Remain as human
Who will take us to destiny?
When there is confusion and uncertainty?
We are guideless and live amidst fear
Who can land ears and patiently hear?
We have erred many times in past
We have no fair chances to last
Only prayers and humbleness can rescue
Such transition is must and over due
Lord chose the path to remain as human
To feel the pulse as woman and man
What did we do to justify his birth?
Only pain and agony leading to death
Who else was to descend and lead again?
There was no purpose or any gain
Still the mother took to challenge with cause
Humanity at large with breathing space for peace

Crossroads
Standing at these crossroads yet again,
My internal satnav consumed by pain.
Nothing but darkness I seem to choose,
If I remain on this path I shall surely lose...
My sanity once more drowning in confusion,
My life's vision has become but an illusion.
I wander through this dream grasping at love,
How many more chances may come from above? ...
Amidst the gloom the light of promise shines,
It has the power to guide me to better times.
Yet these chances they are never plenty,
If I miss them I'll be running on empty...
This may be the final choice I shall make,
We should all learn with each breath that we take.
If life is but a lesson then death is merely a test,
An exam we must pass before our final rest...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

We may survive
World may survive
We will revive
Peace may prevail
The track may carry the rail
Humanity may win
Harmony may be seen
Love and peace may have chance
Let us not forget it at once
It is only place to live
Where all races live and believe
Under one belief and single roof
What else you need as proof?
God is one yet pray with different name
Supremacy always try to claim
Love and hatred mixed to read
Guide the path and shamefully lead
Rich and poor remain wherever they are
Beautiful dreams still at distant and very far
Still we want to be one
Let it be understood by everyone
We are human being
May there be many queens and kings
Still we are living on earth
Always afraid and fearful of death
We may have still to move
Show the world to prove
We care for human sentiments
Cry for their plight and resent
We may err but rectify too
Blame but later on justify as true
We are still sensible and can understand
No one can be kept as foe but only friend

You need not assume
You need not assume at all
Respond to his order with your sincere call
You will see your steps are in complete beats
There is forward going and no retreat
Don't you think life is to make believe?
In whatever position we have to prefer and live
it may not be shortened or lengthened
but think of him when fully threatened
Who are we to think why at all we are here?
With his supreme position he is there
Life is not meant to probed at our level
We need to prove and aim at to excel
He is there to guide
Just whisper and confide
“Lord, forgive me for all my ills”
Pardon me for more crimes still
I shall go on pursing the same
Wait for curse to befall and blame
“To err” may remain as my weakest link
I know the evil but helplessly commit and wink
Who will prefer to be drowned in sea?
With all examples and results before eyes to see
Still helplessness in falling with correct lines
Choosing of suicidal path to remain on side lines
It is not merited anywhere
Few lines are drawn here and there
Some may call it morality and some may call it spirituality
More or less it will be called humanity
We are here to live here as human being
Happiness and peace as desired by him to bring
What is most needed in changing world?
A mere acceptance of divine presence and its fold
We have all means to live and believe
Help, if at all possible and relieve
If no, then live with whatever you have
Decent life with acceptable ways and behave
No one may intervene or render advice
Not a single word will come to you as promise
You got to judge and prevail in small capacity
Rest all must be left to merciful and almighty
We are not here to judge action or reaction
The faith should not lead to any type of bitterness or friction
What will be left then in store to retrieve?
Only to shed tears in agony and grieve
I am not sure of uninterrupted breathing space
Who knows when it will be over in any case?
I have nothing to worry about divine fall out
I know nothing at all or what will happen about
To live with lots fear and uncertainty is no answer
It has to be lived in any case however
No one has claimed so far to have known it fully
Let us assume that power rests with Him wholly

10. 000 Lightyears
10.000 lightyears somewhere out in space
They practice love and they know what it takes
No competition and no jealousy
Living in freedom and humanity
10.000 lightyears away, lightyears away far from pain
Came to a place full of grace and of peace
10.000 lightyears away from our fear
Suddenly its ringing in my ears
Why is it now I dont wanna be here
I feel like flow in that clock at the wall
God, how I wish that this dream would go on
10.000 lightyears away, lightyears away far from pain
Came to a place full of grace and of peace
10.000 lightyears away from our fear

A Lecture
While reciting, ‘Whose your daddy’
In the ears that student made ‘Choose your daddy’.
To my ears, he meant destiny is the father
While the main land is the mother.
Bad minds think alike
Makes a sweet scent, a toxic fume
Who ever smell it be made a destiny, a doom.
Life is never a choosy house
One choose, a devil’s tongue
No human ever chose, just He chose
Chose for good, even for the bad men.
One word can make a million meanings
Things are clear, but not that clearer.
Destiny is the book by God
No can dared to write such a book.
The line is for entertainment
So not all things teach things.

Fear
Fear of seeing a police car pull into the drive.
Fear of falling asleep at night.
Fear of not falling asleep.
Fear of the past rising up.
Fear of the present taking flight.
Fear of the telephone that rings in the dead of night.
Fear of electrical storms.
Fear of the cleaning woman who has a spot on her cheek!
Fear of dogs I've been told won't bite.
Fear of anxiety!
Fear of having to identify the body of a dead friend.
Fear of running out of money.
Fear of having too much, though people will not believe this.
Fear of psychological profiles.
Fear of being late and fear of arriving before anyone else.
Fear of my children's handwriting on envelopes.
Fear they'll die before I do, and I'll feel guilty.
Fear of having to live with my mother in her old age, and mine.
Fear of confusion.
Fear this day will end on an unhappy note.
Fear of waking up to find you gone.
Fear of not loving and fear of not loving enough.
Fear that what I love will prove lethal to those I love.
Fear of death.
Fear of living too long.
Fear of death.
I've said that.

A divergent path
Two roads meet at four cross roads
We are in the midst of it with enough loads
They may be passing through thick woods
All dangerous with not enough foods
We may feel sorry later not to choose the correct path
You may think calmly while taking bath
at the time of choosing option you have no time left
It may take you to the right or left
The road is wide open and it is for you to choose
You have everything to gain and nothing to loose
Still the choice may matter most in gaining the ground
You may feel sorry when nothing is actually found
You may cut sorry figure with lots of despair
The atmosphere may look heavy with no movement in air
You may wish and think that you had better option to choose
The sorry state of affairs had altered everything to loose
You can’t go in all the directions and prefer solid action
You may stick to your views with no more, reactions
You may prefer to do as much as you can do
It may not allow you to have way and pass through
You may prove as strange traveler
You have killer’s instinct and nose works as inhaler
You may be warned of danger lurking by
You may go in for it with powerful try
The world has changed a lot
Many wars have been fought
Peace and harmony is always sought
Still we are in dilemma and simply caught
I stood motionless on the road with confusion
Nothing was leading me with fresh infusion
It was double state of mind with no useful purpose
I had no other reason to go for it or suppose
the chances looked vary fair even if I erred
They will be addressed later and cared
What was most import that bothered me much?
I had never ventured in to land a such
I looked calm with composure
I was ready for dangerous exposure
Nothing was appealing but I was very much sure
I had the reason to feel relieved with fine cure
I was not simply passing there
I knew how to find it and where?
It may not look bright and promising
There was certainly something missing
i
For me all the roads equally lay
I could leave mark for another day
I was determined to find it anyway
Though I had no option for assertive say

Countless deaths
Free to feel and easy to live
O, god in your land and believe
That you are only one and alone
Let our mistakes and past be bye gone
We would love to suffer
Prayers and peace may always offer
Take us to safety and grant peace
Small land if you can give us please
It was with us and belonged
Our forefathers struggled and longed
Some documents faked and forged
We are driven away and refused
Can it be not the same again?
At what cost may be the gain?
Our children bath with blood
Shortage of everything even with food
We ask only freedom
That has been denied seldom
What can be way out with wisdom?
How many more graveyards may come up as doms?
"Here lay our future generation"
They never knew what can be sacred relationship
They suffered onslaught and lay dead
We may look at them and read
Holy wars are fought on countless deaths
There may be left no space for laying wreath
Yet that has to be attained with supreme sacrifice
Land may ask fulfillment of promise
Grant us O. lord your blessings and mercy
We can only pray you almighty
You are sole observer of the play
Show us the reasonable and honorable way
We may owe and remain indebted
Even though our course now is ill fated
Our sacrifice can't be equated
As it is blood soaked and down rated

Lessons learned...
I sit and stare into the vastness of space,
Desperate to find my path and my place.
I ponder what's gone and what's yet to be,
When shall this heart I own ever be free.
Is it a known fact, or just a guess?
That life means little and death means less.
That through all this sorrow, grief and pain,
We shall live our life's in utter vain.
I like to think we're meant for much more,
That the life we live shall tally a score.
And the souls we lost amidst such sorrow,
Shall hold us close in our final tomorrow.
Yet the truth I fear is not what I yearn,
We should all seek to be a lesson to be learned.
For each generation must add to the last,
So we do not repeat the mistakes of our past...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Penseroso
Soulless is all humanity to me
To-night. My keenest longing is to be
Alone, alone with God's grey earth that seems
Pulse of my pulse and consort of my dreams.
To-night my soul desires no fellowship,
Or fellow-being; crave I but to slip
Thro' space on space, till flesh no more can bind,
And I may quit for aye my fellow kind.
Let me but feel athwart my cheek the lash
Of whipping wind, but hear the torrent dash
Adown the mountain steep, 'twere more my choice
Than touch of human hand, than human voice.
Let me but wander on the shore night-stilled,
Drinking its darkness till my soul is filled;
The breathing of the salt sea on my hair,
My outstretched hands but grasping empty air.
Let me but feel the pulse of Nature's soul
Athrob on mine, let seas and thunders roll
O'er night and me; sands whirl; winds, waters beat;
For God's grey earth has no cheap counterfeit.

He Gives Us Strength
I feel your presence all around
You pick me up when I am down
When I need you I know you'll be there
And my problems with you I'll share.
Billions of prayers go out to you
And you know just what to do
You hear the hearts crying
And calling your name
And no two are ever the same.
Prayers may not be answered the
Way we want and feel
But we all begin to heal.
No pain will you give
With which we can not live.
Every pain that we go through
Is something that we have to do.
The pains make us stronger
To challenge all the tomorrows
That will come, and we will
Continue the fight till the war is won.

No worship for failure
We have come on earth
With fear of unavoidable death
Amidst hostile surrounding
In search of peace but not sounding
Intelligent as we are gifted
Position always change and shifted
It is nature's law and rule
Get killed or kill but don't look fool
We all know our inherent weaknesses
Everything is known and reflected on face
Yet we go on blindly for chase
Retention with bitter memory and to erase
We love to err and ask for apology
Smile amidst crisis and paint it as rosy
No other go except to stay on in the scene
Such wise animal like human is never seen
We have yet not fear
Pain and agony for us to fear
As sensible animal we cry
Sometimes bow the head and feel shy
Express regret and sincerely resent
God has granted reprieve and sent
All goes well with sincere admission
We forget sin and keep no retention
Believe it or not, we are yet best
Life is not a joke but real test
You will have to survive and excel
By hook or crook you have to do it well
No one may worship failure
You will have to make it sure
Love to live with whatever you have
Even if called animal, you can nicely behave

Peace unto you
We enter this new era on
the wings of the new era
To usher in peace into the heart
of blessed humanity
Peace unto you my brother
Peace unto you my father
Peace unto you my sister
Peace unto you my mother
We open the new chapter
Into the history of mankind
To forget the errors of the past
We meet here determined not
to live until we have corrected
The mistakes of the past
Peace unto you
Who was my oppressor in the past
Peace unto you who was
My torturer yesterday
Peace unto you who was
A sellout to their just cause
Peace unto you who was
The one to pull the trigger
That mowed them down
Peace unto the world
We come together to live
Where there is reconciliation
with justice
We meet to make the world a just
and fair world where all God's
Children are treated with fairness
in the eyes of the law

Shroud of Destiny
Destiny
A foretelling
Your purpose in life
Stray away
Must not
Follow your dreams
Disregarded
Only one path
Destiny provides
At birth
Failure this
Concept is
Truth be told
Many paths
Lay in front
Hiding in the
Shroud of destiny
One purpose
One goal
One path
In life
No decisions
For you only the stars
Decide

Straight Paths
Only God can guide me straight, when for Him, I patiently wait,
For a clear direction from Him, not just lead by my hasty whim,
A whim as I’m filled with care, when my heart dips into despair,
As my focus regarding this life, turns towards darkness so rife.
That path God’s prepared for me, may not be very plan to see,
But, the just shall live each day, by faith as God leads the way,
Looking for a city built by hands, of God who created all lands,
Speaking into existence all we see, God who rules over eternity.
Others may flounder, this we know, but our Lord helps us grow,
In times when we can fall into fear, His Spirit helps us persevere,
Rising in us the character of God, wherever our path has us trod,
During all times, good and bad, by His Spirit our hearts are glad.
When things seem to not go right, we stand by faith not by sight,
As life has no reason or rhyme, He is our light in the darkest time,
His Light, that never fails to shine, for I am God’s and He is mine,
Shining down upon all of those, He loved first and who He chose.
Chosen by God within this life, to live for our Savior, Jesus Christ,
Whatever this life brings our way, we live for The Lord, day to day,
Seeking to be light for a world, where darkness has been unfurled,
Pointing all to the Cross of Calvary, to a new life in Christ eternally.

A belief not common
What is common in us? This question baffled me most
This had destabilizing effect and was proving fatal at tremendous cost
How was I going to settle it to lead simple and straight life?
It had sharp edge and was tearing me apart as if operated by knife
Why we had different pattern of life and almost lived poles apart
Why did we perform and prayed from different angle and still remained part?
The religion was different still prayed almighty with same zeal and looked apparent
It had same basis, spirit, contents and flow of thought with same current
Mind was occupied with single aim that is to say to attain the salvation
Nothing was different and it remained same for all to live with the situation
Everybody wanted to lead the peaceful life though the approach differed
Human race was to survive still as the inherent mechanism suffered
If God had wanted the same treatment for all, he could have given one color
Why all flowers were created different with almost fascinating fragrance and odor Customs too differ to please the God but aim one to seek blessings
it is still awesome to feel different and cause so much stressing
Race, color, skin may differ but there ma y remain pure soul
Food habits may differ but appetite may not smell foul
World may be divided into continents, regions but surface may remain same
We got to adjust to the scene and to live with the ideals and try to frame
Mother may not act different with her children
The love may flow unconditional and sudden
She may be rejoiced at children’s well being
They may one day attain high position or become kings
Land is same, atmosphere is same with day and night
Some one may interpret it wrong and someone may do it right
The atmosphere may vitiate only when they differ and start to fight
The dark clouds may descend with the disappearance of light
Still we have so many things in common
With little agony and pain, tears may roll on
The blood may come out when there is injury
The common color of blood may increase the fury
We have survived long battle and emerged as victorious
The past to be left behind by us may still be very glorious
We see the same, feel the same and breathe the same air
To fight for nothing is something called as unfair
Let us ignite the passion for humanity
Live and allow others to live with dignity
There is nothing different in the infinity
It is how you believe in fine quality

Vacuous Space
Space in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
And the winners,
Had been the merchants...
Breathing royalty,
On 5th Avenue!
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
And the bleeding of the people....
Had been seen from their limousines!
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
And It's an off beat situation,
To see the homeless
Pushing carts...
Up on these scenes!
Space in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous space...
In the head,
Once getting paid to lead!
And the trickling of this meanness...
Is a payback for those,
Who had chose to steal
Away sweet dreams!
Vacuous meetssssspace in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead!
It's an off beat situation
Getting fixed...
As the kings are dragged
Screaming
With tainted hands
Bitten and bloodied
By those they chose
To live in tattered clothes
Hungry and suffering
Squeezed from the cream
That was theirs all the time
By such crooked deeds!
Space in the head,
Once getting PAID to lead.
Vacuous space...
In the head,
Once getting paid to lead!
And the winners,
Now are the losers
Once the merchants...
Living to scheme,
And breathing royalty,
Like leeches!
On 5th Avenue.
And the winners?
Now are the losers...
Picked by people,
Just as greedy
As the ones they knew!

A Song of Introspection
I fall in sin again, again!
It is my weakness, Lord;
I fully know, I cannot gain
Heav'n, unless I live by Your Word!
The tempter tells the same old lies,
And offers joyous moments fast;
I fall in raptures in his highs,
And add on to my sinful past!
How many times, I fall in sin!
I feel the shame at times so much;
Christ's Holy Ghost, nudges me, ‘Win! '
By prayer and the Cross' touch!
'Tis Jesus who raises me up,
Each time I fall in path of truth;
Unquenched, athirst by bitter cup,
His drink of love helps me to soothe!
I long to turn a saint on earth;
My sinfulness will not leave me;
I thank God for my glorious birth,
Do lead me to Eternity!

I Believe In Nigeria
With so many battles and killings,
with slim chances of healings.
Our peace has been taking away from us,
and our glory days are far behind us.
Our nation has been torn apart,
by those whose love are from our heart.
With tears runing down our cheek,
with the killings and violence at its peak.
Every where is been flooded by innocent blood,
and our treasure been lost in the mud.
Everyday we live our lives in fear,
with so much pain that we can't bear.
People been nurtured to the highest level of hatred,
and now innocent lives are been affected.
Hatred has given birth to death,
and death taking away our precious life on earth.
With people living their lives in hell,
even when they mean to do well.
Properties are been destroyed everyday,
and thousands of lives are been laid to rest each day.
Is it a crime to be a human? ,
or is it a sin to be a nigerian? .
Is it a cause to crave for peace in our nation? ,
a nation thats moving closer to the point of destruction.
Each day our kneels are planted on the ground in prayers,
to erradicate pains that is been inflited by peace haters.
All i know is that all hope is not lost,
because in the ebullent nigerian spirit i trust.
No matter the trouble we may be going through today,
it will be a testimony we'll say some day.
For every pain that we feel in our heart now,
the peace of heaven will erase it some how.
For every sacrifice we make for the peace of our country,
will go a long way to erase every of our misery.
No matter the level of destruction in our neighbour hood,
i believe one day everything will change for good.

Human life
Why some of things remain as ever?
Beautiful and liked by others forever
Rose doesn't give up its fervor
So is the pride and honor
We as human beings remain and suffer
To see people, their behavior and simple offer
Their warring path and eagerness for peace
Yet goal same to remain and live at ease
Good people always remain calm and quiet
Let the luck be cruel or with uncertain fate
They know for sure that it is all by destiny
Decided and given to us by almighty
Why to leave goodness then for paltry gain?
Cause bitterness and make others to suffer with pain
It is good to have sufferings for confidence
Rather than passing it to others at once
Dark clouds disappear with passing of time
Nothing remains permanent any time
Think of good and deliver the best
This is the crucial time and good test
As days don't change and nights remain?
Why at all we throw goodness in drain?
Wealth, property and kingdoms may vanish
Good name and fame may remain and will not finish
Human life is as such beautiful and lively
We can add sorrow, pain joy and laughter readily
It needs broadness at heart and will power
Clouds are there to watch and happily shower
