It is inherent for every thing has two sides
Positive and negative but conceptually should not be wide

One must learn, behave and admire

I hated most to be called lazy
I keep my self engaged and remain busy
It is funny and very easy
To create flutter and make it noisy
We tend to become idle and relax so much
When not seized with problems as such
It is day to day affairs and must be tackled properly
It is appreciated very much when put across wisely
It is good sign to remain always active
It is equally bad sign if you expose as reactive
People may count you as hostile and immature
It may block your chances and make you insecure
It is not right on our part to offer arguments at criticism
It is known lacuna and allowed in humanism
We simply offer advice or comments without being asked for
It simply creates distrust and situation like mini war
We must learn to sustain the criticism at any cost
It is very severe and considered as worst
Why do we employ double standard when we are at fault?
It adds to woe and agony as if wounds are filled with salt
It keeps you worried all the time for critical remarks
It generates ill will and controversy sparks
It leads to heated arguments and strain the relation
To patch up later on becomes impossible and out of question
It has become now fashion to point out the lapses
No one cares as to what should be done to avert crisis
It is easy to spoil the relation and add fuel to fire
It takes less time to appreciate and admire
Words once spoken can’t be taken back
It may develop bitterness and relation may crack

Nice words spoken with sweetness may try to soothe and woe
It is how we tackle and come to an understanding
It is strongest and permanent thing for bonding
Think before doing any criticism and giving reaction
It will have equal force for reaction and action
Where we will be heading for to take refuge?
This is not small task but very important and huge
Let us share the dignity and honor at every stage
It may pen new era on shining page
It is essential to work for common cause

In the New Year, Let’s Change …
Change is something that must come;
Change is good for everyone.
Change is something that will come;
Change is one we must welcome!
Change is good if one’s better;
Change is better to be best;
Change is nice if life’s better;
Change is the key to all success!
Let’s change our attitudes in life;
Let’s change our outlooks, behavior;
Let’s change if it can help us fare;
Let’s change the way, we see the world!
But change, we must anticipate in life;
We must be ready to take up change;
We ought to change if change we must;
But let us first believe in change!
Let change not remove identity;
Let change not weaken traditions;
Let change not ‘shake the tree by roots! ’
Let change bring effects desired by us.
Let changes come in the New Year;
Let changes make a man better;
Let changes better humanity;
Let changes not undo our gains!
Rein in the changes, advantageous;
Bring in the changes essential;
Take up the changes, we must make;
Let changes bolster life’s purpose!
Let New Year change the heart of man;
Let New Year change the mind and thoughts;
Let New Year change our living styles;
Let New Year change our sinful soul.
Let’s change and change the world around;
Let’s change our inner world and home;
Let’s change the things, we need to change;
Let’s change our lack of trust in God.
The more we change, ’tis good for us;
The less, we change, our life stagnates;
Changes are a part of life;
By changing, culture keeps alive!
No change can question definitions;
No change must threaten foundations;
No change shall endanger our lives;
All changes must remain ‘pro-life’!
Change shouldn’t alienate us from God;
Change should not be unnatural;
Change should not increase vice in man;
Change should not derail our right tracks.
Let change bring change in ways we think;
Let change bring success in all fields;
Let change foster more love for life;
Let change take pride and hatred off!
Let changes be for good of man;
Let changes reduce stress and strife;
Let changes make a virtuous man;
Let changes take us closer to God!
Let changes improve air and soil;
Let changes better lives for all;
Let changes never destroy life;
Let changes make earth paradise.
Let change in world give lasting peace;
Let change in heart, more charity;
Let change in rules afford security;
Let change in mankind, integrity!
Let’s change the world for progeny;
Let’s fine-tune changes children need;
Let change the world and make it safe;
Let’s change the landscape if we must!
Let’s change the laws if need be;
Let’s change the rules for more safety;
Let’s change the ways, we view others;
Let’s change the way, we treat brothers!
Let changes come, if they must come;
Let changes reform society;
Let changes lessen anxiety;
Let changes foster love of life!

the man who hopes to change most things in the world;
Let’s pray his heart must change to bring just those changes
that God would expect him to change,
and not what the world prefers him to change!
