Camps and detentions

House arrest, confinement to camps and detention
All simple form of bondage in civil society you can mention
Some known elements taken in custody when emergency is declared
Otherwise it is curtailment of liberty when legal process is not cleared

From pure religious point of view it is totally objectionable
If person is peaceful then his actions can’t be questionable
If person is taken into preventive custody merely on assumption
Then it must be addressed immediately after proceeding’s resumption

Now the world scenario is totally changed and has created scare
Not a single place in world is safe where you can plan or dare
The terrorists have taken over the reign and hence it is major threat
Rest all violations matter less as life of person is at least safe inside gate

Civil liberty and basis rights were corner stone of democracy
Movement was not to be restricted even in emergency
Now you find whole nation’s movement is restricted and curtailed
Some of the dreaded actions are feared and contained

Whole concept of detaining person is changed
Now only strike and elimination is managed
Precisely target is destroyed and left with no sign
Some of the actions are perfected and designed

Old days may not return and confined as memory
So many old stalwarts may be feeling odd and sorry
They have stood the taste of time and excelled
Now whole of countries are condemned and labeled

It is nothing but sheer madness to monopolize
Compel weak nations to fall in line and oblige
Human violations have now become things of past
We are not sure how will survive and last

Remain in cage

Who would love to remain in cage?
With forceful confinement and bondage
No one I think on this beautiful earth
Life can be totally free only after death

Whole sky has remained a free zone
For birds to fly in air and come down one by one
In search of food and again air borne
Think of a scene when such freedom is suddenly gone

Many organizations are now working for freedom
Help secretly with funds and moral support even
Who do noble work for birds that are kept in cage?
The birds may like to live free but held under captivity and bondage

Birds must find their safe heaven
Lots of gardens must be brought up even
Forests are fast depleting with dangerous exposures
Their existence is at stack and life not very sure

If they can’t use their language then we must understand
Love and kindness must be shown and treated as natural friends
They are inseparable part of God and nature
If we have right to live then they too need to be assured

Set them free and allow natural hide outs
We have made them extinct and there is nothing to talk about
When we don’t like to remain under occupation?
They are no different from others in such relations

Think of a person kept in prison with lavish food
He won’t feel at comfort or anything good
If movement is restricted then liberty ends
And if liberty ends we are reaching dead end

What is use of beautiful garden if there are no visitors?
Flowers may be blooming but no birds to venture
Why not we have them some places reserved?
In this way our interest may be well served

Liberty

liberty
does not come in classes,
genders, colors, or creeds...
cannot be bought,
or sold,
bartered, or pawned.
cannot ever be for the few
at the expense of the many!
is not a political issue,
or a budget cut,
or a 'war against terror'!

liberty begins within
the human heart,
is joined from soul to soul
with both sameness and difference.
one person's liberty is dependant
upon the liberty of those
around him... liberty is responsible!

liberty, once realized,
can never be destroyed
- not even by death!

liberty is the gift born in giving,
the torch lit by compassion,
the actions of unity,
the working prayer of humanity,
the dignity of man!

Never Judge A Person

never judge a person's soul,
for the judgement returns.
judge only actions
whether give or take.
whether an act of compassion,
or the act of ignorance...
yet beneath every action
there lies a reason,
that more often than not
you will never see.
actions have a cost,
inaction, even more.
even choice exacts a toll,
be careful of your path.
never judge a person,
leave that to infinity,
and when you look at actions,
see both source and result!

A Swimmer Named Kennedy

When someone is a person of questionable integrity
and they have committed dubious acts in their past
many years of civil service to society and then they suddenly are befallen
with a fatal disease; (other than Liberalism….which is only a mental disorder)
why is it then that we always proceed to elevate
these immoral people to a higher level of respectability?
With no marginal reason ever given for their existence….

In memory of Mary Jo Kopechne (July 26,1940 – July 18,1969)
Who was left by United States Senator Ted Kennedy to drown in his car
after he drove it off of a bridge and into the water below; while intoxicated after a party. Senator Kennedy was married at the time of the accident and did not report the accident until much later that morning.
Senator Kennedy has never to this day claimed any responsibility for his actions.
Senator Kennedy has been recently diagnosed with brain cancer, and that is tragic,
but it doesn’t change his questionable character.

World Weight

There a real fine line where thing get out of hand
Everyone looks up to you like your the man with the plan
Helping one after another so they can be at ease
And never show the problems that bring you to your knees
Feeling like an outkast that society dont need
Still cant get over that your dad got up and leaved
Trying to make it through life, but this game will never end
Still wondering just how many friends
One person need to lose or get stab in the back
Always compensating for the thing that you lack
Never knowing when someone will fully understand
Just how different you are of a person
Still never let the world see or feel your pain
Looking inner deep inside so you can maintain
Rage, anger, fury all bottle up within
Trying with all might, but it hard to pretend
How can this be
There no difference between one person or another
All can die just like all others
Why must things seem like it left to fate
But for now I guess I will deal with the
World Weight

Anger.... what does it mean to me?

Anger isn't just a feeling, an emotion to detain. Anger is an action that desires the true intentions to burst forth from their towers and let be to roam about for it's own destiny. An action so precise that it with holds the power of concept of it's own imagination to soar. An action so horrid that an army has to refrian it's actions to stop before and 'accident' must occur. But is it an accident? If you purposely try to harm the uninnocent, and morely to the innocent, is it still just an accident? There are two sides to this question..................

Yes, because anger can build up for almost an entire life but one day it will break free and sometimes at the wrong person atthe wrong time in front of the wrong people. These accidents can come out completely wrong and then you are left ashamed and wit-minded. Whomever pushes the buttoms of a very ppeaceful person is only asking for trouble so therefore, no one expects any one to sit in a corner and take all of the stress with out acting out. It is just unsafe and unhealthy to the person itself!

And no it is not an accident because most people can control their temper, it just depends on te person and the moment it takes place in and the amount of anger excluded. The human temper is short, but once you go that short distance, you can sometimes hold out for awile longer. And once you notice that your temper level is getting too high, you tend to act on it by doing something regretful towards either the person causing the anger or the wrong person in general.

So anger is just more than that of an emothion, it is a feeling and an action. It only goes soul deep.......

Life After Graduation

Graduates - go forth and think positively about the future,
Even though the world is an unpredictable place
With everyday conflicts and disputes hovering over you.
A right attitude will enable you to cope and face.

You are a part of a growing movement in society,
Your generation will accomplish monumental things,
You can be a part of this fabulous movement now
If you are willing to embrace it and see what life brings.

Graduates who have been able to adapt to change
Have survived the years of turmoil in the world today.
Don't be fearful of finding exciting things to accomplish?
Don't miss out on everything that is important along the way?

Each graduate is unique and want different things.
Now is the time to decide which direction you will go,
The time to decide what kind of person you want to be,
A person who is afraid of change or one curious to know.

There's going to come to a point in your life
When you will need to be embraced and comforted too.
Always have the courage to follow your heart and intuition
And put forth your best effort in everything you do.

Remember - there is life after graduation.

When A Person Does Not Know What To Do With Himself

WHEN A PERSON DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH HIMSELF

When a person does not know what to do with himself
When a person feels empty
When a person feels everything he had done and everything he can do do is meaningless
When a person is bored
When a person does not know what to do with himself
And wonders why he is on this earth
And how he will endure more of it
When a person does not know what to do with himself
He must do any little thing he can do
To get himself going-
He must wash the dishes or clean the house or take something to eat or take a small walk or read a page
Or do any one of a million or more other small things to get himself going
And once he is going he must somehow go on and on and from this to something else
So that at some point somewhere along the way somehow
He is doing something
Perhaps not that great
But doing something
And in doing something
Perhaps forgetting about himself
A bit
Perhaps.

Is It War

is it war? or is it murder?
(war is a declared armed hostile conflict between nations.)

but! when you have bodies laying on the ground
without arms or legs
and no one to hear you pray.
then you question all you see
and if the butchering is meant to be.

have you ever seen a person taken out of their bed
taken to a wall and shot in the head.
or a person because of their religious belief
taken from their families and left with grief.

what about someone killed because
of the color of their skin
and the hathred building within.

what about women and children being kidnapped
for human trafficking, and living like slaves
for someones riches to gain.

there is no declared war in this world right now
but the butchering is everywhere to be found.
no matter what they may claim to be
they are terrorist, unlike you or me.

they will commit suicide and pray
to be a martyr
for living life is so much harder.

they are not soldiers of war
they are murderers who take joy
in all that they do.
but their time will come
this much is true.

so many injustices in this world
created by man, now it's time
for the believers to take a stand.

if you believe in GOD, freedom, justice
peace and love
then it's time that you spread the word
for all of these things to be heard.

injustices is the battle that we must fight
for we have GODS strength and might.
do not give up, and never despair
for he will always be right here.

Positive Thinker

Am I a good thinker?
Can I see what others don't?
Am I a daring person?
Can I do what others do not like to do?
Or others are afraid to do?

Am I a creative and imaginative person?
Can I see the invisible?
Can I feel the intangible?
Can I achieve the impossible?

Am I a contemplating person?
Am I a self-reflective person?
Am I a confidence person?
Am I a self-reliance person?

Can I be a perfect person?
Can I be a clever person?
Can I be a smart thinker person?

Above all,
I prefer to be
A simple person
With a positive attitude,
Not only accept positive things,
But willing to accept negative things.

Feel safe in cell

How person can feel safe if put into cell?
How can he think healthy and positive to feel well?
Some these things are related to person’s freedom
This has been neglected and realized seldom

Even birds resist when put into cage?
In civilized society we have taken a pledge
Not to chain anybody and keep in bondage
There is complete and acceptable sea change

Someone may be serving sentence
He is behind bar for not showing out side presence
It is just to check the lawlessness and maintain order
Society is helped in this way to have safe border

We advocate the principle of “Live and let others live”
Condone the sentence and give chance to relive
Forget the past incidence and forgive
In this way we can afford some chance to give

Jails, no doubt, are not meant for punishing persons
But give a chance to reform for various reasons
Person can be hanged for the charges of treason
But can’t be forgotten for murder, loot and arson

It can turn person into hard core criminals
When come out of cell, he may know all terminals
He will not be the same person with innocence
He has nothing to maintain as good rapport with resonance

Cell is like good place or reforming club
Here person is trying to forget wounds and not allowed to rub
He is given enough of lessons to shed past record
To come out as good citizens with promising words

Religious War

Religious war has been fought by rare person
person fighting for religion is ever winner
only the person took the help of weapons
are defeated, History is witness in weapon war
only the powerful weapons are winner, but
that can not be termed as Religious War

Weapon War is always blind but religious war
is always full of love and peace.

Weapon war is the matter of ego
Religious war is the matter of consciousness

Weapon war sheds blood but Religious War
It sheds love and affection

A person fighting for Religious War has to be
martyr some time but he becomes the reason
to be worshiped for ever

Weapon war spreads chaos and terrorism
Religious War spreads prosperity

Weapon war knows to split the society
Religious War knows to unite the society

Weapon war knows to enslave the human being
Religious War knows to make him free
from all kinds of slavery

Weapon war pushes us back to barbaric age
Religious war pulls us forward to civilized age.

Weapon war ends with destruction
Religious war ends with creation

Religion is the law of nature
which prevails all to be survived

Mirroring the shades of me

I look into the mirror and
Seeing not only a reflection of myself,
This world or the world daring me to enter
But the person I use to be
The one I'm afraid to be again
The person who would tear your heart apart
And not care
The person that didn't take her education seriously
The type of person that wanted to do
What she wanted to do

I see the person I am
Someone who helps you
No matter what
Even if I'm the one getting kicked
The senior in high school getting ready for graduation
Hovering over the next level of my life
But trying to find a way up out of the middle of the ocean
Everyone calls life in an education box
This is where I will discover
The mouse and tiger inside of me
Don't want to think of separating
Of being alone
And on my own

It's faded but there as I glance into the mirror
I see the person I will be
A person who helps other people
Discover that people with disabilities
Are not so different
I have found my way up the education latter
Helping people
Showing them there is someone that cares
And believes that they can do
Whatever they set their mind too

As if my mind was coming back to me
Out of a dream
My eyes cleared
As I realized I was just
Standing in front of a mirror
Thinking of that red cap and gown again

A mistake is to be pardoned

Thousand mistakes to be pardoned
keep all promises and not to be abandoned
it is to be forgiven and condoned
for very simple reason not to be damned

So it forms the corner stone of policy
it is to be tolerated even if you are mighty
no one is to suppressed with any disregard
no let up in preparedness and to be off the guard

It will be taken as sign of weakness
the person will not understand it under the influence of wickedness
you may be termed as real fool
you know it is essential to look very cool

It is not supposed to be tit for tat
it is not ideal solution for that
it may kill enemy but spirit is kept live
you may find it later and will not believe

The time and cycle has changed again
havoc and destruction now seen with rain
nature has really turned against
we still harp on same thing and insist

What else can be used as counter?
to go into root cause and strike at center
or wait for enemy to strike and score
what else is open for us to explore?

No slap against slap is seen as cowardice
it will be considered as impracticable device
the age old tradition of not responding is over
you got to have enough power to cover

You may not retaliate with full force
you will know the exact position from other source
you will hi hard with brilliance and accuracy
it will establish foot hold and supremacy

The poisonous snake has to be caught
the adversary has to be fought
there is no use for you to go and seek
the reasonable compromise and look weak

The wicked person may lie low
he will agree to all and allow
you will have to think fast and follow
his ulterior motive with insult not to swallow

It is age for equal treatment
there may be concerted move at any moment
you may be caught napping
that will be end of your good inning

it was never a celebration over victory
the enemy was to be given full amnesty with no sorry
it has to be proved as brilliant move
you have nothing left now to prove

The concept of forget and forgive stands good
it is not properly followed and understood
it is not about giving thoroughfare to bad elements
it is to be countered with all might and surprise movement

It Begins Right Now!

we live in the most intense time
that the modern world has seen...
governments and economies are
caving from within... the very
air we breathe is polluted, the
water we drink has been defiled.
sea life is being destroyed, and
the world food situation worsens
at an alarming rate... millions
live and die in poverty, millions
are homeless, without medical care...
masses of workers are unemployed,
children grow up on the streets
without hope, and end up in prison.
human rights are being violated,
or just plain taken. and people
are absolutely afraid of each other!
we have closed our eyes, and numbed
our souls for too long. now we stand
on the brink of disaster, and we're
forced to wake up!
so what can one person do? one person
can live in a way that stands for truth...
one person can demand freedom, and equality.
one person can reach out a helping hand...
and when one person daring to live becomes
millions, we can move the stone from the
mouth of the cave!
but it all begins with one person... and
it begins right now, or its too damned late!

Fear of losing what i want the most

i'm lost and confuse,
my heart want you,
but it afraid of getting hurt,
and taking a chance,
i'm only with him,
becuz he knows my past,
he knows me,
or maybe not,
but i feel safe,
not happy,
safe that not much will be lost,
if i take this road,
than be with you,
you are amazing,
in every single way,
i feel safe with you,
i feel i can trust you,
i feel you get me,
in ways i've been looking for,
all of this time i'm running around blind,
you get the things,
i don't want to have to explain,
you kind of know by my moods,
how far you can push me,
and kind of when to stop,
why am i with the person i don't want to be?
am i searching for something else?
a mother in law,
that reminds me of mine?
so lost and confuse,
but yet knows what feels right,
yet why am i having to choose,
between that one special person,
that just feels right,
in so many ways,
than that one person,
i don't really feel nothing for?

Guess Who?

You often say you don't possess any confidence,
But the things you've achieved are quite immense.
Of the whole world, you often say you are scared,
But the things you have done, just do not compare.

You've managed to overcome so much fear;
You've managed to step things up another gear.
Your determination and true grit, I really admire;
Sometimes, it seems that your whole soul is on fire.

Your intelligence, others do their best to play down,
But, one day, you may get to wear a cap and gown.
In you, others may really despair and not believe,
But, you'd be surprised at what you can achieve.

As a person, you've always been quiet and shy,
But you're often willing to give new things a try.
You're extremely sensitive, and you easily cry,
But with encouragement and help, you will get by.

You get anxious and panic, and are full of worry;
You're also very cautious, and don't like to hurry.
Given any task, you'll always try your very best,
And, until it is totally perfect, you will not rest.

Someone once described you as a real go-getter;
Recently, you've changed, and it's for the better.
Your old life and ways, you are slowly erasing;
It has to be said, you really are truly amazing.
