The Intent Of Being Naive
Is it a trait that means that we should be treated as dirt, NO! Should we use you till you have nothing NO! Should we deny you your rights NO! Are you dumb because of it NO! What is being naive? Is it pretending things are simpler then they really are? Or is it not understanding how complex something is? The true question of being naive isn't what it means but its intent. Lieing to yourself or others shouldn't have an excuse such as naive. Now on the other if its true lack of understanding, then you should welcome any educating and we should be happy to do so. And we shouldn't associate being naive as stupidity unless there is no willingness to learn. Then its more then naive its ignorance and denial rolled into one. Am I willing learn yes. Will I ask question when I don't know yes. Will take a stand on what I believe with an open mind yes. Will I debate with someone I believe to be naive without the intent of denial yes. Being naive just means you got something to learn. Are you willing? or Are you in denial? Huh?

i'm tossing and turning and i can't get to sleep
got something on my mind - i just can't release
then she whispers so softly - that she believes in me
if i let her down - and tried to disguise it
she always see through it always replies that
no matter what i do - she believes in me
all the times i failed - gone slighty off the rails

Many things i see concern me about people
I see people do stupid things
I see people do things to help the world
I see people do many things that someday they will not be proud of
Concerns come from the stupid things i see people do

How small does our world appear
How small does our world appear
when jets traces lines through the sky
and email immediately goes through
and everything can be fit in
a tin or two and quick fix
is like a magic word.
Yet some things
takes greater understanding
and values, believes
and knowledge to solve.
Culture, way of life,
hopes and fears
are different
to different people
and every society
needs to solve its problems
in its own way.
I have seen the naivety
of a quick fix superpower
causing more damage
than there was before
when it tried
to change the world
to its way of life
and believes.
Bombers, fighter jets,
battle tanks and bombs
raining down
and the absurd
use of force,
killed the guilty
and the innocent fell
while that Super power
chased the shadows.
The whole world knew
how lies was turned
into truth
and the gun was supreme
and still the struggle

the killing will stop
and people will respect

I'm not an activist per se, but I have strong feelings about things. People can jump on celebrities for being ill-informed or naive, but I've got a right to say what I believe.

Strange this world we are living
