
come upon
a clearing.

The sun
is shining
flowers in
bloom.

An amazing
search has
ended.

I touch
your face
clasp your
hands.

Our bond
of love
is still
strong.

Forgiven

My backs up against this wall I can't escape
if your gonna do it I guess this is my fate
cause I've been filled up with all this hate
I have been living a life thats such a waste
so hit me in the mouth and knock out my taste
pain has left me drained its made me freeze
you won't forgive me not even when I plead
I've begged for forgivness, been on my knees
I've seen the world and messed up over seas
more than one occasion I messed up with ease
I would fly past you and I did it with ease
I know I'm unforgiven but forgive me please
and am not blaming no one else but my self
so keep pushing me thats the way you'll help
can I ask if you have felt how I have felt?
my lifes a hell of a ride with no seat belt

I keep taking roads that lead me to no where
and I keep putting on this brave face
showing I don't care
I keep jumping into the deep end
to find no water there

You wanted me to fight and it was fight I did
I know I shouldn't have left you like I did
but growing up I was overly confused as a kid
don't get me wrong I always tried to do good
I was a lost soul who used to think too much
maybe thats the reason I'm taking this road
I'll never escape thats what I've been told
I'm drink driving through the fields of gold
this is the craziest thing I've ever seen
its beuitiful even though fields are green
I love country music yeah this is a tune
singing the police will be with you soon
police will be with you when they're here
my foots on the pedal and I can't see clear
can I ask if you have felt how I have felt?
my lifes a hell of a ride with no seat belt

I keep taking roads that lead me to no where
and I keep putting on this brave face
showing I don't care
I keep jumping into the deep end
to find no water there

Remember swimming the sea in spain?
Imagine my tears are now the rain
see we will be swim in the sea again
this isnt the story of Stan, understand
this is the story of every man
we get told we can't when we think we can
its crystal clear that I had to run
but you my friend couldn't shoot that gun
prisoner no more I ran for the hills
with suvival instincs every man kills
some people do this to meet their thrills
me I do it because this is the only way
if it was slow it would be a lonley day,
its now crowded around the broken wall
dropp from a bridge its a hell of a fall
even with a seat belt it was gods call.

Jesus

I saw You
this morning
in the sunrise,
Through the sunrays You whispered to me;
Everything that’s in front of your eyes
It's just for you; the mountains, the valleys, the sea.
I saw You this morning
in wave after wave
I felt You in the breeze,
that was gently touching
my cheeks. I knew that
I’ll be “ok” again for
days and weeks.
You were shining
in the crystal,
white sand,
In the blue
sky, I saw
Your face.
You hold me
with Your
strong and
mighty hand,
and covered
me in Your
Love and
Grace.

There’s a new breeze coming

There is a new breeze coming
It is whispering to my ear
There is a new morning coming
There is a new sun
There is a new breeze coming

It is so so refreshing
Making all my burdens lighter
My heart is not heavy
My thoughts are happier

That this new breeze
Everything has become light
Like the weigthlessness of a butterfly
Fluttering to the melody of
This new soft breeze

There is a new promise
There’s a new breeze coming
There is a new morning
There is a new breeze coming

From my home, sweet home.....

Let Me Open Up Our Love File (I Felt Magic In The Air)

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

for only the second time together
enjoying and being lost in rainy romantic weather
you stared here and there
while walking to metro station
but i looked at you as my final destination

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

all of sudden, you pointed something
quickly, for you,
i was ready to do anything
you asked for ice-cream
there I was living up my dream

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

dear, i can remember
your beautiful face expression
indirectly you said we look good in pair
and, i felt magic in the air
yeah...i felt magic in the air
yeah, yeah...yeah
i can remember
your beautiful face expression
indirectly you said we look good in pair
and, i felt magic in the air

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

your arrival caused a great excitement
in midway of tough chemistry assignment
i couldn't help my fluttering eyes
looking at you n your glittering red band
stepping ahead if an angel on my heart's land

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

all of sudden, you pointed something
quickly, for you,
i was ready to do anything
you asked why H2SO4 and NaOH reaction were a complete miss,
for help you came as closer, we had nearly a kiss

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

dear, i can remember
your beautiful face expression
indirectly you said we look good in pair
and, i felt magic in the air
yeah...i felt magic in the air
yeah, yeah...yeah
i can remember
your beautiful face expression
indirectly you said we look good in pair
and, i felt magic in the air

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

(let me open up our love file
cherish along with me and just smile)

oh, oh.oh
yeah, yeah, oh yeah
i felt magic in the air,
magic in the air,
i felt magic in the air.

Collide

I felt my heart collapse
On the day that I met him
I felt my heart collapse
It filled up to the rim
I felt my heart collapse
When my eyes traveled 'round
I felt my heart collapse
The one I had found

I felt my heart collapse
When he first touched my skin
I felt my heart collapse
Oh it seemed a lovely sin
I felt my heart collapse
It fell without a sound
I felt my heart collapse
Oh I knew I had found

I felt my heart collapse
When we shared that first kiss
I felt my heart collapse
I thought that I would almost miss
I felt my heart collapse
I was lost in his embrace
I felt my heart collapse
I kept staring at his face

Oh my heart collapsed on that day
Ever since it's been that same way
My love for you has not faded
Ever since the day it escaped
