Justice delayed

Can justice be delayed under any circumstances?
Numerous cases can be sighted for instances
Can that not be amounted as justice denied?
Well, conscious should always bite if it is laid

Constitution enshrined for liberty and freedom
Forefathers too considered and thought it as wisdom
Sacrifice made for freedom struggle should not go as waste
To live with true freedom was need of an hour and taste

Still many loop holes remain to be plugged
System is facing criticism and it is wholly bugged
Justice is sold as revealed with emergence of new facts
it is cleverly wrapped in words with simple tact

Under official ret act, nothing can be made public or revealed
Under the oath of secrecy it is cleverly concealed
Normal man can’t dream for getting immediate relief
Loosing faith and trust as mark of disbelief

Innocents are sometimes hung for nothing
Trial summary drags on for years to prove something
History teeters and goons rule the scene
it has been made laughing stock which is never witnessed or seen

Conscience like things has remained on paper
Evidences or approver turn hostile and proof is tempered
Solitary examples shine and keep the system alive
Does the system require honest trial for self and to be revived?

Politicians have corrupted and citizens too have favored
Easy ill gotten money plays part with fragrance and flavor
who would not want to become rich and famous?
Leading lavish life with style and look so glamorous

Death sentence can’t be implemented for simple reason
Wrong move for computation of term for person tried under treason
Still some of us praise the system and sing for liberty
How can it grow amidst the illiteracy and poverty?

Nothing can l change under the light and sun
we will tear it apart by making mockery and fun
Streets will have deserted look under the shadow of gun
People may seek refuge under constant fear and run

Such may be the scene in coming days
You will be caught in cross fire in strange ways
You will have no high hope in bright rays
It may be altogether different if we don’t pay (attention)

No one should be deprived of his/her legitimate dues
System should not be meant for only few
Why is it so that only influential get scoot free
Why other have to sit recite the hymns under the tree?

Let holy principles of justice be upheld
Let innocents be not prosecuted and held
It may or can have legitimate delay
This may send the message across and relay

Away from the scene

It is not fleeing away from the scene
Fear for life as such is never seen
Man may run miles together to escape dragnet
Else he has to loose the life and will not be allowed to let

In democracy, day time murders take place
There is clear and visible mad race
No one can get justice in stipulated time
Freedom is curtailed and liberty crushed sometimes

Where do you go and raise your voice?
Who cares for your cry in wilderness for promises?
Why not keep some loop holes and misses?
Later you have nothing left as traces

This is mockery of system and played for self interest
Draconian rule persist and even termed as best
We know how it strangulates ordinary person
Pushed in gallows for unknown reasons

Properties may be looted and houses burn
Can be termed as hooligan’s act and may take ugly turn
Where life can be played into mad hands
As politicians can murder and at the same time play as friends

Some of the people are truly dedicated and they have reasons
We should see larger cause and evaluate them as right persons
It will be futile to loose a life inn struggle for nothing
Even many patriots have fled the scene and taken refuge for something

Innocents are murdered and women, children are molested
Many good words are said and matter finally rested
We have lost moral rights to protest as true champion
As we now take the refuge under the name of religion

We can’t call our system as civilized forum
Where we can’t maintain good decorum
Forces must be resorted to bare minimum
In extreme cases justification can be given for maximum

Freedom and liberty can’t be taken as privilege
It must come naturally to us as a heritage
We have given enough of blood for peaceful living
Its principles are meant for adoption and believing

On the Innate Drive For What is Right

As life bled, martyrdom flared its buds.
Repression, red from irritation,
Rendered chinks and cracks; but thuds of
Armament - in cowardice - accomplice of the
Dictatorial blight thro' countless years -
Wreaked its retribution:
Yet hope began to bloom a coloured carapace
Enshrining their allegiance ‘gainst the
Terror in their tears.

And on! Splits yawned - breaches in the junta:
Flesh fought fanatical minds -
Bullets welcomed into open hands
And blessed with yearnings for morality:
Chiselled man-toys of death and mutilation
Couldn't repel the might of freedom
Surging at the bright horizon.

Crepuscular rays of purpose, body,
Flooded pandemonium with
Overwhelming clarity, direction -
Burdened clouds drifting wayward as the
Light channelled out a vision,
Intensifying focus on tomorrow -
Deepen their stride
As they home in to
What is theirs,
Rightfully theirs!

Is Justice Really Blind?

You say the justice system
Is very fair and true
But I don’t believe it
Especially from you

Because when you have money
Freedom can be bought
That is a simple lesson
Early on I was taught

If you have great wealth
There’s much you can achieve
Because without money
There’s little reason to believe

That justice is really blind
And the law will treat you right
All these thoughts come to me
As I sleep in my cell tonight

Justice...

… Slow Justice
Is Better Than No Justice
… I Just Want Justice and Peace

To Feel Justice
It Must Be Real Justice
Not Cut-Deals Or Just A Piece

Full Justice
Not Pull The Wool Justice
She’s Already Been Blindfolded Enough

We Accuse Justice
But To Lose Justice
Is To Unlock Chaos’ Cuffs

Justice …
Is Lustrous
In Pearls Of Conviction Displayed

Justice …
The Huntress
Were Wild-Wily-Wrongs Are Caged

A Cry For Justice
Is Why Justice’s
Scales-Weights Shouldn’t Be In Doubt

Legal Justice
Be Equal Justice
With Rules To Balance It Out

Honest Justice
Promise Justice
Is Right For The Poor and Oppressed

But Even Rich Justice
And Even Quick Justice
Should Be A Standard, Silvered Process

Raw Justice
Shouldn’t Be Flawed Justice
But Free To All Everywhere

The Power Of Justice
Is That The Hour Of Justice
Doesn’t Run Out Of Time Anywhere

Men Must Court Justice
And Support Justice
To Qualify For Her ‘Your’ Honor

And Seek Justice
And Speak Justice
And Be A Worthy Defender Word-Warrior

Some Have Burned Justice
Some Have Spurned Justice
In The Lies That They Have Sworn

Some Have Raped Justice
Then Gaped At Justice
Laid Bare Like Loss Innocence In Porn

Oh Sweet Justice
Don’t Beat Justice
We Are In Races But We Shouldn’t Fight

Some System Of Justice
Has Idealism Of Justice
But The Whole World Needs To Get It Right …

Then True Justice
And Overdue Justice
Will Be The Law Of Every Land & Life

Without Justice
You Can Count Justice’s
Tears Rolling Down In Strife

The Hope Of Justice
And Scope Of Justice
Is That Justice Answers To GOD

The Mercy Of Justice
And Courtesy Of Justice
Will Be The Final Plea Bargain LORD …

The Sound Of Justice

Where's The Freedom And Justice?

where's the freedom and justice?
trapped behind bars
watching lightning fast cars
where's the freedom and justice?
why keep hope
when happiness pops like soap
where's the freedom and justice?
cant breathe
cant leave
where's the freedom and justice?
hate misery
hate mystery
where's the freedom and justice?
you get raped
get interviewed on tape
where's the freedom and justice?
goes to court
but his bad luck is not the unlucky sort
where's the freedom and justice?
he get's away
i like an idea that's revenge is a way!

Our Justice System Jul 2nd,2012

OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM Jul 2nd,2012
By
James Bredin

The justice system is designed to put them in jail though they disagree,
Unfortunately the parole board is designed to set them free,
Regardless of the crimes or rap sheets that read like a book,
Our politicians or appointed aristocrats never look.

Is this is a place where we the people have lost all control?
Or is this is the extremist left-wing activists goal?
Do they want their friends out of jail and walking the streets again?
In line with their very secretive left-wing campaign.

But you didn't know because the media too are on their side,
Nothing in the papers about this and nothing ever supplied,
As murderers and rapists walk the streets every day, defiant,
And we the people and the justice system are so pliant.

People are afraid

The people are not afraid when they resume routine
As they have left all worries to the power divine
Worship the God and he may provide the means to dine
Rest all will be looked after when time turns fine

The poor must stay where they are supposed
The doors must remain as it is and almost closed
The system we talk about is for all those
Who live under constant fear to be deposed?

Does any one not know that justice is purchased?
Do we not know democracy is hijacked and chased?
We all know but have the patience to witness
We have turned coward and remained brut on face

Why at all we need delayed justice?
Did we not give pledge and promises?
To uphold the sanctity and decorum of the institution
Breach the rules and still uphold the constitution?

We need action packed program
Safe travel in rail, bus or tram
All essential items within reach
We need no hollow words to teach

We are governed by the laws
But has many flaws
Justice is delayed
Even death sentence is stayed

It has been eclipsed
Opportunity is missed
Country must be given first priority
Nothing should be taken away as charity

Let it be governed for the people
Poor, rich have taken part in struggle
Let it be shared with honor and peace
Life must be lived with joy and at ease

So Many People Wrongfully In Jail

So many people wrongfully in jail
Even in some so called Democratic Countries where the justice system some does fail
For political reasons or for reasons otherwise
Democratically elected governments spread fear through their lies
Of people they imprison from elsewhere
Who to challenge their right to be in their homeland did even dare
Many imprisoned as terrorists are not terrorists at all
And many of those with power in their ways are so small
They cling to power by their spreading of fear
From them we hear what they only want us to hear
Democratically elected governments who in their justice system take pride
With the power of might who feel they have right on their side
They may talk of human rights, justice and freedom but that's rhetoric nothing more
Actions speak louder than words we have heard that before

Hungry For Justice?

Justice system as told
Is made for the people
That will be a guiding light
To have fairness to everyone.

To the poor and the wealthy
The laws are the basis
To identify the violations
In the civilized society.

But is there sense of fairness
For those who are accused
By opening the leveling field
Regardless of economic status?

When the rich man is accused
Justice is intentionally delayed
Until the time will come
Case will be dismissed and forgotten.

I wish this is only a dream
And there’s no enough basis
That in our society
There’s double face of justice!

That upon waking up the truth
There are still many patriots
Who are fearless to reveal
The true spirit of Justice.

I will make you all pay.
Victory will be mine one day.
And then I will of made all of you pay.
Victory will be mine.

I will replenish everything.
You must pay.
The justice bollocks system.
Didnt make you pay.
So now I will.

I will serve my own justice.
Then justice will prevel.

Once Ive dished my justice
And sold it on a plate.

I will of made you pay
Thats a must do
On my list.

The voices tell me so.
They say
You have to make them pay.

Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied

Justice seekers wait day after day,
Month after month, year after year
Even decade is passed but
In course of justice they don’t hear.

Sometimes they pass away
without getting the justice.
Such delays lack faith
In system amongst the public.

Maggu's land was captured
In an act of atrocity
And his cow was stolen
From his own vicinity.

With good efforts of police
The stolen cow was traced
But died beforel order of justice
To return it, was graced.

Maggu filed an other suit
Demanding for compensation;
His land dispute was already
Pending under litigation.

Finally justice prevailed
He got verdict in his favour
Compensation and his land
Years he waited with fervor.

But by the time justice given
Old Maggu was died
This is how legal maxim
Justice delayed is justice denied.

The Most Beautiful Box (Response Number Two)

you can build
the most beautiful box
the world has ever seen.
you can line the walls
with fine jewels,
and carpet the floors.
you can adorn it
with beautiful pictures,
and have windows that face
the morning sun.
you can have doors
that open both ways.
still...
this box cannot hold
the sky, the wind, or the rain!

so it is with political systems.
no system can define freedom.
no system can define justice.
no system can define equality.
only the human heart,
grounded in love,
can do this!

Might is right

It is always the fact that might is right
They will go on till the end to fight
They may do it with the speed of light
They have the wisdom and long sight

Small insects kill smaller one
Big also kill little one and go on
It is complete cycle of exploitation
Everybody looses in turn and in rotation

So if rich rule the scene then nothing wrong
Not all can be in race and come along
It is sheer coincidence that mighty rule
Otherwise not all the people are fool

Person with abundance can sustain losses
He may have no regret even if looses
This gives them little advantage
Rest all feel confined to cage

Once you are under domination you are bound to suffer
You may have no rights other than to differ
So poor remain poor and rich gets richer
Poor remain suppressed for times to come
Rich are dominating and always welcome

Corruption has engulfed poor and rich alike
Everybody is influenced and affected with hike
No one wants to remain as poor like
Rich too wants not to become poor and dislike

This is tendency that we feel pity for poor
We have seen them knocking the door
But it is the system that will remain forever
Even if God descends on earth it will be there

If you have same system with no discrimination
No one may work and develop alienation
They will feel free with passing of responsibility
Here comes then the end of clear and distinct ability

If you have system with loop holes anybody will escape
No one can restrict the temptation or put the cap
Only the poor fail to emerge for the want of resources
The powerful emerge and re-emerge with full force

The oppression part is little disturbing
No one can force or go on curbing
No one can be forced to undergo torture
Even God has made it very sure

The rich may have disliking for poor
Poor to may have tendency to show exit door
It has been clash of time for centuries and very old
No one can buy it or arguments can be sold

Lord may wish so for all His children
He may even grant the same blessing even
Yet that difference may remain and even if not
The needless wars might not have been fought

The human beings may create it to rule
They make use of all available tools
Rich may tackle poor and poor may tackle down trodden
As the system remains same with all the odds even

Nothing In Our Arsenal

Justice delayed is justice denied
Often said in open but never tried
Every one uses it in its own gain
Only poor suffer and under go the pain

Only but civilized society is to be blamed
They don't come out in open and ideology shared
They conduct seminars and offer lectures
Ideas never float and thus block the future

Votes are sold in open and they don't venture out
Stay at home with family and only talk about
Every body wants to be millionaire overnight
Democracy has become lame and lacks will power to fight

Forget about legal systems in any country
It can't be left to the domain of anybody
People should have to take care
Properly address the system and nurture

Big industrial houses openly support
Involve in tug of war and take ship at the port
Lot many cartels of self interest are on board
The country as whole has to bear the load

The scenario has been completely changed
The criminals are on forefront and system efficiently managed
Everybody is made of clay and exposed to greed
Where can you provide effective machinery to lead?

No one may come out in open and participate
Everybody may dream of beautiful country and leave it to fate
No nightangle may come of its own and sing of patriotism
We need n such imaginary happiness but only humanism

I wish to be part of global happiness
Where it is not marred by color, cast creed or race
Where independent systems rule to the benefit of people and country
Then only there may appear real joy and place to enjoy beauty

Why people should die of hunger elsewhere?
Why at all countries should wage wars?
Why innocents should die in streets and suffer?
Have we nothing in our arsenal to offer?

System Of Life

Now its time to look in your eyes
Youre so much better its no surprise
Its like a mirror is watching you
Maybe the words been broken - dont be no fool
Following the lights you see like a rolling train
Yesterday is gone - tomorrows in your hands
Something youve had is gone - dont wish it back
Let it go - dont run away - its nothing youll forget
You know the rules dont need no warning
Theres only one way to find the clue
Inside you so let it go
System of life - be the hunted or the hunter
System of life
System of life - its always by your side
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Dont paint a picture full of love and hate
Paradise is here - but exceptions prove the rules
Sometimes it feels just like a dream becoming true
Close your eyes - look inside - it will never be the same
cause for your life there aint no warning
So stand up and fight to find the clue
So watch out you live and learn
Its the
System of life - be the broken or the breaker
System of life
Its the
System of life - its always real and true
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Yeah - yeah
Oh, its the
System of life - be the hunted or the hunter
System of life
Its the
System of life - its always by your side
System of life - the one and only way to live in harmony
Its the
System of life - be the taken or the taker
System of life
Its the
System of life - its always real and true

A Firing A Mob

Tear gas shells are fired at mob
They have blocked the road not to kill or rob
Still complete force is ready with shells to lob
May be in their opinion it is fine job

They are outdated laws and needs to be scraped
Whole machinery is to overhauled and revamped
Is there any Government who fire on unarmed citizens?
Are they not true subject whom you charge with batons?

Do they have no rights to differ with your opinion?
Are you the Government only custodian to represent the Union?
How does it matter if some resentment is expressed in some quarters?
Is there no enough bad blood flown in rives as waters?

What are we trying to prove to the free world?
Why peoples verdict be disregarded and pushed to cold?
Who represents the public and who are the true representatives?
We are the people, true representative and natives

We may die in thousands and still be called unruly/
The bread winner may be lost permanently by the family
It may look as if nothing has happened really
All policies seem unreal and completely silly

Let public be educated about what you plan to pursue
What are the burning problems and issues?
Plan in advance to settle the legitimate dues
How can then there be the bad news?

We are not authoritarian system of Government
It has been installed by popular movement
No one can claim real credit for freedom
It is due to sacrifice, struggle and wisdom

Tear gas shells may bring tears
Who will suffer and mostly bear?
Some one may loose life and face incapacitation?
What are we going to prove as nation with citation?

We may have burden of proving our selves as innocents
There may be criticism in news with adverse comments
How can we ruthless o our own brethren?
This should be our main worry and concern

No dictator has lasted for long
H has paid in his coins for committing wrong
They have never ruled silently and stayed along
They have been executed and hanged among

Is the surfacing of intolerance that is responsible?
Is there any law that has to be made forcible?
Nothing can be extracted from unwilling soul?
Even if good measures may be considered as fault and foul

Let us rule the people with good administration
Let us bring them together from any alleviation
To protect them from any trouble is duty of good nation
It has got direct bearing on the good relation

Justice is the One who gives Life on Me

For the people who seek for comfort or dead mercy,
Their fairness sob and yet still strife for their right,
I rage against the death of justice before it will be.

My eyes shed tears, my heart crumpled tenderly
Cries of beggar and poor who gleamed on my sight,
For only Justice is the one who gives life on me.

The soul who screams, murdered by hatred and fury,
By means of politics, they were killed and cause blight
I rage against the death of justice before it will be.

Such criminals must be punish and injured severely,
Either they’ll tell the truth or lie, a freedom to fight,
For only Justice is the one who gives life for me.

Unjust power, ways of government over sovereignty,
To rule the nation seeking in dark the hopes in light
Yet, rage against the death of justice before it will be.

Hearts and souls are estranged on life that’s so unlucky,
And unfair and believers grasp on their faith; hold on tight,
And rage against the death of justice before it will be,
For only Justice, Justice and Justice…
Which the one who gives life to me.
