All the night
It has rained all the night
I was proving very right
There was not going to be any light
Not a little movement even far not in sight
The icy winds blow with tremendous speed
Making more dreadful sound and warning to heed
It will be heavy in few more hours
Everything has to be bolted from inside doors
It may be inaccessible from outside and frozen
It may represent white land with look so barren
Sending some isolator views to creep in mind
I was for sure not to see her around or find
She too was proving difficult like snow
As hard as stone but with sun shines to glow
Giving different impression of being inaccessible
I was in deep love and trying to be accessible
I have know for weeks she is likely to be soul mate
Even though no one dared to come closer and date
I had kept it open for any entry to my dreamland
Only criteria was be as lovable as very close friend
But this deep freezing weather was killing
All hopes of uniting as she was willing
I too had pinned high hopes and awaited
I don’t know how far from now to be waited
It is sending chilly waves and create shivering
I have forgotten her welcome and offering
Even though she was far off and differing
I was still in dream and wondering
She may still be revising her future
For she may be making it very sure
As it was coming to seal her fate
It was not at all away from her or very late
I was not consuming the precious time
It was so important and very prime
I have all my hopes alive and awaiting approval
I think spring may sprang surprise on its arrival
My soul may try to resonate and remain warm
It was not at all in the danger of feeling any harm
I had full faith in her true utterances
She was not going to retrace from any of the promises
The winter may drag on for some months more
It was harsh and nothing was possible to explore
I know nothing unusual may take place
As this is one of the important love races
The spring may give surprise knock
We may hear sweet voices from cuckoo and cocks
The flowers may shine with different colors and smell
All will be turning like living heaven to fell it very well

World Of Promises
They come from a land were the sun don't shine
running away from the cold
They travel so far in the name of love
hoping the dreams will come true
Walking the way through endless fields
trying to make it together
??????????????????
????????????????????
And they will give anything
just to be free from the pain
and they won't surrender
Living in a world of promises
Living in a world of dreams and hopes
Living in a world of promises
Lost in the city wondering why
no one will open the door
It's more to the truth than meets the eye
something they all felt before
And they will give anything
just to stand tall once again
and they won't surrender
Living in a world of promises
Living in a world of dreams and hopes
Living in a world of promises
In the tan of the nigh can hear them crying
out for a life to hol on to
Somebody knows were the answers lying
wait for your trails and don't let go

Own world
I love you from bottom of my heart
I may try to be cleaver and look very smart
But never dreamt of hurting you slight
Missed you always when you went out of sight
I have my own world to live in
You may flew in to win
You may wish to pin high hopes
Though it may be dangerous to walk on ropes
You may make endless plea and build the castles
Murmur in mind and continue to make sound like whistles
All thoughts to remain in dream ad come true
Remain to be faithful till end without any clue
Neither any one can make me feel sorry
Nor it can cause extra burden or worry
I am totally to my self and remain secluded
All happiness are there with me and included
I shall come to you like high speed wind
You may not be able to judge or find
I shall remain invisible to make any imprint
You may not have slight idea or any hint
I would love to make you endlessly wait
From down to dusk alert and straight
You may loose patience and start to hate
It will be then out of hand to realize it late
Express it with full faith and resolve
Speak with firmness in eyes and solve
Get on to the target with simple yes
Make honest bid without making it mess
I am in dreamland sailing with happiness
Here is the place where you feel oneness
Complete match with words and action
Can’t find difference with any reaction
I shall not waste a single moment
There will be complete harmony with movement
I shall die hard to live with you
This is my desire and it is very true
Come and realize it to full extent
Don’t express unhappiness and give a vent
It has to be the entire time cherished dream
It has to be precious gift given by Him
I shall be deeply hurt if it is suddenly missed
It will be impossible to be found and traced
Great opportunity will be lost for ever
We shall breathe our last to be found never
I shall continue to enjoy in dream land
I see blessing in it from holy Hand
How is that I have come into being?
I am seen as her queen and he being a king
Bless us for our lovely wish
I swim in water like small fish
I may take out head for fresh air
Go back to continue in deep water

Winter's Whitest Spurts
Although John Clare declared that he
saw spring in winter’s whitest spurts,
for many this is hard to see
when, freezing, all our body hurts,
and winter’s direst discontent
makes cold blasts pierce the frozen soul.
We wonder where the summer went
when icy winds exact their toll,
and whistling toll for all of us
on nights we wish would be more silent.
each blast a blaring blunderbuss
that’s aimed to make us all an island,
disconnected from the spring
and summer, fall, that we remember
when we for warmth our cold arms fling
around each other in December.
Inspired by John Clare’s “The Winter’s Spring”:
THE winter comes; I walk alone,
I want no bird to sing;
To those who keep their hearts their own
The winter is the spring.
No flowers to please-no bees to hum-
The coming spring's already come.
I never want the Christmas rose
To come before its time;
The seasons, each as God bestows,
Are simple and sublime.
I love to see the snowstorm hing;
'Tis but the winter garb of spring.
I never want the grass to bloom:
The snowstorm's best in white.
I love to see the tempest come
And love its piercing light.
The dazzled eyes that love to cling
O'er snow-white meadows sees the spring.
I love the snow, the crumpling snow
That hangs on everything,
It covers everything below
Like white dove's brooding wing,
A landscape to the aching sight,
A vast expanse of dazzling light.
It is the foliage of the woods
That winters bring-the dress,
White Easter of the year in bud,
That makes the winter Spring.
The frost and snow his posies bring,
Nature's white spurts of the spring.

From deep inside
Smile comes from deep inside
If you have dream with full desire outside
It gives some sort of contentment
A means to smile for happy moment
I am not sure for airing open views
But yes certainly it was very much due
As I heard he had proposed for me in open
Among all friends and that too with surprise and sudden
I have made tremendous success
All the essential things with easy access
I keep smiling with light heart
As time has taught me to show it as an art
Not to loose heart with little problems
As my roots were deep in soil and coming out of stem
I could withstand any onslaught caused by nature
I had full commitment towards life for future
Not a day passes off when I am not seized
With the thought of permanent settlement before being ceased
Any girl with good fame may want it to be the top priority
Not to suffer with any kind of the inferiority
I keep all doors and windows open
Let the fresh air make entry and flow in
I get the fancy ideas with cool breeze
To come out in open from the deep freeze
Big smile instead of keeping self in barren desert
That is real beautify of person while taking part in concert
No out side worries enter peaceful mind
Disturb with mantle fabric from where unable come out and find
I laugh it out as matter of no concern
Good days may pass off easily with arrival of bad days in turn
Under such scenario smile helps a lot
I remain unperturbed and quiet

After the Interval
About three months ago, when first
Upon our open, unprotected
And freezing garden snowstorms burst
In sudden fury, I reflected
That I would shut myself away
And in seclusion write a section
Of winter poems, day by day,
To supplement my spring collection.
But nonsense piled up mountain-high,
Like snow-drifts hindering and stifling
And half the winter had gone by,
Against all hopes, in petty trifling.
I understood, alas, too late
Why winter-while the snow was falling,
Piercing the darkness with its flakes-
From outside at my house was calling;
And while with numb white-frozen lips
It whispered, urging me to hurry,
I sharpened pencils, played with clips,
Made feeble jokes and did not worry.
While at my desk I dawdled on
By lamp-light on an early morning,
The winter had appeared and gone-
A wasted and unheeded warning.

Winter In Spring (Love Poem)
Warm window-watching as winter hail hurts,
Spring surprise of sunshine frozen fingers,
Comfort wrapped hands around warm soup,
Global warming is better than global freezing.
Bedtime blankets stop shivering in spring,
Cosily cuddled and intimately intertwined,
Winter wind howling outside our cocoon,
Hands explore warm bodies’ hot promise.

Rejection
The fear of rejection-
Despite the sunshine
And
California, dreams-
This place where snow never falls, and
The ocean exists just outside my back door-
This fear and aloneness
Not even a prayer would
Alleviate,
Although one day I met you
Walking barefooted in
The sunlight’s shadows –
A child of God you said you were and
That we are all God’s children-
Your hand outstretched
Reaching for mine- although
With some trepidation
I walked the path towards heaven
By your side as the rain fell-
Laughter was infectious,
I could feel my bare feet sinking into the
Muddy water, as we grew closer
Sharing the secrets of our wounded hearts,
Life, laughter and these peace filled moments had
Me believing I had found a friend in you-
It hardly mattered that the rain was falling hard
In this place where it hardly ever rained-
I would never be alone again…
Inside my small cracker box home
I would wait for your arrival, though
My thoughts, abruptly interrupted by
The harsh ringing of the telephone-
Life, laughter and peace-filled moments
Transformed to shattered hopes and phony expectations-
The God you had told me that answered everybody’s prayers-
Had different plans for you and I-
The hand that had so gratefully reached out to touch your soul
Took the wound of rejection, anger and deep disappointment -
The profuse bleeding was not the bleeding
From nails pounded into the hands of Christ crucified –
This God that you claimed had made so many promises, but
Was the bleeding of my wounded heart and wrist-
From that day on, I would never again repeat the words
“In God we trust” as
I had been betrayed by your false promises and
Forsaken by the God who walked with you-
I see blood in a puddle upon the
Kitchen floor,
Red contrasting rudely with the tile, stark white-
Hardly diluted by the tears of rejection
I had wept so copiously-
The rain has ceased to fall now and
The sun is shining again upon this land but
Not upon my inner space-
Here in my sanctuary, alone,
I cannot see the light of day-
California dreams have
Transformed to nightmares-
We are all God’s children,
As you had so faithfully said, but
I am a child of God who
Walks alone in the darkness
Towards the rising moon- and
They say only crazy people dance in the dark
When the moon is full-
The rain may have washed my tears away but inside of me
Lives an untrustworthy soul that
Will never reach heaven’s gates because
The God you walk with and in which you have
Placed your faith, in my mind does not exist-
Blinded by the bright sunlight, and
So angry at this world
I choose not to live in, I shall
Walk outside my back door towards the ocean,
Find a seashell and hold it to my ear to listen
To the waves roaring as
I walk barefooted in the sand alone-
Alone, being the only way I can exist-
You, God and the sun have not been true, and
Darkness had never seemed so beautiful as
I dance beneath the full moon during the midnight hours, as I
Converse with the voices that echo throughout my mind,
Locked behind the doors to my inner space forever,
Hidden behind the moonlight’s shadows
Perhaps a lost soul, though always dreaming…

Early Works - The Seasons
Sky clouded and morbid blue
with cracks for the sun to shine through.
Fields barren and dead
with leaves turning from green to red.
Birds on high winging south
as rivers flow from its mouth.
Sun shines a light of cold on the
ground as autumn approaching us surrounds.
The leaves of orange and red mould where they are blown
as upon us winder begins to grow.
After a while comes a white blanket of snow
covering everything that will grow.
The nights get long
and the winter winds blow strong.
Everything is frozen fast
and in this wintry waste, none must trespass.
Overnight comes the warmth of a rearing sun
bringing with it the spring,
life to every living thing.
Trees and flowers bud, bloom,
and around the corner summer begins to loom.
As everything, turns’ smiling around
there is heard in the wind loves sweet sound.
Then with sunsets beautiful, but not rare
we can tell summer is in the air.
Flowers in full bloom spread multicolour around
as small creatures scamper on the ground
under the sun profound.
All the mysteries that summer does involve
will soon be gone as the seasons again revolve.

Gifts of Spring
Spring Seems to come over night,
Bringing beauty with all its might.
The sun shines down all around.
It makes spring colors come to life.
Without the sun...spring would be no fun.
You can hear the tulips humming in your ear,
As they kick their growing into second gear.
You can feel the water drizzling down from the deep blue sky,
As you watch the robins fly oh so high.
Fireflies buzz on by,
As they light up the midnight sky
The wind fills the air with murmurs,
That sound like little drummers.
All of these together mean spring
'Spring...spring, ' they all sing.
And when the spread the news,
There will be the most amazing views.
And then the flowers begin to wilt.
The start to turn, twist, and tilt.
Sadly, spring comes to an end,
But don't worry...summer is just around the bend.

11 Star
STAR:
'FOLLOW THE SAME STAR'
The truth we see;
How small a part
Of that lovely light
Ever reaches our heart?
If you're looking for the light,
There is a star shining bright,
A dawn to this dark night,
A candle burning bright.
Long ago, a star
Sent forth its light from afar.
And now, no matter how far,
We will follow the same star.
Lost sailors used stars
To calculate their course
Whenever the wind and waves took
Them with their force.
Let truth transform you;
It will make your heart and mind new.
If you're not faithful, your heart's in denial;
Take it from me - it's worth your while.
So forget this world with all its cares,
For troubled dreams turn into nightmares.
You have to leave this world behind
If you want to keep what you find.
The stars haven't always been there,
But the love of our Lord is everywhere.
The devil appears as an angel of light;
He does his best work in the night.
One day you'll leave this world of ours,
Taking your place among the stars.
Shine bright with light, my star;
Show the world who you are.
'SHARE THE SAME STAR'
I'm looking at this star tonight,
But will my wish come true?
I can't help wondering,
If you can see the same star too?
Do you see what I see,
As we stand in its light?
Does darkness overwhelm you,
When you look up there tonight?
I am dreaming in the darkness,
About this star that shines above.
I hope that you'll find me,
Looking for true love.
I've wished upon this special star
For my whole life, it seems.
I close my eyes and make a wish
For all my hopes and dreams.
One day, I got my wish;
I finally met you.
You're that special someone,
Who made my dreams come true.
They say you should never tell
What you wish for, it's true,
But I want the whole world to know
That my wish was for you.
Though there are miles between us,
I know our hearts will meet.
At the point this star begins,
The two will have one beat.
Whenever we are apart,
I find that same bright star.
It makes me feel close to your heart,
No matter where you are.
'WISH ON A STAR'
As I wait here, wondering where you are,
I lie in loneliness and look up at the stars.
Soaring on through space like a shooting star,
Still searching - wondering who you are.
As far as you can see into eternity,
Each one is a wish that with you I'll be.
Stare at the sky, on a silent night;
Count the crystal sea of stars, blazing bright.
Staying by your side wherever you may go,
I have to tell you now - I just want you to know
That even as the stars keep shining in the sky,
My love for you will burn forever and never die.
There's just something beautiful about when angels pray;
A star shines brighter in the night than the light of day.
You can't lift a candle to show lost souls the way
Without feeling the warmth of that radiant ray.
'SHINE BRIGHT WITH LIGHT'
Up in heaven, the angels cry;
Another star falls from the sky.
A falling star - a fading light,
And soon it shall pass from our sight.
When the world starts falling apart,
The hope of heaven is hidden in my heart.
I'll make the world a brighter place,
Like the light of a star in space.
Someday, we'll be just like the angels are;
Like the steady light of a distant star.
Someday soon, we'll shine like them,
Radiant as the rarest, glowing gem.
Sing to the stars - sing to the sea;
Let your song echo for eternity.
Truth our hearts alone can see,
A reflection of reality.
'EACH NIGHT I PRAY'
Walking outside, I lift my eyes
To a symphony in the skies.
You are my star - you shine so bright;
When it is dark, you are my light.
Everyday, I'm so grateful
For your warm and glowing light.
Thank you for being so faithful;
You make my whole world bright.
Just like a star, you're so far away.
I think of you - each night I pray,
But I know there's no way
For you to hear the words I say.
I see you in the sky at night,
But I can't touch the star in sight.
I guess I will always be
A friend you will never see.
'WISH YOU WERE HERE'
One night I was out wandering,
Feeling lost and alone.
I looked up into the heavens,
And there a bright star shone.
I picked one to wish on
From every star above.
I closed my eyes and made a wish
To send you all my love.
So look up in the sky tonight
And find that star;
It will shine bright with light,
However near or far.
And when you see our star,
My wish will come to you;
Stars were made to wish upon;
Sometimes wishes come true.
'I SAW THE LIGHT'
I saw a bright ray today
That led me out of darkness.
A little light so far away
In an endless sea of emptiness.
It burned like a shooting star,
In the distance, so very far.
I think it’s getting clearer;
Now it's coming nearer.
A light just as bright as the sun
And almost as distant;
It wasn’t the only one;
You couldn't have missed it.
When I'm lost in the dark and I can't see,0
I just look for the light.
I have hope when it shines on me,
Everything will be bright.
'YOU ARE MY LIGHT'
I looked up at the stars last night,
Just thinking about you,
And wondering what I could do
To make our dreams come true.
Together, we’ll shine like the sun;
Two candles burn brighter than one.
We'll dance just like the stars in space,
Together forever in an endless embrace.
Wherever you go, I will follow;
And it doesn't matter how far.
Without you, my heart feels hollow;
I just want to be where you are.
You shine just like a star so bright;
I'd be lost without your light.
Hand in hand, we'll stand together;
I promise to be there forever.
'A STAR IS BORN'
Every star is destined by fate
To live and then to die.
It glows with light - it just can't wait,
Shooting across the sky.
For a moment, it is there,
Burning bright up in the air.
It falls gently onto the ground,
Without making a sound.
Like a falling star,
Glowing bright with glory,
I'm just another ending
To someone else's story.
Just a dropp of rain in the desert,
Just a grain of sand in the sea;
What have I done that won’t be forgotten?
Will anyone remember me?
'SHINE LIKE A STAR'
I look up at the sky;
It hurts so much saying goodbye.
Every time I think of you,
It makes me want to cry.
Hope is not hope if you can see;
Is there a star that shines for me?
Like a star, you showed me the way;
You led me with your light each day.
I'll say a prayer for you;
I'll make a wish and I hope it comes true.
Put your faith in what you can't see;
I wish you could be here with me.
Sometimes I wish I could be
A star to shine for all to see.
I know the light is not my own;
I could never do it alone.
'YOU ARE MY STAR'
You are my star,
So bright up above;
I can't forget it;
It's you I love.
My star will shine
So bright and true.
It's a light in the night
Made just for you.
When you are lost,
Wherever you may be,
Look for the light,
For it will set you free.
Don't hide your light,
Wherever you are;
Let it burn bright,
Just like a star.
'A SEA OF STARS'
A life is lost;
What can we say?
A bright light burns,
Then it fades away.
And at the sight,
They stop and stare
On this dark night,
But they don't care.
It came and went;
I'm not sure what it meant.
A star fell from the sky,
And I want to know why.
Just for you,
This star fell;
You have one wish,
So use it well.

Surprise, Surprise
Sweet as the smell of success
Her body's warm and wet
She gets me through this god awful lonliness
A natural high butterfly oh i,
I need, need, need her
Just like a willow tree
A breath of spring you see
And oh boy you don't know what she do to me
She makes me sweat and forget who i am
I need, need, need, need her
Well i was wondering how long this could go on, on and on
Well i thought i could never be surprised
But could it be that i bit my own tongue
Oh yeah, it's so hard to swallow when you're wrong
A bird of paradise
The sunrise in her eyes
God only knows such a sweet surprise
I was blind she blew my mind think that i
I love, love, love, love, love her
I love her, i love her, i love her, i love her
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love
Sweet sweet, sweet sweet love

Now Here Again Is Spring
The day is now in sun high
And everything its pleasure
From winter's footfall try
Of dark and frost erasure
Now morning comes in glow
And glory songs of life
Before there were in snow
The footsteps of our strife
Now here again is spring
So full of life and green
From under winter's wing
That only gloom had seen
And every while is now fun
Of much light and flowers
For darkness deep’s on run
In every new coming hours
The yesterdays of sprung deep
In all its gray and dark
Are now whiles in joys sweep
With joy and light to spark
Come spring and sing again
With delight of life new born
And let old winter be in vain
With its loneliness outworn

Nature, we neglect
I hear some one calling me from deep,
it is not the footstep heard in sound sleep,
but yes a deep call and sound familiar,
Neither shout from liar nor it from cavalier,
I sense it so pleasing and sweet,
As if the music strike the ear and meet,
waves pass and create a bubbles in water,
noise stop, echoes down as down the shutter,
Days hustle and bustle to a stop,
breathe a fresh air and bath with soap
Time to go and listen music pop,
harvest the season and bring back crop,
But still have no joy and peace,
life so apart and turn into piece,
Enjoy I not the reality and love,
As the birds, ducks, fishes and dove,
Advent of winter body so freeze,
flowers smell more and air so breeze,
even slight moon light glitter the sky,
body feel light and thoughts may fly,
Cocks and cuckoo’s bring more cheers,
Never you get it fresh from beers,
for a moment you forget your dears,
no more calls and no more hears,
With strong wind, lightening and storms,
earth fall apart and come out new worms,
ponds full and rivers make flow,
sky may over cast but heavy with glow,
All these does not deter and frighten,
more vigour, strength and life brighten,
stress, worries, hopes, despair soften
new lease of life and rise hope often,
Respond to call crisis never deepen,
futility, despair worries not happen,
So I hear gently and respond her call,
face I ground and hear through wall,
I fail to see why nature so kind,
Joy I search but never find,
hatred, mistrust but not love mild,
Why are we so cruel and wild?
Love, music, light all fast scatter,
what you gain now, all that matter,
Never we tried nor lost cause,
Time may tell when we near pause

Closer To Heaven
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Give me hope
Give me all your love
Tell me now
Youre coming home tonight
Have some faith
In the love we share
Is it fate
Does darkness end in light
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Whered you go
Did you loose your way
Tell me now youre coming back to stay
In my hopes
Paradise is real
Horoscopes
Cant forecast how well feel
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Give me hope
Give me hope
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Never been closer to heaven
Never been further away
Give me hope
Give me hope

The Promise Of Spring
JUST a whisper, half-heard,
But our heart knows the word;
Caresses that seem
Like love's lips in a dream;
Yet we know she is here,
The desirèd, the dear,
The love of the year!
In the murmur of boughs,
In the softening of skies,
In the sun on the house,
In the daffodil's green
(Half an inch, half-unseen
Mid the mournful brown mould
Where the rotten leaf lies)
Her story is told.
O Spring, darling Spring,
O sweet days of blue weather
The thrushes shall sing,
Fields shall grow green again,
Daisies be seen again,
Hedges grow white;
Then down the lane,
Grown leafy again,
Shall go lovers together--
Lovers who see again
Sunshine and showers,
Perfume and flowers,
Dewy dear hours,
Dream and delight.
Warm shall nests be again,
Winter's behind us;
Springtime shall find us,
Taking our hands,
Lead us away from the cold and the snow,
Into the green world where primroses grow.
Winter, hard winter, forgotten, forgiven;
All the old pain paid, to seventy times seven,
All the new glory a-glow.
Love, when Spring calls, will you still turn away?
Winter has wooed you in vain, and shall May?
Love, when Spring calls, will you go?

Life not together
Life is not what it meant to be
It is difficult to get from it free
Meanwhile you have already become big tree
You can’t escape from the responsibility and flee
As a child you have remained together
Your absence at any time makes family to bother
You feel it as yoke on your neck
All will heave a sigh of relief when you are back
In school you are together with friends
Study may continue with progress and day may end
Game in ground with securing a clear goal
No one has liked it with ending in foul
Youth has knocked the door as if arrival of spring
High ambitions and colorful dreams with songs to sing
Very much liked by all in family with high hopes for future
You are making everybody joyous and making it sure
You have loved and remained together through out
You were carefree and had nothing to think or bother about
One delicate face of innocent was already over
You wanted somebody else to provide you the cover
You have something in heart to take care
You want your dream girl to come from somewhere
Take the legitimate place and rule the kingdom
It is going to be an end of your freedom
So far you have lived and spent together
You had brother, sister father and mother
You never looked beyond four walls
Now you are out to receive sweet calls
Your priority is fully changed
You are out to create place of your own and manage
It is lovely life that is in your mind
You search for beautiful mate and wish to find
The search ends in success
You have it with pride and smiling face
The reality is before you to realize
You may have to act responsibly and be very wise
Only few years have been very lucky for you
You were proving talent and everything was going through
You have whatever you had desired in life
Now you had the companion in the form wife
Life is another name of tragedy and comedy
No one has got any clue or some kind of remedy
It spoils your carrier and spent with lots of worry
Time is approaching soon to feel bed with sorry
Life ways have become wide open and separate
You have no good relation to feel proud and relate
Days seem longer than night and nights too shorter
Your are considered fool and serious talk is leading to laughter

The Beauty Of Winter
The sun shines on the cold, white, snow,
It spring through my blinds, and my room starts to glow,
I got out of bed, and walked out the door,
And walked right outside, unknowing of what’s in store,
I stop and I sit, on a stump in my yard,
Reached down for a handful of snow that is hard,
I think of this snow, and its short time spent here,
It shines and it sparkles, almost causing a tear,
The crisp, bitter, air makes me shiver with cold,
I let the snow fall from my chill-induced hold,
Winter’s icy fingers wrap around me tight,
The snow-filled wind blows by, limiting my sight,
I breathe in deep as I warm my hands,
And enjoy this winter wonderland,
My nose turns red, and my cheeks do too,
The rest of me turns a rather pale hue,
The smell of smoke, and the warmth of fire,
An inside place for when I tire,
The Earth warms, and snow melts away,
To return it’s chilling grasp another day.

A close look
It was stone's throw distance
but she did not look at once
did not take notice even
everything seemed very casual for her and nice
It is great to fall in love with strong attachment
It is still great to consider it as pride moment
when everything is moving in direct direction
you may not be able to hide emotions or actions
it is herculean task
I dared not directly to ask
it was pleasant surprise
the speculation was not allowed tor rise
She consented for honest drive
it was invitation of full warmth and live
I fell for it and gave final approval
It was considered as spring's actual arrival
The colorful flowers started to boom
the garden had enough space and provided room
I saw the change and was bit elated to zoom
I imagined how I would be looking as future groom?
She filled me with enough of joy
I could not guess it may be ploy
I took it as open and frank invitation
This was time to consolidate the relation
She had bright eyes and looked elegant
her attraction was powerful and instant
I believed in today and at present
I took the chance as heavenly sent
who can decline the powerful drive
she was so beautiful and eyes could not believe
I was simple human being and tend to fall prey
I consciously probed but finally gave away
It was good beginning with all the promises
I took care not to make any misses
I preferred good sweet dishes on the table
It looked all fine and I was able
After all life is full of adventure
it speaks of good fortune with future
One strives very hard to make it sure
the relation has to be string and pure
I was all out for its durability
Though I did not lack vision and ability
I assured her life time support
with promise to maintain good rapport
It was agreed and mutually consented
there was no scope for it to be resented
it was still going well with my capabilities
one fine morning it dashed all the probabilities
The wind started flowing in opposite direction
all my plans were going in misdirection
they were falling in reverse gear
I was warned off with worst founded fear
She was proving as difficult nut
I had made all sincere efforts but
She had double mind to speak
I was serious enough but proved very weak
It was going to be dead locked or end in stalemate
she was not interested now to become mate
I accepted it with grace and blamed the fate
the bad luck had struck very late

Autumn Thoughts
Gone hath the Spring, with all its flowers,
And gone the Summer's pomp and show,
And Autumn, in his leafless bowers,
Is waiting for the Winter's snow.
I said to Earth, so cold and gray,
'An emblem of myself thou art.'
'Not so,' the Earth did seem to say,
'For Spring shall warm my frozen heart.'
I soothe my wintry sleep with dreams
Of warmer sun and softer rain,
And wait to hear the sound of streams
And songs of merry birds again.
But thou, from whom the Spring hath gone,
For whom the flowers no longer blow,
Who standest blighted and forlorn,
Like Autumn waiting for the snow;
No hope is thine of sunnier hours,
Thy Winter shall no more depart;
No Spring revive thy wasted flowers,
Nor Summer warm thy frozen heart.
