My Star Shines Bright

No matter how dark things seem around me, my star shines bright…

When there is only Darkness…and no light…

My star shines bright.

When I am out in the night…

My star shines bright.

When there is no sun, moon, or any other star in site.

My star…Shines bright.

Things in my life my not always be fair…

But I have my star and its Sparkling Glare

My Goal is clearly not in sight…

But I can find it, with my star that shines bright.

I can see the light

With my star that shines bright.

Turns the darkness of the night

Into the sparkling sight

Of the Glimmering Light! !

I see your star..

Bright as the entire heavens themslves.

Orion

Orion, wont you give me your star sign
Orion, get up on the sky-line
Im high on my hill and I feel fine
Orion, lets sip the heavens heady wine
Orion, light your lights:
Come guard the open spaces
From the black horizon to the pillow where I lie.
Your faithful dog shines brighter than its lord and master
Your jewelled sword twinkles as the world rolls by.
So come up singing above the cloudy cover
Stare through at people who toss fitful in their sleep.
I know youre watching as the old gent by the station
Scuffs his toes on old fag packets lying in the street
And silver shadows flick across the closing bistro.
Sweet waiters link their arms and patter down the street,
Their words lost blowing on cold winds in darkest chelsea.
Prime years fly fading with each young hearts beat
Orion, wont you make me a star sign

Moon Shadow

Starmlight, star...
...bright on the ground,
the moon shines its
on its mother
planet

Black is now bright
showing the snowshoe,
and the valley stag
rustling through night

Creatures flea for safety
as the moon seizes the
souls of those who get
caught in its rays

The moon ceases its
dictatorship, but fight for

One more day’s work for Jesus,
One less of life for me!
But Heav’n is nearer, and Christ is clearer
Than yesterday, to me.
His love and light fill all my soul tonight.

Dimmer Gets the Light

...and dimmer gets the light.
Dimmer does it get for them...
The ones in debate,
On how to do things right.
Wondering if they select one thing,
Will those on the left,
Choose to fight with anger...
Until all days ahead turn into night!
Conflicts continue.
And those of brightness leave.
They take a hike!
...and dimmer it gets for those who can not see!
Dimmer until it becomes bitter in the dark.
And bitterness is all that descends!
Splitting all into hatred.
Sending a hatred fed to feed until all are dead!
Dead from a truth dieing from a lack of belief.
And the dimming that succeeds leaves all to bleed,
In agreement.

Out in the garden
