Gavel's Grace
How can we talk of venturing space
when we haven't yet come to learn the ways of earth?
Why assume we're deserving of such stellar privileges?
How can we even think of leaving earth in
such a tumultuous state of man-made disarray?
This blame far out reaches anyone
these motions predate any present life
yet who amongst us hasn't stood
with smoking gun
with lose of innocence
comes a shedding of ignorance
any guilty party
is guilty by mere
association
who amongst us hasn't
been accessory to this crime?
Yet the supreme judge does
not reside in persecuting an
entire population
the supreme judge serves
to any enlighten any
witness willing to
abide by his high ruling

Guilty Of Love
(coverdale)
I believe my love for you
Is a love that will last forever,
An Im here to testify
Im a prisoner of your heart
Baby dont you believe
When I tell you I love you
That I really mean it,
Dont you walk away,
Dont you turn your back on me
Im guilty of love,
Its a crime of passion
Guilty of love,
An theres no doubt about it,
No doubt about it
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree
I can never forget the times
When I took what you gave me for granted
So I stand accused
An I plead guilty to the crime
You can lock me away if you want
Just as long as your arms are around me,
An I wont mind
If you just throw away the key
Im guilty of love,
Its a crime of passion
Guilty of love,
An theres no doubt about it,
No doubt about it
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree
Guilty of love...
Im guilty of love,
Its a crime of passion
Guilty of love,
An theres no doubt about it,
No doubt about it
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty
Guilty of love,
Im guilty of love,
Im guilty,
In the first degree...

Mom or son, who is guilty?
“Mr. John, do you plead guilty,
Or, say for this theft not guilty? ”
The judge asked the young thief,
At the end, this question in brief.
“No, My Lord, I’m not guilty,
I say this upon the Almighty.
To tell the truth, my mom is guilty,
For her care upon me faulty.”
“My dad passed away,
I still remember that day,
When my mom cried,
I was then just a child.”
“In my student days,
I stole in small ways,
Coins from my house.
But my mom ignored this.”
“When I was grown up,
My wants also grew up.
I became a pick pocket,
Around the busy market.”
“My mom didn’t say a word,
Much about me when she heard,
No corrective steps she had taken,
Nor, with a stick I was beaten.”
“For her fault, I bear the brunt.
I’m taken to the court front.
This is a lesson to every mom.
Now it’s my duty to inform.”
The judge found some reason in this,
But failed to admit the plea of his,
As his blame on the mom to shift,
Never did the law book permit.

Tyler
Appeal to the governor of louisiana
You may get an answer the process is slow
Federal government too much to help him
It's been nearly five years
And they won't let him go
(chorus)
Tyler is guilty the white judge has said so
What right do we have to say it's not so
Tyler is guilty the white judge has said so
What right do we have to say it's not so
Testify under pressure, a racist jury
Government lawyers its all for show
With rows of white faces
False accusations
He's framed up for murder
They won't let him go
(chorus)
Tyler is guilty the white judge has said so
What right do we have to say it's not so
Tyler ..... etc
Police gun was planted
No matching bullets
No prints on the handle, no proof to show
But tyler is guilty the white judge has said so
They show him no mercy
They won't let him go
(chorus)
Tyler is guilty the white judge has said so
What right do we have to say it's not so
Tyler...... etc

Gus kahn / harry akst / richard whiting
Is it a sin, is it a crime
Loving you dear like I do
If its a crime, then, Im guilty
Guilty of loving you
Maybe Im wrong dreaming of you
Dreaming the lonely night thru
If its a crime, then, Im guilty
Guilty of dreaming of you
What can I do?
What can I say?
After Ive taken the blame
You say, youre through
Youll go your way
But Ill always feel just the same
Maybe, Im right, maybe Im wrong
Loving you dear like I do
If its a crime, then, Im guilty
Guilty of loving you

Who is to judge?
Family Heads, are you right to judge?
Political Heads, are you wise to judge?
Religious Heads, are you just to judge?
Judicial Heads, are you true to judge?
Individuals, are you free to judge?
One is right to one’s act.
Each act ends with its fate
As each birth meets its death.
Which birth is not just?
Which act is not just?
Who are you and I to judge?
Time is supreme and beyond us.

Psalm 82
God the supreme Governor; or, Magistrates warned.
Among th' assemblies of the great
A greater Ruler takes his seat;
The God of heav'n, as Judge, surveys
Those gods on earth, and all their ways.
Why will ye, then, frame wicked laws?
Or why support th' unrighteous cause?
When will ye once defend the poor,
That sinners vex the saints no more?
They know not, Lord, nor will they know;
Dark are the ways in which they go;
Their name of earthly gods is vain,
For they shall fall and die like men.
Arise, O Lord, and let thy Son
Possess his universal throne,
And rule the nations with his rod;
He is our Judge, and he our God.

Guilty
Just tried to have fun raised hell and then some
I'm a dirt-talkin', beer drinkin', woman chasin' minister's son
Slap on the make-up and blast out the music
Wake up the neighbors with a roar like a teenage heavy metal elephant gun
If you call that guilty then that's what I am
I'm guilty
I'm guilty
I like driving too fast
Love going too far
It seems the law's on my ass every time I stick it out of the door
If you call that guilty then that's what I am
I'm guilty
I'm guilty
Bad boy on a summer night
When the heat makes me mean and I wanna fight
With my pedal to the metal
And I do what I want to do
Bad girls make me feel all right
When it's hot and they start screaming in the night
Golly gee, it's wrong to be so guilty
I'm guilty
Guilty
I'm guilty
My conscience is on vacation in acute degeneration
Willpower has sunk to all-time low
If you call that guilty well I guess I am
I'm guilty
I'm guilty
If you call that guilty then that's what I am
I'm guilty, I'm guilty, I'm guilty, I'm guilty
I'm guilty, I'm guilty, I'm guilty, I'm guilty
Well I'm guilty
Yeah I'm guilty
I don't care
I'm guilty
I think I've been framed anyway
They said I'm guilty
I'm guilty
They're guilty and everyone is guilty

The Nap Taker
No - I did not take a nap -
The nap - took - me
off the bed and out the window
far beyond the sea,
to a land where sleepy heads
read only comic books
and lock their naps in iron safes
so that they can't get took.
And soon as I came to that land,
I also came to grief.
The people pointed at me, shouting,
'Where's the nap, you thief?'
They took me to the courthouse.
The judge put on his cap.
He said, 'My child, you are on trial
for taking someone's nap.
'Yes, all you selfish children,
you think just of yourselves
and don't care if the nap you take
belongs to someone else.
It happens that the nap you took
without a thought or care
belongs to Bonnie Bowlingbrook,
who's sittin' cryin' there.
'She hasn't slept in quite some time -
just see her eyelids flap.
She's tired drowsy - cranky too,
'cause guess who took her nap?'
The jury cried, 'You're guilty, yes,
you're guilty as can be.
But just return the nap you took
And we might set you free.'
'I did not take that nap,' I cried,
'I give my solemn vow,
and if I took it by mistake
I do not have it now.'
'Oh fiddle-fudge,' cried out the judge,
your record looks quite sour.
Last night I see you stole a kiss,
Last week you took a shower,
'You beat your eggs, you've whipped your cream,
at work you punched the clock,
You've even killed an hour or two,
we've heard you darn your socks.
We know you shot a basketball,
you've stolen second base,
and we can see you're guilty
from the sleep that's on your face.
'Go lie down on your blanket now
and cry your guilty tears.
I sentence you to one long nap
for ninety million years.
And when the other children see
this nap that never ends,
no child will ever dare to take
somebody's nap again.'

Death Row
Guilty by association
Guilty due to unusual circumstances
Guilty by act of contrition
Keep on taking chances
Some lives are not important
Justice is purchased like hot bagels
If you are poor, you can easily find yourselves under the barrels
Some lives are not important
The bulldozer has plenty of time to differentiate
To choose, to pick and to discriminate
Be at the wrong place at an odd time
Is enough to find a pauper guilty of a first degree crime
It is criminal to be on death row
It is illegal and unconscionable to be so low
When the subject is forced to admit guilt
Where Judge and Prosecutors, members of the cult
Plot to convict an innocent bystander
Some lives are not important
This is sad, the jurors are the clowns of the slaughter house
A human being wearing trousers and a white blouse
Should not be treated like a nymph of the meteor crater.
In reality, under the clouds, there is no justice
Somewhere under the cave, there is a long list
Of countless children of the gods
Which have been executed by all types of cruel methods
Some lives are not important
“Thou shall not kill”, is no longer part
Of the Ten Commandments. The machine has no heart
No soul and no sense of fairness
Some lives are not important
This society of savagery and wilderness
Has to change for the better. The killing has to end
The lynching has to stop. Serious men and women must amend
The Constitution to protect the entire population
No one has the right to kill; the Institution
Ought to do a much better job than in the past
Some lives are not important
The system must be fair, blind and just at last
Blame lions, leopards and tigers, not the sheep
Injustice is too expensive and justice too cheap
It is too easy to accuse, condemn and execute
Bring the Bible, the Koran to teach the Blind and the Mute.

Sonnet: Earthly Judgements are Fallible
Let no Man judge a man for any crime;
Let none sentence him to great punishment;
For land to land, there is a changing clime;
Laws vary under the same firmament.
Accused is not always, guilty of charge;
Many a time, you can't prove innocence;
Many a criminal is always at large;
Sometimes, the law appears to be nonsense.
And these are days of high-tech cyber-crime;
Some heinous crimes occur in lock-ups too;
The crime when done, reforming man is prime;
'Tis natural for cows to only 'moo'.
Forgive the offender and win his heart;
To love your enemy worst, is an art.

Judge
Judge is not here to decide
Who is winner and who is loser.
Judge is here to decide
Who is in right point.
No judge is empower to
Pronounced death sentences
No judge has got power
To give life to the lifeless.
Judge can not decide
The synonyms and antonyms
Judge can not say
The right source for right word.
Judge is not judge
So long as the judge is mortal
Judge is judge
If judge is eternal.

Guilty
Guilty, guilty
Guilty, I'm paralyzed with guilt
It runs through me like a rain through silk
Guilty, my mind won't leave me alone
My teeth are rotted
my lips start to foam
Cause I'm so guilty
Guilty, guilty
Ooohhh guilty
What did I say
What did I say
What did I do
Did I ever do it to you
Don't turn your back, ah
I can't look you in the eye, ah
Eye eye eye eye
I guess I'm guilty as charged
I guess I'm guilty as charged
Guilty, huh, guilty ah, guilty ah, guilty
Guilty guilty guilty guilty guilty
Don't do that
Don't do that
Don't do what
Oh you're such a child
real fool child
Guilty
What can I do
I do it to you
but I do it to me too
Cut off my head
Cut off my head
Cut off my head, ah
Hang me from the yardarm
Guilty, I'm paralyzed with guilt
I've got bad thoughts
I've got an evil clit
Guilty
Guilty, my mind won't leave me alone
I've got a bad mind
I've got a bad bone
Guilty guilty guilty as charged
Guilty
Don't do that
Don't do what
Don't do that
Oh you're such a reckless child
You remember when you were a baby
Do you remember when you were a baby
Do you have a jury, yeah
Do you have a verdict
Guilty as charged
Guilty guilty guilty as charged
Do you have a verdict
Do you have a verdict
I'm guilty
You're guilty
Oh you're such a reckless child
I should beat you
I should hit you
I'll put you in therapy, ah

Who Was The Guilty One?
One was never the one
guilty guilty...
of not loving
other partner enough.
You were meant
to be with me...
eternally but your not.
Therefore
committed you were not...
equal to
a great love
or supreme sacrifices...
needed.
Were you too afraid
to commit to love...
in a gross material age
where everything
is sold at...
market price?
Does your job status
justify justify...
your menial existence?
Or is your life
still meaningful...
with status but no love?
Or is your life
still meaningless...
with status but no love?
One life in the material
where status reigns supreme.
One life in the ephemeral
walking back beyond between.

Guilty By Experience
Why do you think I'm so innocent?
I am not.
'Keep your innocence'.
That's what they would say to me.
What innocence do I have?
Tell me.
I am guilty beyond measured.
I have been abused and neglected.
I am guilty of that.
These eyes have seen and been through things that i shouldn't have.
I am guilty of that.
To think about it,
I have been robbed of my innocence.
'Keep your innocence'
Is what they say to me.
Innocent?
That, I am not.

Is it a sin? is it a crime?
Loving you dear like I do.
If its a crime then Im guilty.
Guilty of loving you.
Maybe Im right, maybe Im wrong
Loving you dear like I do.
If its a sin, then Im guilty.
Guilty of loving you.
What can I do? what can I say
After Ive taken the blame?
You say youre through, youll go your way.
But Ill always feel just the same.

The Mother
Every criminal has a Mother!
And this Mother goes to the *Supreme Court
And begs for his Son!
Then the Magistrate tells her;
'I am sorry Mother, your son has killed another son.'
Then Mom says; 'In Your honourable Court every criminal hangs? '
'That depends on the Witness.' The Judge said politely.
'O.K. Sir, You hang me and send my son home because he wants to be a Judge one day! '
You see, only a Mother can sing that sad song!
[*This special Supreme Court even the Magistrates could practice.]
* To Maxim Gorky for his superb novel 'Mother'.
Quoted from 'get on the bus' (Uniting children with their mothers and fathers in prison.) 'I noticed things about my mother: She was pretty and she looked like me.I found something in common with all the children on the bus. They have a Mother in prison too. -a little girl-

Not Guilty for greenwolfe
Are ignorance and innocence
but two sides of one argument,
If I should sin without intent.
What need have I for penitence?
If sin’s an alien concept
something that is not known to me.
Your point of view that I’m guilty
I see no reason to accept.
If I do what comes naturally.
Obeying Mother Nature’s laws
and I indulge in intercourse.
What blame can then attach to me.
They say that ignorance is bliss
I cannot disagree with this

God Supreme (Cavatina Sequence)
Your domain stretches from heaven to earth,
the universe
carries the signs of your own supreme will,
nothing perverse
is ever present in Your holy court,
respectful, terse,
mighty beings act in Your great presence,
as to all of life You are the essence;
intimately You do know each being,
notices mere man,
records and comprehends each word and deed
in a lifespan
and your grace and love reaches out boundless,
while you do plan
an end to all that is painful and impure,
in a kingdom that will endlessly endure.

D. U. I.
D. u. I. (11/8/11)
The judge asked: why was you speeding?
Why was you going so fast?
Why didn’t you ease up on the gas?
Your honor: I was Driving Under The Influence
Of her love.
I felt like a shooting star up above.
She has me intoxicated from head to toe
I don’t know which way to go.
She captured my heart and won’t let go
Her love is all I know.
Her love so mellow - so sweet, so fine
I feel like I’m high on wine.
If you are going to convict me for loving her
Then I stand as guilty as can be
For she has become a part of me.
Sentence me to a life of love
For she is the only one I could think of.
She already has my heart in jail
And I refuse to post my bail.
The judge looked at me as I stood in place
You are dismissed “ there is no case”.
