O Velvety Earth
O velvety earth
O symbol of hearth
By just painting thenatography
How come they know thy Worth?
Avuncular, grandpa and such and such
Bereaved in the garb of death
There shall be no agony after me
This wishy-washy stillness has robbed my wealth

Wishy Washy
I got a place with a view
You can see the cars
As they travel down the freeway
To clubs and bars
There's a woman downstairs
With matt-grey hair
And she smiles when she tells me
There's no room for me here
They've got it in the city
They've got it in the country
But here in the suburbs
It's all so wishy-washy
It's all so wishy-washy
I got another place
This time with a fireplace
And a woman can come around
Write poetry and feel safe
I said it's good for me now
But I'm not being fed
I said it's good for me now
But I'm not being fed

Too Light
You're too light to handle me!
I need someone with backbone.
If that someone is going to call me their own!
Wishy washy folks do nothing for me at all!
I need someone strong.
Someone standing tall!
I need to be held and told when I'm wrong!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
And enjoy a happiness that is shared very long!
Those afraid of shadows,
And stay away from making mistakes...
Aren't the ones I need around me.
Singing the blues with heartbreaks?
People like that,
I'm trying to shake!
And you're too light weight.
Don't let that bother you!
I'm about truth and honesty...
And a heavyweight I want to meet,
Since I know what that takes...
To make me weak under the sheets!
And you are much too light,
To stir up in me that kind of heat I need!
You're too light to handle me!
I need someone with backbone.
If that someone is going to call me their own!
Wishy washy folks do nothing for me at all!
I need someone strong.
Someone standing tall!
I need to be held and told when I'm wrong!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
Not someone I can dismiss; push around and shove!
I'm seeking someone bold to love...
And you have no idea how much I want that here!
Nothing against you.
This is what I need for me to come true!
Not someone quick...
And obvious they are avoiding life,
By playing childish mental tricks!

Vapid
blah blah blah
that is what i hear about you,
a bland taste of life,
kind of bromidic
attic,
tongue clichéd,
becoming a conventional cornball,
what have we become but
dull as dishwater,
feeling so dumb,
an everyday humdrum,
you feel for flat-footed,
an expression so hackneyed,
ho hum
insipid insect,
more of mundane,
d- noplace,
an old hat of grandpa,
papa's pabulum,
plain pedestrian,
partly platitudinous,
a square-faced tribesman
a check that has gone stale,
a well cut stereotyped pattern,
laughing stock,
stupid cupid,
tired, tripe, trite,
unimaginative,
watery eyes
wishy-washy
panty.
ok, just go back to vapid.

No Power To The People Mar 4th,2011
If more people read this blog, they would eventually realize,
That things are not all right in Canada despite our huge size,
We need binding referendums and political recall,
We need true set-date elections and not and not just when they call.
We need death with dignity because we are all going to die,
It could be an awful painful death and we don’t know the reason why,
Our wishy washy leadership see no reason to change,
No power to the people and why should that be so strange?
It’s uncomfortable I know because there’s nothing we can do,
Because all these changes are forbidden in case you didn’t know,
Read your daily papers and they will tell you what to think,
Propaganda of the faithful going to the hockey rink,

A soulful waywardness
The dark cute shadow of his divorced wife stumbles in his fading memory.
And she never allows him to see the beauty.
In his stupefy dreams she comes as a witch broody.
He gets up in the middle of the night sweaty.
Though he wants to go back to her like a wishy-washy
Yet she enjoys her life in tomfoolery.

Bereavement
Do not get tired from grief as you are bereaved,
And bereavement is relief as you are bereaved.
Do certainty on the scene of writing, when all is leisure
And certain people believe in their belief as you are bereaved.
Does your mind seem a container of science and sea?
Then let feelings go, let them reside away from the thief as you are bereaved.
Does your partner know why marriage is sacred and solid?
Then see him or her with a measure of truth as the chief as you are bereaved.
May surrendering accomplish the goal of a life-time,
May I wish you all the best with your disbelief as you are bereaved.
Let Time fly, let innocence mend the tattered cloths and dress and uniform,
For when a person dies he or she is abject and very brief, as you are bereaved.

I will do it, because I have to.
Miracles happen when someone has great strength,
Or do some impossible things became heaven sent,
Which means if we have no other way to do something,
We have the strength & wisdom to do anything.
The 'have to' is a real meaning of 'must',
And not just a wishy-washy dreamers gust,
We can do anything when there is a real need,
The only need & not just for anybody's foolish greed.

November 28,2007 is the International Day of Stillness: A Poem for the day
'Stillness is my beloved teacher.
From her, I learn new things every day.'
I said to Stillness,
How can you teach me so well?
Stillness said,
By being with you always.
I said to Stillness,
How can you teach me so much?
Stillness said,
Because you have much within you;
I, but a mirror for your mind;
I, but a mirror for your heart.
I said to Stillness,
O my beloved teacher, will you
promise me you will never leave me?
Stillness said,
I cannot leave you;
though you can leave me..
but what is stillness without a companion?
I said to Stillness,
Is your work hard?
Stillness said,
I have the most wonderful task that I could wish for:
I sit with babies while they smile;
I sit with children in the classroom
as they delight to learn;
I sit with the angry and disturbed,
and watch them grow to peace;
I sit with the sad and lonely and bereaved
and watch them rediscover happiness and joy;
I sit with kings and queens and rulers
while they find wisdom and mercy;
I sit with governments and committees
while they find reason and justice;
I sit with artists and scientists,
and watch them find new things outside themselves,
and find new things within themselves;
I sit with those who pray or meditate,
as they find God in themselves;
I sit at the feet of saints
while they become perfection;
I walk in the gardens of the dawn,
I walk in the gardens of the dusk;
in the deep of the night, I watch;
I fly with birds, in the silence of the air;
I watch the animals as they explore the earth;
I listen to the growing of the trees and plants;
I listen to the opening of the flowers;
Said Stillness,
I am the friend and the companion of all;
who would not love to share my life with me?
I said to Stillness,
May I never leave you.
And Stillness looked me in the eye,
and Stillness smiled at me:
‘I am born with every creature born
to be their friend for life.’

Truth Of Life!
Oh! The great death, the grand gift of life
Knows not the young or old, rich or poor
Visits all, acts as double edged knife
Can take the body, soul never!
None desires death, but that death spares none
For the good or bad, read or unread
Death brings pain and grief, sure gives not fun
None on earth wants death, that comes unsaid!
Man with wealth ever in fear of death
Men sans wealth with love for kith and kin
All in constant fear and worry
Over death none has control any!
Truth of life is certainty of death
Do thy duty, face death bold on earth!

Tomorrows
Ah, tomorrow and tomorrows!
A procrastinators' catchall
future days that he will borrow
freely to do nothing at all;
but presently those days will dawn
calling due his declarations;
promises he'll not keep thereon:
deliberate fabrications.
His wishy-washy character
lacks effectiveness and purpose;
his favorite word is "later"
which can be defined as fruitless.
Is there any hope for him? No!
as long as there are tomorrows.

Toast
One for the flavor, one for motion
One for the Godless vagabond child
One for the things that have no solution
One for those who blew my mind
One for the loose girls, one for salvation
One for just nothing, and one just because
One for the preachers, one for damnation
Hey Mister, that's the way it goes
Let's do the tango with the barfly's Lady
This bartime may be wrong
One for the moments of mixed up emotions
One for the hard times that don't get me down
Drowned in my motions, potion by potion
I drink a toast to anything now
One for tomorrow and one for today
One for wishy-washy anniversaries
Somebody's always havin' a birthday
So one for them and one for just me

Wishy Washy Wusses
Those wishy washy wusses don't impress.
Limped wrists wimps...
With nothing more than their pretentions,
To address.
Double talkers who aren't direct.
And using gossip to connect,
As an attempt to express...
Opinions to abuse but amuse few,
Who refuse to show any interest!
The only thing they can leave,
When descending away from doorsteps...
To relieve,
After insulting guests.
Is a resignation,
From choosing to live lives like that...
Not too many can stomach, digest or respect.
And say so behind their shallowed backs!

To be real I have to be nasty sometimes
i
I don’t smile
You may think I am giving you
The permission
To think
That I really do not mean
What I say
With this grin on my face
ii
I stand my ground now
No backing off
On a wishy-washy
I give weight
To my prime intentions
iii
I tell the truth
I will tell you what I feel
I will tell you that I am not comfortable
With what you are doing
iv
Tell me I am silly
I will agree
I am not a little bit touchy
You are right I am
Now take the wind out of your sails
v
I do not have fingers
To point
To make you more defensive
I have only my heart
To tell you how I feel
Who are you anyway
To be blamed?
vi
I will make up a list of handy excuses
To see what is clearly going on
Before I put myself in the fray
vii
I am not afraid
To change my mind
Whenever I want to
In a minute or two
I may still have time
To tell you
That sometimes I do not
Honor commitments.
now, i will be happier

Elements, Death And Life
Love is like a rose
Rose is the symbol of love
Death is like a wind
wind is the symbol of fading away
Life is like a tree
It grows til it dies
Hate is like a fire
The fire grows intill it hurts somone
The symbol of life is a tree
Trre will burn of hate
The wind blow the hate away
Untill it comes backs
Death is not the opesit of life
Death comes in many natural ways
Like this poem
Like this message
Love is like a drug
You get addicted
You will get burned
At the same time it is good to keep
This love, this hate
The life, the death
Fire, earth, wind and water
Elements of creation

Evergreen State
'No, little Johnny, raindrops are really just
the tears of sweet angels, who cry. Cry
because of sins that people commit,
and that is why, my smart and curious boy,
we get rain so often in Washington State'.
'Oh, so we have a lot of sinners here, then
and that is why it is called the Evergreen State? '
'Well, yes. I have lived here all my life,
all my friends live here and, as to being sinners,
I think it is more because of the tears, salty they are,
they bring down moisture and salt, my boy,
that, in the end, creates the salt of the earth,
and your grandpa is part of that. No sinner.
So, when the angels cry, you can watch the grass grow.'
'But grandpa, that means the more I sin the greener
and faster the grass grows, that feeds our cows,
makes more milk, steaks for the BBQ and, of course,
more salt of the earth. Right, old man, or not? '
'Smart boy you are, if I do say so myself. Smart.
So, how are you doing in school, behaving yourself? '
'Salt of the earth, grandpa, salt of the earth.'

A New Pilgrimage: Sonnet III
I will break through my bondage. Let me be
Homeless once more, a wanderer on the Earth,
Marked with my soul's sole care for company,
Like Cain, lest I do murder on my hearth.
I ask not others' goods, nor wealth nor worth,
Nor the world's kindness, which should comfort me,
But to forget the story of my birth,
And go forth naked of all name, but free.
Where the flowers blow, there let me sit and dream.
Where the rain falls, ah! leave my tears their way.
Where men laugh loud, I too will join the hymn,
And in God's congregation let me pray.
Only alone--I ask this thing--alone,
Where none may know me, or have ever known.
