Want to be rebel

I want to be called rebel
With most dreaded label
To fight for cause and excel
Just survive in world to tell

Why my pen does not break down?
When I hear woes and pain unknown
How many perish in day light bombing?
And how many disappear in combing?

Nothing comes out that easily
No enjoyment also if that comes readily
We need to enjoy hard earned freedom
Such joy is experienced seldom

I right with fierce language
Even though feel the burden of an age
But I want no one to be bonded in cage
I wish to rewrite the struggle on golden pages

Our own brethren killing sons of soil
When I hear such tale, the blood definitely boils
I wish to take up arms and fight
Without then looking into wrong or right

Crime against women is on rise
This pushes me into Dark Age with surprise
Did we dream such stage with promises?
Was our blood shed to earn the curses?

No one may answer all these questions
There is upright thinking in relations
Of late there has come so much bitterness
We find hatred and cruelty on face

Let us not forget our forefathers who did sacrifice
Took us to down road and long way with safe place
We are not pledging ourselves to the wishes of downtrodden
Poor remain poor with so much of the burden

What do I wish to write in their memory?
Express helplessness with regret and sorry
This causes me great concern and worry
I shall loose no moments in hurry

I'm Gonna Be Somebody

Bobby played his guitar on the harder side of town
Where it's hard for the poor boy to find the money
He had dedication, he had the heart and soul
Somehow knew he was born to play
People said "Get a real job, support your family
'Cause there's no future in the road you're taking"
He never said a word, the dreamer just kept on
But late at night you could hear him say
He said
"I'm gonna be somebody
One of these days I'm gonna break these chains
I'm gonna be somebody someday
You could bet your hard earned dollar I will
The road was a struggle, took him ten years to the top
Now he's #1 on the stage and the radio
Still he can't believe how they come from miles around
When it only seems like yesterday he was sayin'
"I'm gonna be somebody
One of these days I'm fonna break these chains
I'm gonna be somebody someday
You could bet your hard earned dollar I will"
Bobby played his hometown one full moon August night
When he heard a voice in the front row singin'
It was a sandy- haired Rebel boy with the same old hungry eyes
Looked up at Bobby and said
"I'm gonna be somebody
One of these days I'm gonna break these chains
I'm gonna be somebody someday
You could bet your hard earned dollar I will"
Mmmmmm
"I'm gonna be somebody
One of these days I'm gonna break these chains
I'm gonna be somebody
You could bet your hard earned dollar I will"
Oh, yes I will
You could bet your hard earned dollar
I will

Partition and After

Everybody wanted lion's share
But were afraid to talk and dare
They were to benefit from blood and holocaust
People were to migrate soon and fast

Land was to be divided
But no clue was provided
No one knew which river will flow where
Only confusion prevailed here and there

Yet it went on with calculated move
People were uprooted and removed
Their property was burnt and houses on fire
The politicians were blamed and called liar

Soon same army was to confront face to face
Arms were to be inducted for madly race
Millions were to sleep on open ground
Love was lost and no where to be found

Everything was done in hurry
Power was only the cause of concern and worry
What has it brought for people in this country?
Except, hatred, poverty, misery and sans glory

Still hundreds weep today for their beloved
Kith and keen that were in day light butchered
No one mourned their death and missed
Only their memory and ashes were to be kissed

Not that we are against people's aspiration
But that can be done by maintaining relation
Peaceful migration can take place in orderly manner
Law and order situation has to be restored later

How can we rejoice such unholy partition?
When there is hatred and mistrust followed by volcano type ignition?
We may celebrate hard earned independence and freedom
But such joy is momentary and may remain permanent seldom

I Wonder How Soon All The Wars Would End

I wonder how soon all the wars would end
The promoters of them to the front could we send
And the blood of the rich to be spilled for thee
So the laboring classes can be free
To write their own destiny.
I wonder too how many would fight
For the freedom from want of the poor
The rich man's son stays in school
And the poor man's boy takes the lure.
The churches can't help for they compromise
God's on our side they say
While winking their eyes
And the ignorant kill for a cause no one knows.
It's been said man's meant to be free,
Now I ask you freedom from what?
Is it freedom to cheat
Or freedom to lie
Or freedom to live in a hut?
No man is free far as I can see
Because of his passion's desire.
It's not right for men to fight
Or women their bodies for hire
I could continue for hours on end
To express, expound and rehearse
For man to arrive and still be alive
To realize the truth of this verse.

Burn The Kings' Robes

I write to light tomorrow's flame
When I am gone and can fight no more
And i fight beside those who are the same
as I - the Freedom Rebels; the caged; the poor

I've sunk my teeth into the tyrants bars
and shrieked like a monkey attached to probes
I've summoned the heat from the very stars
to shred and burn the Kings' great robes

Because the Kings will smile with arms wide spread
and call on 'their people' to fight for a cause
then turn their backs, 'till half the people are dead
and find another reason to put Peace on pause
The people believe in the good of men

and the rulers exploit this fatal trait
They give answer knowing you've asked the wrong question
They use our very good faith as bait

Once caught in the trap we'll raise finger and point
and pass blame far from ourselves
deep down we elect representatives so that we may annoint
them with the burden of carrying our guilts and out Hells.

The River of Blood

It’s the river of blood
Initiated by the enemies of God
And when advised too or told to stop
They just give you the nod
The nod of ignorance and cruelty
The nod of no life and no feel
As they are told about they’re evilness
They believe that none of it is real
It’s the river of blood
That flows down a dark and red stream
And as I dip my hand in, it feels like sour, bitter cream
It’s the river of blood
The river of cruelty and pain
The river of blood
The river that flows in vain
The river that will never end
The river full of the dead
The river where they remain silently hopeless
The river where the majority of them bled
It’s this river of blood where I inject my power and strength from
It’s this river full of blood where my victory will soon come
The river of blood, the river that will soon contain me
It’s this river where my blood has long sought to be
The river of blood that shall soon end with an atrocious fight
The river of blood, the river that will no longer stay at sight.

Oh! onion

I have forgotten to test
Though you were cheap and best
Any time I was in position to cry
You have lost your charm, why?

Why all of sudden you have become celebrity
Is there improvement in your quality?
Do you think you are in formidable weapon?
Make us cry and push to death like serpent's venom

One of the poor men’s best companions
The so called name given as onions
How long will you compel to shed the tears?
Will we have to undergo burden and fear?

It has disappeared from the market
I have decided to forgo or forget
The name as such of onion
Though it remained the poor men’s diet as true champion

I would love to curse all those
Who have courage to hide it and dispose?
Snatch the food for their greedy wish
And pushing the persons to perish

A rare commodity now beyond reach
We have lost moral ground to preach
We have no soul left such to search
I can forget it as commodity as such

The democracy has become a biggest joke
Much legislation are passed and ordinances invoked
Poor watch helplessly and stand as provoked
The scenario is changed as everything is smoked

You have independent judiciary to safeguard interest
You have freedom of speech and serves as best
You are called master of destiny and luck
Still they are all out for your blood to suck

You live in wilderness as people come and rob
You wonder in world without having job’
You have nothing else to do except to rot
Still dream for shine after proving a blot

How many may be gifted with little fortune?
How far they will be fortunate enough to remain in tune?
Do they fear that their bread will be snatched one day?
If the person in street is pushed to commit in wrong way

I would love if it is declared as unsafe heaven
Where all wrong doers escape and enjoy even
Those hands which are meant for public good
Can successfully snatch slice of poor man’s food

We will be on path of successful march
It will be biggest show of deception and can be called as farce
We may succeed in concealing the naked truth
Everybody may feel pinch of salt when tongue is pressed between teeth

I can only pay almighty
To give them little sense and shower the pity
Think, what would have happened?
If the life span was never threatened

Burden To Carry

Every man has a burden to carry
And some seem to carry it very well
While others complain, about the burden and strain
And as their fall from grace to all they must tell.
They will blame all others for the life they live
And then brag and lie for pity and shame
They will tell themselves to halt, that it was never their fault
So they figure their loss will also be their gain.

Every man has a burden to carry
And some need to carry that burden alone
As they don't seek help, from no one but themselves
And only GOD will feel their pain or hear them moan.
The burden they have is their right of passage
As they walk through life to become a man
Every step that they take, another worry they will forsake
And truly that a vigilante only he should understand.

Every man has a burden to carry
And so many carry it with a vigor and pride
As they head down the road, with their own life's load
While keeping a happiness and love and joy deep inside.
They live the life that was presented to them
And never once do they complain or quit
They take life in it's stride, they throw their chest forward in pride
And what they lost or will loose, they will never miss.

Every man has a burden to carry
And to see it just look upon a mans face
He will either be wearing a smile, like holding a child
Or else you'll see pain and sorrow and even disgrace.
Just walk in his footsteps at least one time
Take his journey as he run's or walks or even tarries
Then you will feel the weight, that man can't escape
As every man has a burden, that he must carry.

A worry for homeless

Why I don’t worry about homeless?
Why do I roam aimlessly and careless?
I have nothng to show on face
You won’t find any regret or trace

I have enough to last long
I hope nothing goes wrong
It shall remain same forever
I have full safety with cover

This is thinking of common man
He is contended with as human
He hasn’t come across the pain and agony
Hw hasn’t seen the horrible plight of many

I would love to be among them
No use to criticize or anything to frame
It is not created by destiny alone
This conclusion is far off gone

What can we think of lessening the plight?
We may start with few from the right?
It may not affect the scenerio even slight
It is to be in context of the light

Can we not provide one homeless a cover?
Can we not provide at least drinking water?
This may certainly be the human gesture
I see at the end a lovely and bright future

You may find the satisfaction of unqiue kind
It is not the quantum provided to a simple blind
It may be generous feeling that is appreciably found
See the result when you happen to make a round

Millions may find smile on the face
There won’t be bitterness among the race
The poor may be called poor always
We need tocome out of doorways

Can we not remove that sorrowful state?
Has that come to them out of fate?
Do they deserve no sympathy and only hate?
Rush if you can to their help without getting late

Remember The Alamo

Freedom within grasp of their hands
Travis' men held the Fort in line
If later, none among them stands
Still, blowing all throughout those lands
Is cause that walls could not confine

It grew strong with the blood they spilled
And Crockett shed his blood for more
Pop! Pop! Pop! Bom! Bom! Bom! till killed
Yet outside, Fate has been fulfilled
Houston struck to even the score

Freedom earned not without a fight
For dream to live, and as they choose
In precepts that will give them light
To say which one is wrong or right
By themselves, without pride to lose.

Give me blood

'Give me blood, I will give you freedom'
The great son and patriot gave invitation with slogan
I shall take you to the shore of liberty
You deserve it by right and not by charity

Was it vision, love for country or pure wisdom?
These words can be heard seldom
Have we not bartered our freedom to few members?
Hardly few may find place now to remember

Country has become house hold of few
They have little time spare or no time or view
It is forced dynastic rule with no future for people
Praise the dynasty, have blessings and rule

Whom do we blame for such down fall?
The self rule for people without dashing against wall
Was it calculated move to pass on the helm of affairs?
Still to term it as great struggle and very fair

Country passing in turmoil and hungry foxes cry foul
Not responding to conscience and searching soul
Who else can rise from the grave and lead us to dreamland
Where our forefathers promised us a free land

Why did they all sacrifice life for nothing?
Was it the only aim to gain something?
They may be watching helplessly from heaven
In which way our heroic struggle has been proven?

Why all tall promises are made everyday?
The poor have nothing to fill in belly for a day
Life has become cheap and no means to lead a way
What are they all talking of subway, highway or motor way?

We shall be true republic and in every sense secular
We shall have not only peace and security in particular
But will power to quench the thrust of millions of hungry
All these only after firing at restless mob turning angry

We have nothing to offer poor a shelter
We have no planning to see welfare and cater
We can swallow not in millions but only in billions
One corrupt player watches another to enter on stage from pavilion

The freedom has become joke and an instrument
To establish rule of scoundrels with money and muscle movement
Where from all these countless money are poured in
What is there to rejoice on any republic day for win?

Let us not shed any tears or feel sad for departed souls?
They were not scammers, statute politicians but idiots and fools?
Why no father advised them what will be fate of their freedom struggle?
The country will be turned in wrestling ground and free for grab in jungles

Rebel, Rebel, Rebel

We’re in the station line up for something
It’s crowded like hell and nobody cares
About patience, about tolerance
Oh, they all vapor in hot air
They say I should keep move but they don’t give me a room
They keep pushing me back and front
And there’s little devil pop up in my head
Rebel, rebel, rebel
It’s enough!
I will say it clear, I will tell till you can hear
Why I should do what you want but you don’t
I can’t please everyone, I will stay if I want
No matter how hard I should stand my right
By the end you will learn not to ignore

We’re living in mechanical world
Everything out of system will be called junk
Even for a dream, even for change
They won’t believe if there isn’t a proof
They say I should have all but they surround me by wall
And there’s little devil pop up in my head
Rebel, rebel, rebel
Is that enough?
I will say it clear, I will tell till you can hear
Why I should corrupt my heart just to meet your standard
I can’t please everyone, I will do what I want
No matter how long I should fight
By the end you will accept my point

We’re too much having senseless war
They claim they who on the way
To give justice, to make promise
Damn, it’s just a lie as usual
They say they’re who right but they’re wasting my time
They keep covering up and up
And there’s little devil pop up in my head
Rebel, rebel, rebel
It’s really enough!
I will say it clear, I will tell till you can hear
Why I should follow this game when you order with power
I’ll stop you now, I’ll prove you wrong
No matter how hard reality is I will stand for peace
By the end you’ll not get anything worth over

We’re running out the world
Everything exploited till the limit
Only for money, only for greed
And anybody should pay for it
They say there’ll be better life but it’s only lullaby
They keep robbing my land and culture
And there’s little devil pop up in my head
Rebel, rebel, rebel
It’s better enough!
I will say it clear, I will tell till you can hear
Why I should suffer with your own doom
I’ll stop you now, there’s no other direction
No matter how long we must protect we should love more this earth
By the end our children could also feel that their home is a beautiful place

A knock at the door

It will yet knock the door
As you will then seem to be poor
the reality may not be left behind
in search of new find

The pigeon may close the eyes
with the thought that cat may not ask why
she will catch her by neck
the life will never be back

The sound can be blocked
the light too can be shadowed
The vanes may be still flowing
the red and fresh blood will be allowing

The world is there as it is
everything moves on as it was
you may observer temporary pause
you have reason and sold cause

Nothing can be left behind as it was yesterday
nothing can be retained as it is today
what will we carry with us for tomorrow?
did it ever mean for worry, tears and sorrow?

It will attack with double force
there is no place for remorse
but the remedy is there of course
fight it out without spelling the curse

Gone is by gone and can never be golden
you have to slow down and soften
as it will engulf complete life
there is so much to be performed as wife

One may confine self and remain in isolation
thus he or she may offer consolation
if fact it has no direct bearing or relation
still it has strong bond to feel elation

You may try to look brave at heart
this is down fall and likely to start
it may bring down you to collapse
You will try to find out lacuna and lapses

Not all may find light at the end of the tunnel
not all may have good communication channel
little mistrust may bring down the holy relation
there are number of instances for citation

Yet it survives the onslaught
the scuffle and skirmishes are daily fought
it is fueled to dangerous level
one must remain on guard and excel

It is yet to be given second thought
the compromise formula must be sought
there is not one life alone at risk
there may come cyclone accompanied by dust and mist

The storm may gather and show its power
you have all the responsibility to go slower
you may get wet in rainy shower
this pain may be realized by fewer

The sacrifice does not go in vain
It may speak of hidden pain
the words are spoken with great anguish
still it is not the end of road to finish

I Feel Shy

I am very shy
But a descent boy
Hardly of sixteen
Just out of teen

Know nothing about world
Turning hot and sometimes cold
Loose temper very easily
But fall in line readily

People say' world is wide open '
Open wings and fly even
Reach the sky and hit back the ground
Joy and love is surely to be found

I wish to be great man
Rule the entire world but as human'
Where there should be no misery
Life sans problems and worries

I am not snake charmer
But can be called as reformer
I mix with people and hear their woes
I know at heart where actually life goes

You need no big budget
Only open your heart and let
Show the world that you love and care
Heaven is here and you needn't go any where

Wish I could reach out and read their aspirations
The manner in which they want healthy relation
I have no magic wand to turn the equations
But certainly a logic to make worth mention

'Hello world' I am making scene
The impact you might have never seen
I shall rule the heart of millions'
As I wish not to rush to the pavilion

I am handsome and loving young man
Anybody may propose and be my woman
Yes, I am not at all in hurry
But some one has to enter and carry …

Who would want to be woman of my dream?
Who would join me in my lonely team?
I shall insist no one to join in struggle
As it won't be smooth or free from troubles

I can't look at the sky and count stars
They are from unreal world and very far
I want people should be seen as my stars
Never get disillusioned with uncertainties and wars

No doubt I am peasant boy
Have not come out from days of toys
People say 'I have milky teeth'
I should be at home to be with

Yes I value home traditions
Parents and all occupy special positions
Yet brethrens from all walks of life come above
As they have shown and definitely proved

Our forefathers have shed the blood and suffered
I wish to run on their foot steps and offer
Whatever I can in my ordinary capacity
And come out with flying colors and show the dignity

What did our forefathers do?
Did not leave us behind to pass through
Great ordeals and lot many sufferings
We can prove right as ordinary human being

Killers

I am singing to you
Soft as a man with a dead child speaks;
Hard as a man in handcuffs,
Held where he cannot move:

Under the sun
Are sixteen million men,
Chosen for shining teeth,
Sharp eyes, hard legs,
And a running of young warm blood in their wrists.

And a red juice runs on the green grass;
And a red juice soaks the dark soil.
And the sixteen million are killing. . . and killing
and killing.

I never forget them day or night:
They beat on my head for memory of them;
They pound on my heart and I cry back to them,
To their homes and women, dreams and games.

I wake in the night and smell the trenches,
And hear the low stir of sleepers in lines--
Sixteen million sleepers and pickets in the dark:
Some of them long sleepers for always,
Some of them tumbling to sleep to-morrow for always,
Fixed in the drag of the world's heartbreak,
Eating and drinking, toiling. . . on a long job of
killing.
Sixteen million men.

Try Again

Written by ricki & kim wilde
I cant see your face
Hear the excuses for
The mistakes that you make
Ive heard all your lies
I dont know how much I can take
Before I break
Ive tried to be so strong
While you broke the promises
All the vows that we made
We know somethings wrong
But we carry on anyway
Day by day
Youre the one who let me down
And now I find it hard to forgive
In my heart
But Ill try again
To forget all the pain
And love you again
Ill try again
Though you hurt me I know
I cant let you go
How can we forget
The sweetness of yesterday
We just cant let it go
Lost in bitterness
Im losing my self control
And my soul
Cos youll be the one who let me down
And now I find it hard to forgive
In my mind
But Ill try again
To forget all the pain
And love you again
Ill try again
Though you hurt me I know
I cant let you go
Oh why, why do we hurt each other more
When theres a way
Cos we never really found
What we were looking for
Can we try again
Cos youre the one who let me down
And now I find it hard to forgive
In my heart
But Ill try again
To forget all the pain
And love you again
Ill try again
Though you hurt me I know
I cant let you go
Ooh, Ill try again

Anger, Hatred, And Violence

Anger, Hatred, Violence
Written by Wilfred Mellers

Castaway on foreign shores and we know not how to solve them
Chastised the golden child the so-called source of your problems
What of we done so wrong to make you so upset
What of we done so wrong that you cannot seem to forget

Anger, hatred, violence
You’ll go down in silence
Try and try as hard as you can
But you cannot win
Analyze, criticize, and compromised
Is what you’ll find yourself in
Bound, changed, and shackled
This is how we’re living

Victimized by brutality at the rise of your society
Bound, changed, and captive
This is what you call humanity
Some may rise and some may fall
What’s the sense of it all
Closer we creep we downtrodden ones
We answer to his call

Standing alone in a crowd
To be heard I have to shout
Victimized by the system
There’s just no way out
Sacrifice your self-respect and you’ll have no life at all
Mankind you’ll never know yourself till your back is against the wall

Little Sorry

Worry will make you little sorry
Make you bull for burden to carry
Break you body tore part
Hasten your death to depart

Body may look intact but slowly burn
All parts may loose harmony and turn
Against your wish and disobey
You will not want any more to stay

It has always been formidable weapon
You cause the worry and battle is won
Enemy may die for the concern of what will happen
He will loose half the empire before even

It can be planed any where
By almighty and even by anybody who can dare
Leave behind spark of suspicion
And it may pose very big question

The tree may burn whole by lightening strike
The poor may die even with fear of price hike
Tomorrow may seem to be a great burden
Person may think more of it and die in turn

Wife may think often about divorce
This may be compelling force
Nobody will be at ease
The worry must be controlled before its release

It should not be caused to others
The weak may not be able to address
We should see to it considerably
Leave it behind and counter it happily

Bad Blood

Stinging sensation, a bad combination,
Tearing at each other all the time.
A need for aggression, a way of expression.
Where is the reason for the crime?
Bonded by hatred, sentenced to endless toil and strife.
Waiting for the time, to take away your life.
A fist full of fury, no judge and no jury,
There is a time and there's a place.
A rightful decision with perfect precision.
I think it's time to end the human race.
Bonded by Hatred...
It infects me, it annoys me,
It destroys me.
There's no reason for this treason,
Or what you've done.
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
It infects me...
Bad Blood...

Tearing at each other all the time.
A need for aggression, a way of expression.
Where is the reason for the crime?
Bonded by hatred, sentenced to endless toil and strife.
Waiting for the time, to take away your life.
A fist full of fury, no judge and no jury,
There is a time and there's a place.
A rightful decision with perfect precision.
I think it's time to end the human race.
Bonded by Hatred...
It infects me, it annoys me,
It destroys me.
There's no reason for this treason,
Or what you've done.
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
Bad Blood
It infects me...
Bad Blood...
