Who reigns supreme
Who reigns supreme and guide on earth?
Kind and merciful even though we are not worth,
HE loves his creation even they make wrong move,
Not to HIS expectation and conduct bad prove,
Life and death destined from day one,
Not a day more and not a less one,
Then how do we try and assume HIS role?
When life is like bubble then what can be goal?
No one is allowed to take away the life,
Not to cut throat with double edged knife,
You may resist attempt but still not threaten,
Always name on lips even bodily beaten,
Life is precious so need protection,
Hard, punitive and stringent steps for action,
But not beheading a person or put to death,
Such steps considered inhumane and against faith,
We may advocate person to be banished,
If not capital punishment but severely punished,
If life is taken away from him then he is finished,
Then role of creator is just completely diminished,
This is humble position but not to be demeaned,
It I shard to forget when murderer not condemned,
Perpetrators find heaven and arrange less fined,
Definition for crime needs more to be defined,
One more forces has emerged to halt human abuse,
Protection for human rights, even rules criminals refuse,
One innocent is spared at cost of hundred criminals,
Such is thought and well defined rationale,
Hanged to death punishment is rarest of rare,
None may resort to crime and not even dare,
It is not for the others not to rush and take care,
Criminals brought to book and innocents spare,
Human activists may raise hue and cry,
Even human bogey outrageously try,
Their roles not limited but yardstick must apply,
Ensure purpose not defeated when charges reply,
Heinous criminals, terrorists may pretend innocence,
Tutored and public opinion may crate nonsense,
Allegations and counter allegations defeat very essence,
Hold unto last amidst lies and truth absence

Is It Really Justice or Just Revenge?
Is capital punishment justice or is it revenge?
This is the question that I want to defend.
Is it really justice if you have to kill someone?
Or is the killing of a being just for your fun?
Is a murder really justified if the culprit spends less time in jail?
If so then it seems capital punishment is just easy bail.
They should be punished and not given an out of jail card,
All capital punishment is doing is spending money, cold and hard.
Wanting them to die doesn’t seem like justice but revenge?
It leaves blood on your hands when there life ends.
Life is full of trials and tribulations this is a must,
But if you kill a man then it won’t make life any more just.
Justice is using authority to give a fair decree,
But intended death to a being doesn’t seem fair to me.
Revenge is to satisfy in retaliation,
But death’s your one hit wonder, one satisfaction.
So I will always choose the criminals to defend,
Leaving you with your decision: justice or revenge?

Regent's Court
Regent's court
Is the court were the police brings the criminals to be sentenced
Every singe day during the week
Some criminals caused serious offences in the city
That they need to be punished by the Regent's court
Also some of the Judges will be hard on the criminals
Because they need to pay for what they done to their victims
And the crown procecutor also works with the judges at Regent's court
But the criminals have their lawyers at the court that defends the Criminals because the criminals are their clients
When the day comes for the judges at the Regent's Court to deliver The sentence for each criminal every single day they will be there At The Regent's Court every single day giving the sentence to the criminals depending on what crime they commited like assault, Domestic violence, child abuse,
Drug trafficking, manslaughter, and murder
For first degree murder is 25 years and for the second degree murder is less

They Won't Want To Go Back
While we live our lives as best as we can,
There are those who couldn't care less,
The criminal fraternity do what they like,
We're left to pick up the mess.
Soft justice favours the criminals,
While the victims are the ones left to rot,
To turn the tide the other way,
A hard lesson needs to be taught.
Take the murderers they don't give a damn,
Jail for them doesn't hold any fears,
Three square a day free drugs and no rent,
Then back out in just a few years.
There are those who advocate killing us all,
Yet these terrorists are now cowering in fear,
Saying please don't send us to the U.S.of A.
We'd much rather do our time here.
The rapists and thief's who couldn't care less,
They'll do it day in and day out,
They show no remorse for their victims,
Then ask what are we all about.
If they mug an old man or a women,
Which results in their violent demise,
They will not be charged with their murder,
For their lawyers make out it's all lies.
We are now running scared of the criminals,
The do gooders have them in their sights,
There's money galore to be made from these thugs,
It's the innocents who have no human rights.
Society now favours the criminal,
They're much better off than us,
When we ask why there's no retribution,
We're told to stop making a fuss.
They now live in five star prisons,
We want more is what their lawyers shout,
The more we give them the more they demand,
No wonder they don't want to come out.
Soon they'll be appealing their sentences,
Telling us we need to be tough,
They're enjoying prison life so much,
Their sentences are not long enough.
The do good brigade fall over themselves,
Criminals aren't bad they'd have you believe,
While criminals make them lots of money,
They'll continue living to deceive.
These poor souls need everyone's sympathy,
For their crimes they are never to blame,
This attitude is why they don't give a damn,
Then go out and do more of the same.
They tell you they had a bad childhood,
They were given a really hard time,
The hardships they've had to endure in their life
Is why they were drawn into crime?
They wouldn't know a hard time if it hit them,
But they're brainwashed that's what to believe,
They've wanted for nothing all of their lives,
Yet the victims are the ones left to grieve.
There are people who've fought in bloody wars,
Those who have worked all their days,
They had rationing and living with nothing,
They were never part of the criminal craze.
It's now time to get tough with these scumbags,
Soft soaping them is one major gaffe,
If they knew they'd be properly punished,
They wouldn't be so quick to laugh.
They need to know that when they're caught,
Their punishment will be severe,
No remission or an easy life,
That must be made crystal clear.
They must pay all their own legal fees,
That will stop their endless appeals,
No drugs or mobiles, no satellite T.V.
Fed with the most basic of meals.
One hundred years for murder,
No mercy or any parole,
They'll endure hard labour until they are dead,
There'll be no repose of their soul.
Trafficking drugs you'll be jailed for life,
You can't say you were being led,
You're responsible for your own actions,
You've created the walking dead.
Raping, burglary and knife crime,
Will be treated in much the same way,
If you're willing to commit the offence,
Incarceration is the price you will pay.
Paedophiles are truly a breed apart,
For them no mercy should be shown,
They must rot in jail until they are dead,
Punished for the seeds they have sown.
When they learn we mean what we're saying,
They'll beg us to cut them some slack,
When our prisons become a deterrent,
you can bet,
‘' They Won't Want To Go Back ‘'
Against Their Human Rights
How many times have I heard them say
it’s against his human rights
when a killer goes to court?
Hey, but what about the victim
and his or her family.
Don’t they have human rights too?
Is it only the killers who have human rights?
It really makes you wonder.
They commit a crime against
someone innocent in our society.
Then you get some idiot
starts shouting their punishment
is against their human rights.
Now what would happen if that idiot
lost a family member to some killer?
Would they still be shouting
and waving banners about his human rights?
I sincerely doubt it;
they’d probably say like a lot of us
that the killer has no human rights.
They forfeited them the day
they took someone’s life.
We may forgive them
for what they do,
but they must still take the punishment
the Courts of the land hand down.

The Judge – versus – A Judge
THE JUDGE of the Universe called me
to dock and asked on the judgment day
“Justice Joy, to defend yourself
do you have anything to say?
You’re charged with the
crime of denying justice at your hand
To many an innocent accused
when you dispensed justice in the world.
Heart-rending cries of innocent convicts I’ve heard
Acquitted criminals’
trumpeting boasts also I’ve heard.
Despite knowing the truth yourself,
you’ve relied on (false) witnesses,
And sent to gallows many faultless.
Your acts were indeed heinous.
I’ve heard your judgments many
that you pronounced in open court.
Often you treated life and freedom
with no justice of any sort.
Widows’ wails and orphans’ cries
have never ever touched your heart.
Innocence written on victims’ faces,
you always failed to look at.
Succumbed to pressure you
wrote out judgments as ‘bosses’ wanted
To gain ‘their’ pleasure and favors,
several evidences you twisted.
Judge, your traits were bad.
You harbored prejudice and hatred
Your opponents couldn’t ever escape.
Traps you had manipulated.
You never used your knowledge to give
men their life-saving justice.
These are ‘A’ grade crimes,
according to Heaven’s Law of Justice.
Prescribed punishment for these
is ‘Long-term Roasting in Fire’.
State your defense as to why
you shouldn’t be condemned to that fire”.
The dormant lawyer in me woke up
when those ‘allegations’ I heard.
I posed the following questions:
“Who are the complainants? Tell me lord?
What is the evidence? Who are the witnesses?
Who is the advocate on record?
I want to cross-examine the witnesses.
The allegations are absurd.
Which judgments did fail the test of
Evidence Act of my country?
Stoutly I deny the charges.
Let the prosecution prove to the contrary
Grant me time to file my counter
and examine my witness
I’ll disprove the allegations,
and I’m sure the case you’ll dismiss.”
The Judge said “the system is different here.
There’s no provision for witness.
Men’s thoughts, talks and acts
get recorded here at once.
I’m the complainant, the lawyer,
the witness, and also judge.
If men hadn’t shed their evil,
I punish them. I do not budge.
I condemn you to a long roast! ”
On His desk He hit His hammer.
Then angels rushed forward
and threw me into hellish fire.
Sonnet: Cost of Human-life
Highest in the ladd’r of Evolution,
The cost of human life is human life;
The Maker’s beloved ultimate creation,
Man; for Adam, He made Eve as wife.
’Tis utter foolishness to away take
Life, after it was allowed to be formed;
Or a cruel, faintest attempt to make
Life; to end it just ’cause it was deformed
Blessed is the man, who saves human lives,
Giving longevity and quality;
Blessed is he who a new lease to give, strives,
For, it is an act of nobility.
The man who prevents a premature death
Is great in God’s eyes, in Heaven and Earth.

Man, Thou Shalt Not Kill!
Each human child by God is made
In His image own, with love, care;
To take a life is God-forbade,
No human being shall then dare!
Each human child is called by name,
While growing in the womb by God;
To murder is a sin and shame
Inviting Maker’s just rod!
The law of lands may change with time,
But lives God-made must stay untouched;
To kill is both a sin and crime,
And cannot be ignored or hushed!
The curse of God shall be upon
The man/ woman who kill the child;
The pleas of revenge of unborn
Will bring a punishment, not mild!
To urge someone to kill is just
The work of Satan with much plan;
Such human beings are accursed:
Let all know this – man or woman!
So, spare the life within the womb;
Let every life see world God-made;
The place of birth can’t turn a tomb;
Without blooming, no bud may fade!
‘Abortion is a mortal sin and heinous crime! ’

No Recidivists
No recidivists
When clever Dr Guillotine
perfected his humane machine
for executing criminals.
It was accepted straight away
as being a much better way
of executing criminals
The state made no apology
for using this technology
for executing criminals.
The product of a brilliant brain
He was convinced it caused less pain
when executing criminals.
The guillotine’s not used today
It was a most effective way
of executing criminals.
Though not regarded as P.C
I think it proved effectively
that executing criminals
Ensured they did not re-offend
Results on which we can depend
by executing criminals.
You may see this as cruelty
Some states do not as you can see.
They still execute criminals.

Is Life
Is life meaningful?
Life is all about what we believe,
Not about our own calculations,
For in addition to all that is done we get the same answer,
But to be above all addition is described as faith,
Faith is life,
For even hard science cannot describe how Heaven is,
Even Death proves the Truth,
That we must be going somewhere,
And been on the tough world we must follow rules by the Creator,
For these rules doesn't mean it is hard enough,
For His will was for mankind living Eternally,
Even the questioning of life can never compare to the answer,
Life is only by faith that we move on,
Even in wealth we feel there is need more and more,
It is only by Faith that we find an answer to what is above Human Calculations.

Death
Death is reality if not caused
Life is gone and paused
Heart is in grief and gripped with fear
Loose interest in life and pain you bear
Death is God’s creation
Must Gob back to Him after cremation?
No one must try to deprive a person
Of his life even if has a reason
Death is punishable crime with penalty
It is very rude form of cruelty
We are not here to take away life
It may be curse to somebody’s mother or wife
Gangster’s may consider and take it as game
They may murder it for getting cheap fame
Murderers may try to have their way
Simple hegemony to rule and have sway
Illiteracy and ignorance may create the scene
Poor and helpless may indulge and mostly seen
For paltry sum somebody may loose the soul
Temptation for money…………………..
Death should not be rewarded with death
Person should be condemned and invite wrath
Slain man should be offered respectful wreath
Convict should be given enough chance to live with
“Rarest of rare” is the term for punishment
Exemplary punishment is the answer to comment
“Live and let others live” should only be the slogan
No problem can be solved at the point of gun
Let death remain at the discretion of Lord
We have to just obey and follow his word
He may shorten the life or bless it with shower
We respect the dead with honour and flower
Life is to live full and not depart
It has to be utilized and not divided in part
Must be honoured and praised as best opportunity
Let us pray together with one voice as unity

Sonnet- Yet, God Is Just
Oh God, must human heads bear such big loads?
Should napes of Oxen take such heavy yoke?
Yet, everywhere, abound such human toads!
White-collared-criminals, smooth-tongued, who smoke.
Oh God, what ignominy men suffer?
What weather-beaten faces live on earth?
What roughened hands result from hard labor?
How many get orphaned ever since birth?
0 God, how poverty invites deceit?
How fate decides a life unfortunate?
The world believes in pomp and show /conceit;
Nevertheless, aren't we fortunate?
Yet, God is just and kind to all earthlings,
Takes care of, loves the least of His beings.

Jesus Christ, Our Hope, Strength and Refuge!
For sins of human beings all,
Lord Jesus laid His life on cross;
Although a sin-free soul Himself,
He suffered, died to redeem man.
He shed His every dropp of blood,
Emancipating human race
From punishment by hell for sins –
Such heinous crimes upon the earth!
The cross is part of Christian’s life,
And persecutions will happen,
As Christ predicted all these things,
For those who walked in His foot-steps!
His Holy Spirit guides Christians,
Who live a righteous life for Christ,
The only Son of Almighty –
A heart of immense love for man!
But Christ resurrected from death!
He won clear victory o’er satan;
All Christians good will do the same;
This faith is something strangely true.
Let humiliations come in life!
Let trials, tribulations come!
Let strife threaten our faith and hope!
Christ stays with us till end of time!
A Christian takes his cross and walks
Behind the Savior, Jesus Christ –
The Light and Truth and only Way
To reach Heaven, abode of God!

Sonnet- Laws are for all alike
The world in which we live is sensitive;
One spark can cause a forest-fire widespread;
Each human lives life like a fugitive;
Uncommonly, there's sensible a head.
What diff'rences exist 'midst people most;
All love for neighbours has simply vanished;
And yet of unity all seem to boast;
In days, the country could become ravished.
Crime is a crime, no matter who you are;
Mob-violence cannot be allowed in lands;
The law is same for criminals or star;
One cannot take the law into one's hands.
Let no one hurt the other's sentiments.
All crimes must get some kind of punishments.

It Leaves Their Victims Distraught
Somewhere in Wales little April lies dead,
Killed by a paedophile not right in the head,
A cigar chomping celebrity? is now being exposed,
His years of abuse are now being disclosed.
Now his ‘' friends ‘' all come out saying they knew all along,
Why didn't they report it, they knew it was wrong,
Their inactions encourage this heinous crime,
They're just as responsible as these pieces of slime.
Rapists and paedophiles are two of a kind,
They have similar styles both are sick in the mind,
Their aims in life are to have total control,
With evil they're rife they have forfeited their soul.
It's the victim who suffers this is presently forgotten,
As their life hits the buffers it is they who feel rotten,
The criminals spend their time in a five star cell,
For such a heinous crime they should be condemned to hell.
Back out to rape in just a few short years,
Will their next victim escape or be left shedding tears,
While the do-good brigade spout out their mince,
The victims are afraid they're just left to wince.
Unless we wake up they'll continue their crimes,
Their must be a shake up to mirror new times,
They must be treated as scum for that's what they are,
To do otherwise is dumb as they leave a terrible scar.
Society's got it wrong in the way victims are treated,
We need to be strong when punishment is meted,
I'll not tell a lie they should all face death,
To ensure they die we will smother their last breath.
These people are not thickos they know what they're doing,
They are nothing but sickos with the trouble they're brewing,
Unless we take heed they will think they've the right,
To carry out this deed whenever they might.
If we continue to ignore things will only get worse,
More trouble in store as their abuse is a curse,
The question this begs is why does society forgive.
They are nothing but dregs so why do we let live,
The exposure of their offences they hate us portraying,
It weakens their defences it's their minds we're betraying.
With strength over the weak they feel empowered,
The havoc they wreak leaves the mark of a coward.
We must take proper action a lifetime in jail,
If it helps one fraction there must be no bail,
For being so cruel they should be left to rot,
Their abuse is not cool,
Life and liberty can be as much endangered from illegal methods used to convict those thought to be criminals as from the actual criminals themselves.

Must Repeat
It is change of cycle and must repeat
One comes in world and departs for light to lit
He is required there as place is vacant
The soul is taken away to deliver the important
The fate is same for all
It is certainly divine call
Some one departs at early stage
Some one goes in the old age
It is worthwhile to respect the birth
As no one is allowed to live here after death
Relatives may miss and lay a wreath
But is it certain way and defined as path
Stay here as animal or human being
But role will be defined in the circus ring
You may go for noble roles and acclaim
Rest may die soon without and legitimate claim
No one may raise any statue
If so, then it will be naturally due
They may pay it as mark of respect
A tribute to your service and graceful act
Human memory is very short
Not all ships anchor safely at port
You may be lost from memory very soon
Life has to come down like balloon
It is nothing but short stay
Can make it meaningful if found good way
If not then it is drifted away
Pushed in darkness for the want of shining ray

No Lessons Learned
Death for causing death
You can't be lenient
A cold blooded slayer
Deserves capital punishment.
He snuffed out a life
With no hint of remorse
Extinguishing his life
Remains the only course.
He killed one
Still in its bud
Justice must be done
It bays for his blood.
The law takes its course
To the gallows he's sent
There's is no remorse
He deserved capital punishment.
Did it happen again?
Killing of an innocent?
It was no lesson
The capital punishment!

Lost and forgotten
Why are we so helpless and fear death?
It scares me even with idea of laying wreath?
What sort of sad scene to send tears down!
Person may be altogether lost and forgotten
God decided to introduce it as final resort
He did not think of any steps for person to deport
It was left to be decided by individual concern
Everybody was expected to come back or return
If it was left to person’s choice
Then he would never have preferred death or demise
He should have gone for all the remedies
Even would have created wall of children and ladies
God feared some thing of this nature may come up
The human being will not yield to any set up
Death could create permanent fear in the mind
So this was the easiest way of deterrence to find
Some day he may develop the sense of going closer
Pray for reprieve, donate generously and not act as miser
The wealth may create the sense of insecurity and force to seek
The blessings from the God before he may start falling sick
Not all the wealthy, influential or powerful men fear death
There is no discrimination mentioned in any of the faith
Names are given with different indication but meaning same
They will be shocked to find it when finally come
Those who surrender and wish to lead happy life
May matter less to them if caused by nature, sickness or edge of knife
This is only cycle that has been made for all
Even Prophets, Messiahs and even lord had to respond to the call
This is formidable weapon and most dangerous
It sways, stays and plays havoc continuous
No one can dare to take extreme steps in anticipation
Either it has full commitment or enough participation
Think for a moment the unruly scene in the absence of death
No one will be afraid of any consequences including wrath
The human will kill human and keep under domination
As he will have no fear of answering any question
The death of near one makes him to wonder little
For a moment he will be shocked and feel unsettled
This will make him feel the futility of life as such
He may get wind out of it and involve not much
The person can be purified with little admission
Guilty feeling may push him toward confusion
If can surrender or feel so towards the end
There may be enough of scope to feel sad and mend

Sonnet: To God, All Men Are Alike
Which human life is superior in cost?
Which human blood is royal all along?
Which human breed has been always foremost?
Which human voice has sung world's most hit-song?
Nothing can be for long, the best, purest;
All human lives are equal 'fore God's eyes;
Reward/punishment of God is fairest;
Can God be God if He should reward vice?
Like pendulum, our life keeps swinging forth;
And see-saw-like, we have our ups and downs;
Despite iniquities, living is worth;
A circus-show has many, also clowns.
Never look down upon another life,
Lest angered God serves us enormous strife.

Sonnet: Save Human Lives
You kill a lamb and yet ’tis not a sin;
You play with dolls but don’t worship them still;
’Tis murder when you kill men, kith and kin;
Man lives a life predestined by God’s will.
‘Though blood is thicker than water’- we say,
Not many care if human blood is lost!
Although man plans, God calls off everyday;
One must save human lives at any cost.
And human life is most precious to God;
And so He gave each man a soul to keep;
Nevertheless, He made all things from clod;
From murder, man most punishment will reap.
We have no right to take another’s life;
God will reward if lives are saved from knife!
