A nice person
´He was nice person and down to earth”
‘Good people depart early and still there is no dearth”?
“He was choosey in life and did no harm”
“He lived full life with enthusiasm and charm”
Some of the comments were heard when my close friend died
He lived exactly the opposite and on almost all the occasions lied
I failed to understand the value of comments passed on individual
Is it customary to pass words which in all the sense are dual?
I have almost witnessed the same scene
There may be unpleasant things to be seen
People will be offering their condolences
I may still be customary to site many instances
No one takes this occasion very lightly
We may notice some differences slightly
It is not appropriate gesture or tribute
It helps a lot to express the gratitude
Person is remembered at his departure
He might have not earned for his future
The last rites might improve his public standing
His contribution might be remembered as outstanding
We find some of the people still fearing the death
They are afraid of wrong comments or wrath
It puts them under constant fear and pressure
They do nice work at the end to make it sure
Some of the good work is definitely appreciated
It is openly advocated and stated
This brings some of the his fine work to the knowledge
It might have been his ultimate goal before his demise to manage
People may call him as true son of the land
His contribution is clearly seen on hand
He might have proved to some people as good friend
This is how he earns respect at the end

No dearth
You will find no such person on this beautiful earth
Even though there are many and has no dearth
The work done by them remains unsung
They are very much part of our living and remain among
Their life is simple and ideal
To many it may look unreal
Yet it is exemplary and praiseworthy
Let us pray for them for long life from almighty
Have you ever considered looking at their contribution?
No one takes pain even to look at proper distribution
The work for which it was intended looses its charm
It does great disservice and more harm
They suffered their whole life but never complained
They had full integrity, short of means still maintained
It was backed by strong will and full commitment
The public was behind it and had strong movement
Even though they may not be among us today
They have shown us the path and clean way
If we can pursue with little honesty
The happiness may descend and help to remove the poverty
Someone said” God resides in poor”
We should welcome him at the door
If no food or anything but give some kind reception
This will find favor with good conception
We have seen changes through ages
Yet we were fortunate enough to manage
Many people have come forward and gone
But it is always remembered the good work done

Commenting (Please Read)
This poem is dedicated to a very dear friend in Canada.
Melvina Germain.
The first person who left a heart prints on my work almost a year and a half ago. Mel, a million thanks from me.
Love and Hugs.
David xxxx
Some people read your work
and then pass on their way,
never leaving a comment
whether they liked it or not.
For any writer good or bad,
unless someone makes a comment on your work,
you feel left out in the cold.
For those who think that comments do not help,
let me tell you what comments have done for me.
For six or seven years I had given up writing,
I swore I would never lift my pen again.
Then in January 2007,
I posted a few old poems on a poetry site.
I was confused and lost at the time.
Never though for one moment
anyone would want to read my humble work.
I was wrong.
Through the comments I received,
I started writing again.
Since the 19th January 2007 to today the 14th June 2008
I have written 1132 poems, a 80,000 word novel,
collaborated on over 20 poems
with two young ladies half a world away from me
and published my first book of poetry.
For under a year and a half
that is not a bad record
and it happened through the encouragement in comments.
So the next time you read someone work
and there is a space for a comment,
leave one please.
Those little heart prints can change someone’s life
and encourage them on to do better things.
Your comment does not have to be lengthy,
just a word or two will do.
Remember it is good to help someone
and by leaving a comment,
that is just what you will do.
I always leave a comment on everything I read
knowing how others comments have helped me.

Difficult to contain
It is hard to maintain
And very difficult to contain
All efforts sometimes go in drain
Beauty may lie there if you express no pain
Promises are to be broken
If they are merely a gesture and stay as token
It has no value if have the customary nature
How can one be so much confident and sure?
The psychology is to be understood clearly
How that may be takes as very dearly?
When times comes at crucial juncture
How it shakes foundation as well as the structure
Person may retaliate and act in self defense
If things go wrong or create any nonsense
It is compulsion of human nature to act
Let people think otherwise and react
I would love and prefer to be alone
It may not deter my path even in cyclone
Promises do not mean to be of nonsense value
Enough thought must be give along with honor and dues
It never bothered me as an individual
I have aligned to the role not supposed to be dual
I would work toward strengthening the confidence
What is more important in life is its presence
Nice words might have been spoken at the start
Those may be taken as mere words and product of an art
Its real test may come sometimes later
When loved person may turn out to be hater

On right side
I have tested it all
Responded well with the call
Yet I remain on the back seat
People avoid to look at me and greet
I had been kind enough to people
To render all kind help in case of any trouble
Yet it all boomeranged on me like surprise attack
As if some of my interest was at stake
It is good quality of person if nobility is paid in same coin
Why at all good work must result in some kind of pain?
Is it so difficult to tell person a simple thank you?
Not in response to kind gesture but in recognition of truth
It is human nature to forget soon
Like we get relaxed after hot afternoon
Life may have faced many difficulties
But soon to forget when attained full capability
Elder may boost of having seen the age
They have lot more to tell and write on page
But what if you are given cold shudder?
Disregarded altogether and shown the ladder
You may know exactly what is to be done in course of time
You may be pushed aside in some of the cases sometimes
That may give you room to think and brace up for challenge
So it is mental state where you feel nothing and try to manage
It is good to be on right side
Acknowledge and if possible oblige
It is nice of a person if good things are remembered
Truth may always surface even if tempered

Like a Tornado
What am I going to accomplish
that will make people think
that I was a good person
How can I justify this
I would like to be remembered as
a good person
but sometimes that is impossible
Sometimes you have hurt more people
than you have helped
I believe that I have helped more people
but sometimes people take things
the wrong way
They can often twist your words like a tornado
which essentially has the same effect
It is destructive and all together
unneeded
But I can't change the way people think
I can only except it

When I Was A Child I Believed
When I was a child
a very young child
I looked at the world
of adults in discussion
their patterns of interaction
their comments reactions
a very strange world
differences between what adults said
and what child were told
their masks worn
and I thought about what
they did and why?
Questions were asked
about what you wanted
to be when you grew up?
The work question was important,
but never asked was how well you
would do this work, and for who?
They were often silent or suddenly angry
‘children were to be seen but not heard’
the news to be listened to in serious silence.
First talk repeat their sounds
to smiles laughter
then don’t talk be silent listen?
First stand walk walk how far
then don’t walk stay wait
where your told don’t go away?
When adults met sometimes they would
start to talk a lot fast all at once not one
at a time and laugh a lot talk walk funny?
Why not be on their best behaviour
nice to others as they told children to be?
Why not choose to be good not bad?
Years later I would smile a lot why not
it costs nothing to smile and often others.
Would catch your smile and smile also?
Even when sad smiling was a good thing to do
to appreciate all you have been given.
Even though you could not always play with
what was given or go outside or play with friends.
Especially on those boring rainy days.
So many games were not allowed if you got dirty?
As a teenager smilie would be a nick name.
That smile given freely to people who needed
to smile but chose to be miserable instead!
It never cost anything to be nice to people either!
To give to help had its own record, it felt good!
Happy people are the nice people to be around!
I believed happiness was the most precious gift,
a person could give another, and if sad then to give,
happiness you did not have; was even more important.
Once in my early twenties I was surprised,
a friend said you cannot be that good,
no one is that good, but I knew I was not good.
At twenty-two when about to travel overseas,
my uncle said you think everyone is your friend,
be careful, everyone you meet; is not your friend.
Now I am older and sadly wiser,
yet I still know that to treat a stranger,
as a friend not a treat is still better.
That to say hello with a smile,
and wish people well,
is still a wonderful thing to do.
I still believe it is a better thing to do.
And when kindness is meet with hostility?
I feel pity for the hurt who choose to hurt.
It is not the right way.
It is not God’s way.
It is still not my way.

As life nears
It is life cycle
We are helpless and unable
No say in ultimate end
To live with the world and befriend
Good work may be paid as life nears
Its destination and leaves only tears behind
Nothing to miss about your loss as it was open and frank
Everybody is in grief but pray the God and thank
You might have been good to people
You might proved your worth and be able
To deliver the work as promised
It might be hailed as achievement before you ceased
Not all get everything as desired in life
The life is full of challenge and also of strife
How you could do it is another aspect
This has only lead you to earn respect
Today people are laying wreath
It is great loss to them over your death
Not that there were no people of your caliber
But you were great success and hailed as climber
You were so close to their heart
This was no less achievement as an art
To get acclaim from people is a rare feat
People have to make great sacrifice and sweat
I evaluate this scene as one of most deserving and commendable
Your dreams have been realized and proved as sustainable
So far they were considered as unachievable and beyond human reach
You made it as reality as no one had promised as such

A nice to hold
It is always nice to hold somebody with high regard
It is sign of looking positive and straight forward
It may ultimately pay you in the long run
Certain people laugh it out and take as fun
It is best way and very good principle if we adopt
It makes people to act nicely and be little prompt
It is necessary to make more friends than foes
Otherwise life can be full of miseries and woes
I was overwhelmed by a good gesture from a friend
I thought of world coming to the near end
Why was it so that there can be tremendous change?
Was there any sea change in my attitude or age?
“Why do you hold me in high esteem and praise?
Make me to feel great with status highly raised
I am overwhelmed by your noble gesture
As you always wished me for bright future” I parried at friend
I was no where near respectable mark or level
You encouraged me to work hard and excel
Filled with high spirit, motivation and enthusiasm
I am Inspired to rise beyond certain level and “ism” friend replied
I was confined to zero energy and confined
You infused me with optimism and refined
How to express my gratitude and acknowledge?
I am novice and have no such knowledge
Will you pardon me for being so negative?
Lukewarm to response and not so sensitive
I must learn quite a lot from you and oblige
I feel shy to open up but have nothing to hide.. I was overwhelmed
Is it not the tendency of human being to deceive?
No return of thanks when applauses received
We might have scaled new height and glory
Still we may forget the past as simple story
If we learn to repay good gesture with gratitude
People will learn to respect with different attitude
This is what is expected from new generation
They should rise above all without any expectation
It may look as simple form of advice
It should not be considered as mechanical device
Time may change but not the essence and spirit
You may all the time need oil for lamps to lit
We shall not last to see it either
Storm may come and soon to wither
Life has to stabilize and prove its best
it must stand firm to the rigid test
I find no other reason to withdraw or not to follow
Very sensible person must adhere to and allow
It may pave the way for cordial relation
It is the time for motivation and elation

A simple journey
There was absolutely no movement in his body
He was resting on ground motionless like anybody
It looked as if one simple object was lying?
All thought he was dead or was dieing
These are the saddest moments in the life
It is easy to walk on the edge of knife
But difficult to survive in the real show
All difficulties surround and blow
The dead person might have not thought an early end
He may not have foes but so many friends
It may be his miscalculation that end in any case may not near
He may be living in confidence without any fear
Stories gathered round that he was lavish and lovely
He believed in life to be spent very smoothly
It was his life style that made him very frank
He lived merrily, toasted others and drank
We miss the bus at an appointed hour
The cloak may end clicking and it is over
No one may take notice and prepare for departure
His life waited him in the ground for the rest of future
He may be buried with full honor
He mat well be praised as good donor
What had he earned in his entire stay?
Honorable life with ordinary stay
We only carry the blessings and good will
Memory will not fade away and remain still
Ashes may be washed away by sweeping wind
There won’t be left any remains to find
Leave the foot prints on the sand for time being
The destiny is same for ordinary man or king
People may remember what and how you lived?
It may be your work that may be appreciated and believed
Let dead remain buried under the ground
Little air blow may create lovely sound
Only peace may there and nothing else to be found
What impression do you gather when you go round?
Long lull may prevail when you depart?
It may be beginning of a new start
Who knows what will be the next move?
One has to act fast and ultimately prove
Only good work may be remembered for a long
Nobody may accompany you or come along
You may be all the way certainly right or wrong
Still it may be wrong to create all praises in the songs
It is relentless struggle and may go on
It has to be covered and spent of our own
You may either create for self a big name
Or condemned as a curse or shame

A no to death bell
No one wants to hear death bell
It doesn’t find favor or go well
Everyone has different stories to tell
No one can generate idea or easily sell
It creates fear in mind
All unnecessary thoughts get unwind
We are half dead before its arrival
There is anxiety and great upheaval
Well it has to come on appointed day
No is no escape route or way
No one has anything to offer or say
You need no worry or attention to pay
Your good work may come to rescue
It is fine with you and equally true
You are at relative comforts
It doesn’t bother you much or hurt
The end may be soon without any delay
The angels may be ready to take you away
There may be bright light in the sky
You will be heavenly abode without any shy
You have fulfilled your mission
There is nothing unusual things for admission
You have lived your life in elegant way
It was always nice to find very good day
You did whatever you could in your position
People try to project their work in exhibition
You stayed in humble way all along
No one could point out as wrong
It is expected from every person
You have to lead simple life without any reason
You change for good as per season
Words spoken need not bitter as poison
Lead the way in life as you like
Only good thought must strike
Try to be kind and generous
Spend the life like water in river and continuous

I Only Wish
I only wish I were a better person
And do at least one good deed every day
There is plenty room for me of self improvement
On the righteous path to go I have some way.
In the World there are so many good people
Some doctors and nurses go to Countries far away
To improve the health of poverty stricken people
Without Government assistance or any cash for pay.
Some semi skilled and skilled people leave their Hometowns
For to work in Lands where poverty is rife
To impart their knowledge to the poor less privileged
And help them to attain for themselves a far better life.
I only wish I were a better person
Since that is all to which I do aspire,
So many who do lead by good example
And these are the people that I do most admire.

The Bad Pretty Girl
I am the pretty one,
the one the girls hate
and the boys pant for
and I stand aloof because
there is no room for me to be
who I am.
All I get is people reacting
to how I look
and I see them whisper
'She's so stuck up.'
I am not.
I am lonely and superior to them
that make these kinds of comments.
So all day I have to take the stares
and the mini-hatreds
just because I am pretty.
I like being pretty
it comes easy to me;
takes no effort.
My hair is beautiful and I don't have to do anything to it.
My skin is good. Thank God, no zits
My figure is good
but I get the comments when I walk through-
the Neanderthals always make comments-
and I cannot help it if my parents are rich.
So I am trapped behind this wall.
I don't have to study hard to get good grades;
this school is easy.
I don't have to work hard for anything.
Things just come to me.
But it has made a prison for me
and because I don't have to get smart
or work hard-
I can get by on my looks.
My teachers like me-
one too much,
so in the end I am doing what I hate
others do-
seeing me only in terms of how I look
and I realize I am doing the same thing to myself.
I am my looks. I am trapped.
So when boys try to talk to me I clam up
because I think there is only one thing they want.
And most of the time I am right. They do-just want
one thing.
Other's of them just want to say I am their girl friend
even if that is not true just so they can brag to their friends.
Some of them lie and claim they had you, or you
are lesbian just because you don't like them.
I am the pretty girl and most times that is pretty sad.
So I don't talk to anyone except other pretty girls.
They understand. They have the pretty girl thing too.
So we stand around sometimes and think we are superior
but we also think secretly we might be inferior and lonely too
and who is going to feel sorry for the pretty girl? Nobody that's who.
So I dated the football guy who was pretty too. It seemed he would
understand-handsome and pretty, the same thing I thought.
Boy was I wrong. He was his mothers' boy and only liked me
because he thought there was prestige in it. And I did it for
the same reason. We both were boring when alone and tried to
look like the super couple when people were around.
I was bored and truth be told I was also boring.
I had nothing to say and all's he wanted to talk about was football
and sex.
I told him no.
And then he latched onto my best friend, well I called her my best friend, but
we were not really friends. We just sorta hung out together.
My real best friend was Alma for a while. She was the ugly sidekick
pretty girls seem to attract. All she wanted to do was be with me. She did
everything I asked her to, sometimes without me even asking. I began to think that just maybe being pretty was being superior. People like Alma
made it easy to think that. She seemed to think I was superior.
I used to lie to her about all the boys coming on to me and things they said and she believed those lies. I felt I had to tell the stories because the stories seemed to mean so much to her. Besides telling her the phony stories gave me a fantasy life to make up for my real one.
We were a good pair of friends for a while until Alma told me one day about her love. Her love for me. And I realized she was not talking about friend love.
That's another thing, you get come ons from both genders and some like Alma turn into stalkers. She lied and told her friend that we had been together. A total lie.
That is why high school is prison camp for the pretty girl.
I broke down one day while talking to Geek Billy who came over to my house to fix my computer. He was rad-geek and shorter than me and I never really considered him a real person or anything so I was talking like he was not even there. I was saying 'why me, why does everyone hate me? '
He started yammering that he didn't hate me, and put his arm around me. I looked up and saw that he was not trying to jump my bones, he really was trying to comfort me like he understood and all that. It was laughable you know. I was so above him and everything but he seemed that day like a real person to me for just a tiny minute.
He left and I lay on my bed and wrote into my diary-'Geek boy loves me.'
I wrote: 'I am the pretty girl no one likes because I am above them.'

When Good People Become Friends
When Good People Become Friends
Things work better.
Things work together
Things work out.
When Good People Become Friends
Listening become hearing
seeing become insight
Attention becomes nurture.
When Good People Become Friends
Generosity becomes sharing
Sacrifices become pleasures
Rightful obedience becomes an uncommon delight.
When Good People Become Friends
Joys become happiness
Comfort becomes peace
Needs become an abundance.
When Good people Become Friends
Acquaintances become friendships
Concern becomes caring
Likenesses become divine love.
When Good People Become Friends
Traveling becomes a journey
Endeavors come into fruition
Living becomes Life.
When Good People Become Friends
Gifts become blessings
Blessings become anointings
Anointings become endowments.
When Good People Become Friends
Love becomes power
Weaknesses become strength
And death, Death becomes a new birth.
When Good People Become Friends.

A total deception
It may be total deception
If that is the idea since inception
We are fooling the self without looking around
The idea is rotten and doesn’t look sound
It is totally dark and thought in isolation
No amount of work may improve with quotation
It lacks reality and has no relation
Your action is always in question
Your credentials are in doubt
You can not make any debut
You are watched and talked about
This may certainly take you to fall out
You may be quoted as shining example
You know how far it is true and commendable
It is falsely shrouded with different colors
In fact you have proved yourself as beggar and not donor
You have established yourself as fake chieftains
It has nothing but only lies to contain
Still you manage the scene and remain
You think of self and that is how you maintain
Still there may something good about me in person
I come across with lots of persons
The motive is obvious and can be with many reasons
As I have mastered the art to change in every seasons
This analytical study only I know
I have all reasons to fit in and grow
If I don’t then I loose my reputation
My identity as good person is totally in question
The individual must have dual personality
In present age that is the only fine quality
No one simply follows you as disciples
If you don’t compromise the principles
There is no point in arguing for self
It is like secrets hidden in shelf
It may find the day if not concealed
It will be boomeranged only if revealed
So it may be good not to speak
Go on as usual even if you are weak
You got to present your self as very nice
Stick to word and fulfill the promise
It may have lasting effect
If you can put into action and act
People may realize it late and strongly react
Still it may always remain as fact
You may have many good qualities as well
It may reflect on your work and definitely tell
The efforts made by you in right direction
That is only thing spoken about your good action
It is common for the conscience among all
We are shadowed by inner conflict and different call
We may be compelled to act contrary to what is right
Life still goes on and we continue to survive and fight

The People's World
people are good;
people are bad;
people are happy;
people are sad;
people are near;
people are far;
people are true;
people are blue;
people are white;
people are right;
people are silent;
people are violent;
people can throw;
people can grow;
people can share;
people can care;
people can unite;
people can divide;
people can fool;
people can rule;
people can trust;
people are worst;
don't think i became mad.... what ever i wrote is very common things known about people but what i want to show is that i cannot describe everything about the people as it is impossible in the same way it is impossible to understand and make every person happy around us that's it.got it!

Body was flown
His body was flown by special plane
People flocked the streets and occupied the lane
Both the sides were full of children and ladies
What a great and honorable death if someone dies!
We observe countless road accident deaths
The vehicle owner or driver faces the people’s wrath
It will be suicidal to remain present on the scene
The irate mob will lynch or create ugly scene not to be seen
The death is such probability that can not be discounted by anyone
It may come at destined time even though may not be liked by someone
It may be highlighted more if life is laid down for noble cause
It has remained always on high note as of now and it was
It was put to us that he had preferred frontal attack
He was fired form all the sides and back
There was no time to signal the warning
He had no option but to open the firing
As the fate would have it and he felled to bullet
But he did not allow enemy to advance or let
He single handedly bore the brunt
Enemy could not get what they wanted from hunt
We had considered him useless when was among us
He was naughty and we did not believe or trust
For going out of village was essential and must
He did not want to live in dishonor or feel to disgust
The person chooses his own carrier
He may prefer to be lover or warrior
He is reminded of responsibility when see in mirror
Even though he might have felt it as grave error
So when the news was spread for her sacrifice
All persons left their place of work or office
They rushed to see the martyr’s body
Even though he was not liked previously by anybody
It is not the person but his work is appreciated
His life time achievement is praised and equated
He might have lived with in his ordinary style
But it was not the occasion to forget it for a while
Anywhere in the world the words are always dedicated
The willingness to go for help is readily indicated
No one may show disrespect to whatever he had done
The past may not be remembered and considered as by gone
I remembered him being frank and honest
He was always blunt in doing at his best
Today once he is no more among
I fear something might have definitely gone wrong

A worth to live
Life is worth living if there is adventure
It is lovely and nice if you see future
There has to be some means and ways
The days can be passed with some hope trays
If not today, tomorrow will be bright
After dark shadow there may emrge light
Nothing remains permanent and may disappear
Life should be spent without any fear
No one has permanaent stake
You need to apply some brake
It may turn soar and not prove as sweet cake
It must be made simple and not presented as fake
It may not cut much ice
It has to be very nice
Make it live with full of promises
You got to act sensible and wise
Nothing may change at the end
Friend may not remain as friend
It is same as we see today
You may be lost on the way
Leave behind memorable feet prints
This not advice or any hint
It may be blown over in due course
The is still wroth living wihout any remorse
There is mission with definite message
You will have to clear the passage
Nothing should hinder your progress
Try to be friendly with full access
Life still remains full of charm
There is absolutely no harm
It is to be lived with full of enthusiasm
There is no scope for any type of passism
Love to live and enjoy the moments
It hardly needs explanation or comments
One has to make it simply beautiful
Only joy and enjoyment should be full

A fine good morning
Person should be greeted with good morning
Say hello while making departure in the evening
Don’t forget to say bye with good night
It is good to follow and think it right
It is customary to say few good words
This was followed in court room of lords
It is an age old system and has continued with tradition
There is nothing new or changed as an addition
You need no particular occasion to wish
The day must end with good finish
It gets you good respect and response
People put trust in you and readily repose
Don’t forget to wish a person
It has no time or particular season
Bury the differences and say a word
“Hello brother” I pray for you to lord
Bitterness may disappear or go in seconds
You need not go here and there and find the words
It has its own magical bound or spell
Everything may turn into good and augur well
You just offer beautiful smile
Don’t wait not for reply but stay for while
It will have its own way and desirable effect
Relation may end in long spell with profound impact
What do we loose if we say simple “hello”?
It is mere invitation or extension of good wishes to allow
forget the bad things of past and simple road to follow
Great tradition may have it and teaches us to lie low
Good thoughts should emerge from heart and ready to flow
Adversary too may forget the past and try to go little slow
There won’t be emission of bad feelings and sweetness may grow
There will be warmth in reception with all niceties to flow
it may wash the dirt accumulated by centuries
happiness may be seen everywhere with disappearance of worries
There will opening of new chapter in relation
Differences if any may vanish with sincere urge
What do we gain by showing simple gesture?
It is opening of new chapter with bright future
love and not the hatred may rule the scene
we should exchange pleasantries and must be very keen
It is greatest moment in life if we bury the bitterness
There should be no room for increase in differences
It has grown nicely with change in behavior
Foe may turn best friend and act as savior
Love and to be loved should guide the principle
Peace and harmony should be the words in preamble
The world needs most of the things performed with peace
The rest of mankind must lead the life at ease

Words
Yeats so simply stated
' Words alone are certain good. '
And to the great poet
So highly rated
I try to listen, as I should; Yet
Being an untrained novice
Such as me
With verdant hopes of much improvement
- oh that I would -
I beg to slightly differ with W. B.
And offer here my humble opinion
- if I could -
Good certainly is not words alone,
For without humanity
To read and to write
How would they ever become known?
- For without the good of people
Who of these words would care
Ever to be heard, or even shared?
No, the good does not alone from words arise,
Rather from human beings
Whose entire story
Such words do attempt to comprise.......
- Words written in this time
May even the way
To a distant future find,
But not on their own
And never alone.
For it takes people's
- hand's to write
- eye's to read
- heart and soul to understand
The purpose, and the need.
Let it here be shown
Words alone
Are not the only good,
They need human beings
To give goodness and life
To their reason and meaning
For they are merely the vehicle
By which man's true good
Is found and understood.
