Mother in all forms
I reflected in one of my poem
“O, mother you are one and no other”
Let whole world go mad but you never bother
We find no parallel as
Female as small daughter is full of smiles
Help us to grow fast even if happiness is away by miles
With her innocent smile we tend to forget
Not seized with worries and leave it or let
Bridge the gap when there is rift
Emotional binding when required the lift
So beautiful daughter as you seemed to be
Life was all heaven when you proved to be honey bee
All sweetness in life as life passed by
We are longing to hear your loud cry
You have gone away to play role in life
Important one and so vital as loving wife
As I hear, you changed a lot in your new role
Proved to be good mother and shared as whole
Was it not lovely to be loved in family?
Blame on solder even for mistakes silly
You continued to sail through rough weather
In severe cold did not wear jacket leather
It was your devotion and kind gesture
As you saw bright tomorrow with glorious future
As mother in law you proved to be tough guy
Could not tolerate rough talk and reckless buy
Always pointing at simple mistakes
No one was prepared to heed and take
You could not forgo your well laid ground
Did not see reason and lacuna found
You forgot to realize you were much loved one day
Why could not you adjust in coming day?
It is not your fault but with mad race
We want to swim with no odds to face
May not be situation with you alone
Sweet were those days when completely gone
Try to be honest which is always seen
Not to create panic with unruly scene
Prove the name worth with mother and modest
Older you grow but still be the best

Mother To Mother
Mother to daughter, mother to mother
A greater love, there is no other.
You looked towards me for your guidance and my love
But this was given to both of us
From the lord up above.
I protected and sheltered you the best that I could.
And you followed the same road that we all take
We did not stop or hesitate.
A mother is not one who just gives birth
But one who shows her worth.
I was her mother, she was my daughter
Everything according to GODS order.
I raised mine, she raised her own.
But the love we had was always shown.
She was like the sun bringing light into this world
For she was my little girl.
She was like the sun radiating beauty from
The inside out, of that I have no doubt.
As the sun brings a smile to your face
And leaves you with a glow inside.
She could do this, and that’s no lie.
She created life, and loved them with such tender care
And the joys and sorrows, with them she’d share.
She loved and honored her children in every way she could
And raised them the way a mother should.
She was closer to me, more than anyone could ever know
And put in me a strength that would grow.
When it was the time for the LORD to take her away
And I’m sure that she wanted to stay.
She gave her soul to our lord above
But left us with an enduring love.
So to my daughter I say to you, I loved you at your birth
And I loved you till the end, for you was
not only my daughter, but my friend.
mother to mother, I thank you with all my heart and soul
For you left me with beautiful children for me to hold.

All so beautiful
The eyes were closed at the time of demise
she was laid on the ground with broken promise
Now there won't be any sunrise
The departure came all of sudden with full of surprise
A the beauty lies with man's eyes
The question doesn't rise with any Why
The wife is always beautiful in life
Only you have to walk on the edge of knife
All eyes are sobbing at the time of demise
he has broken the the promises
she is leaving behind all the friends
as the scene was taken over by tragic end
She will have no more sunrise
the death has taken over her by surprise
the wife played beautiful role in life
though it proved to be an edge of knife
her eyes were so beautiful and attractive
she her self was very active
she proved to be a true to self
she was as deep as sea shelf
The is beautify is lying underneath the mind
you must have deep sens to find
it is woman who is always kind
her positive role is always declined
she was never hostile
and made the life worthwhile
she remained cool and quiet
and did not attempt the course to set
in married life the Love is to be keenly watched
you have enough time for Legs to be stretched
all sort of mistakes but still not to be caught
Wisdom to prevail and company to be sought
I thought she was intelligent and beautiful
she took care not to be seen as unwise and deceitful
It was her earnest attempt to remain faithful
dedicated to all and simply truthful
If you are wise enough to notice
then it may appeal and sound so nice
there is no room for any quarrel
the bond seemed to be perfect and real
Though the real life is full of hurdles and stormy
it may create many foes and enemy
you will be forced to sail in rough sea
no one may be there to listen to your plea
All passed before eyes as trailer
we all seemed like ordinary travelers
it is seen as temporary refuge
no one can deny the truth or refuse
Still the past remains as memorable phase
it wont be possible immediately to erase
whole life may be spent for goal to chase
the efforts may consolidate the base
when times comes for relaxation
you are gripped with tension
you face the ill health with less mobility
there is sharp fall in good quality
Both the partners try to be honest
serve the family to the best
the end may sadden the whole atmosphere
one tends to shale with disbelief and fear

Never hesitate to leave
Never hesitate to leave!
I would never hesitate to leave this world
If my child is in danger or slips out of fold
“Mother would go to any extent” I was told
As certain things are totally free and not sold
I am totally aware that child needs total care
Some of the mother hide it and don’t dare
But what a joy on earth to feel while feeding
Pain mattered less at the time of delivery while bleeding
Each one of us may be dreaming about nice creature
As lots of expectations and dreams for making sure
What a child may bring in for our future life?
How do I feel about it as mother and wife!
My blood is directly flowing in his vanes
Lot many unsaid things are reflected as tales
But whole of world seems so tiny or small
When I hear baby’s cry or simple call
Let all babies get simple care from mother
All happiness with so much dedication and care
It is said child remembers mother when best fed
So later on holds hand of mother and leads
Whole world seems to me a tiny object
If I am to choose I will certainly reject
What a beautiful smile when I start feeding
All so more important satisfaction by her needing
I look at that curly hair
Everything looks so fair
How can I think of going somewhere?
When heaven and happiness is all here
I would love to sink when time comes
I won’t bother whether child later on welcomes or not
At present I see best part on feeding
It is the best present after my wedding
Many mothers may think it as absurd
But it is mother’s love with caring word
Sincere prayer along with it for her well being
My gesture will be after all less of doing

Song: XI
Mother, mother, do you not hear?
Mother, they come; there is news to tell!
– Give me your hands, my daughter dear:
'Tis but a ship that saileth well.
Mother dear, have a care, give heed!
–They go, my daughter, away they speed.
Mother, the danger is sore, alas!
– Child, my child, it will quickly pass.
Mother, mother, She draweth near!
– It is down in the harbour, daughter dear.
Mother, mother, She opens the door!
– Child, they go, to return no more.
Mother, She enters! I am afraid!
– Child, they now have the anchor weighed.
Mother, I hear Her speaking low.
– Child, my child, it is they that go.
Mother, She makes the stars go dark!
– Child, 'tis the sails of a shadowy bark.
Mother, She knocks at the casement still!
– Child, maybe it is fastened ill. . . .
Mother, mother, my sight grows dim. . . .
– Child, they sail for the open sea.
On every hand I can hear but Him. . . .
– O child, what is it, and who is He?

You are dark
You are dark complexioned daughter
It sends me smile and roars into laughter
In family you are only one not sought after
You are most loved by me and lovelier
What a beautiful deep holes on your cheeks?
I always wanted it to be seen and seek
You were in your happy mood and moved
The color is not important and you really proved
You were precious diamond in my eyes
All my thoughts and ideas definitely fly
I look towards sky and aimlessly wonder
Why the dark clouds are always making thunder?
They are deep, full of rain water and dark
What do they deliver and actually embark?
Do they bring all happiness for mankind?
All these thoughts made me very kind
I will shower my all love to her
I will never make her to cry or bother
She will come to me for any answer
I will be lost in her and forced for love to shower
I will move my hand on her head
Gently reminding her of lovely read
How I love and always think of her future?
She will simply smile as if not all worried about future
She was in no way looked inferior
She was excellent and superior
Not only had she excelled in alround show
She promisingly showed determination to grow
I used to remind her of very good smile
“You are going to win world for a while”
She will stare at my eyes only to believe
At words to ascertain and feel relieved
I tried to convey her that she was the best and loved
Her color did not bother me or feelings holed
On the contrary it made me to think of her more
I loved her more and more and really swore
She has grown today to full womanhood
All eyes are on her even from neighborhood
It increases my concern for her coming days
I am searching an answer for her comfortable way
Jokingly I used to remind her of lovely smile
She may go away from us by many more miles
We may miss her absence for all the times to come
She was allowed to express her views and always welcome
“You will bring whole world to your knee”
As your smile may be worth millions and free
Where peace of mind will be at far distance?
You will make it worth in your presence

Our Mother Dear
Most lovely mother, you had been,
Whose love, unfailing, world had seen;
And duty-bound wife to father;
How lucky, we were all, rather!
Now old and wizened in life’s ways,
You pass your few remaining days;
With accomplished, still bright, a face –
A role-model for us, always!
Lord Jesus Christ awaits you, mom –
A righteous, precious, soul belov’d;
With gifts, rewards, priceless, handsome;
True Marian, Christian, you have proved.
Your prayers have gone to heaven –
You have children of grand-children;
The Lord is calling you from nigh;
That day, you’ll wish to earth, ‘Good-bye! ’
“But that will be for just awhile!
We will all meet again, in style! ”
Fondly dedicated to our loving mother,
Mrs. Stella Antoniswami, ‘Old Chungam’, CBE.

Father –in-law’s and mother-in- law’s daughter is a daughter-in-law
Father –in-law’s and mother-in- law’s daughter is a daughter-in-law
In the long and short journey of life one has to read the same law,
Even the daughter-in-law should not treat with them just like a saw,
She must think that her husband’s parents are like her own parents,
Action and reaction we can see soon infront of our eyes and mind,
And every one has his or her law and so let us always live by a law,
A good son-in-law does not deserve for any kind of dowry to find,
He too considers that his wife’s parents are just like his own parents,
A daughter is born in her own family and lives in the another family,
All will weep to see the changes of her life from the starting to an end,
If that new family members are good for her she lives very happily,
Otherwise in every walk of her life she suffers and herself will tend,
All daughters have to face and face to cross the same path of life,
The Nature itself will pity on them to see their difficulty of life’s strife.

Religious Family
Sisters and brothers are one of those precious members
In the family. Their role is infinite.
They shock themselves with delight.
They read signs and play with them.
Their signs are obvious,
Useful to the parents,
Forcing action of the family.
Heaven can arrive around the bend,
When the families die and their hell is dismissed by God.
Mothers shall look forward to heaven, and their husbands
Are found too in heaven, or shall I say Paradise.
“My son is big at religion, ” says the father to his child.
For this prayer to be answered, the boy must be big, an adult.
His life at the moment has laws broken, the lawful one is not him.
For he is criminal in his action, in his life and love.
He spent a time with another person, and did not get married.
He did not like this now, and not seven times a week.
He must pray and be forgiven, would say God.
God loves the boy’s father, however, and thus the boy is forgiven
For he is big at religion.
The father has his prayer answered.
Afterwards, the father cries for his child as he has lost him to the elements.
The story is such that it makes us cry, and cry and cry.
To find the mother, we must find the father and his prayer.
We find she is forced to marry someone else
But the daughter is forced to object, due to her religion.
The daughter is confused and wants to know why this happens.
The mother blames the divorce on her son who adventured and died.
The father’s prayer was answered but his wife went astray,
and his daughter was too big at religion.
The daughter shall grow and grow to be a happy woman.
Both parents died due to cancer.
It means the average family would die in the ways of religion,
And not religion die in the ways of family.

A lots of pain
It pains me a lot when I think of past
The memory comes on and disappear very fast
I preferred isolation as it appealed
All other ideas stood as isolated and repealed
I am in for all sort of detachment
I never tried for attachment
I had to pretend several times and act
This is illogical but a fact
I miss my parent a lot
They suffered and always fought
For our upkeep and bright future
For which they were unsure
They had no other option
Life used to halt without any motion
Many unanswered questions puzzled
But still they kept on and bravely lead
They had taken only one decision
It proved correct nearly to the precision
Mother may sometimes silently cry
Father may feel guilty and shy
I still remember mother would come to me and utter
I will not la; low our dream to shatter
Let life prove so much tough
We may walk while facing the rough
We need to bring you up for future generation
You can stand on your feet without any question
You mays serve well with your own kid
When we will be able to acct as head
You got to rise and face the world
They may come and take me to their fold
I will hide the face and try to be bold
I was feeling warmth in severe cold
All past events sometimes make me cry
I am not able to think and ask why?
Why only my family had to undergo?
Why there was not any easy go?
As a boy I was following very little
The ship was in distress and turning turtle
It was different call and had to be faced
We all dis not wait for time and raced
As I grew with time and age
I was in position to manage
I did not feel helpless or in cage
I was taken over even by rage
We had all struggled to survive
We were in all total five
It was really a marathon challenge
Life was definitely on double edge
How may b e surviving the onslaught?
How many may be over coming the drought?
The rainfall may come once in year
What an unpleasant things always to hear?
It is difficult to live on with misery
You may curse and lament poverty
They are interlinked with our final destiny
Though our world might have looked very small and tiny

Success has name
Each success has name
Women are there to claim
Stands like rock behind
Firm but very much kind
Right from wife
To show the meaning of life
To give a company with courage
How best both the ends to meet and manage!
Delightful figure to a small child
Stick on hand but at heart good and mild
No one can control her when turned wild
If honor and pride was to be seen as blind
As daughter too shown enough of affection
No protest to any one if beaten with reaction
Not only equal love to father, mother and brothers
But around all who live in vicinity and as neighbors
Good teacher, good economist and now good administrator
Right from councilor to chief minister and prime minister
Has served the head of the nation and now liberty torch bearer
Women can lead honorable life without any fear
Sky they have explored and proved good scientists
Stood as solid rock and faced rough weather amidst
So to say bow the head to the feat of glorious mother
Be she a lover, friend, sister or in form of any other

Let There Remain
Let there remain no doubt in our mind
Women are good at heart and very kind
That is how all legendary tales reveal
We are part of old traditions and certain feel
They have adored our life at lovely homes
At big house or hut they have always welcomed
With their hospitality and mild nature
They have made us feel proud for the future
Her role has not been confined to mother alone
She had been source of strength and always blown
In the direction very much favorable to us
With total dedication and devotional trust
I felt like bowing head to her dominant role
One of the recent happening has definitely stolen
Lime light and they have stood supreme
The sacrifice and stand has been considered extreme
Their second name has come up as surrogate mother
I have come across dealings on rent for commodities and others
But this has been proved as blessings in disguise
Smile worth millions to many childless families
She has always been in read and subjected to criticism
It has remained worst part in the history against humanism
She has stood all the times in favor of sacrifice
Despite all the odds against and much to her surprise
To bless womb on rent is something like unparallel
You can prove outstanding with class and excel
But to give birth of child on no consideration
Is something like birth of new and dynamic relation?
When will the world realize and give more importance
A real place of honor with full recognition at once
Even if that has been considered in return for favor
I consider it worth mentioning with full honor

Silently Confirm
Nothing is meaningless in life
Each and every place is important as wife
We need not make anything meaningless
As life will constantly keep you under chase
Happiness, sadness and joy come and go
We shall let them come and then forgo
Even if with sorrow we expect better tomorrow
We live under crisis and definitely grow
The day you feel something is meaningless
Make sure in mind that life is worthless
We may be determined to proved worth
But some traffic end may lead you to death
Life is combination of all and may come together
You got to thank only almighty and bother
Love the hardship and seek the resolve
Everything will become easy and ready to be solved
If you observe it closely and leave it to fate
In life you will always be first and never late
Everything hangs in balance if your firm
Believe in faith and silently confirm

About beautiful life
As a boy I had dreamt about beautiful life
Standing by beautiful figure like a glass doll as wife
I had no idea about what wife may stand for future
But definitely it was apparently a dream for sure
Some of the stages represent pure innocence
Some of the acts may speak sheer value of nonsense
Yet that is defined as one of the finest stage
Likely to stay for a while and disappear with the age
In childhood my smile might have been liked by many
I was loved by all members including granny
Mother used to call me diamond of the eye
When I used to demand with full cry
I saw some charm in mother's smile
I wondered about the female character and its style
How elegantly they moved despite all hardships!
Was she the lone sailor sailing through rough sea on ship?
So when I see any woman smiling with free style
I clearly see some reflection and get lost meanwhile
I may sink in dream and visualize some figure in mind
A lovely and beautiful smiling face in memory to find
Was it going to be substitute for caring mother in her life span?
Or was it just routine to come up with age as natural plan
I was rushing toward youth and little mustache had appeared
Everybody knew about gradual change and doubts were cleared
I was now looked with some hope for their future
Nice hierarchy to be followed and continued for sure
I was given enough of liberty to choose the partner
That moment is now going to be reality in days or after
I was woken up by a sweet voice
Beautiful melody with pin dropp peace
She extended hand with lots of promises
Any man would love to sink with such miss
I look back and see all those trailers
Where I was put on horse as riders
I was taken in procession with much fun fare
A journey to be taken but leading no where

William House and Family
Come all kind friends, both far and near,
Come listen to me and you shall hear --
It's of a family and their fate,
All about them I will relate.
They once did live at Edgerton,
They once did live at Muskegon,
From there they went to Chicago,
Which proved their fatal overthrow.
It was William House's family,
As fine a family as you see --
His family was eleven in all,
I do not think it was very small.
Two children died some years ago,
Before they went to Chicago,
Five children there he had with him,
When death his home there enters in.
The small-pox then was raging there,
And Oh! it would not their house spare,
For all but one was sick of them,
A dreadful house it must have been.
The eldest girl was married then,
The eldest boy was in Michigan,
The second boy he was at home,
And took care of them all alone.
His father and his mother dear,
And dear sister, too, I hear,
Were very sick and in his care,
And no kind friends to help him there:
Two little brothers, and a baby too,
Made six in all -- what could he do,
He had to take care of them all,
The baby, too, was very small.
As he would go to his father's bed,
And try to soothe his aching head,
"My son, I pray you leave me, do
Go take care of poor mother, too."
"Your mother and sister need your care,
And your little infant brother there;
Oh! Charlie, Charlie, take care of them,
My son, do all for them you can."
It seemed as though he did not know
That his poor soul so soon must go,
And leave his little ones he loved,
To go to that bright world above.
But God he called his soul away,
It had to leave, it could not stay --
He never more on earth will be,
His soul is from sin and sorrow free.
Charles helped the sexton, I am told,
To lay his form in the coffin cold --
How sad, how sad, poor soul was he,
When last his father's form did see.
Minnie May House she had to go,
And leave her friends that loved her so --
She was a girl in her teens,
A lovely flower as e'er was seen.
Minnie and her mother lay on one bed,
And when Charles said, "our Minnie is dead,"
His mother then she did grow wild,
And early after knew her child.
They buried Minnie by her father's side,
And left them there where they had died --
Charles took his mother and brothers then
And brought them back to Michigan.
For the mother and the baby too,
Kind friends did all that they could do,
But those poor souls they could not save,
For now they're sleeping in their grave.
Oh! what a noble son was he,
His age was then only sixteen --
Charles House's name I have told before
God bless his soul forever more.

Rule As Best
Thousands of rose petals will be less
She may remain supreme in any case
She has domination as we have seen
Where she goes it is different scene
What else she has to do to regain?
Fit in to role and honestly remain
If situation demands as wife
She may restrain tongue to be used as knife
As mother we can ask no other
She has love in abundance and we need not bother
We are very much safe in her lap and refuge
No one can deny the fact and refuse
No doubt at some central stage, she has been taken as sex medium
But that stage has remained for time as bare minimum
All responsibilities and burden comes later on
Life is laid wide open and to be won
Above and all, she is real magic
Her role is to provide smooth life with music
The life is to be made really entertaining
The pride and honor is worth maintaining
She is medium for many and adore nice place
No one can take chance for her to replace
She is no where seen in the race
Yet she wears glow and shining on face
You are only one to be compared to creator
He is one but you are real mentor
The hope and despair lies at the centre
You are the only one as mother
All stages are evaluated with pride
There is nothing much to hide
It is all taken in right earnest
You, as female, reign and rule the best

Lovely shelter
“Mom, you are one of the best and beautiful women”
My entry in this home might be good omen
I am so lucky to have you as wonderful mother
Who else can take your place in any way either?
I loved the way you manage complete affair
Right form domestic help to all places and very fair
How could you do it in extra ordinary way?
Emotionally attached through out and not going away
What an elegant look and gorgeous personality you are!
I shall never think of or even have little idea of going far
You provided all of us a shed under the tree
We have grown up in all the respects to be fair and free
I find whole of world in your eyes
It has never occurred in mind to ask why?
I tried to find some flaws in your movement
But no where I could found the place to resent
You are both intelligent and kind
You are strict too and not averse or blind
You take us to task for silly mistakes
We never come to you with any of the complaint or takes
I feel overwhelmed with your presence
That may be reason with divine essence
You are to me precious thing in world
Your slight absence sends me shiver with cold
I find whole world’s comfort
When I come near to you and report
I swim into another world with relief
When you move hand and murmur little or brief
I shall never be ashamed to be called your daughter
“Your mom is so beautiful” I hear this and burst into laughter
What else in family we are seeking after?
Your presence, affection and lovely shelter

I still need a mother
I need a mother who would love me
I need a mother who would take care of me
I need a mother who would understand me
I need a mother for who I am
I need a mother to know me
I need a mother who would be there for me
I need a mother who would not yell at her son
I need a mother who won't push her son away
I need a mother who would not throw me out of her life
Even though I still need a mother
Everyday I try to be nice
Sometime she don't care about me
What I need is a mother who would be there for me
I need a mother who would watch me grow
I need a mother who would celebrate my birthday
I need a mother who would miss me
I need a mother to cry on
I need a mother to know that her son loves her
But she won't let me know her
What I need is a mother
Who is no more now.
