Chickenguinea

Chicken guinea, yes it is chicken guinea
Villagers were told to listen to their plea
It was wide spread in whole of the village
It did not spare children, young and people of all the ages

It was wide spread in entire village
Just like epidemic, it started to take toll of all the ages
It had affected the persons when they were at work
Women while washing and men at their place of work

The laborer had spade up in air when affected
The house wife had no time to take out hand and act
The soap remained in hand while taking bath
All feared for life and medical teams were on rescue path

The actual cause remained unknown but was found
Some of the pigs were given poison while roaming around
Their bodies were scattered and lying in open
The germs spread immediately and effect was all of sudden

The human body parts were severely affected
Some had hand struck and could not lift hand or act
Legs and muscles were inviting lots of pain
It took heavy toll but worries and concern remained

Out of 15000 population three fourth of them were under attack
Entire population may complain about severe headache
I remember it had no medicine to offer any assistance
It remained for longer period with series of pains sequences

It brought some kind of awareness as it had to do with cleaning
The hygienic condition was to be maintained with real meaning
The disease was to remain over spread as it lacked proper handling
Yet it was tackled with whatever medicine was available and on hand

Some of the diseases are not spreading of their own
We are inviting them despite its seriousness is known
We wake up only when it is going out of hand
It affects everybody whether it is foe or friend

They are still my kin

I didn’t go to him for any favour;
He remained my friend.

I didn’t do with him any business;
He remained my cousin.

I didn’t have with him any common roof;
He remained my brother.

I didn’t keep to her my eyes wide open;
She remained my wife.

I didn’t get from them any allowance;
They remained my children.

It is as good as they are none to me;
With the God’s grace I could keep them as mine.

Hand I Offer

the hand i offer,
the hand of peace.
the caring hand,
the giving hand,
the get dirty hand,
the pull you up hand,
the work with you hand,
walk beside you hand,
the companion hand,
the communion hand....

the hand i offer,

Life Was Zero

Life was zero
But started with one
Went up the hill top
Journey remained non stop

It was all we could do as best
Now was the time to rest
Enjoy the fruit and spend the time
But where was the peace any time?

So far it has remained adventurous
Now it should not remain continuous
One must take deep breath and spread the leg
'So far life was successful' must bear the tag

My Other Hand...

the black man's hand,
the poor man's hand.
the Muslim hand, the Jewish hand...
the gay man's hand,
the working man's hand,
the ex-convict's hand,
the farmer's hand, the garbage man's hand...
the Christian's hand, the atheist's hand,
the father's hand, the soldier's hand,
the peacemaker's hand,
the healer's hand, the teacher's hand,
the prodigal's hand, even the murderer's hand...
the victim's hand, the broken hand,
the praying hand, the touching hand...
all, when extended,
feel like my other hand!

The Hand

only the human hand,
the caring hand,
the hand covered in blood
and filth, the hand swollen

bruised, and beaten...
the open hand,
not a fist anymore hand,
not afraid to let go hand,
never letting go hand...

feed the baby, plow the field hand,
stroke the face of
the old woman dying hand...
light the fires, sweep the floors hand...

the praying hand, the picking hand,
the paint the soul hand...
only the human hand
can touch with the heart of God!

Virtue Vs Evil

Wherever you are wherever you go
I will go with you hand in hand
A faltered state of agony and lust
I will go with you hand in hand
Vying for the amelioration of offspring
I will go with you hand in hand
Injecting an age-long flight from right
I will go with you hand in hand
The endearment of wealth and spendthrift
I will go with you hand in hand
Wherever is the wretched face of human lure
I will go with you hand in hand
The pitfall of human lot has waged a spiritual war
I will go with you hand in hand

Give Me Your Hand

Give me your hand
Some had request a life
Some a heart some a wife
But me, give me your hand
Some had desire your whole
Some your smile others your soul
But as for me give me your hand
Some will plead to stare at your beauty
Others will die to match your quality
But me, give me your hand
Some had grace the day you will nurce their seeds
Some had vow to grant your needs
As for me, give me your hand
I have not a single word to wisper
But my gentle hand is there to offer
So please give me your hand
I will wash it with my blood
And wipe it with bliss from God
You just give me your hand
I have nothing to lift you above
But I will raise your hand with love
Give me your hand
Let us cross huddles with a solmn sing
While I slot the propose ring
Will you give me your hand?

Come Away

(g.bowser/j.jupp)
Published by chappell & co., ltd. - capac
As I walk along the lonely streets
I cant talk to the people that I meet
I see them come, and I see them go
I see them smile, and say hello
Come with me and take my hand
Ooh, fly away to another land, oh yes we will
Come with me and take my hand
Well fly away to another land
Come over here little girl
And Ill show you another world
Where we can be free to do as we want
Live our lives as we please, and say what we like, oh
Come with me and take my hand, ooh
Well fly away to another land
Come with me and take my hand, oh
And fly away to another land
Theres so many things that remain to be done
And no one has thought of a way to begin
So follow me into my life
Come with me and take my hand (and take...)
Fly away to another land (fly away to another land)
Come with me and take my hand (ooh)
Fly away to another land (fly away to another land)
Come with me and take my hand (take my hand)
Fly away to another land (oh yes we will)
Come with me and take my hand (and take my hand, take my hand)
Fly away to another land (yeah)
Come with me and take my hand
Fly away to another land
Come with me and take my hand
Fly away to another land

The Servant

here i am LORD, a servant in your hand
please help me LORD, to make me understand.
my heart is crying out to you
with all my aches and pains
will it continue, will i ever be the same.

i feel your presence all around, and i know
that there are angels to be found.

but when i'm feeling lonely
and full of despair, will my angels be there
to wipe away my fears?

we are all your children, and like a child
i have to feel the warmth of your embrace
to look into your eyes, and see your smiling face.

HE SAID: i will always love and protect you
and never turn you away
for you are in my heart, and forever you will stay.
i am the one who gave you life
and there's a journey that you must take.

there are hungry children and many lives are at stake.
but this is a decision- that in your heart you must make.

there will be dangers, and many mountains
that you must climb.
spreading the word of the gospel
and you have'nt got much time.

people are not only hungry for food to eat
or even water to bathe their feet.
they are looking for hope.
and i have chosen you.
will you help me? the choice is up to you.

here i was thinking of myself, and what i was going through.
with so much suffering, i knew what i had to do.
i gathered myself up, and looked up to the sky, and said:

i don't even have part of your strength
but i will surely try, i will spread
your word, and that there is no lie.

here i am LORD, a servant in your hand
and i will spread your word LORD
the only way i can.

your teachings are in my poetry
for you have inspired me
this is how i could spread your word
it's the only way i see.

SO NOW I ASK ALL OF YOU.
IF YOU WAS IN MY SHOES
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

A touch and go

I buried myself long ago
It was just touch and go
One little useful thought
Complete salvation was sought

I had dreamed about many things
I could do nothing much or attained something
It was as usual complete rout
I have nothing more to talk about

My heart remained almost dry
No one came forward and asked why
No river flow was expected
I accepted the fact and never reacted

I had so much to offer
I remained among and never differed
Yet I got kick backs in return
I had nothing to offer in turn

It was creating lots of impact
I was expected reasonably to act
I was burdening for no useful out come
I had strong desire but was not always welcome

I think for calling of the day
This is only option or way
Person should make voluntary recall
As it can be his final call

No one may come to know of fine gesture
You have lived for them for entire tenure
It was now turning against you
You have lost the faith and it is very true

I am no were physically connected
Fear in mind and illusions wrongly created
It is driving me away from real world
The world seems different and very cold

I see the concept differently
Even though I have not felt it unhappily
It is gradual change and has affected many
I am one of the individual among so many

Hand-Me-Down!

got my hand-me-down boots,
and my hand-me-down jeans.
my broke down hand-me-down hat,
doing hand-me-down things.

my hand-me-down fire,
and my hand-me-down pot.
take a hand-me-down chair,
i'll share what i've got.

got some hand-me-down thoughts,
a couple of hand-me-down songs.
i've got a hand-me-down heart
that wont leave you alone.

we'll talk about hand-me-down freedom,
and hand-me-down truth....
in this hand-me-down world,
it's just me and you!

in this hand-me-down world....
paying hand-me-down dues!

Put Your Hand In The Hand

(words & music by g. maclellan)
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself
And you can look at others differently
Put your hand in the hand of the man
From galilee
My momma taught me how to pray
Before I reached the age of seven
When Im down on my knees
Thats when Im closest to heaven
Daddy lived his life, two kids and a wife
Well you do what you must do
But he showed me enough of what it takes
To get me through, oh yeh!
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself
And you can look at others differently
Put your hand in the hand of the man
From galilee
Oh yeh!
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself
And you can look at others differently
Put your hand in the hand of the man
From galilee
Oh yeh!
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who stilled the water
Put your hand in the hand of the man
Who calmed the sea
Take a look at yourself
And you can look at others differently
Put your hand in the hand of the man

Oh yeh!
Put your hand in the hand of the man from galilee
Put your hand in the hand of the man from galilee, oh yeh!

Age Old Dilemma

It has remained and been age old dilemma
But spelt well now by others and Dalai Lama
What we had understood about real life?
Was it merely passing time with very good wife?

That may be one good aspect
We failed to understand it and respect
It has always been a mystery and mirage
Lots of thesis can be written on long pages

Think of poor people who have nothing eat!
Look after family and children with two ends to meet
Very difficult to understand the philosophy in real terms
When situation is so tidy and cruelly turns

He has no where to go but fight to fill hunger
So much rage inside with lots of hatred and anger
Whole world seems against and remedy for poverty
Where is the time to remember good thing and almighty?

Those who have enough of means try for more wealth
They need enormous even at the cost of their health
Humanity is just farce and no value for human being
They want to have sway allover and rule as king

It may be naïve to discard such theory
It is cause of concern and worry
We spend the life in pursuit of money
There leaves less time to enjoy the honey

Life comes to an end when everything is in hand
Lots of relatives wait for speedy departure at the end
Since you have failed to realize happily with wealth
They want lion’s share after your early death

This dogma has remained for ever and may continue
No one has come out of it even after repeated review
It is mirage hunt that keeps us in fray
We are running after it and always going away

Some individuals successfully come out of it and enjoy
For them life is mission and should be continued with joy
It is likely not to come in thousands of years
So live up to full length even if some agony comes to bear

Speechless And Dumb

I remained speechless and dumb
As if the noise was heard from bomb
Many bodies lay scattered all over the places
There was cry for help and frantic chase

It was heavy and loud explosion
People were standing in queue for quick disposition
They were at the counters in many numbers
Just it was to turn in tragic events for members

Many were to be dead for no reason
The mission was to be handiwork of mindless persons
The separatists and terrorists are raising heads again
Worries and agony all over for people to bear with pain

What can be the goal in specific for carrying out carnage?
How could they carry out plan in crowded place and manage?
Do they not fear for their life and community at large?
How long they can evade law and remain at large?

Whole of world is shivering under constant threat
Lots of fund is earmarked and created to counter and meet
The challenges posed by enemy is to keep people at ransom
How can one think of these acts as any value of brilliance or wisdom?

We are to be blamed for our inability to counter
How can they come at will and choose place to enter?
How can we show slackness despite given enough of warning?
Cry for help later on with lots of difficulties and yearning

It may be little dramatic to explain such incidences
It hardly needs mention with long references
Yet it merits attention as precious lives are at stake
We may be loosing many more if remain not awake

I might have lost no dear ones or relative
Still matter is important and very much subjective
It indicates lots of things and requires action with stern hand
Foes are to be picked up and saved the life of friends

They have no religion or particular ideology to follow
They will wait for opportunity to strike and meanwhile lay low
How can one think of killing innocent persons?
When we all are human beings and God’s sons

Dream Fable

I saw myself in a wide green garden, more beautiful than I could begin to understand. In this garden was a young girl. I said to her, "How wonderful this place is!"

"Would you like to see a place even more wonderful than this?" she asked.

"Oh yes," I answered. Then taking me by the hand, she led me on until we came to a magnificent palace, like nothing that was ever seen by human eyes. The young girl knocked on the door, and someone opened it. Immediately both of us were flooded with light.

Only Allah knows the inner meaning of the maidens we saw living there. Each one carried in her hand a serving-tray filled with light. The young girl asked the maidens where they were going, and they answered her, "We are looking for someone who was drowned in the sea, and so became a martyr. She never slept at night, not one wink! We are going to rub funeral spices on her body."

"Then rub some on my friend here," the young girl said.

"Once upon a time," said the maidens, "part of this spice and the fragrance of it clung to her body -- but then she shied away."

Quickly the young girl let go of my hand, turned, and said to me:

"Your prayers are your light;
Your devotion is your strength;
Sleep is the enemy of both.
Your life is the only opportunity that life can give you.
If you ignore it, if you waste it,
You will only turn to dust."

Then the young girl disappeared.

Extreme corner

She held my hand firmly
No expressions but remained calmly
She was deep in thought and looked sadly
She wanted to say something but feared badly

Generally speaking, it is always one sided affair
Ladies suffer more and this one is totally unfair
Pain and agony kill them from inside
They have no means to retain or easily confide

I had spent very memorable moments
I flowed with her but remained silent
She wore deserted look and looked barren
I was experiencing hell in heaven

I tried to read her face between lines
She was unable to keep herself on sideline
She was about to weep with almost broken stage
I tried to console her as understood and correctly guessed

It was not all about my desertion
That was never feared and remained out of question
I am of opinion that relation must remain open and frank
But her cal composure made me to think and I slowly sank

She had never thought of illogical bond
Even though she remained firm and fond
I was from different cast and little inferior
More in age and looked more of senior

She feared backlash and reprisal
The dark clouds indicated their arrival
She sensed of some unforeseen consequences
Even though she was of strong mind with presence

Tears rolled out endlessly in mere silence
I allowed her to deplete sorrows at once
“We ere meant for each other and remain so”
I assured her with firm resolve to forget and forgo

Sometimes sentiments drive us to the extreme corner
Any good or bad things come in life later or sooner
But some lucky people get them as they wanted
And some suffer as they were meant to be suffocated

Put Your Hand Inside The Puppet Head

As your body floats down third street
With the burn-smell factory closing up
Yes its sad to say you will romanticize
All the things youve known before
It was not not not so great
It was not not not so great
And as you take a bath in that beaten path
Theres a pounding at the door
Well its a mighty zombie talking of some love and posterity
He says the good old days never say good-bye
If you keep this in your mind:
You need some lo-lo-loving arms
You need some lo-lo-loving arms
And as you fall from grace the only words you say are
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Put your hand inside
Put your hand inside
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Ads up in the subway are the work of someone
Trying to please their boss
And though the guys a pig we all know what he wants
Is just to please somebody else
If the pu-pu-puppet head
Was only bu-bu-busted in
It would be a better thing for everyone involved
And we wouldnt have to cry
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Put your hand inside
Put your hand inside
Put your hand inside the puppet head
Memo to myself: do the dumb things I gotta do
Touch the puppet head
Quit my job down at the carwash
Didnt have to write no-one a good-bye note
That said, the checks in the mail, and
Ill see you in church, and dont you ever change
If the pu-pu-puppet head

Why Spread Rumours?

Why spread a rumour? what benefit do you get?

Maybe its just not having a sense of humour

Embarrassing some one is the same as embarrassing
Your self
because when the truth comes out your lies
Are crashing you down like hard rocks
no one would Want to be close to you like stinky socks
you will Find it hard to wash out that smell you have

the best way is to not wear those socks again you wanted to live
Other people in pain but look you're the one taking
Pain killers

your having headaches because of the advice your getting from people
your having stomach aches because of the shame that's failing to digestIn you stomach

So why spread a rumour?
You thought spreading a rumour would be opening up
A new box of exciting letters to read on
but look all troubles Fell on you like Pandora
you cant get your self up because You have no hand
you keep falling because there is no one you Can lean on
you cant talk because no one will listen
your head Is full of questions because your personally interviewing you self
With questions like why did I do that? What have I done?
So why spread a rumour?
