I am in knee deep trouble and sinking
I have lost the courage and not capable of thinking

It leads to frustration and dismay
when people choose short cut or way
it not only brings failure but discredit
it is unwise step and not considered deem fit
No one can attain glory over night
he may have many reason to feel it right

I was asked by someone to show some options
i suggested rigid method with strict adoption
they have no long sight to implement the drive
they half heartedly go for it and strive
I sense some trouble with hazardous short cuts
it increases problems with lots of if and buts
there is no scope for complete success
one fails to understand the situation and assess
It is no win no loss situation

Very bad quality
Very bad quality
I waited in my room on first night
He was at the door in full mood as Mr. Right
I lowered the eyes to wait for some more closeness
To raise my veil and look at the face
Nothing of that sort happened as he dropped
He was fully drunk and on my feet stopped
He murmured some thing and got suddenly lost
I became restless as it had made tremendous thrust
He was before me lying totally asleep
I controlled my anger but could not keep
The tears rolled on the face and saddened
My night was spoiled as stance was hardened
The bride has so many dreams in first contact
Beautiful memory to carry on whole life and to be kept
Here my ground was becoming slippery
It added some new dimension in the form of worries
He was smelling bad and had no control
Probably he had drunk in excess at friend's call
I am liberal to certain extent but this was not alright
I slowly walked over to him and put off the light
I wondered about the tragedy of life

It looks tiny from beneath
You may get little uneasiness to see
As you are on top of the tree
It is easy to reach on top
Once there means a full stop
You got to maintain and stay
This is the only way
Stick to what the philosophers say?
Abide by the sayings and pay
Full attention to what is to be done next
With full throttle force to deliver the best
Can you imagine how much time it has taken?
Can you count how many days it has shaken?
Can you put simple logic to arrive at conclusion?
Was there any external force or compulsion?
Now you have got what was aimed for?
There was no peace or no war
It was race for survival and betterment
There is glorious success for your movement
It should have gone other way round
You could have lost the prestigious ground
That could spell you the doom's day
It was only option for exit way
You never look back when going ahead
You got to be inspired and lead
The fall out is clearly read
You are the only one to head
The fortune may swing in any direction
It may depend only on your action
Whether it is half heart try or full attempt
It will bring some results if you are very prompt
It was all done and forgotten
The achievement was well spoken
You did take it as small token
No were your promises were broken
It has become now more important
To maintain it in spirit and constant
The success has not come as instant
It was well taken as good intent
Try to garner the support
Maintain good will and rapport
This will stabilize the position
Honor and repute will be good composition
It is difficult to remain on top
Some one else may also try to stop
It may be your own capability
That may prove your worth and ability
Love to remain with and among
It will never prove you wrong
You may be hailed as true contender
You will recognized as leader or commander
The zenith and fame comes with the success
It is happening with all the cases
It has to come in any way

Oh! Dear Friend
Oh, Dear Friend, great poet, just think of it and quiet
No one is deceiving you than the fate
You must catch the bull by horn
Don’t wait for any calculation and turn
Time and tide can be turned into favor
If you make adjustments minor
Nothing can be achieved if you merely look at sky
Ask useless questions and think why
How and why wind must stop from blowing?
How mistakes can be repeated despite knowing?
How come you don’t pick danger signal in time?
Once or twice you can be pardoned but not all times
Let us not enter into blame game
From no where it is imposed or came
It is how farmers smell earth in monsoon
And prepare for field and get ready soon
Does the day and night only because they need?
Do they postpone or pre-pone for any advice to heed?
It is all our folly and we search mere excuses
We advance all arguments and blame when miss the bus
No dream can come true until you put soul in it
No effort can succeed until you prove capable and fit
Time needs great craftsman to imagine and prepare
Any eventuality to be seized and openly dared
If I am given chance and favorable condition
I shall definitely go and dash with burning desire and ignition
I shall care for no day, night or odd situation
But surge ahead with strong resolve and continuation
Come all and join hands with m in countering
The menace and uncertainty created in mind for altering
It is we only who can hail against storm
Remain determined, enthusiastic and always warm

Everybody Can
Everybody can feel satisfied
He needs not to have lied
Trust even if expectations are bellied
As you had blindly relied
You need not have special qualification
To know the problem with root cause and question
It is sense of common knowledge
That may mature even before age
Education provide little edge
Individual may have leverage
Other things may rest on how you manage
As everything is new to be written on page
It is sheer ability and firm resolve
That makes task easy to solve
One may clearly see through the object
Success may be there as matter of fact
Love to work even if you are short of experience
The intelligence can be categorized with variance
Nobody can claim it merely on having expertise
It rests finally on the ability to materialize
Even uneducated and illiterate fair better
They achieve it by working together
Take the support of known persons
And show to the world with strong reasons
