Look at horizones

My eyes look at horizons and not blink
Heart skips a bit, refuses to obey and sink
Face turns pale from colour pink
Endless struggle and so much to think

I see the earth torn apart by season
Water boiling to a level without any reason
We have similar situation with troubles in lot
I try to find out the trouble spot,

Thought for a while it may heavily rain
Concern or worry will no longer remain
I always get panicky with bad news
Things slip away from hand and unable to view

Dryness on face with deep visible cracks
As earth turns dry with patches black
Green trees on sides but no shade
Throat seems slit with sharp blade

Rain and pain went away for good,
I remained speechless without any mood
Face reflected concern for shortage of food
Strong efforts to come out of wood,

Rain did not turn up in this season
No certainty without any reason
It caused so much worry and tension
So much was at stake and in question

Rain came at last but with little of water,
No relief, no joy and situation still tougher
No respite in addition to sufferings
It is not end to…………..

I sit and thin for no further hope
Situation tight as if to walk on rope
Days of isolation and unable to speak
Future seemed hopeless and very bleak

The position remains same and nothing is changed
Nothing seems in order and properly arranged,
Earth may show visible cracks and still will bear,
I may not have that courage, and power to hear

Id Rather Be Strong

(myles goodwyn)
Published by slalom publishing co. - bmi
Its a sad situation
Alot of hopeless information
On the news
Nothins gonna please you
And nothins gonna change
Well thats your view
So many hungry people
Its a shame and is it legal?
Well its a sight
Theres something goin on
Somethin we can change
And its our right
So Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes I would, yes I would
Well you can say its a shame
And things remain the same
And so it goes
But no ones gonna hear you
And no ones gonna see
What doesnt show
Itd be cause for celebration
If only every nation understood
And helping one another
And doing for the other, what they could
And Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
And to show determination, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes I would, yes I would
Id be a lot better off if I could
Be part of the love
Thats seemingly lost from above
A delicate situation (situation)
Requires contemplation, everyone (everyone)
And someone has to care (someone to care)
When people live in fear of each mans son (each mans son)
So Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would, yes, I would
Id be a lot better off if I could
Be part of the love
Thats seemingly lost from above
Id rather be strong, ooh yes, I would
Well, Id rather be strong, yes I would, yes I would, yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, ooh yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, be strong, yes I would, yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, yes I would
Well Id rather be strong, be strong, yes I would
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes

Rain Water and It's Harrvesting

Water is the basic need
For all, irrespective of type or creed
Animals and plants of any breed
Thrive on this essential liquid feed

Bhagirath, our mythology says
Sits on a penance and prays
For Ganges to set her grace
On earth to make it a heavenly place

Ganges water descends for common good
The human race gets enough food
All other needs of a livelihood
And all living things plunge into a merry mood

Similar is the situation when it rains
This heavenly nectar cures all our pains
For each raindrop, which is for our gains
There is a Bhagirath among us on penance

Rain is indeed a hard earned wealth
Shows righteousness to be in good health
We will be fair and do way with matters of filth
So that it rains for days in a year one fifth

We need to create means to harvest
This natural gift, even if to invest
As its storage will prove its best
When sun turns harsh and the rains resist

Rain water harvesting shows our wisdom
We will face water shortage seldom
And it paves way for freedom
From wars waged on water in the kingdom

Love and hate

I failed to understand your love and hate game
Neither should I try to follow it nor to blame
Since you have not said it openly or put me to shame
I shall give you no chance for another charge to frame

I clearly see no visible lines
There is hardly appearance of happy smiles
You try to show nothing on your face
I feel threatened and surely out of race

I over heard you saying to some of the friends
You were cautious but not unimaginative with trends
It was not your style to give up so easily
As you had dreamed of to pass it of happily

This all proved to me very much puzzling
I was not happy even with slow rain and dazzling
It appealed me nothing but added concern and worry
I thought something unusual may happen to feel worry

You may have your own reservations
But I was unaware of any such indication
I could go up to certain level but not to desired depth
It was driving me nuts and uneasy to take even breathe

I could hardly dare to venture into shining eyes
It was very bright as if showing colorful butterflies
I could find no rain or any kind of rainbows
But yes it had so much magnetic pull to show

You stood there restless with full of pain
You were sure of emptiness in my brain
She gathered the strength and sent me smile
I did not waste a second to walk for mile

We were hand in hand and moved ahead
Some one was sure to provide the lead
Even thought I had failed to grasp or read
She was fully alive to the situation and not dead

Rain oh Rain

Rain oh Rain
When will thy come to wash my pain?
Rain oh Rain
I have been in tears all day
Rain oh Rain
Please do not go far away
Rain oh Rain
Release thy fresh water upon me
Rain oh Rain
Melt the ice and make me chill
Rain oh Rain
Wet the earth and make it plant bloom
Rain oh Rain
Let thy freshness embrace the earth
Rain oh Rain
Make me happy and filled with joy
Rain oh Rain
For thy presence i wait.

Good To Feel

It is always good to feel nice
Over full of nice food stuffs with rice
It gives good smell when nicely arranged
Now only good test to be observed and managed

These are all external feelings
When it comes to real happening!
It turns out to be unpleasant
When it seems not ideal and important

There are many ways to feel happy
Only positive mind can speak it without worry
One needs to remain in cheerful mood
As it is not always the question of good food

Food can provide good nourishment
Body can be kept in fit condition with nice movements
But what about inner conscience and its concern
It can’t be kept quiet with possible wait of turn

You can go tough with the situation
You can be very rough when time comes for evaluation
You have to be committed with certain aspects
As that may only guarantee you some respect

It is said one need not worry about whole world
At any time they may show you wall and turn cold
At such time you can come out well and act as very bold
You respond to soul and see it is not bartered or sold

The key lies with us with all the options
We must be capable of its retention
Nothing can be snatched if you are firm
Only you must stick to belief and confirm

The Dada Da-da da. (Call Everything By Its Proper Name)

So you call 'the rain' in pain.
In pain you call 'the rain'
the rain, the rain, the rain
that molten lava rain,
that beats the windowpane,
that is the blade tht cuts your face.
the rain that runs down swollen face,
water like lace,
water like lace on your face,
so the lace, lace, lace
traces your face, face, face
rain, pane, train
and everything' in pain.
The rain is the pain,
that cuts your face with a blade,
so your blood it runs like lace,
blood lace, bloodied lace,
on your face
your face, your face.

The Rain

Of the rain the Word has said
To us he giveth in due season
And in the Word i also read
Of his might and of his reason

The rain to water the earth
Our crops he will sustain
Trees planted not in dearth
Rooted firm they will remain

A rich gift from heaven sent
Not because of worthiness
But by divine design meant
To show a creator greatness

And therefore this an ode to thee
Of God's oh blessed rain
A token penned from me
Forever i am your humble swain

When the rain drops fall on my head...

When the rain drops fall on my head
Then I feel the greatness of the nature
When the heat on earth vaporized
Then the clouds above makes the rain

When the rain drops fall on my head
Then I see the farmers are full of cheers
When the rain water roll on the ground
Then all the barren lands turns to green

When the rain drops fall on my head
Then I see the rain water runs down the mountains
When the rain water preserved in the built dam
Then there is no poverty on the land

When the rain drops fall on my head
Then I know the God sends it for us
When we do not go against the nature
Then the rain drops fall on the earth for ever

Rain Rain Rain

Rain, Rain, Rain, come again and again,
In the winter, in the summer and in spring,
Come with joy, fall with happiness and go with sorrow,
Rain, Rain, Rain come again and again.

Rain, Rain, Rain come to relive earth's pain,
Rain, Rain, Rain come to make nature happy,
Rain, Rain, Rain come to make livings happy,
Rain, Rain, Rain come again and again.

Rain, Rain, Rain don't go away,
Rain, Rain, Rain i hope you will stay,
Rain, Rain, Rain come again and again.

A love or no love

We always quarreled whenever met
You never bothered to know the ground was wet
It had rained heavily last night
Still you had reason to fight

Every time you taunted me
Never spared for anything and haunted
I still rallied behind and counted
You till pressured and mounted

You had to adjust the time and place
I was tired of coming to you with hidden face
I was altogether indifferent attitude
You were inconsiderate and very rude

We were meant to part
Not budging from stand to depart
I wanted to be very good companion
But you had difference of opinion

It was causing disrepute
Every time we had dispute
We couldn’t solve it or refute
I silenced myself and remained mute

Did he not love me so much?
Was the situation demanding as such?
Why there was heavy demand and rush?
I did not want it to be nearly pushed

We ought to know what is expected of us
It should not land us in trouble to miss the bus
There are still values and traditions left behind
We must take care for the solution to find

The situation would never be same again
Still worry and concern may always remain
We may go on fighting endlessly
Still find the solution to spend time happily

I do not term it worst situation
It is ruled out of question
You are there for me forever
I know it and understand it however

You made me look sentimental fool
I was considered as medium or tool
You knew I won’t be back tracking
You were there for me and always backing

I am serious about holy alliance
I do not take it as defiance
It happens always when you are in close relation
It gives enough of joy and elation

You tried to subdue me for no reason
I was always there with you as kind woman
I followed you at every step
Your insulting tone served me as slap

It is altogether great surprise but not matter of great concern
We may come out of problem and learn
There is always chance for bad to good turn
The happy days may come back or return

Build the confidence on sound footing and on unparallel lines
It must be shown and not pushed to side lines
It is always to be reflected on bright shines
The importance of it is understood with underlines

Rain (Ya-du)

Every where croak
came the frogs out
earth soaked water
saw in morning
first rain was heavily raining.

Filled ponds and tanks
river banks lost
fields sank in water
excess of rain
flooded whole terrain.

Glided farmers
saw better rain
there hoped for good
vegetation
they can grow in the season.

Oh Rain Come Agian

Oh rain, oh rain, oh rain
Come again, come again
We are scorching in the summer
Come with sudden thunder
Don't just drizzle
Little and little
But come and pour
Plenty of water
The land is dry
Animals are making cry
Temperature crossed forty five
Bees are coming out of their hive
Without water land is hell
Plants have turned pale
Oh rain. Oh rain
Come again, come again
To turn landscape green
As it ever had been
Oh rain, por water
To make earth greener
More healthier and richer

After You Left

When some one departs from life very early
We remain quiet and peaceful internally
Think about old memory and his good side
And cry when unable to control it and hide

Such is the situation when husband is no more
The life becomes hell therefore
No one is there to take care and look after
Many worries about children as how to cater

If something is left behind as fortune
Then it is good and better than any none
But if left behind high and dry
Big question arises as to how to tackle and try?

You are and were together
He was your success and feather
You were trustful and till remained
With absolute integrity and maintained

No one remains here a day longer
When you have to leave despite being stronger
That is divine cycle and must be respected
More of pain and grief is sometimes not well reacted

Face the situation as it approaches in
It may stay for some period but won't remain
For the time longer than required
So it got to be accepted and admired

Rain... Rain... Rain...!

Rain on tinned roof
Rain on concrete
Rain soaking into sands
Rain on soft earth
Rain on metal road
Rain on windscreen

Rain falling into the sea
Rain in the river

Rain on flowers
Rain on leaves
Rain under trees
Rain on hills

Rain on my skin…

Each with its own unique raga
Reverberates across the sky
On to the earth…

An unusual meeting

It rained heavily
I too enjoyed it merrily
It seemed like union of family
Something was missing in us very badly

It took me many years back
We were on complete right track
I hoped nothing would go wrong
Everything was going good with song

It used to be unusual meeting
There was exchange of no greetings
Still I longed for him to say something
It did not come in the form of anything

How many special memories are attached?
How to get easily out of it and get detached?
So many things are taught or preached?
At very next moments they are breached

How you made me to be wet in first rain?
It was season’s first fall to result in some gain
Seeds were to grow and mature in form of grain
It as only my worry and concern main

You were coming in the form of hurricane
Not with devastation but with relief plane
Lots of rain and blowing of cool wind
Joy and happiness all over to find

I am not in for all that you do
It may be very nice and true
I still care for you and wait
Don’t term it as gimmick and fate

It is meeting not always
We have parted our ways
Once a while you come and strike
I still long for it and like

I am on earth and you are in sky
You have vast horizons to ply
I am firmly placed yet wait with eagerness
I am sure of your intention and truthfulness

Rain Drops

Here comes the grey clouds
rolling in,
Spreading rain all over the
town.

Rain drops help to moisten
the earth's beautiful green
grass.

Sidewalks once dusty are
washed and cleaned.

Rivers and lakes are given
plenty more water.

Fishes swim around happy
beneath the rain drops,
creating millions of ripples
upon the water.

Flowers and plants no longer
Thirst,
Even trees and bushes seem
to dance after a good drink
of water,
Animals get their fill of
water too.

Just Like a shower,
Rain drops clean and
cleanse everything,
Leaving the earth refreshed
and renewed.

After the storm has passed,
The sun shines spreading its
warmth.

Rain drops that are left behind
on Flowers, plants, trees and
grass,
It is like heaven for many insects
to fill their thirsty little
mouths.

Without clouds we would have no
rain drops,
Without rain drops everything would
never be the same.

Flower jump
with jump...

At the plant...
Cow and dog's
Are Bath the rain...

With shevering...
Too cotage....
People with

Umberlaa
catch up
And out side

Go and comes...
Houses also
Droped for rain

with home swimme...
At the village...
Hear is...

Rain heavey...
It is not heavy at
Earth...

Simply wanted rain
For earth...
Water running too

Too much...
Earth wanted for
Water...

The rain is gone

You got wet clothes to dry
A face to wipe some droplets of rain
Some stains
On your breasts
Kissing stains
Some bluish marks
On your thighs
You always say
These things, stains and bluing
Happen
Because of the rain
The rain that refuses to leave at once
And you are caught to his embrace
You always say the rain
Is responsible, one season to blame
Why these things, these stains cling to your body
The thoughts of rain
Leaving
Saddens you now

How you wish the rain comes back
The stains caused by him smells and
The scent of sweat makes you sway, gives
You the feeling of
Stay, I love you, stay, do not go away.

Wonder, how the rain could have removed
The stains, smell, sweat, but you say
The rain causes it, he cannot leave you

He still has the fear of getting rainy wet.

Sad days

I remember those sad days
Life with lots of problems on the way
No cheers but question of life and death
Fight for square meals a day and unable to breath

Mother used to put me at her back
As everything was at stake
Life for child remained a source of concern
The future was to be changed in turn

I remember her working at farm
Soil to dig when sun wan not warm
Work to start when breeze still on surface
No worry lines to appear on the face

She was not only bold but assertive too
Life was meant to be challenge and felt as true
Work hard or get nothing in return
Energy in body to be burnt in turn

Tears have no place to fall on the ground
It is lovely, beautiful and laborious round
“I won’t die my lovely child” she may murmur
Make me laugh and tease with humor

How can be life harder than this?
If some one doesn’t get it then it is surely a miss
We don’t die or perish as a result of hard labor
The ship has to be taken at the berth of harbor

God only knows how many years it may take?
But surely it will be long drawn yeas to make
Life then will be put on right track
You may look back a past with no feelings of an ache

I don’t know where from that urge comes
To fight the situation and smilingly welcome
Not to get discouraged if means are meager
Slowly it builds and makes man perfect and stronger

Leave not behind any such regret
You were not meant to suffer such fate
If one has time on his or her side
There is no need to lament or search for guide

Hard work has no parallel
One has to try hard and excel
If nothing goes in favor or well
Try not to reveal it to others or tell

It may not remain for uncertain days
By the time you may sure find the ways
You may attain position to make the sway
See nothing is left out or given away

No doubt life can’t be equal for all
One has to quickly adjust and respond to call
If something is missing or not available
It must be got with whatever situation favorable

You can’t sit and think idle
Must think to come out from troubles
If that is done successfully
Life will be enjoyed fully
