Church Street Bomb blast

Forgive
forgive them
who set the bomb
slaughtering nineteen people
wounding and maiming two hundred more
who sit in parliament with blood on their hands
being responsible in ordering numerous killings,
not being held responsible or caring about it now,
killing innocent civilian children, women and men
whose blood, body parts, guts and broken bodies I saw
and now the elements have washed away what was left of some
and yet I will not forget this madness and cruelty, which made man loose all humanity.

In The Time That It Takes To Park A Cream Coloured Car

On a autumn day in the time
that it takes to park a cream coloured car
a devastating ball of fire, of flame
detonates shattering
in Church Street, Pretoria
on the twentieth of May nineteen eighty three

causing shrapnel to fly down in the street
splintering, scattering
flying, piercing glass
from all the buildings facing the street
in a deadly shimmering rain

murdering, maiming blowing to bits
the innocent civilian men, women and children
passing by in the street

for a political cause
giving a loud hell of a bang
of a applause
as if the whole of humanity
has gone insane
leaving blood, guts, body parts
and the survivors in terrible pain.

Living Bomb

I am ready for death
But I'll take many of you with me
In the name of right cause
I'll stain with blood
As a living bomb I roam streets
Heading for a destination place
Where sacrifice will be made
Deeply breathe air last time
Quartered bodies of women and children
Innocent people massacred through explosion
Unaware of threat, they left their own houses
When I roamed streets as a living bomb

Father Forgive

Father forgive,
The hatred which divides
Nation from nation
Race from race
And class from class.

Father forgive,
The covetous desires
Of people and nations
To possess
What is not their own.

Father forgive,
Our greed which
Exploits the work,
Of human hands
And lays waste to the Earth.

Father forgive,
Our envy,
Of the welfare
And happiness
Of others.

Father forgive,
Our indifference,
To the plight
Of the imprisoned
The homeless
And the refugee.

Father forgive,
The lust which
Dishonors the bodies
Of men, women,
And children.

Father forgive,
The pride which leads us,
To trust in ourselves
And not in God.

Dhammic Socialism

if you break down the teachings...
of Jesus, Buddha, and all the great
spiritual teachers...
looked at their lives,
and their paths,
would this not be it?

break down prejudice,
profit, and materialism...
to the core of our beings,
we are family.

we need each other,
need to be needed by each other.
compassion demands
that we are responsible!

the fact that we allow
people to go hungry,
to be homeless,
to suffer...
while we seek to acquire
with insatiable thrust...

is nauseating!

the fact that we go to war
over territories and oil...
killing women and children,
is atrocious!

we are part of each other...
individual parts,
but parts of the whole.
we are responsible,
to and for each other.

not nations, not parties,
but communities,
involved, living
to and for each other...

Please, forgive me my love, my love

Please forgive me my words, my love.
Please forgive me my touch, my love.
Please forgive me my passion, my love.
Please forgive me my madness, my love.
Please forgive me my weakness, my love.

For I have
Not more than these lips
Not more than these two hands
Not more than this body
Not more than a dream.

So please forgive me my love, my love.

What has happened

What has happened?
People were all brains
They were inclined to peace
About one step far
Then suddenly
People went mad
Fire everywhere
Blood will have blood*
Children like broken winged birds
Covered with blood
Blood will have blood*
This is madness
Blind madness
And nobody knows
What has happened!

Come!

come...
let us wash our bloody hands
in the river that does not choose.
let us take our veangeful hearts
and lay them at the door.
let us dropp our arrogant poses,
and reveal who we are.
let us forgive, and be forgiven...

for every child that dies of starvation,
for every bomb that's dropped.
for every homeless family,
for every broken home.
for every prisoner, every victim,
every hater, and their hate...
for every man and women beaten down,
living day to day in poverty.
for every winner and every loser,
for every unwanted baby...

for every war,
for every tree cut down,
for the smoke that fills our skies,
the oil that defiles our waters...
for every deal made at the expense of humanity...
for every lie sold as the truth!

for every bullet,
for every nuclear accident,
for every act of discrimination...
for every prayer not prayed.

for every apathetic action,
and inaction...
for every voice of freedom
we allow to be imprisoned or killed.
for every chance we let pass by,
for every time we just walk away...

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE!

come!

Sonnet: Forgive Them God, Lord

Forgive them God, they know not what they do;
Forgive them Lord, they know not what they say;
Forgive them God, they are my siblings too;
Forgive them Lord, they seem just bad today!

Forgive them God, they were all born with me;
Forgive them Lord, they suffered really;
Forgive them God; they were so good truly;
Forgive them Lord, they have done their duty!

Forgive them God, the tempter has them prey;
Forgive them Lord, they were so sad most days;
Federal been God and send your guardian fay;
Forgive them Lord, they have innocent face!

Forgive them God; I’ll pray for them instead;
Forgive them Lord; better You strike me dead!

you are responsible for blood shed
you are responsible for violence
you kill innocent people
i can do what you cannot do

Darkness

Greed
Causing innocent blood to flow
Entire culture lost in the overthrow
They came to see, take whatever they please
Then all they gave back was death and disease
People were left with no choice but to decide
To conform to a system responsible for genocide
Responsible for genocide, responsible for genocide
Aids is killing the entire african nation
And a vaccine is still supposedly under preparation
But these governments, they dont mind the procrastination.
They say well kill them off, take their land and go there for vacation
My peoples culture was strong and was pure
And if not for that white greed, it would have endured
My people were left with no choice but to decide
To conform to a system
Their minds did slay
Their souls they cage
You feel the rage
This brutality can never be undone
But the sun has not yet set
The bass and drums and microphone a threat
Thats when youve got to get the cry from the inside
And see that theyre responsible for genocide
Responsible for genocide, responsible for genocide
You jam your culture down my throat
Say Im inferior when apon it I choke
You fill my mind with a false sense of history
And then you wonder why I have no identity
Well strike a match and itll catch
And spread the insight we need
A tiny fire burning bright
Shedding light on the darkness of greed
A yes yes yall and you dont stop
Shedding light on the darkness of greed
A yes yes yall and you dont stop
Shedding light on the darkness of greed

Forgive me

Forgive me
As I forgive thee
I know you are heart broken
But still you can forgive

I made you look smart
Without knowing you are full of hate
As the phrase says forgive and forget
If you don't do so, one day you'll regret

What goes round comes round
Remember this life is irrelevant
And you already know that
The blessings are those you receive
But still can't forgive

I know that I was wrong
Even though am very strong
But I can't show you my strength
But only to tell you the truth

Cried for Hours

I cried for hours
It was no fault of theirs
They lost the precious lives
My eyes could not believe

How all of sudden man can go wild
Sudden change of turning blind
What would happen to this holy land?
Where foes may act cruel but as friend

Why I should blame the luck?
On simple way I have been struck
I find no hope of survival
It is apparently seen as terror’s arrival

Many lie shattered in pool of blood
All have come here in search of food
They are met with tragic death
We may lament the attack and lay the wreath

I feel like crying further
No option is open and more to bother
Life is totally uncertain
What steps are to be taken to contain?

Many more may be bleeding in streets?
There may be no one to greet
What a pity on human lives?
They have become cheap to knives

Even animals strike only once
They test human blood out of threatened stance
Here human being is hungry of human blood
I try to shed tears for no good

I may pray almighty to give them little sense
Stop all innocent killings and nonsense
It may do no good to humanity as well
There won’t be any body left to tell

We may depart at inappropriate time
Assassin’s bullet may pierce through some times
What will be left behind except painful cry?
All responsible persons should gather strength and ask why

Innocent White Civilian People Were Slaughtered (In Answer To Don Mattera)

Innocent white civilian people were once walking
on Church Street in Pretoria; they were men,
women and children
busy with their daily lives,

some just having gone shopping,
some meeting a loved one in a restaurant
others returning from school
and they were doing nobody any harm.

By orders of Nelson Rolilahla Dalinbunga Mandela,
without any kind of alarm or warning,
a car bomb was set and exploded thundering
throwing shrapnel, making glass fall like rain

and black people took pride
at the sheer slaughter, at the falling,
the maiming, the decimating and dying of innocents
and that day remains a bitter thing.

Remove the word war out of mind and dictionary

Me and mine in man
Created hate and boundaries
Converted them into countries
Filled
Cast, color, creed and religion
In the minds of people
To possess more and more
Became the ultimate goal
Wars resulted
Killing the innocent
In the name of god,
Land and authority
Became passion of many
Innocent men, women
And children died
Millions wounded
Many lived without limbs
Throughout their lives
Families broke
Lives displaced
For the ego of few
New arms invented
New methods of killing
Designed
Madness continues
From many ages
Leaders talk about humanity
But act like demons
Let the madness end
Throws the arms in the sea
Live like humans
Remove the word war
Out of mind and dictionary
Let the goal be
Love and humanity
Irrespective of
Color, religion or country

If I Forget Thee, Jerusalem

If I forget thee, Jerusalem,
Then let my right be forgotten.
Let my right be forgotten, and my left remember.
Let my left remember, and your right close
And your mouth open near the gate.

I shall remember Jerusalem
And forget the forest -- my love will remember,
Will open her hair, will close my window,
will forget my right,
Will forget my left.

If the west wind does not come
I'll never forgive the walls,
Or the sea, or myself.
Should my right forget
My left shall forgive,
I shall forget all water,
I shall forget my mother.

If I forget thee, Jerusalem,
Let my blood be forgotten.
I shall touch your forehead,
Forget my own,
My voice change
For the second and last time
To the most terrible of voices --
Or silence.

Our Level Of Responsibility!

our level of responsibility
far deeper than our occasional
stabs at compassion, and truth...
when we sit down to eat, and eat
far more than we need, and throw
the leftovers out... we are
responsible fot the hungry!
when we go to sleep at night, in
houses too big and too plush, we
are responsible for the homeless...
when we drive our SUV's around for
no reason at all, burning excess
gas, we are responsible for the
oil spills...
when we vote people in office,
whose agenda is profit at all costs,
we are responsible for countries
invaded...
when we turn our backs and walk away,
or stick our heads in the sand, we are
responsible for the loss of human rights...
when we allow the banning of books, and
legislation against free speech, we are
responsible for ignorance, and allow
ourselves to be enslaved!
responsible, every thought, every intent,
every action!

High Water Mark

It was very close, yesterday,
I thought for sure, that they would break
But this attack, that I have planned
A massive strike across open land.
In the center, they will break
Plan it well, everythings at stake
We'll hit em hard, not a silent gun.
Before the infantry's begun
Execute it well...we risk everything..its in Gods hands now..
General Lee, I must tell you straight
That I beleive this attack will fail.
No 15,000 men ever made,
will overtake that ridge today.
A wild charge over open ground,
with yankee cannon gunning down,
we do our duty, we do what we must
And in my plan, you will trust
(Thooouusands diiie...)
Execute it well...we risk everything..its in Gods hands now..
The rebel cannons break the silence!
One hundred fifty gunsmen on the cannons there
We must destroy the union center
Before the infantry can launch their grand assult
The yankees are returning fire
We must in turn fight its gods will that we are here this daay!
What happens here this day
The fate of a nation
In the balance it will hang
Consumed with the pain
The COURAGE of the blue!
The VALOUR of the gray!
So very sad but true
Consumed with the pain..
The virginians are then chosen
They went behind the trees on Cemetery Ridge
They must be slow to give the orders
THe light emerged from my own 15,000 men
The charge begins in all its granduer
For many are these men, they know it is their last
The slaughter now ensues, bodies fall like rain
They valiantly ensue, though doomed to remain
At the double quick they charge
The cannon still rips through them
To the mouth of hell they march
Glory the only gain!
[Cannon Scene]
We're almost there my boys
I never thought we'd fire
We must push forward boys
And bayonet the yankee tyrants
Through the depths of trees we charge
To cross the union center
And when they turn and run
I hope they'll drop and beg for freedom!
[Battle Ensues, Orchestra Solo, With people dying in the background]
It's over now we are retreating
I never thought that we'd be beaten
All this blood is on my hands
The thousands dead due to my plan
I am responsible
All of this is my fault
I thought us invincible
Is this gods will, after all?
I look across this blood soaked land
All their blood is on my hands
God forgive me
Please forgive me...
ITS ALL MY FAULT!!!
Their blood is on my haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaands....

Question why scoring

Degenerated conception of creepy
Created by aversion & death
Vision of their own nation

Saturated with
Looking at massacre - why ?
Innocent's blood is
All over my body
Deep in me there is
Degeneration & inside

Murder by the reason
Cruelty by own
Children's blood
Created by system of hatred
Changed into beast
...From unsewed stomach is
Coming baby
Small in mother's blood,
Stumps cut navels
Around their throats
Mother's blood mixed
With young stuff
Demonic orgy, woman's anatomy

It's Now, It's Time

albino skunks,
nuclear rain.
on the tracks again,
no whistle, no train.

sit down and stand,
occupy your rights.
you gotta be honest
to join the fight.

black man, white man,
your blood colored red.
throw down your anger,
forgive and forget.

the time of the end,
or the time of change.
freedom's never won
without forgiveness and pain...

the soul of the callouses
the hands of those that worked...
dignity defined
by the sweat and the dirt...

their blood in the land,
the cities, and the town.
written far too deep
for greed to take down...

now all that's left
is guts and heart.
you either lay down
or stand up and start.

the choice is ours,
it's all on the line.
the guns are drawn,
it's now, it's time!
