Simple Observation #26 - Someone who has broader vision alone may........
Someone who has broader vision alone may see all before them far and wide
but one who suffers from indecision needs someone else to help them decide.

Indecision is A Decision
At times I decide
Not to decide
This indecision
Is not indecision
It is in fact a decision
Of avoiding to decide
Because If I decide
The decision
May ultimately decide
The pending decision
And the resulting decision
May not allow me
To take any decision
In the future

Reason For Living
I lie alone and thinking
How could this ever happen
Is it real, am I dreaming
And when your hearts been burned
How can someone learn
To get over their fears
You told me I should be strong
Oh, Im trying
I feel I cant go on
You left me here on my own
Without a reason for living
A chance for forgiving
Or time to make it okay
And now Im stuck with the vision of my indecision
Taking it all away
From me
With all the time youre taking
Slowly my hearts been breaking
Youve been fine, Ive been bleeding
Ill have to wait my turn
Your respect Ill earn
No more joking or teasing
You told me I should be strong
Oh, Im trying
I feel I cant go on
You left me here on my own
Without a reason for living
A chance for forgiving
Or time to make it okay (Time to make it okay)
And now Im stuck with the vision of my indecision
Taking it all away
A thousand times before Ive been almost sure
This time I need to know
Ive spent all my life chasing all my dreams
Im not letting this go
Yeah, ooohh
Laaaeeeyy
In my, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah
Yeah
Without a reason for living (Ooh)
A chance for forgiving
Or time to make it okay (Time to make it okay)
And now Im stuck with the vision of my indecision
Taking it all away
Without a reason for living
A chance for forgiving
Or time to make it okay (Time to make it okay)
And now Im stuck with the vision of my indecision
Taking it all away

Get Outside
(robert palmer)
If your vision is holding you
If you cant fathom out what to do
If you cant read what you write
If you find yourself waking in the middle of the night
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
If you cant decide what you wanna do
If you cant stand what people say to you
If you cant see when your eyes are open wide
If you ask yourself what your doing and theres no reply
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
If youre feeling crowded or out of tune
Yeah
Ive been trying to swing this cat all day
But there aint no room to move
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
If your vision is holding you
If you cant understand what people say to you
If you cant see when your eyes are open wide
If you ask yourself what youre doing and theres no reply
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside
The situation is
Outside
Get outside
Get outside
Get outside

Sleepwalking
(K.J.Garside C.Gray)
Trippy little Popsicle cod,
Did I get it quite right?
Broken got broke,
Was it good to smoke?
I am not sure,
Was it good to sing?
Was it right to love?
Was it wrong this turning that I took?
Does the song sound right?
Do I look alright?
I spent all night getting it right.
So you would love me more,
So you would love me more.
Pray for your indecision girl,
Run from your indecision girl,
Hide from your indecision girl.
Somnambulation up and down the road,
I lay in the garden with the cats,
Oh my how the grass did grow,
I watch the clock till the day did stop.
I pray for my lovers return,
I spent all night getting it right.
So you would love me more,
So you would love me more.
Pray for your indecision girl,
Burn for your indecision girl,
Blind from your indecision girl.

Peace Of Mind
Now if youre feelin kinda low bout the dues youve been paying
Futures coming much too slow
And you wanna run but somehow you just keep on stayin
Cant decide on which way to go
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I understand about indecision
But I dont care if I get behind
People livin in competition
All I want is to have my peace of mind.
Now youre climbin to the top of the company ladder
Hope it doesnt take too long
Cantcha you see therell come a day when it wont matter
Come a day when youll be gone
I understand about indecision
But I dont care if I get behind
People li vin in competition
All I want is to have my peace of mind.
Take a look ahead, take a look ahead, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah...
Now everybodys got advice they just keep on givin
Doesnt mean too much to me
Lots of people out to make-believe theyre livin
Cant decide who they should be.
I understand about indecision
But I dont care if I get behind
People li vin in competition
All I want is to have my peace of mind.
Take a look ahead, take a look ahead. look ahead.

Falling To Pieces
Back and forth, I sway with the wind
Resolution slips away again
Right through my fingers, back into my heart
Where its out of reach and its in the dark
Sometimes I think Im blind
Or I may be just paralyzed
Because the plot thickens every day
And the pieces of my puzzle keep crumblin away
But I know, theres a picture beneath
Indecision clouds my vision
No one listens...
Because Im somewhere in between
My love and my agony
You see, Im somewhere in between
My life is falling to pieces
Somebody put me together
Layin face down on the ground
My fingers in my ears to block the sound
My eyes shut tight to avoid the sight
Anticipating the end, losing the will to fight
Droplets of yes and no
In an ocean of maybe
From the bottom, it looks like a steep incline
From the top, another downhill slope of mine
But I know, the equilibriums there
Indecision clouds my vision
No one listens
Because Im somewhere in between
My love and my agony
You see, Im somewhere in between
My life is falling to pieces
Somebody put me together

Half Moon Cafe
At the half moon cafe we drank to our lives
Like pseudo-believers in love
Weve been through our holes in the walls and the dives
Where you drink to recall what you once had a vision of
And we talk of our lives in a prison
Though we both know its better to be
Safe within our indecision
Than taking the risk to be free
And you were to be a great poet
Id find my fame in song
But we somehow saw failure more closely
Than fame all along
And now you manage a hamburger stand
And I havent found steady work yet
And we meet here to talk and pretend
That we know no regret
But how much is chance
How much would you decide
How much is murder of our dreams
How much is suicide
So you ask of my latest top 40
And I ask of your latest great fiction
As I step outside I see that the moon is full
I have to laugh at the contradiction
Well at least we can laugh at our dreams
Though its really much more bitter than sweet
Sometimes through all of this fragmentation
I imagine what it feels to be complete
But how much is chance
How much would you decide
How much is murder of our dreams
How much is suicide

Wide To Receive
Download something
Useful, or useless
Because Im lying here
Wide to receive
Almost anything
Youd care to give
And I dont
Get along with myself
And Im not too keen
On anyone else
Turn on, plug in
Then just walk away
Unlock, process
And then just go
And Ive never felt quite so alone
As I do right now
Im lying here
Wide to receive
Almost anything
Youd care to leave
Wide, wide, wide
Wide, wide, wide
Wide, wide
Wide, wide
Wide, wide, wide, wide
Wide, wide, wide, wide
Wide, wide, wide, wide

Walk Through The Fire
Walk through the fire
Walk through the fire (walk through the fire)
Through the dust and ashes
While the building crashes
Walk through the flame (walk through the fire)
No trace of indecision
Lion keep his vision clear
Moving out
Across the water
The wet leaves quiver in the heat
Darkness heavy on my shoulder
Smell the smoke, sickly sweet
The bodys weak, the shadows strong
Walk through the fire (walk through the fire)
Through the dust and ashes
While the building crashes
Walk through the flame (walk through the fire)
Lion show no sign of fear
Walk through the fire (walk through the fire)
Through the dust and ashes
While the building crashes
Walk through the flame (walk through the fire)
No time for doubt or caution
Taken by the strong emotion
Walk through the fire (walk through the fire)
No trace of indecision
Lion hold his vision clear
(walk, walk, walk)
Walk through the fire (walk through the fire)
Walking in the path of angel
Walk on down below, walk on down below
Walk on down below, walk on down below

Everybody Wants To Rule The World
WELCOME TO YOUR LIFE
THERE┬┤S NO TURNING BACK
EVEN WHILE WE SLEEP
WE WILL FIND YOU
ACTING ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOUR
TURN YOUR BACK ON MOTHER NATURE
EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD
IT┬┤S MY OWN DESIGN
IT┬┤S MY OWN REMORSE
HELP ME TO DECIDE
HELP ME MAKE THE MOST OF
FREEDOM AND OF PLEASURE
NOTHING EVER LASTS FOREVER
EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD
THERE┬┤S A ROOM WHERE THE LIGHT WON┬┤T FIND YOU
HOLDING HANDS WHILE THE WALLS COME TUMBLING DOWN
WHEN THEY DO I┬┤LL BE RIGHT BEHIND YOU
SO GLAD WE┬┤VE ALMOST MADE IT
SO SAD THEY HAD TO FADE IT
EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD
I CAN┬┤T STAND THIS INDECISION
MARRIED WITH A LACK OF VISION
EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE
SAY THAT YOU┬┤LL NEVER

The Final Act
Wide eyed sleepers death in motion daylight creepers wearing all night
pain bleeding moments spilling over non-existing as they crawl out
into a world that calls them real sign the contract it's the final act matter
of fact better take a step back relax the show must go on no one
so on and so on as if under mass hypnosis the wide eyed sleepers
fall into mass graves they'll feel safer in the dirt their own opinions
won't be heard if asked could you decide what any man is worth
could you decide?
The steal it with a handshake seal it with a smile it feels
like an earthquake treats you like a child defeats you
with your mistakes leaves you in denial deceives you
in the first place lied to all the while they can't see anymore
how their wide eyes have made them blind in spite of themselves

Heart Of Lothian
(derek dick, steve rothery, mark kelly, pete trewavas, ian mosley)
On the outskirts of nowhere
On the ringroad to somewhere
On the verge of indecision
Ill always take the roundabout way
Waiting on the rain
For I was born with a habit
From a sign
The habit of a windswept thumb
And the sign of the rain
Rain on me! {it started to rain}
A) wide boy
Wide boys, wide boys, wide boys
Born with hearts of lothian
Wide boys, wide boys
Born with hearts of lothian
Wide boys, we were wide boys
Born with hearts of lothian
These hearts of lothian
Its six oclock in the tower blocks
The stalagmites of culture shock
And the trippers of the light fantastic, bowdown, hoe-down
Spray their pheremones on this perfume uniform
And anarchy smiles in the royal mile
And theyre waiting on the slyboys, flyboys, wideboys
Rooting, tooting cowboys
Lucky little ladies at the watering holes
Theyll score the friday night goals
I was born with a heart of lothian
I was born with a heart of lothian
I was born with a heart of lothian
I was born with a heart of lothian
I was born with a heart of lothian, with a heart of lothian.

Free To Decide
Its not worth anything more than this at all
I live as I choose or I will not live at all
So return to where youve come from
Return to where you dwell
Because harassments not my forte
But you do it very well
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
You must have nothing more with your mind to do
Theres a war in russia and sarejevo, too
So to hell with want youre thinking
And to hell with your narrow mind
Youre so distracted from the real thing
You should leave your life behind (behind)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
At all, at all, at all

The road to success
The Road to Success
We all want to walk on the road of success
But do you day by day measure your progress
Do you have a vision?
Do you have a mission?
You need one even if it is inspired by television
We all want to walk on the road of success
But do you day by day measure your progress
Critically look at your personal development
Grizzle over the final accomplishment
Decide on the instruments you need at the moment?
On its road, there are many paths to take
With many sacrifices along the way to make
Patience, faith and hard work, please don’t forsake
Or your dreams will pour empty into a wide lake
We all want to walk on the road of success
But do you day by day measure your progress
Is your vision greater than greatness?
You are the first one you must try to impress
Take a step at a time and do not digress
For success when achieved, I say without sarcasm
Is more gratifying than any orgasm

Rookie Hooked
It takes a rookie,
For some to take a look...
At actions taken,
Sometimes that can be shaky.
It takes fresh eyes,
That doesn't criticize.
Without a judgement passing,
From lips not thinking...
To blurt a crudeness,
Loud with pride
No matter how high people get,
Wishing they could fly...
There will always be a rookie hooked,
With eyes opened wide.
No matter what some people do,
To think they can't be touched.
Their reach is often teachable,
To someone who's not rooted...
To being rude and snooty!
It takes a rookie,
For some to take a look...
At actions taken,
Sometimes that can be shaky.
No matter what some people do,
To think they can't be touched.
Their reach is often teachable,
To someone who's not rooted...
To being rude and snooty!
No matter how high people get,
Wishing they could fly...
There will always be a rookie hooked,
With eyes opened wide.
A rookie hooked.
There will be a rookie hooked.
With eyes wide open...
Who decide they're qualified.
A rookie hooked.
There will be a rookie hooked.
With eyes wide open...
Who decide they're qualified.
A rookie hooked.
There will be a rookie hooked.
With eyes wide open...
Who decide they're qualified.
