Welfare state

“Kill him, kill him” crowd shouted “do not let him go”
He has done shame to country and delivered blow
His head should be smashed and hands cut off to show
He was not worthy to be called citizen and hence to be thrown

“Tie him with ropes and thrown in front of elephants”
Such were the cruel methods and offered as instant
No more arguments and no more clemency
The judgment was to pronounced without any mercy

“Blind him and push him in jungles” to be eaten by wild animals
Such was the severe punishment for dreaded criminals
It was to serve as deterrent so no one repeated in future
The law and order was determined and made completely sure

One ruler, one law and respect for law abiding citizens
Nothing to come on the way for declaring peaceful zones
In natural calamities state aid and help urgently forthcoming
Any kind suggestions put into use and always welcoming

Such were the solid foundations laid down for the welfare states
Taxes and levies all done with equal and based on fare rates
No tax frauds, treachery or any of the serious offenses
The imposition of strict laws for enforcing sentences

How can we claim as largest democracy or progressive state?
Where is progressive element to take into note and narrate?
All sorts of loops holes provided to escape the strict laws
Legislations in force with ambiguity and worded with flaws

No justice delivered for years together and dragged on
Hardly someone may remain alive to see whether lost or won
How to appreciate such system in fast developing scene?
So much lethargy and scant respect for laws is rampant and seen

Murders roam freely and get the easy bail
Simple ticket less travelers are pushed in jail
Every item has been placed tag on it
Any one can lay hand on it if it is seemed very fit

Not all the cases get unfair trial
Somewhere blocked by official denial
Most of the time it is hindered by ineffective system
No one can place a ban or pass blame

Who can be appreciated most? Old rulers or present hierarchy
The democratic functioning of government or hereditary monarchy?
In both the method there prevailed a room for misrule and anarchy
Some of the issued involved were of serious nature and very touchy

We need no autocratic but at the same time strict enforcement
Full legal sanction for enforcement of effective establishment
Where there is respect for rights but at the same time duties too
The dream may be fulfilled only when it comes to use and prove true

Our Canadian Courts

Our courts have gone too soft and what can we do?
As blatant criminals walk out the door and wave adieu,
Appointed judges seem to think that they have every right,
To give lenient sentences that can cause community plight.

Wheeling and dealing in order to get the trial finished quicker,
Plead guilty to this and walk on that, defence lawyers snicker,
No specified jail time laid down for certain vicious crimes,
So the judge can let criminals walk for the fourth or fifth time.

Or they can move on and appeal to the appointed Supreme Court,
Could take years of legal maneuvering of every sort,
The same appointees that allowed abortions on every street,
Dressed in funny looking gowns to show that they are elite.

We have to change things around with laws to make it more strict,
That when the evidence is there - no deals - they have to convict,
And mandatory compulsory jail time for each and every crime,
So the appointed judges can’t let them walk numerous times.

Accept, you are the wildest, right?

If you term a person ‘wild’
You mean that person is unreasonable
You mean that person reacts violently
You mean that person is unpredictable
You mean that person is unsociable
And you term us ‘wild’

Yes, I am representing that group of animals,
Who live in natural environment.

We go by the natural law ‘survival of the fittest’
We are simple and we never show up we are wise or smart
We live the present only, we know there is nothing called future
We eat only when we are hungry
We live only with those comforts nature has provided
We do not cheat or misrepresent facts
We make homes with available natural materials
We do not amaze wealth
We do not hoard anything
We kill only when we are hungry and eat the flesh then and there
We do not, however, kill our own tribe
And you call us ‘wild’

You are wise, learned and know many things
You make laws and you know how to break them without being caught
You amaze wealth for the comfort of your off-springs
You are worried more about future
Than being particular enjoying the present
You harness natural powers for your benefit
And you say this is just add to your comforts
You make use of every thing nature has provided
And manipulate them to match you needs
You experiment on us, not for our benefit
And claim that such experiments will help human beings
You kill us for pleasure,
Not always because you are hungry and need our flesh
Why you kill your own people
And say you are protecting your nation, tribe, faith or religion
With this great background you call us ‘wild’

If you insist we agree to be branded as ‘wild’
Provided, you accept
That you are ‘wildest’

Strict Time

Theres a hand on a wire that leads to my mouth
I can hear you knocking but Im not coming out
Dont want to be a puppet or a ventriloquist
cause theres no ventilation on a critical list
Fingers creeping up my spine are not mine to resist
Strict time
Chorus:
Toughen up, toughen up
Keep your lip buttoned up
Strict time
Oh the muscles flex and the fingers curl
And a cold sweat breaks out on the sweater girl
Strict time
Oh hes all hands, dont touch that dial
The courting cold wars weekend witch trial
Strict time
All the boys are straight laced and the girls are frigid
The talk is two-faced and the rules are rigid cause its strict time
Strict time
Chorus
You talk in hushed tones, I talk in lush tones
Try to look italian through the musical valium
Strict time
Thinking of grand larceny
Smoking the everlasting cigarette of chastity
Cute assistants staying alive
More like a hand job than the hand jive
Strict time

In uncontrolled world

I am born free and live in uncontrolled world
I have all the rights to expose corruption and put irregularities on hold
If I consider it fit to be auctioned then I am prepared for my soul to be sold
I can be adventurous at others expenses and would love to called bold

Why do you think democracy has got all the ills?
Do you not have easy access free way to feel?
Is there any country with so much liberal mechanism?
Crowd can be hired and pressed into service for claiming purism?

I can indulge in hypocracy and still called a liberal
Only written orders are taken as legal and nothing in oral
Enough room to maneuver right in wrong way and escape
Even nothing can be proves in the cases of rapes

I have faith in judiciary and its tiring process
I also know it can be landed in mess
Few bunch of liar experts with money temptation
Can strengthen close bond with excellent relation

I have equal regard for administration
Full permission for selling counter bands on any stations
Whether in public, hiding places or in prominent places
You can have anything on sale provided it nicely fetches

There is enough of joy in being called irresponsible
No one may entrust you job which is important an accountable
You are simply being tolerated due to faulty liberal set up
You will not be questioned or made you to shut up

Our forefathers fought for liberty, independence and freedom
Its true meaning is taken seriously or understood seldom
Know your rights fully well but not to talk of duties as well
The system has proved blessings and offers different tale

Some politicians, lawyers, traders and civil servants even
Wish their full share with full indemnity as nothing can happen
Judicial system can afford them long years to roam in free environment
As they will have enough of time to threaten, intimidate and issue hostile statements

I had dreamed of such an environment with full protection
As it was not to apply any of the restriction on my action
Except in rarest of rare crime there was not to be any capital punishment
At the most some restrictions and temporary ban on movements

Same inherent weaknesses may also be enjoyed in arbitrary functions
There may be lot many harsh regulations with many awaiting inductions
Exploitation to maximum in limited time with damsel’s sword on head
Still enough of loop holes to escape dragnet and luxuriously to lead

You Have No Human Rights

They blow us up they shoot us down,
They have us frozen with fear,
We let them preach hatred on our streets,
Yet still they are living here.

Why, you ask is this the case,
Is our country really blind,
Known terrorists roaming free,
We must be out of our mind.

They take our housing and benefits,
But we've not to make a fuss,
Despite the fact their only wish,
Is to kill everyone of us.

If I hated a country with such bile,
My residence just wouldn't last,
If I couldn't accept their way of life,
I'd get the hell out fast.

Yet Britain is such an easy touch,
They know they've got it made,
For affording them freedom and democracy,
Contempt is what they trade.

While they're being allowed to preach,
That all westerners must die,
When we try to throw them out,
They go to court and cry.

They portray themselves as warriors,
Who love to cause us alarm,
Yet when we try to deport them,
They claim they're scared they'll come to harm.

This shows them up for what they are,
With our rights they've been empowered,
Yet they refuse leave a country they hate,
That is the mark of a coward.

We can't extradite to America,
Regardless of how many they kill,
There's a chance that they might execute,
While we don't have the will.

They will use the very laws they hate,
To throw dirt back in our face,
While we sit back and let them,
It's a national disgrace.

Our laws these bastards preach against,
Shows where their morality sits,
They're not only bloody cowards,
They're a bunch of hypocrites.

What rights do they give their victims,
Who will never have any choice,
None is the easy answer,
They have taken away their voice.

As for legal fees we pay their bill,
While they sit back and laugh,
British lawyers making millions,
Paid by the government on our behalf.

I think it's time we let them know,
No ifs, or buts, nor mights,
If you want to practise jihad,

'' You Have No Human Rights '

Why Should I Respect Those

Why should I respect those who do not respect me
Who look down upon me for my poverty
You should only respect those who show respect for you
At least to my own self I'll always be true.

Why should I respect those who bomb, maim and kill
Who by the power of force on smaller Nations impose their will
If you are strong be merciful to them does not apply
Those not with us are against us that is their war cry.

Why should I respect those who for their own greed
Abuse Mother Nature who supplies our every need
What we do to Nature to our own selves we do
The karma we'll receive is the karma we are due.

Why should I respect those who trample the weak
And muzzle those who for themselves who cannot speak
I only respect those who treat others fair
And who love Nature's creatures and for Nature care.

Ragging

Universities and campus prepare their grave,
In the guise of education they put front brave,
Bur on ground of morality they cave in,
Line drawn clear but education thin,

Great fall in standard and knowledge lagging,
More efforts on fashion and thrust on ragging,
Many loose their lives on name of flogging,
It is blot or shame and prestige more dragging,

From a distance some movement I saw,
Senior hitting junior with his fist on jaw,
Not knowing what? Junior bowed and beg,
Saw I senior pouring liquor from peg,

All students shouted and danced with joy,
Entrant was unaware and cried like boy,
This was great fun as if playing with toy,
Humanity at loss and disgrace they enjoy,

Student suffered injury with eye lost,
Life became hell as faced humiliation most,
Blind he became with life at cost,
Protest, uproar, outcry still no penalty post,

Even females not by boys but girls spared,
Forced to remove cloths and honour not cared,
Parade them in open with body made bare,
Not shamed by self but make others aware,

There is race in campus to corner any miss,
Who will venture first for open kiss?
Such is scene and action so childish?
No steps being taken with argument foolish,

Poor boys and girls enter with high hope,
Bright carrier, idea golden all of sudden flop,
Some jump in water and few commit suicide,
How to face crime not been able to decide,

Inhuman act persist and still prevail,
No option open as how to education avail,
Who do we blame? Society or parent,
Weaknesses still remain as quality inherent,

Precious lives lost with strict laws present,
Zeal for study and respect remain absent,
Why these continue if there is consent?
Why no public opinion who always do resent?

Ragging should be banned with stringent action,
Punish guilty with heavy
Dare anybody in future must face complete ouster,
Dire with consequences and no escape from cluster,

Neither it is simple an act of joking,
Nor it is pleasure with act of smoking,
All we need is strict laws invoking,
Ban rude elements even need poking

Canada Needs Bigger Jails

It’s obvious Canada needs more, bigger and better jails,
Too many convicted criminals getting easy and quick bails,
Lenient conditional sentences and early release,
And for repeat criminal offenders, this should have to cease.

Released after serving one third of their light sentence time,
Seldom mentioned in the media, reason for increase in crime,
System is politically correct and given great respect,
No one in their vast organization would mention neglect.

Serving time in half-way houses around the corner down the street,
And in no time it seems, their short prison sentence is complete,
Our lenient justice system seems to have gone off the deep end,
The jails are obviously not big enough for all those they apprehend.

And they don’t mind doing jail time because the system is so soft,
Treated like a hymn-singing gentleman up in the choir loft,
So jail time is more of an inconvenience than anything else,
They might sometimes feel a little but slight repulse.

Is It Really Justice or Just Revenge?

Is capital punishment justice or is it revenge?
This is the question that I want to defend.
Is it really justice if you have to kill someone?
Or is the killing of a being just for your fun?
Is a murder really justified if the culprit spends less time in jail?
If so then it seems capital punishment is just easy bail.

They should be punished and not given an out of jail card,
All capital punishment is doing is spending money, cold and hard.
Wanting them to die doesn’t seem like justice but revenge?
It leaves blood on your hands when there life ends.
Life is full of trials and tribulations this is a must,
But if you kill a man then it won’t make life any more just.

Justice is using authority to give a fair decree,
But intended death to a being doesn’t seem fair to me.
Revenge is to satisfy in retaliation,
But death’s your one hit wonder, one satisfaction.
So I will always choose the criminals to defend,
Leaving you with your decision: justice or revenge?

Chance and turn

You must compromise with the situation
Get updates and make evaluation
What so ever you may think and do
See to your self and go through

Females have their chance and turn
Either wake up or make run
No favor may be shown to males
This will take your liberty away and turn you pale

Now wind blowing in different direction
It is time to watch our own action
No disrespect or hostile gesture will be appreciated
You will not only turn things worse but vitiated

There is tremendous blow and complete change
Ladies have excelled in all the fields with clear edge
The beauty shows are over and good positions occupied
They have secured positions and not simply copied

They are provided with protection and cover
The days of tyranny and torture are over
You can not dream to violate and harm their modesty
This can push you behind bars and land in custody

For very long time they were under bondage
The society as such had kept them in virtual cage
There are still hypocrites in world today
The solution is not found out in reasonable way

Many countries have framed legislations
This may give some respite with good indication
There may be less harassment and torture
They can witness good days with bright future

The complete scene is managed by males even today
The females are denied all rights and blocked the way
So much humiliation and insult for no fault
Forget about respect not even confidence is built

We owe so much to ladies
Even though they are concern of no body
We could not have taken birth on this land
If they were unreasonable and hostile friends

Wed employ all methods to stall their progress
They are always under tension and duress
They have enough of courage and simplicity
Every chance must be afforded to utilize their capacity

It is inadvisable to push them in corner
It is now their chance and turn
Let us fall on new thinking with progressive lines
We can not push them in the side lines

You are punishable by law for offence
It can land you in problem for slight reference
They are not now simple home commodity
They have excelled and gained the validity

We can not have double standard
Gender discrimination can be a step backward
Equal rights with opportunities is only option or way out
In absence of it, complete set up will witness fall out

Loopholes (Free Verse)

Arizona citizens known as we the people
Did not want to pass the current laws in
Question…The legislative branch of government
Are thus known as individuals and have no
Right to create laws that the People are against…
Furthermore…The laws enacted are in violation
Of the Welfare clause of the Preamble in which
Is known as The People…In which agricultural
Crops and other jobs that depend on emigrants
For the welfare of The People who depend on
Said emigrants as essential to the welfare and
Pursuit of Happiness of The People… Thus any

I Pledge

I pledge allegiance to national flag
Let there be any attempt to tarnish the image or drag
It shall remain super most in my mind
I am not novice so not to understand and go blind

How many people have shed their blood for motherland?
How many might have perished in foreign land
For upholding the national pride and honor
What might have they expected in return for?

I am for sure many might have perished unsung?
No national anthem might have been aired or sung
Yet we owe our head in their honor for brave front
This is what all citizens expect from soldiers or want

Today we are free country with all liberal thoughts
On national front we have undergone sufferings when fought
No one wanted any material benefit but only free air
Have we given them what they wanted as fair share?

Motherland is compared to a beautiful and sacred lady
Love and respect shown for all the time from everybody
No one can think of harming national interest?
It is expected and desired even more as best

We have forgotten our past
We have lost the trust
Our head bows down in shame
Where to go and whom to blame?

The beautiful lady, motherland we call, is torn apart
She has been taken off cloths and divided in parts
Who can claim they have national interest at heart?
Can any one think of making again a noble start?

No, nothing will be done
Past golden days are for memory to remain
Flowers will laid as mark of respect once in year
Everybody is afraid and gripped of fear

We are killing our own brethrens
Poor are dying everyday without much concern
This is welfare state we enshrined?
Was that the show for later on to be fined?

We have created position to corner the wealth
Compromised with nature and helped to deteriorate health
It is world boxing match to attract more people
To pay for the show and invite more trouble

Queen without crown

I am queen but have no crown,
I still rule firmly but people not frown,
Down to dusk and dust to down,
All big cities and small small town,

I am straight and act very swift,
Curb the crime an deal very strict,
Criminals on run and their entry restrict,
Happy all towns, cities and district,

What do I ask more from citizens?
Obey the rules and not prove burdens,
Never become unruly and create more hurdles,
State may have peace with no more loop holes,

State is not body but holy invisible institution,
May not have written all in symbolic constitution,
Still it remains and has its existence,
Only welfare measures and no other insistence,

“Live and let others live” should have motto,
Never politics turn to make it ghetto,
State belongs to all and no claim of one,
Larger should be concept as belongs to none,

Time is running out and divine days are over,
Kings and queens find difficult to cover,
Thought many may prevail king rule over,
But ideas not find devour as mooted by fewer,

I may not rule, vast land and track,
but can’t retrace steps and suddenly fall back,
Beautiful green fields and clean sea shore bank,
All put together may form new front and rank,

King can be tyrant and also cruel,
But will nit ignite fire and fuel,
Public opinion matter in most matter,
So is the time to crate new platter,

People may revolt and force to abdicate,
Ruler should know and should indicate,
Populist measures must vindicate,
Forming people’s forum or with syndicate

Away from the scene

It is not fleeing away from the scene
Fear for life as such is never seen
Man may run miles together to escape dragnet
Else he has to loose the life and will not be allowed to let

In democracy, day time murders take place
There is clear and visible mad race
No one can get justice in stipulated time
Freedom is curtailed and liberty crushed sometimes

Where do you go and raise your voice?
Who cares for your cry in wilderness for promises?
Why not keep some loop holes and misses?
Later you have nothing left as traces

This is mockery of system and played for self interest
Draconian rule persist and even termed as best
We know how it strangulates ordinary person
Pushed in gallows for unknown reasons

Properties may be looted and houses burn
Can be termed as hooligan’s act and may take ugly turn
Where life can be played into mad hands
As politicians can murder and at the same time play as friends

Some of the people are truly dedicated and they have reasons
We should see larger cause and evaluate them as right persons
It will be futile to loose a life inn struggle for nothing
Even many patriots have fled the scene and taken refuge for something

Innocents are murdered and women, children are molested
Many good words are said and matter finally rested
We have lost moral rights to protest as true champion
As we now take the refuge under the name of religion

We can’t call our system as civilized forum
Where we can’t maintain good decorum
Forces must be resorted to bare minimum
In extreme cases justification can be given for maximum

Freedom and liberty can’t be taken as privilege
It must come naturally to us as a heritage
We have given enough of blood for peaceful living
Its principles are meant for adoption and believing

Sharp shooters

We will need more sharp shooters,
More crowd to play as hooters,
Banks to be kept open for looters,
More violence in films for viewers,

All available for negligible amount,
No records and no cash account,
When more worries and trouble mount,
All come in force and their presence count,

No names no involvement and finished from the scene,
Assassins fire shots which nobody is keen,
Fleeing from scenes easy as not always seen,
Threats completely removed as there had been,

They are all integral part of the system,
Liquidation is process and not always custom,
If hired crowds not there then who will shout?
It is dirty game and nothing to think about,

Scoundrels play the game and not always seen,
Not easy to formant trouble so not very keen,
But show has to be carried and need henchman,
Let people die then who is man or woman,

When rulers break the rule no one can protect,
Nothing will work even mounting strong protest,
It is beginning of downfall and strong acid test,
They will try to crush and use means best,

Nothing can work bullets or ballots,
People may vanish who work as parrots,
No yes man or stooge can last longer,
Truth will prevail and not last the monger,

New scene may emerge on simple ruins,
New currency can be made in form of coins,
Strong public opinion and enforcement of laws,
All will flee the scene including outlaws

If You Pay Respect

If you pay respect to where respect is due
And to your own higher self try to remain true
And treat everyone as an equal and all as the same
Your's ought to live on as a remembered name.

If for everyone you believe on a 'fair go'
And despite their Race or Creed due respect to them show
And never ruin anyone's character with malicious lies
Above the ordinary you are one who does seem to rise.

If you unlike many not addicted to greed
And try to help those of help who are in need
And of your own Human flaws you do feel aware
To say the least people like you are quite rare.

If you do believe in the live and let live
And you are not too proud to receive and generous enough for to give
And respect to the rights of all others you pay
Then as a person you are doing quite okay.
