The Eclipse
This world has been without its moon for far too long
Steadfastly clinging to the silent sky.
Must light be absent from mankind's arid heart?
Darkness hides its soul and spares not the one that glows
Will not the earth be apprehensive of the gloom this brings?
Nightly shadows hover in a pause to mark a very worthy cause
For without love, peace will surely elude us all.

Flick The Switch
Will you flick the switch and turn on the light,
dusk is here bringing in the night.
Without light I'm really struggling to see,
and being half blind isn't helping me.
How can you be without light in the room,
you're sitting in shadows cast by the moon?
Is it because the darkness brings you peace
and without the light your stresses cease?
You don't seem to look in the mirror nowadays,
is this because you're hiding from your age,
or is there something worse that's troubling you,
something I should know, that's long overdue.
I know I don't see you very often in the day,
because you have to spend time away.
Once in a while it would be nice to see you smile,
so come out of the shadows for a little while.
Or is there something you don't want me to see,
with my eyes you could hide the world from me?
There, that's much better the light's on for a change,
why can't I see you, this is uncomfortably strange?

Peace Within
The wind is blowing gaily, the page is trying to turn.
My hair has it's own independent way and my heart is at PEACE.
My peace I give you, not as the world gives it (John 14: 27)
A peace that rests inside as though like Jesus sleeping peacefully on the wind tossed boat, secure in His Father's LOVE. (Mark 4: 38)
I move and Your peace moves WITH me.
Your sun calms the cold breeze on my face.
The shine in my heart - You LORD - brings perfect peace.
The mosques chatter restlessly, no peace is found within and none is taken out.
The politicians speak many platitudes but no peace lies within the words.
Peace is found externally and internally in YOUR WORD O LORD!
Refuge, rest, sanctuary in the knowledge of YOUR LOVE that resonates into our souls into eternity.
My soul finds rest in God alone (Psalm 62)
Those who believe in Jesus Christ carry PEACE, can calm troubled hearts, give light in their darkness, bring hunger to know that everlasting peace.
Only You O LORD can give us PEACE.
Only YOU!
Amen!

Peace is what the world needs fast
Peace is required most
Peace can't come by waging wars
Peace is born through great efforts!
Peace can dwell when love prevails
Peace is the driving force
Peace must last forever to
Keep the world love life firstly
Peace is the priceless wealth much sought
Peace must start from homes
Peace must spread through all nations
And fill hearts and minds of men
Peace is one that brings progress
Peace can bridge differences

Christ: The Light Of The World
A nightly vision came to me, as in the dream I slept,
Pertaining to humanity and every tear once wept...
But God refused to let it lie, without a hope or prayer
And on the future, let me spy, my broken heart to spare.
I saw the Earth amid the stars... and sun and moon above,
It teemed with life, as if not sparce, yet here, more than enough.
And this new Earth was beaming light, just like the sun and moon,
It truly was a wondrous sight and to my eyes, a boon!
It simply took my breath away! I asked God to explain...
He said the vision won't delay, the Earth will smile again...
With humans by the billions now, awaiting Christ's return,
Beyond the times God must allow and lessons still to learn...
The Earth was filled with melodies, from both the young and old,
The creatures forming harmonies of greater worth than gold...
Men prayed, Lord, heal the planet, too, let planet Earth be blessed!
Yes, this was what my eyes could view, a new Earth at its best...
Then darkness melted in my mind, to steal the dream within,
As if my very soul was blind, by doubts and pain and sin.
When I awoke upon my bed, the blankets I unfurled
And at God's painting smiled instead: Christ: the Light of the World!

Dark and Light
Darkness and Light
Too different to be friends
Too much chaos to find the ends
Darkness chases off the Light
In return Light brings a fight
Darkness hides all your fears
Where no one can see the tears
Light brings hope and better life
Cutting Darkness with a knife
In the Light, my body you will find
While in Darkness resides my mind
The sound of music.......
The sound of music gives us so much emotions
and that plays a melody deep in our heart greatly
All the sound on the earth are like music
and the music brings love and enjoyment to our life
Music expresses universal language of the world
and brings people together where ever they live
The music is the best gift of God to all of us
where its fills our soul with peace and mind with creativity
Every music has its own rhythm
and it's creates a great sound of music
Music in the mountain brings peace in our heart
and music in the ocean fills our soul with love
When I hear the sound of music
then I begin to write a song as a soul of music
If you don't love the sound of music
then your soul will be unsung
Because music can put life in to a dead man

Metamorphosis (Renga)
Co-authored with Tim Drew
A heart’s sacred trust
Fragile and easily bruised
Murder of the soul
Sheltered by walls of numbness
Condemned to a living death
A life with no soul
The pained motion of living
No one understands
A beggar at mercy’s door
Heart and soul long to be healed
Child of innocence
No longer is the soul pure
Desperately seeking
Fervently searching for soul
Seeking warm sanctuary
Longing for answers
Shell of what was once living
Utter emptiness
Hiding from the sight of God
Yearning for a safe haven
Child of the shadows
Seeking ways out of darkness
Starving for the light
Darkness is more familiar
Invisible from our sight
Bruises unnoticed
Such tormented innocence
Self is shamed away
Tainted by the sins of man
God's love will never falter
Accepting God's light
Shame begins to melt away
Innocence reborn
True healing comes from within
By the grace of God
Shining in the light
Through Him all things possible
Innocence reborn
A new path lit by God's love
Loved unconditionally
Out of the shadows
Behold, the new child of God
Sacred trust restored
A new measure of balance
New path of truth, love, and light
Welcome this new day
Divine child shines with the light
Safe haven is found
Deep love from salvation’s hand
Rendered to this world in peace

Shadows Fall
Shadows had been casted way back when, but the light will be there till the end
Misery is not in sight, for the future brings a stronger light
The light of thee and the light of thou, skeptics question why...what....how
It's the fuel that drives this flame, nothing but love no one to blame
Friendship at hand and at the side, only the bad man will run and hide
Times our tough and rough this is true, no more pain in the rain that's all but blue
This light will blind you if unaware, casting that shadow how you dare
Shadows weaken as the light is glowing, one more light has joined see 'em growing
Those in the dark and in self tormoil, may only find their peace in earth's soil
Sad to say that not all is well, shadows casted by the one's that live in hell
Shadows weaken day by day, the light grows stonger truth in what I say
The chains that bind will be unbound, back in your hell play with the hound
Blame this soul or that one too, shadows will fall how so true
It started a long time ago, nothing can be done except see it grow

Candles In My Heart
Beholding yourself in me,
Your filaments all over,
Its dawn in my world
Light the candles in my heart,
Shed light upon thee,
Chase the darkness away
My heart is mirrored along,
Reflections and purity,
You brought a luminous
Who then shall put a spark,
Your hands are worthy beautiful,
Light up my heart beautiful one
There was a fire, they screamed
You and I know ourselves,
Light up the candles please
Love is knocking at your door,
Asking only few not more,
Complete me and make me whole
Upon when shall I be in darkness,
Angiushing in great loniless,
Stretch your arm, i need a caress
My heart want to burn with love,
Behold its a right and perfect move,
Set my heart ablaze my love
I have been waiting for long,
Until when shall you light the candles,
I need a flame my love

Peace Came
When peace came,
I showered under streaming light
- Silent, settling -
Effectuating over all -
The reassurance drunk
From Mother Nature's breast.
And rays channeled through
The greys of ancient gloom
That paste the hopelessness of
Dying on the battlefield or
The losing out upon a risk
In love;
Byes to precious life
(A husband, child, a wife) :
Or failure:
Crashed careers; bleak depression,
The fallen - ruined, spurned -
Covered in veneers of rasping blight.
When peace came, a gate begged
A gentle path inviting me to
Stroll through verdant fields of spring,
Bristling with a bouncing life
Of colour; flowers cheering to
The air ‘We have a chance in nature! '
When peace came, my addled head was
Reconciling, airing, ringing true -
The sense of crushing pressure dead;
Instead, I flamed a faith anew!
When peace came, I saw our youth
Inside a multicultural womb; our
Death was pointing to a proud
And glorious tomb engraved with words of
Freedom for the soul that was when
Once a body whence it thrived.
When peace came, there happened you -
A fragrance dancing ‘gainst a new and
Frightened innocence of beauty
- Eyes ready; slender arms of care -
A tender skin to be caressed.
And we were blessed by starting fresh
In rhythms of pervading warmth;
Serenity.

On the Face of the Moon
I feel your pain running deep,
By the light of the moon I see you weep,
Lost and lonely in a crowd,
You shout your thoughts out loud,
Is there nothing sacred on earth?
Is there no love without dirt?
Your heart is on the moon,
Craters filled with gloom,
To whom will you turn,
Loves ashes fill the urn,
Why, oh why, did I forget?
This is no time for regret,
I should have taken more time,
Your pain is greater than mine,
It's never too late, love can be great!
Love lost, need not be your fate!
Your heart is on the moon,
Craters filled with gloom,
To whom will you turn,
Loves ashes fill the urn,
They never meant to cause you pain,
Love lets them live their game,
We watch and learn about life,
There is no need for strife,
I'll wait for you on the face of the moon,
Stars shining bright, lift the gloom,
Your heart in the clouds,
Far from the crowds,
Eyes bright as stars,
Life might be better on Mars?

The Light of Christ In The Present Darkness
As the world becomes much darker, we have one hope that's brighter,
And as this world sinks even lower, our hope above is even higher,
Many people alive today look to a world body for the hope it brings,
And there is a darker man of deception who is waiting in the wings.
He's coming with a plan for peace while promising many other things,
But, through his false deceptive peace he will destroy many beings.
So as the days do get darker, we must indeed shine forth our light,
For the very day that we are raptured, will become the darkest night.
The needed Light for this darkness is The Light of Christ my friend,
He's the only Hope for the entire world as it spins towards the end.
After Christ left the earth He sent The Spirit with power and might,
For its The Holy Spirit within us who helps us send forth His Light.
For God gave us not a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of His power,
And that my friend should encourage us in the darkness of this hour.
But many Christians allow the world to put a basket over their light,
When the time it is really needed, is in the darkness of the night.
All through David's darkest trials, he joyfully lifted up The Lord,
Even in his darkest hour with true repentance his light was restored.
With the day almost over, like King David, we can say in the night,
You are my lamp, O LORD; for the LORD turns my darkness into light.

Sonnet: Lasting Peace on Earth
The peace that’s found on earth lasts not for long,
As leaders break their promises often;
The peace that wars bring serves to just prolong
The rivalries, when differences soften.
Man needs the peace of mind, of heart and soul,
Apart from peace surrounding his earth’s space;
Progress in fields occurs when peace is goal,
And keeps the health and wealth of human race.
The peace that wars unleash is quite futile;
The peace that dialogues bring, much better;
The peace that world bodies give is fragile;
The Maker is the final peace-setter!
The peace that man bestows on earth is short;
The peace that God ushers, none can abort!

Come Here - Light
After light comes darkness
And after darkness comes light
For you and with - I shall caress
And fly onto your flight
To the sunshine nearby
Just across the dim sea
Through the blue morning sky
That the soul sets free
Every hour of the dark
Shall not dwell on too long
For the gleams must spark
In a new day breaking song
That shall melt any ice
That has broken its way
In the roots full of lies
That now meet brighter day
Come here with your speech
In to love of the far
With every thought it’ll teach
Of peace – not of war
Come here in your wings
Fly among true love
With what it to the heart brings
Full of sunshine from above

The Setting Of The Moon
As, in the lonely night,
Above the silvered fields and streams
Where zephyr gently blows,
And myriad objects vague,
Illusions, that deceive,
Their distant shadows weave
Amid the silent rills,
The trees, the hedges, villages, and hills;
Arrived at heaven's boundary,
Behind the Apennine or Alp,
Or into the deep bosom of the sea,
The moon descends, the world grows dim;
The shadows disappear, darkness profound
Falls on each hill and vale around,
And night is desolate,
And singing, with his plaintive lay,
The parting gleam of friendly light
The traveller greets, whose radiance bright,
Till now, hath guided him upon his way;
So vanishes, so desolate
Youth leaves our mortal state.
The shadows disappear,
And the illusions dear;
And in the distance fading all, are seen
The hopes on which our suffering natures lean.
Abandoned and forlorn
Our lives remain;
And the bewildered traveller, in vain,
As he its course surveys,
To find the end, or object tries,
Of the long path that still before him lies.
A hopeless darkness o'er him steals;
Himself an alien on the earth he feels.
Too happy, and too gay
Would our hard lot appear
To those who placed us here, if youth,
Whose every joy is born of pain,
Through all our days were suffered to remain;
Too merciful the law,
That sentences each animal to death,
Did not the road that leads to it,
E'er half-completed, unto us appear
Than death itself more sad and drear.
Thou blest invention of the Gods,
And worthy of their intellects divine,
Old age, the last of all our ills,
When our desires still linger on,
Though every ray of hope is gone;
When pleasure's fountains all are dried,
Our pains increasing, every joy denied!
Ye hills, and vales, and fields,
Though in the west hath set the radiant orb
That shed its lustre on the veil of night,
Will not long time remain bereft,
In hopeless darkness left?
Ye soon will see the eastern sky
Grow white again, the dawn arise,
Precursor of the sun,
Who with the splendor of his rays
Will all the scene irradiate,
And with his floods of light
The fields of heaven and earth will inundate.
But mortal life,
When lovely youth has gone,
Is colored with no other light,
And knows no other dawn.
The rest is hopeless wretchedness and gloom;
The journey's end, the dark and silent tomb.

God’s Love is Christmas
The love of God was born on Christmas Day,
As baby Jesus slept upon the hay,
With Star of Bethlehem showing the way,
To Magi, who worshipped him, as he lay!
The love of God was showered upon earth,
As Virgin Mother Mary gave this birth,
And bestowed upon mankind immense mirth,
As living life on earth got back its worth!
God Himself came to earth as baby boy,
And brought the peace and everlasting joy,
Through His one Son, the King of kings and Lord,
As sins were forgiven including rod.
The love that entered earth from God’s own heart,
Took human form to live in poverty,
And gave the world new hope and destiny –
Unraveled mystery great on God’s part.
The God of love showed love unfathomed yet;
For man, His most beloved of all creatures;
And opened heaven to all, new trend-set,
As souls of mankind went into raptures!
O Emmanuel, the world welcomes You, Lord;
O Messiah, the world accepts You, God.
No death or tribulations matter now,
As mankind pledges its obeisance, love!
Thus, Christmas Day is all about God’s love,
Uniquely unsurpassed and rather rare,
And gave the Holy Cross for Son to bear,
Redeeming sinners, sending His peace-dove.

Autumn
In her arms unconscious lying,
Cytherea's love is dying.
On the hill and in the valley,
Through the grove and sun-lit alley,
Drooping flower and fading leaf
Share her grief.
But in realms of gloom and night
Proserpina wreathes her hair,
And a gleam of tender light
Seems to pierce the darkness there:
"Ah!" she sighs, "I long have waited
With the calm of hopeless pain,
But to me, the sorrow-fated,
Comes the lost one back again!
Lovely things that seem to die
Hither now will quickly hie,
And to-morrow, in the gloom
Of this sad and sunless tomb,
Butterflies will lightly hover,
As o'er meadows fair;" she saith,
"For Adonis brings the clover
With his breath!"

Christmas 2007 Song – 12
Joy to the world, a Savior’s born!
Peace to men of good-will!
Let every heart receive the Lord;
Pay homage to the king;
Adore the King of kings;
As heaven rejoices, mankind sings!
Joy to the earth, God’s Son is born!
He chose the humblest way!
Let every soul receive His grace;
Ask forgiveness of sins;
Receive the peace, He brings;
As heaven rejoices, mankind sings!
Joy to all souls, for Jesus’ born
Of Virgin Mary Queen!
Let everyone, heed to His call;
Redeemer of the world;
Heaven is nigh to all;
As heaven rejoices, mankind sings!
Joy to the world on Christmas Day!
Christ has come for sinners;
Repent and be saved;
The Lord has paid the price,
By death upon the cross;
By death upon the cross;
As heaven rejoices, mankind sings!

He Brings Salvation
It is God alone, who brings, Salvation in The King of kings,
He is the very Lord of lords, whom to all the world affords,
God’s Gift of Eternal Life, through the Savior, Jesus Christ,
Offering to all a second birth, to every willing soul on earth.
For God alone is The One, Who sent to earth His Only Son,
Who set aside His Majesty, to live on earth for you and me,
Coming to earth as a child, born in a stable, meek and mild,
Starting in that lowly place; was for us, God’s gift of Grace.
The vessel of how we are saved, from a world so depraved,
In a world dark as the night, Christ became this world’s light,
The center of salvation’s plan, isn’t us, but, The Son of Man,
Sent to earth by God’s Grace, to save the entire human race.
With mankind the focus of, the Lord God’s unmatched Love,
A Love offering all we need, as Christ alone would intercede,
For sinners such as you and I, when He came to earth to die,
Paying God’s Supreme Price, becoming for all His Sacrifice.
From His death He would rise, to His throne above the skies,
And here on earth as we believe, God’s Salvation we receive,
As the only work required of us, is to in Christ place our trust,
For it’s all God’s work of Grace, when I come to Him by faith.

No Sun or Moon
Shadows cast over shadows
until they’re the darkest black.
When will the Earth be as before,
when will the light be back?
It’s months since we’ve seen the sun
and our skins are turning white.
The food and water is running out
and we desperately need the light.
Will we ever see blue skies again
and I would love to see the moon?
What can we do with the darkened sky
something better happen soon?
Women are giving sex for nourishment
and some are still having kids.
What future do these children have
with their cribs of dustbin lids?
I would love to look on the brighter side,
but in a world of darkness this cannot be.
I think the best thing that we can do
is dig a hole for you and me.
