I sit in the shade under the chestnut-tree
I sit in the shade
under the chestnut-tree
with the golden ginger cat on my lap
who pushes his front paws
around my hands
bending them to hold on to me
with nails just touching me
and his golden eyes
looks lovingly up into mine
while he licks me
with a pink grating tongue
and I am again without you.
I read a poem in Ted Hughes’s
“Birthday Letters”
telling about how
he met his wife
and the hours of my birthday
now passes very slowly
after I had to say goodbye
to you again
and the sky is blue
and now cloudless
as if the sun
is specially shining for me today
and I do not know
what to do
to get you back again
and my spirit is tired
and it’s a hell of a thing
to be alone once more.

For my Persian cat in autumn
Curled up he lays in the last bit of summer sun
that falls in the autumn,
he sometimes scale the chestnut tree
of which the stripped branches
grabs at the dull blue sky
to stretch himself out on the roof of the garage,
where he continually licks at his ginger coat
and when unexpectedly a thunderstorm arises
he lies on the porch curled up in a bundle,
looking at the falling drops
until a bolt of lightning falls on the paving in front of him,
where he looks startled at the bang
and with big golden eyes
that almost draws close does call.

Pray for them.
Grasp that and gift of wishes,

Happy birthday(cruel undertone reveled)
Happy birthday today you were born,
happy birthday you die a little more,
happy birthday here's to another year of suffering,
happy birthday eat some yummy cake while you slowly deteriorate,
happy birthday your dying as we speak,
isn't it ironic that we are celebrating your birth while were also celebrating your death,
so happy birthday today
your turn 15
I wish you a less suffering year
and a nice peaceful death

My Birthday
Today's my birthday
Thought you'd be here to stay
Thought i'd see your eyes gleam
As we run through meadows green
Feel the warmth of your hand
As we walk over the sand
Thought i'd have you next to me
Wild and free, a sight to see.
Share our dreams and our life
The happiness and the strife
But today's my birthday
And you've run away
I've got a hole in my heart
And you are still tearing it apart.
The memories and things we shared
Now have become my nightmares
I wish i could change it all
But it never was my call
I gave everything i had
And got stabbed in the back
Today's my birthday
I thought you would stay
Today's my birthday
But it doesnt matter anyway
Cause today's my birthday
But you ran away

Further he lies silent
When with his long fur coat
he comes and lies on my lap
and look at me with golden eyes
with black pupils,
his front paws tread softly
while he makes a nest for himself.
There’s a purr sound
coming from his throat
and further he lies silent
while my fingers
stroke his head
and woolly ginger stomach
and two paws
gather my hand at times
like only my serval can

Sarah’s Special Birthday
There once was a girl named Sarah who had a special toy,
Her toy was a doll named Melodie who brought her lots of joy.
One night when Sarah fell asleep with Melodie in her hand,
Sarah started dreaming she was in a faraway land.
This land was filled with beautiful flowers, birds and butterflies,
This was the land of Krendoll where magical dolls come alive!
Then Sarah saw a shadow along side a tree,
She notices it’s Melodie as happy as can be!
Melodie is sitting on a magical unicorn, the unicorn is fair, soft and
white
The unicorn’s name is UniCandle with his horn shining bright!
Melodie jumps off of UniCandle who lets her to the ground,
And Sarah notices many, many, many presents all around.
The presents are all wrapped with big shiny bows,
They all fit in a glittering cart that has a glittering glow.
“It’s a Special Birthday for…guess who? You guessed it shouts
Melodie, Sarah all the presents are for you! ”
“The magic of your Special Dream brought you to this land,
The land of Special Birthdays is right where you now stand! ”
Then all of a sudden, UniCandle’s horn lit up a deep orange blue,
The flickering of his golden flame would make Sarah’s birthday wish
come true!
Then Melodie moved the cart with the help of the big golden handles,
So UniCandle could reach Sarah’s birthday cake and light Sarah’s
birthday candle.
Once lit Sarah’s birthday candle shined a sparkling hue, then Sarah
blew…and blew,
But the candle would not blow out, so Sarah started to shout, “What am
I to do? ”
“Close your eyes, make a wish and then count to three,
Then your birthday candle will blow out, just you wait and see! ”
So Sarah did as she was told, and started noticing sparkles of gold.
Sarah couldn’t believe what she had found.
She had received a beautiful birthstone gown, along with a beautiful
birthstone crown!
“See Sarah, your birthday wish did come true, all of these birthday gifts
are for you! ”
Then Melodie put the crown on top of Sarah’s head,
and before Sarah knew it she was back in her own bed.
Sarah awoke with Melodie in her hand,
And noticed Melodie was holding a birthday card with a golden strand.
Sarah opened it to see what it might say, it said:
“Happy Birthday Sarah, for you are 5 today! ! ”
Sarah couldn’t believe it and was happy as can be,
She had received a birthday card from UniCandle and Melodie! !
So when you go to bed at night, and see a star shining bright,
Just think of Krendoll faraway, and in your heart it will stay! ”
The End.

Happy Birthday Love
For my wife who is -? Today
Today is your birthday
and you are telling everyone
that you are twenty-one years young.
The children don’t believe it
as it makes you younger that them.
When you tell them they say,
“In your dreams, mum.”
However, having said that
you are twenty-one to me
still filled with love and vitality.
We’re still young as when we fell in love
and today is your birthday.
You are sure to have a good one
surrounded by friends and family.
That is all I have to say except
Happy Birthday Love,
have a wonderful day.
Your loving husband David,
the one born down on the funny farm.

Chance
CHORUS
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye"
You expected me to sit around and wait for you
I'm telling you boy that you're not that fly
VERSE 1
See you're the one who told me a pack of lies
It was obvious from the guilty look in your eyes
But really boy it comes as no surprise
That you were playing me
Now you thought it was enough to spend your money on me
When I really wanna spend time in your company
I've tried so many times to make you see
That you can't buy my love
CHORUS
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye"
You expected me to sit around and wait for you
I'm telling you boy that you're not that fly
Now you're watching me on the dancefloor
Wishing you and I could have been more
You had your chance with me
VERSE 2
Now I'm free to do whatever the hell I like
I can call my girls and go out and party all night
My soul has been uplifted and it feels so right
Now you're not in my heart
CHORUS
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye"
You expected me to sit around and wait for you
I'm telling you boy that you're not that fly
Now you're watching me on the dancefloor
Wishing you and I could have been more
You had your chance with me
MIDDLE 8
Uh huh, come on, it ain't your birthday, it ain't your birthday
Uh huh, come on, it ain't your birthday, it ain't your birthday
Don't think I don't know boy, my cash it brought you joy
Most things you own, don't mean to moan but it's not OK boy
Don't think I don't know boy, my cash it brought you joy
You had your chance with me
CHORUS x2
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye"
You expected me to sit around and wait for you
I'm telling you boy that you're not that fly
Now you're watching me on the dancefloor
Wishing you and I could have been more
You had your chance with me
Don't think I don't know boy, my cash it brought you joy
Most things you own, don't mean to moan but it's not OK boy
Don't think I don't know boy, my cash it brought you joy
You had your chance with me
CHORUS
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye"
You expected me to sit around and wait for you
I'm telling you boy that you're not that fly
Now you're watching me on the dancefloor
Wishing you and I could have been more
You had your chance with me
When you see me in the club with another guy,
Remember it was you who said "goodbye

Birthday Poem
Birthday Poem
Happy birthday
The festive occasion
Wishing me well
This gaping greedy hole
Too deep for an almond tree
Wonderful birthday
I’m the oldest in my family
The rest have died
Seventy two years old
Am I immortal?
Blissful birthday
Carefree October month
A drifting ice floe
Breaking up in the ocean
Who will rescue me now?

Happy Birthday
You know it doesnt make much sense
There ought to be a law against
Anyone who takes offense
At a day in your celebration
cause we all know in our minds
That there ought to be a time
That we can set aside
To show just how much we love you
And Im sure you would agree
It couldnt fit more perfectly
Than to have a world party on the day you came to be
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
I just never understood
How a man who died for good
Could not have a day that would
Be set aside for his recognition
Because it should never be
Just because some cannot see
The dream as clear as he
That they should make it become an illusion
And we all know everything
That he stood for time will bring
For in peace our hearts will sing
Thanks to martin luther king
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Why has there never been a holiday
Where peace is celebrated
All throughout the world
The time is overdue
For people like me and you
Who know the way to truth
Is love and unity to all gods children
It should never be a great event
And the whole day should be spent
In full remembrance
Of those who lived and died for the oneness of all people
So let us all begin
We know that love can win
Let it out dont hold it in
Sing it loud as you can
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday
Happy birthday
Happy birthday
Happy birthday
Ooh yeah
Happy birthday...
We know the key to unify all people
Is in the dream that you had so long ago
That lives in all of the hearts of people
That believe in unity
Well make the dream become a reality
I know we will
Because our hearts tell us so

I Want A Boy For My Birthday
Sha la la la la la la la
Sha la la sha la la
Sha la la la la la la la
Sha la la sha la la
I want a boy for my birthday
Thats what Ive been dreaming of
I wont have a happy birthday
Without a boy to love
Dont want a bracelet with golden charms
Cuz that wont fill my empty arms
Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah
I want a boy to love
Sha la la la la la la la
(oh oh oh)
Sha la la sha la la
I want a boy for my birthday
Thats the present that I need the most
Just a boy for my birthday
One wholl love to hold me close
Doesnt matter if hes short or tall
Just as long as he gives his all
Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah
I want a boy to love
I want a boy whos gonna treat me right
(yeah yeah yeah)
Hug me, kiss me, squeeze me day and night
I want a boy for my birthday
He doesnt have to be too smart
Just as long as he loves me
And keeps me in his heart
I want a boy to comfort me
And treat me tenderly
Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah
I want a boy to love
Sha la la la la la la la

Just Go Away

Without you,
Which might have been just a dream.

Sunny Day Thoughts
The sun’s shining bright
The clothesline is full
It makes me feel happy
Not a moment is dull
As I woke up this morning
A life check I did
Yep, looks very good
All important things said
My marriage is happy
My kids doing well
My grandkids are healthy
They make my heart swell
Today is my birthday
Happy Birthday to me
Mamta sent sweet wishes
From across the sea
It just can’t get better than that
And before the day’s through
More birthday wishes will come
Saying, “Happy Birthday to you”
Ah yes, sunny day thoughts
And birthday wishes
For all those who noticed
I send big hugs and kisses!

For everyone on their Birthday
Today is your birthday
may the celebration
last the whole year through.
May everyday be filled
with surprises just for you.
May fortune perch upon your door
and never fly away.
May you be granted all your wishes
and may they all come true.
Now there is one last thing to say
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.
