Wake Up Call
'There is no place for cowards in jannat* (heaven)
'Islam never preaches hatred and loves to all even'
'One of the holiest and sacred religion world has ever witnessed'
People are misguided and inhuman values are foolishly chased
'There will no place for all those who preach against values of religion'
Roared small girl who stood for as future light in region
She is Malal*, a fire brand activist, working for unity
Nation always stood for her selfless work and integrity
Staunch advocate and supporter for women education
Malal* is fighting for life and her survival is in question
She has been fired upon and bullet has pierced through
In her back bone to cost life for fighting the battle very true
Never liked by orthodox champions
She had to struggle and face the fanatics in region
Whole of the country today stands behind her role
Holy struggle, if some one wants to name, a divine call
'The countries future is at stake' almost all the people have condemned
The insurgents and attackers have been criticized and damned
The country is united for future role of the children
Malal* is not the only one but more of her may come forward even
I appeal and salute such brave attempt on part of small girl
Whole nation can feel proud of and feel let down with ugly turn
She stands for the courage and symbol of human character
Where there is hurdle on each step to face as lone actor
We bow our head and pray almighty for her speedy recovery
Let her breath in peace and come among us again by the blessings from almighty
Thousands across world and beyond boundaries offer prayers
We have no words except to bow head and watch as spectators
Let girls come up with good education and sense
The true religion with its deep meaning and essence
No religion can preach hatred and invite wrath
It will be worthwhile, if so, to die or face the death

Black Friday..Condemnation Day
It is darkest and black historical day
It has to be condemned as black Friday
Many people and clergies have come out in open protest
The preachers and defender of religion have called it as bad test
Any religion can never be against women
That is for all good reason can not be the best interest
If females are to be brought up with care
With full sympathy and education everywhere
That may make them to understand of the basic values
Of religion and culture and also of their dues
What one can expect under the hegemony?
Of male domination not advocated by an almighty
Never in history has it been condemned
Whole of the country (Pakistan) has raised voice and damned
The clergies and others have supported the women education
The women are asset and honor in relation
The sentiments are hurt and country is united
No where women are harassed and subjected
To such cruelty on the name of old customs
It is in no way appreciated and spoke of wisdom
Malal Yousuf Zia* may go down in history as pioneer
Women's champion and stalwart for ages to remember
It is her role that has bought honor to the women
It is nice gesture and united feeling with good omen
Let us all pray for her recovery and well being
The fanatics have threatened death again and bent upon ruining
The moderate people are helpless with such blind approach
Let good counsel prevail and mad rush is avoided as such
Let this Friday go as special mass prayer day
Let people march over in protest and pray
For protection and their honorable elevation
It will then be real and fair equation

Fighting for survival
Pakistan is not fighting for survival
For years it had waited for their arrival
They were give free use of land for subversion
Now it is too late to have any point of discussion
A holy land”Pakistan” as we all know
Had horrible years to witness and go
Lots of blood shed and deep bitterness
No where to show the brave front or kind face
Of late something unusual has taken place
There is cry over terrorist’s death and still more race
What will be fate of innocent people living around?
Their bodies remain unclaimed and sometimes not found
Pakistan must find its own holy war
The holocaust and bad consequences are not very far
No person may be allowed to move freely
In our own land we may be prisoners truly
When whole world is with you
Rise to the occasion and prove true
Allah may bless for any of the reasons
How can distinguish between good and bad persons?
No where it is seen that person is murdered while praying
The whole body is pierced though with pumping of bullets or spraying
Let people rise in arms and declared *“Jihad” for upholding religion
How can one Good *Musalmann be mere spectator in such region?
Terrorism can not be over in one day
Yet there is fine solution on the way
Find common strategy and offer resistance
They will be on run if united at once
No country can tolerate such nuisance
The defenders of the countries are aware of their presence
No religion can preach violence, hatred and seek blood
In such utter condition where people are dying for the want of food
* Musalmann.. pure…….*Jihad…Holy struggle

I Feel Sad
Why do I feel bad about fanatics?
What is simple thought or any basic?
What can be termed as logic?
I have no answer for it and feel so sick
Whether enemy or friends
What shall be our stand?
To treat them in real life or up to an end
Does it compel us to change the attitude or mend?
Two recent reports shattered my belief?
It made my heart to sink over no relief
On and off such repetition is made
Bullets are indiscriminately sprayed
People have lost their lives while greeting
Some thirty odd lives were lost while meeting
The holy place was blasted off for no reason
How can we celebrate today as true devotee or person?
Men killed in street are not regretted
Opponent's disappearance still can be termed as ill fated
But what about people gathered in holy place for prayers?
What do we call mercenaries or bullet sprayers?
Which religion permits such an outrage?
How can we tolerate such carnage?
Who will then come forward for propagation of true religion?
Such kind of hatred may engulf entire region?
I want to disassociate from such kind of people
Who knows nothing about human sufferings and struggle?
What do they know about the precious human lives?
What else is left there in life to pursue and believe?
I hate such people for their blind theory
They may survive little more time to feel sorry
It only adds momentum to increase worry
Let them be cursed with all displeasure from almighty

An assassin's bullet
Is the tolerance has taken back seat?
Do we stab a person when tries to greet?
What are we to offer in the name of tolerance?
What alternate we have in everybody’s presence?
Will wanton killing may alter the situation?
Will it not raise the eye brows and questions?
It is condemned all over but with mute voice
World is taking no notice or create noise
Can we be called generous human being?
What happiness we can offer or bring?
We can not praise almighty in sacred place
There are bomb blasts to eliminate the race
Are we falling to wicked designs?
Merely surrendered and resigned
Where are we heading for as of today?
Killings and looting is on all the days
I can not offer my prayers
There wait the assassin as bullet sprayers
I have no place to beg for your mercy
I bow my head in shame and feel pity
All holy verses are forgotten
Resorting to orgy of violence often
I am at pain to learn the crux of teachings
Who may be taking guidance for preaching?
We call ourselves as children of God
We respect and obey every word of lord
We earnestly request to fill heart with kindness
Not a single word to cause any sort of unhappiness
I wish to ignore all holy norms
Let no one come, advocate and inform
What the humanity and religion stands?
Who is to be considered foe or friend?
I have no faith in such philosophy
Who openly preach violence and offer money with trophy?
They are named as crusader and martyrs of the cause?
Let them look behind and assess the situation with pause?
Crocodiles and vultures are true friends
They have remained with us till the end
They have not polluted the air or water
We are going to vitiate and alter
Who has generated hate campaign and ceaselessly maintained?
Why so many bodies lay scattered all over as stained?
What does it speak of natural understanding and true religion?
Why is it spreading its wings in other regions?
We all express true allegiance to written words
We inherit the substance and look forward
As whole world lay before us for embrace
We critically ignore the fact for the gloom to face
As we stand on the brink of disaster?
No solution is sought after
We have reached zero tolerance
No possibility is expected in near future hence
There will be rebirth of another messiah
Who will bear the burnt and lay down the life
We may then lament the fall of star
What otherwise would have been achieved without war?

To Hold and Handle
It had existed this before
It may also continue hereafter
Religion is the only means to be exploited
People's life and nation's fate is to related
Fanatics may be found even among moderates
They are found everywhere and openly support
Religion has now come to play a big role
Whether some one believes or not but it is real
Ask any one honestly and he will claim
No one may say I am human being first and shall remain
Not only shall that he boost to have sacred feeling
Proud to claim to be real fanatic and shall be willing
This may not be considered nice poem but may find favor
n changing world it has been claimed as honor
To uphold the identity aligned with religion
As it has been rooted deep in every region
We have tolerated enough under this context
Absorbed almost all as best as could
We are multi linguistic and multi religious
But efforts by others are on to destabilize it continuous
Only words don't suffice the need
Intelligentsias often act as link or feed
Fanatics are not as dangerous and propagandist
We only claim to be true tolerant and democratic
People jump in fray for simple excuse
They think narrowly and have different views
With religious point they may argue in favor
Where as the differences are in fact minor
Let us refrain from writing such articles
Favor with one and bias with another may land in trouble
We have got beautiful environment after great struggle
We should now be mature enough to hold and handle

Best and fine qualities
The Holy Koran, The Holy Bible and so many others
But holier among them is called motherland and mother
The whole world owes its existence to mother’s womb
No less importance is given to the soul rested in tomb
A holy refuge in man’s body that makes whole difference
A person is lost for ever in another world’ presence
He has the blessings from almighty to do worthwhile
He is embodiment of all divine things in his style
No religion teaches intolerance and brutality
This is one of the best and fine qualities
Love to thee spirit and follow the way
He will always be near and show the way
Life is never given importance
It has been given up at once
It may have no particular style
Yet to think over it for a while
All divine objects preach the change
Life not to be kept standstill but turn with age
It may shine with the incorporation of letters on page
Control over desires and peaceful existence without rage
“Come to me and I will take care”
“You feel secure and have to go no where”
You are not to worry and get afraid of devil’s influence
These are themes and essential essence
The sun has existed for millions of years
The same has been put to us in our ears
We understand the presence of divine force
Final selection has to come from any source
It is very difficult to follow different philosophy’
It may look sometimes silly and phony
What we need to follow is adherence
Any religion you from now on hence
Swear on His name and leave behind worry
He will never show you ugly face to feel sorry
Keep any image in mind and worship
The voyage may be smooth to anchor with the ship
We will have peace of mind with first sound of churches bell
First prayer call from mosque may take you away from hell
What else we need to hear or read from holy books?
Let us pray for single religion which takes us out of the hook

Here's To You...
Ode, to those that would place their family, before their
own ambitions.
Ode, to the soul of our nation. Women. For if it is men,
that are the history, it is surely woman, that are the soul.
Ode, to those who provide, protect and guide
their loved ones.
Ode, to those that know the difference, between
compromising and belief.
Ode, to all who give their lives, in
time of war; especially the majority, for
they are mostly, from economically challenge areas.
Ode, to a rare breed of politician, who puts their
constitutes, before their political ambitions.
Ode to those that understand, that their religion is not
necessarily the one and true religion. For if that were
true, what of the billions of others, that have chosen
a religion, not likened to theirs?
Ode, to all who react, to the plight of those less fortunate.
Ode, to the parents of this world, who teach their children
the values of life and living.
Ode, to the countless millions, who give of themselves and
ask nothing in return.
Ode, to those who consciously attempt, to make this a better world.
For if we want a better world, each of us, must try and be better.
Ode, to the power, that causes words that are lodged in the

A Continuation Of Difficult Time!
Education for day today life is of utmost importance to all!
Education is the general base for future life in the world.
Dissatisfaction in education spoils good life in the future
And difficult time for many continues still from childhood!
The only option left happens to be religion for guidance;
Dharmic life of religion to follow nonattachment consoles
And helps to balance between profit and loss in life much.
Otherwise art, music and Nature compensate loss ever!
Leaving life, human and Nature it’s impossible to devote
Oneself in spiritual life to forget all in divine bliss instantly.
Peace of mind lost in life can be regained in poetic dreams;
Expressions of poetry give joy and peace nothing can give!
What is denied by real world and spiritual world, dream world
Of poetry solves all and leads one soar high to sublimity ever!

As Great Loss
I grew nice beard
For nice words to be heard
To be felt as inseparable part
Belong to sect and never to depart
I am called Muslim or Musalmeen *
The true meaning of it is as sacred with means
The person who longs for purity
With prayers five times a day to the services of Almighty
Which religion teaches us to be pure as devotees?
Free from hatred and provide shade like tree
Protect poor and wish the end of month as full charity
To the orphans and destitute who believe in the work of the almighty
I walk on same path as Result-e lillah observed
I never thought it was right or I deserved
Yet it was strong faith and I believed
Any pain or hurdle was gracefully removed
I cried for all those painful moments
When heard about blasts all over to resent
How many innocent might have lost lives?
Who can share such cowardice acts and believe?
I knell down before Him
Shed tears and ask to forgive along with them
How can I be part of such glorious religion?
Where Allah can be made as mere spectator in any region
I can force no one but only pray
Can never stick to absurd rules and run away
I shall love to be among those
Who really care for and repose?
They will never repent?
Even if you show no mercy and remain absent
On the scene to deliver no good
As they have only one faith and that is understood
Lead us to the safety corner
That shall be felt sooner or later
We can bring back all those
Who are misguided and see it as great loss

The Alpha and the Omega
The Alpha and the Omega, the creator is He.
I bow before HIM, for HIS love I have in me
Don't disrespect any religion, as we are not the judge
it's the Almighty above! then why do we keep a grudge?
He listens to all whatever caste or creed
The doors to heaven will open to those with good deeds
Religion is sacred, embedded in our hearts
We know who the creator, just different is our path
Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity or Islam
All have their destiny written in their palms
So practice whatever religion, or preach if you so
If your concept is not clear, don't know where you'll go......

Bag, Pen and Pencils
'I need bag, pen and pencils'
Books and uniform are shown costly in bills
Mother has sold some of the metal utensils
I look helpless, sore and awkwardly feel
Whole world is open to me for struggle
How long parent can support and be able?
What can a little boy think of bright future?
I have no answer and not very much sure
Education has become now profession
It must be admitted with true confession
What are we going to impart to the children?
When they have no slight idea about future even
I recall those early days and feel elated
Teachers were seen with honor and highly respected
They may offer any kind of assistance at odd hours
Teaching profession was considered best and seen with honor
Each and every boy was known by face
There were sometimes health race
For open competition and scoring the marks
But not of today's schools as they are like big sharks
If you go by standard then poor parent can hardly afford
They have nothing to offer and look forward
The schools running with aid can hardly offer
The child may find only darkness in future
You can see the heavy school bag behind the back
The students have everything at stake
Right from lunch box to the subjects
Home work is already done and now time to act
We are offering different world and open sky
They have only to follow mad race and try
Who know what will they be tomorrow?
If circumstances are favored and allowed
They are future for country
But not all are happy
Only few can scale the ladder and occupy
Rest all watch helplessly and try
