Infant Baby

Distant cry was heard from infant baby
Left at the door and seemed very hungry
Moving hands and legs in desperate try
As if to call for mummy without any cry

It was raining whole day and the night
Dark clouds were still hovering there right
Occasional thunder burst slightly frightened
The stairway was seen clear when clouds lightened

The dogs bark had nearly threatened
We rushed to the front door and hastened
The baby was wrapped up in dirty cloths
He was hardly breathing and feared death

What a pity to feel when child is left at mercy?
Beautiful flower just sent on earth by almighty?
To have freedom of life with fine and fresh air
What a treatment to be accorded and given as fair?

We were woken up with little and faint cry
New born baby was left on ground to lye
What would have been fate if was attached?
No one would have claimed later on or staked

It is noble work to take care of infants
Some times we run and manage without grants
Yet society is fully aware of their obligations
Many people adopt child and strengthen the relation

Humanity is still alive and new born are protected
Some compulsion might have forced on them to act
Even animals do not leave their new born at mercy
Keep guard and vigil all the time to keep under safety

We are sensible but sometimes behave inhuman
Why should we involve in such acts as man or woman?
Let new born take free air and live with mother
Let us not condemn act and take responsibility to solder

Even though such acts are on rise
It does not leave us with any more surprise
It is failure or savagery act when given promises
It should have been honored instead with such misses

Dog saved child

I bow my head to faithful animal
Who saved a new born girl child on arrival?
Left in isolated place to be claimed by none
Only pigs and vultures were waiting for it alone

Little dog heard the infant’s voice
Rushed to the scene without any choice
The child was moving the legs
There was nothing on her such as name tag

Totally left in wilderness at god’s mercy
Not by any human but dog felt pity
Raised alarm by barking loud
People in near by huts were sleeping sound

She must be by now few minutes old
Her parents may really be stone hearted and bold
The child was deserted and left at her fate
There are no enough words to state

People rushed to the site
It was about to be day light
What a lovely child to look at?
Waiting to meet the cruel fate!

The child was wrapped in dirty rag
Even though was a healthy and moving leg
Real credit was earned by a faithful dog
The child could have been eaten away in fog

Some of the acts are always appreciated
They deserved to be highlighted and narrated
It gives shining example of what should have been done
If not done then what precaution should have been taken

Her parents may be brave one
Even if for unmarried girl this act should not have been done
It is life granted by almighty, the creator
We are here to look after and act as care taker

Any human being may feel good
Animals otherwise are hungry for food
The great damage would have been done to child
Thank god she was taken to near by hospital and saved

Born To Be Loved By You

Borne again.
Because have you at just being borne again.
At last I feel that Im alive and more.
This is the moment Ive waited for.
Born to be loved by you.born to be loved by you.
Born to walk with you.born to talk with you.
I was born for you.
Born to be with you, only you.
Born to be loved by you.
Born for you, born for you baby.
Born for you, born for you baby.
Born for you, born to be loved by you
(you and only you) born to be with only you.
I look at you and all at once I know that dreams come true.
For there you are the other part of me.
I have found my destiny.
Born to be loved by you.born to be loved by you.
Right or wrong for you.weak or strong for you.
Faithful or untrue
Born chained forever and far beyond.
Born to be loved by you and only you
No one else will do.
Heart and soul,born to be loved
Born to be loved.born to be loved by you.
(you and only you,born to be with only you)
Born for you.born for you baby.
Born for you.born for you baby.
Born for you, born for you baby..

Out of the mire is born a gorgeous flower;
Out of the noise is born a dead silence;
Out of the storm is born, calm!

Out of the strife is born a pleasant life;
Out of the filth is born flora, fauna;
Out of the chaos is born clarity.

Out of the exercise is born a healthy body;
Out of the training is born wisdom;
Out of the learning is born a scholar!

Out of the confession is born a soul afilled with grace;
Out of the Holy Book is born the word of God;
Out of the prayers is born answers from God!

Out of the rain is born the verdure shoots;
Out of the sun is born the growing plants;
Out of the dawn is born a lovely day;
Out of the dusk is born a quiet night!

Out of the hunger is born an appetite;
Out of the dainty food is born satiety;
Out of the wine is born inebriety.

Out of the fasting is born controlled senses;
Out of the inhibition is born a civilized person;
Out of the nature’s furies is born forbearance;
Out of the war is born a newer peace.

Out of the mistakes done is born a new resolve;
Out of the struggle is born a long-lasting freedom;
Out of the perseverance is born an accomplishment.

Out of the light is born a new day on earth;
Out of the night is born a starry sky;
Out of the dark clouds is born an aureole moon.

Out of the boredom is born a life of joy;
Out of the trials, travail is born a mind of steel;
Out of the woes is born a content heart!

Out of the parent’s love is born a loving child;
Out of the love of God is born forgiveness of sins;
Out of the mercy of God is born a soul for heaven!

The Eve of My Death

The eve of my death, a baby was born, and this kept me alive.
The eve of my death, a baby took her first stumbling steps, and this kept me
alive.
The eve of my death, a school bus filled with laughing children drove away,
and this kept me alive.
The eve of my death, I looked out my window to see my child be swept
away to prom, and this kept me alive.
The eve of my death, my baby, my child reached out her hand to accept her
diploma, she is not a baby or a child any more, and this kept me alive.
The eve of my death, I walked with my daughter down the isle, and this kept
me alive.
The eve of my death, I held my new born grandson in my arms, and this kept
me alive.
The day of my death, I feel my grandson's tears hit me like a cool spring rain,
I see his father behind a podium an inch away from tears, I feel the
flowers on the casket that holds the only thing that keeps me alive.

Child Of Babylon

(coverdale/marsden)
When I heard the sound of thunder
On the day that I was born,
I was blinded by the lighting
An baptised in the storm
My father started crying
When he saw what he had done,
But, my mother started praying
Have mercy on my son,
He is a child of babylon
I am a child of babylon,
Lord have mercy on a wayward son
Nowhere to hide, nowhere to run
I am a child,
A child of babylon
When Ive fooled around so many times
When Ive known it aint been right,
But, I paint it all in colours
When it really should be black and white
I sail my ship through muddy waters,
Try to open every door,
When I saw the seven wonders
It left me wanting more
I am a child of babylon,
Lord have mercy on a wayward son
Nowhere to hide, got no place to run
I am a child,
A child of babylon
On my day of judgement
I know how it will be,
Im prepared to meet my maker
With no hope for charity
Ill stand alone and pay the price
For everything Ive done,
cos there aint guardian angel
For a child of babylon
I am a child,
A child of babylon
I am a child of babylon,
Lord have mercy on a wayward son
Nowhere to hide, got no place to run
I am a child,
A child of babylon
Child of babylon

Have mercy, have mercy on me
Well I went to see a gypsy
And had my fortune read
She said, todd, your babys gonna leave you.
The bags are packed up under the bed.
And I cried...
I said, if you leave me baby,
Girl if you put me down,
Well Im going to the nearest river child,
And jump overboard and drown.
Well now hey hey baby, hey hey now
What are you trying to do?
Well now hey hey baby, hey hey now

X’mas

Born was a child in a manger;
Born was the son of God, the Father;
Born was the love of the Maker;
Born was for men, a Redeemer.

Born was a baby boy, a king;
Born was on earth a prophet great;
Born was the love of God in human form;
Born was a Messiah.

Born was a son of a carpenter;
Born was the king of Jews;
Born was the living God as flesh;
Born was a Savior.

Born was a babe, who brought,
Joy and peace to the world;
Born was a babe on a bed of hay,
As angels choirs kept singing on.

Born was the spotless Lamb of God
Who was to die on the cross;
Born was a divine child,
From the Virgin Mary’s womb!

Born was Lord Jesus Christ,
Who paid the price for our sins,
And by His death and resurrection,
Made it possible for sinners too,
To go to Heaven.

Essential Salts of animals may
Be so prepared and preserved
That an ingenious man
May have the whole Ark of Noah in his own
Study and raise the fine shape of an animal
Out of its ashes at his pleasure
Unhappy is he to whom the memories of childhood
Bring only fear and sadness
Old years of play
Wretched is he who looks back upon lone hours
In vast and dismal chambers
With brown hangings
And maddening rows of antique books
Watch them in twilight groves
Oh in twilight groves
Oh in twilight groves
By method from the essential salts of humane dust
A philosopher may call up the shape of any dead ancestor
From the dust where into his body has been
Incinerated incinerated incinerated
You're under pressure baby
Christ has returned he's returning
In every new born child
In every new born child
You're under pressure baby
Christ has returned he's returning
In every new born child
In every new born child
In every new born child
Essential Salts of animals may
Be so prepared and preserved
That an ingenious man
May have the whole Ark of Noah in his own
Study and raise the fine shape of an animal
Out of its ashes at his pleasure
You're under pressure baby

Not Meant To Be

Thoughts are born,
yet die thereafter,
nothing more satisfying,
than that of solemn touches of death...

a child,
a cursed blessing,
A mother,
A whored Vessel,
no child into bringing,
destroyed and defiled.

Never meant to be,
Left to finish what was started,
Braving the cold,
a womb-less warmth,
lost to life’s virginity,
seconds of breaths,
left it dying,
moments so short,
yet extended toward eternity,
An infant child,
besmirched and left thoughtless,
A child only born to be named death,
Reaping the benifites of final breaths.

A juvenile home

Why do they remain uncared for?
From where do they come from?
Why are they left at doors of juvenile home?
Who are to be considered accountable and be blamed?

The juvenile home is flooded with such children
They are left there to lead the strange life and barren
No doubt they are given proper care and treatment
It is blot on society and deserves condemnable comment

The love is blind but we are not aware of its consequences
There are many cruel attempts and has come out as instances
The homes are sometimes abused and children are put to shame
It is not only creating law and order from but has earned ill fame

Every day there is instances of child’s cry at door step
Helpless mother choose the early morning time for help
She has all the blessings for child but unable to retain
She has all the love but forced not to contain

Many countries have facilitated single mothers by law
They can lead honorable life and society too allow
Still their life is miserable and looked upon as shame
Men are roaming free and only ladies share the blame

They have still guts to stand alone and face the world
The society and people may not take them lightly and develop cold
They may face many odds much to their discomforts
They remain shamed all the times despite their best efforts

Somewhere we commit grave error and suffer
The male partner deserts and continues to differ
Under such circumstances the hell is let loose
You have no option left and unable to choose

It is with heavy heart that you leave new born
You are heavily over burdened and consciously torn
You may not want to leave the child at somebody’s mercy
You can do nothing at this stage except to feel pity

Juveniles homes are equipped tot tackle such issues
They make appeals and make periodical reviews
They too are blessed with public support to share the grief
Children get enough care and support and get good brief

The society has to share the burden and show the courage
They are future of the country and must be nicely managed
They may come out as good citizens or hard core criminals
Do we want to make them human beings or cruel animals?

Let us resolve to make it an ideal place to worship
The youngsters may commit the mistake for friendship
We are here to support such houses morally with all niceties
It has purpose behind and public utilities too

A Child Is Sweet Any Day Of The Week

A child that's born on a Monday
holds beauty in sight and mind.
A child that's born on a Tuesday
is graceful, sweet and kind.
A child that's born on a Wednesday
is a treasure, so they say.
A child that 's born on a Thursday
sees a quest with each new day.
A child that's born on a Friday
is loving and freely gives.
A child that's born on a Saturday
shows great work through how they live.
A child that's born on a Sunday
is happy, carefree and gay.
I guess you could say that a child is
special, no matter what the day.

A Child Is Born

a child, a child, a child is born
to a mother who lies near death;
no food, no home, no place to go,
smell the stink of fear on her breath.

you build and destroy, and build again,
pound your chests with arrogant pride.
litigate and over populate,
sell your vision while children die.

if there's a God He doesnt live
in your temples and your shrines.
but in the cry of the hungry child,
and the ones you've left behind.

a child, a child, a child is born....

We have failed to care

As progressing society we have failed to care
The destitute and left over have no place to go anywhere
They have remained aloof and neglected
As fellow brethren we have never respected

They have expected no better treatment
Not good and sweet words with fine comments
Some caring words might have done miracle
They have no where to go other than their circle

We can blame only social structure
They have no secured future
It has remained so even after many centuries
For them there is no justice from juries

The orphanage receive unwelcome guests
The unwanted souls are left at the gates
Only little cry may invite some attention
This is only holy place for their retention

It is flooded day by day with no proper means
There is no proper care or even good meals
They might have to lead life which is barren
There is no love from any quarter even

What can we do to over come such state?
They can not be left to their fate
It is black spot on our social system
The evil comes out from the stem

Nice slogans are written for children
Their life is full of agony and very barren
What is their future in the hands unknown?
They are messenger of God and as such known

We do realize the shameless position for parents
It may be compulsion or very pressing event
They are put to compulsory shame
Else their might be ill fame with bad name

The state may take over the responsibility
Still it may lack amenities and basic facilities
Nothing may be made available for the paucity of funds
As no bright prospectus or future is seen as refund

Many countries have facilitated single mothers by law
They can lead honorable life and society too allow
Still their life is miserable and are looked upon as shame
Men are roaming free and only ladies share the blame

The ladies have enough of guts to face it alone
They can withstand any pressure and remain as lone
It may not be to their liking with discomforts
Despite making honest and hard efforts

The onus of ill system is not passed on to others
As result of grave error we always suffer
Even though the opinion may slightly differ
Still as the responsible society we have so much to offer

We may not have enough of choice
The orphan kids may have no say or voice
All kinds of hell prevails and is let loose
They have no better place to go or choose

It is not easy on the part of any human being
To leave the new born in wrapped cloth ring
Not sure of reaching it in the safe hands
Still it is haunting their mind with such trends

Even animal’s care better their new born
They may do everything to save them in turn
They will not leave it to the God’s mercy
We have nothing of this sort an d feel only pity

There is at least some refuge homes for children
They are immediately attended to and taken
Under safe custody for proper care and treatment
It is critical but very proud and honorable movement

The First Christmas

A clear bright star shone night and day
to guide the seekers on their way.
A child was to be born of heavenly love
sent from the Almighty up above.

A man and woman journeyed all the day
to the town where they wanted to stay.
She was expecting her baby very soon
and they must arrive before the moon.

She rode as he pulled the donkey along,
but the journey was taking far too long.
It was dark when they finally got to town
and no Inns were left to bed Mary down.

The pains of birth were coming her way
and somewhere was needed without delay.
A bed of straw was offered in a nearby stable,
which made Joseph and Mary very grateful.

The animal’s closeness kept the stable warm
and during the night the baby Jesus was born.
All kinds of people came from near and wide
to celebrate the first ever Christmas Tide.

Someday Man

Some people always complain that their life is too short so they hurry it
Along
Their worries drive them insane but they still go along for the ride
As for me
I have all the time in the world
I was born
A someday man
Im a maybe child
I was born
A someday man
I was always wild
Tomorrows a new day, baby
Anything can happen
Anything can happen at all
Some folks are working for reasons and waiting for answers theyre never
Gonna find
They keep on searching for pleasures and looking for what they cant see
But for me
Life can be a sweet holiday
I was born
A someday man
Im a maybe child
I was born
A someday man
I was always wild
Tomorrows a new day, baby
Anything can happen
Anything can happen at all
Repeat and fade
I was born
A someday man
Im a maybe child
I was born
A someday man
I was always wild

Born To Be Ransomed

Born to be ransomed,
Born for a reason,
On one side Love,
On the other side Security,
Mabey,
Taken to be placed elsewhere,
Or,
Mabey,
Taken to be placed with them,

Born to be ransomed,
Held ransomed by those,
For security measures of the father and mother,
So,
They are called on by the beckoning,
Of,
Those holding child held by ransomed,
Is what people do when child means,
A lot to mother and father,
Love and security in family keepings,

Born to be ransomed,
With intent to use child,
By the takers of child,
To profit and gain,
For themselves in lifes times,
When child born is then used,
Till,
Mother and father is killed,
And,
Child is then raised in a racket,
For,
What mother and father were,
And,
Left for the child when child grown,

In giving is receiving,
All that has good intentions,
Gives for good reasons,
Yet,
Why one is born to be ransomed,
Is,
The what see's and pre-desires,
The placement and life,
Of,
What two in love have made,
The unborn child then becomes,
The ransom of what wants,
What,
The two have in love and wealth,

When this goes on and child is grown,
The eyes that see and yet do not understand,
Is,
The child raised seeing all,
From,
The good ways,
To the bad ways,
To the cruel ways,
To,
The crimes committed and seen,
Is,
The eyes of seeing,
From,
Been born in a world disrupted,
Is,
A child born and ransomed,

What is of matter,
Mattering to two,
Two in love,
That,
Choose to be one,
One as in a couple,
To matter and be,
For,
What matters to them,
Is,
What brings matter of two,
To,
Become a matter of one,
A,
Child born of two,

Yet,
Now matter's to none,
But,
What ransoms the child out,
Till,
The child grew to be,
And,
Left them all behind,
Knowing,
Mother and father are dead,
Living,
Life knowing too much,
Just,
From been the ransom,

The ransom,
Of,
All,
That,
Is,
Of,
Mother and father,
Till,
All,
Of,
Mother and father's,
Income and places,
Was,
Spent and giving to others,

Tis,
Then,
Ransomed child grown,
Can,
Leave,
With noting,
But themselve,
To have some kind,
Of life,
Somewhere else,
Faraway!

Thats Why God Made The Movies

When I was born my mother died
She said bye-bye baby, bye-bye
I said where you goin?
Im just born
She said Ill only be gone for a while
My mother loved to leave in style
And thats why God made the movies
So I laid around in my swaddling clothes
Until the doctor came and turned out the light
Then I packed my bag
And my nametag
And stole away into the night
Hopeing things would work out alright
Thats why God made the movies
Say you will, say you will
Say youll take me to your loving breast
Say youll nourish me with your tenderness
The way the ladies sometimes do
Say you wont, say you wont
Say you wont leave me for no other man
Say youll love me for the way I am
Say you will, say you will
When I was born my mother died
She said bye-bye baby, bye-bye
And since that day
Ive made my way
The notorious boy of the wild
Adopted by wolves when he was a child
Thats why god. thats why god.
Thats why God made the movies

Ragged Dirty

1. lord, Im broke, Im hungry, ragged and dirty too,
Broke and hungry, ragged and dirty too.
If I clean up, sweet momma, can I stay all night with you?
2. lord, I went to my window, babe, I couldnt see through my blinds,
Went to my window, babe, I couldnt see through my blinds,
Heard my best friend a-comin and I thought I heard my baby cry.
3. lord, if I cant come in here, baby, then just let me sit down in your door,
If I cant come in here, baby, then just let me sit down in your door,
And I would leave so soon that your man wont never know.
4. how can I live here, baby, lord, and feel at ease?
How can I live here, baby, lord, and feel at ease?
Well, that woman I got, man, she does just what she feels.
5. lord, you shouldnt mistreat me, baby, because Im young and wild,
Shouldnt mistreat me, baby, because Im young and wild.
You must always remember, baby, you was once a child.
6. cause Im leaving in the morning, if I have to ride the blinds,
Leaving in the morning, if I have to ride the blinds.
Well, I been mistreated and I swear I dont mind dyin
