Early Prose: The Fifth Dimension
The reason for the expedition had lost its meaning. Everyone was now interested in what they were seeing about them other than that for which we had originally come. The expression on all of their faces seemed to tell the story plain enough but, there was evident a certain degree of conscience which prevailed in them which appeared to override their own personal desires. This I noticed with anticipated concern for after all, if it were not for training prior the expedition all would have been lost on reaching this point. They would have become irrational like the things they were witnessing taking place before their very eyes.
I looked at them once again and could have easily read their minds but managed to resist the temptation for if I had done so, would have fallen into the same threshold they had. It was just like walking through a dream relating to your own sub-conscious mingled with your conscious deep integrated personal desires and screened in your mind with harsh realism. Anyone who had experienced this before and was able to be disillusioned, as I had been, stood the chance of escaping its hypnotic hold on the mind, those who didn't were doomed.
Once in its spell they could witness everything in terms of personal desires; things that happened to them in the past and things that 'would happen' to them in the future. The effect of this threshold could also be moulded into the way you wanted things to happen which was the main factor that once caught you could not get out. Without my help and understanding they would never have been able to re-materialize from a world of irrational feelings and capabilities where time and space were their servants and each one's desires their master as the Fifth Dimension.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Note: This is a work of fiction written over 35 years ago although the subject matter herein may not be for some people as in the case of dreams or maybe even paranormal experiences.
Step into my world
Uh-huh, yeah, yeah
Whooaaaa
Uh-huh, yeah, yeah
Whooaaaa
Like a moth
To a flame, you know you're drawn to me
I know you
Betta than you know yourself, baby
Why do you
Try to resist what you want, honey
I want you
To give me what I need, listen closely
I need you to
Hold on me
I need you to
Kiss on me
Feel your body
Next to me
I want you to
I need you to
Want you to give
Into me
Want all of you
Everything
Ecstasy (will)
I will bring
You everything
Chorus:
Step into my world
Where there's countless things to see
Endless possibilities
Let me take you to a place where ???
Where desires flow deep
See an odyssey of dreams
And the best of fantasies
All this for your eyes only
Ooh, step into my world
Close your eyes
And let your feelings now take over
It's alright
I'm intoxicating you though you're sober
You inside
The thought alone is so overbearing
Boy tonight
You just follow my lead from here on
I need you to
Hold on me
I need you to
Kiss on me
Feel your body
Next to me
I want you to
I need you to
Want you to give
Into me
Want all of you
Everything
Ecstasy (will)
Step into my world
Let me take you to a place where
Where desires flow deep
See an odyssey of dreams
And the best of fantasies
All this for your eyes only
Ooh, step into my world
Where there's no reality
Time itself means nothing
It's so hypnotizing
It brings you to a state of natural high
See how my words, they get to ya
Creates the live that's haunting ya
Yes, thats it hold on to it
Ooh, welcome to my world
My world
Where desires flow deep
Fantasies
Oooh, step into my world
Where there's countless things to see
Colleagues
We have been friends for many years
and working colleagues for most of them.
Today we're celebrating a friends promotion
and that happens every now and then.
We found ourselves sitting and talking together
about mutual friends and past events.
She was giving her opinion on a current situation,
and I agreed that she was making good sense.
She then leaned over and whispered quietly,
for the first time I noticed the texture of her skin.
I caught the aroma of her hair and perfume,
and something special was pulling me in.
I never once imagined us in this situation,
she paused as though she felt something too.
She pulled away and looked into my eyes,
and we didn't know what else we should do.
She smiled as though something should happen,
her lips opened to reveal the tip of her tongue.
I became nervous and overwhelmed by her presence,
but somehow knew this couldn't be wrong.
Her temptation was too much, so I kissed her,
and even though it only lasted a short while,
the experience brought all manner of stirring emotions,
and she gave me such a tremendous smile.
'Wow! Where did that come from? ' she whispered.
As she relaxed her hand glanced pass my knee.
'I'm sorry, ' she said, 'I didn't realise the extent of your desires
and how they've also had an effect on me.
Shall we discreetly leave this celebration party,
we've got things to finish with utmost haste.
We can discuss the how's and now's later
when we've put our desires in place.'
Irrational and Radical Are The Changes
Irrational and radical are the changes.
And a leader selected is up to the task.
But many are living with minds locked,
In the past.
They can not grasp the notion of their desires,
No longer existing as reminsced.
Stuck they are in a time warp.
And this for them is unfortunate.
Irrational and radical are the changes.
It is as if Mother Nature is in on it.
It is as if the Earth too is disturbed...
And insists,
Only those priorities on Earth's list exists.
As we feed like ungrateful leeches.
Seeking to destroy,
The naturalness of things.
Irrational and radical are the changes.
As if a blame is trying to find a place,
To legitimize a reason why...
Upheaval is the only choice Mother Nature has made.
Main Street
One light blinking off and on
Blood of life in this town is gone
Lost all its pieces but the pawn
Tomorrow stopped coming with the dawn
In my dreams, Ive seen
Things that only seem to happen on the silver screen
When its over theres no walking out
Cuz Ive been all they talk about
Cuz what aint goin down
On main street
I went too early with a friend of mine
Just to see what it was all about
Hit the freeway and it blew my mind,
I had to find a way of gettin out
She said, they say, hey you gotta live a little
In my mind, Id find lost aint living,
Even there in the middle of main street
Yeah....
Never did the things I though I would
Woulda left just didnt know I could
If things dont work like they should
It aint for better but its for good
Cuz in my dreams Ive seen
Things that only seem to happen on the silver screen
When its over theres no walking out
Cuz Ive been all they talk about
Cuz what aint goin down
In my dreams Ive seen
Things that only seem to happen on the silver screen
When its over theres no walking out
Cuz Ive been all they talk about
Cuz what aint goin down
On main street
Desire
Northern star
Am I frightened
Where can I go to rest
I cant sleep
And Im still fighting
Wait, dont breathe
The time destroys a man
A child who understands
That anyone who desires
Is not my kind
Not my truth
Fade away, its all we do
Fade away from the truth
Desires
Fade away
Desires
Fade away
Desires
And northern star
Please enlighten
The lost prayers of my soul
Childhood dreams
Of death and titans
We were meant to be free
To give ourselves away
So please dont be afraid
Of anyone who desires
Theyre not my kind
Not my truth
Fade away, its all we do
Fade away from the truth
Desires
Fade away
Desires
Fade away
Desires
Fade away
Desires
cause anyone who desires
Is not my kind
I have no use for you
Walking Away
Cold winds blow around me,
And I cant help but think of you.
All the things we wanted,
All the things we had to do.
Wrap yourself around me,
We can steal away sometime.
Your whispers surround me,
But its only in my mind.
cuz Im walking away from,
Walking away from things in my own past.
Walking away from,
Walking away from things that just wont last.
You got what you wanted,
But you cant help but think of me.
All the things you wanted,
All the things you got for free.
One thing to remember
Is that I have feelings, too.
I surely would have closed my eyes
If I had known the real you.
cuz Im walking away from,
Walking away from things in my own past.
Walking away from,
Walking away from things that just wont last.
And Im walking away from,
Walking away from things that move too fast.
cuz Im walking away from,
Walking away from things in my own past.
Walking away from,
Walking away from things that just wont last.
And Im walking away from,
Walking away from things that move too fast.
Walking away from,
Walking away from things in my own past...
The woman with lost desires
The woman with the lost desires
The died dreams upon her breasts lies
Once she wanted to be like others
But she never had the chance to do her dance
Always her destiny took her steps upon stormy clouds
To fight for her lost desires and rights
But already all her chances at life were taken
She never had the chance to talk the way she wanted to walk
The smile faded away long ago upon her pale cheeks
Her world was composed of liars died kiss
Since the day she was born there time stood mute
There where no love to knock the chained doors of hearts
She will never has the chance, for her destiny to be changed
Her words will ever stay mute, never will have the chance to be understood.
Desire…few Facets
(a re-post)
ripples of wanton
desires whirl in
a whimsical heart
whims of desires
whisper naggingly into
a winding heart
wily desires
wretched desires
waltz unabashedly
the wearied mind
simply stands
witness to the
woeful rigmarole…
A Dream Away 2
Sometimes we read into things
more than what is there
our desires want us to believe
what isn’t there.
Little gestures suggest things
that are not
what they were meant to mean.
Our heart clouds our mind
with what isn’t there,
still we want to believe
these things can be possible,
yet we know
that they will never be.
However, we hope our lives
are just a dream away
from what we want it to be.
A Good Poke In The Eye
I salute you
post-modern
shards splinters
poking eyes
that will not see
piercing throats
carrying no voice
shattering eardrums
in ears unused
waves of thoughts
permeate space
wavelengths in spectrums
speaking shouting
to all people minds
in their own language
Who has consciously
chosen to tune out?
Looked into the sun
burned out their own eyeballs?
closed throat
gorges upon pig fat
translated into self
absorbed fetishes
through your food
your tastes apparent
are written an indictment
proclaiming inhuman indifference
so very much conscious you are
your personal needs desires
gluttony deadly sins
grow into skeletons
forget not
time passing
cry pain past
awaits all in judgement
open a second of time
let it watered grow
sunlight birthright
flowers awakening
speculate
upon future blooms
grown
in garden of mind
in garden of creative nurturing mind
weeds
ripped out
burned?
buried under turned over soil?
reflect upon purpose fruitful vine
I think paranormal experiences are very personal, again, if they are that. Yes, sometimes I've felt that some things I would personally believe enough for me to take action on it... like, you know, I felt something happen in a hotel once that made me never stay there again.
Something
I'm writing in hope for something with sweet melody,
A rhythm that can be felt,
A beauty that can be read.
With words flowing like water over rocks,
Steadily without fault or obstruction.
A liquid in its purest state.
I'm writing in hope for something with sweet remembrance,
Like the scent of falling rain,
Or the memorable sound of a mothers cooing voice.
Something so memorable,
The slightest reminder sends you back to the exact moment,
Replaying in unbroken pattern of mind.
I'm writing in hope for something spectacular to happen,
For my words to form a feeling so deep they hurt,
For each image to be as clear as these words on this paper.
I want you to feel what I feel,
A feeling of lonely discontent,
Sitting alone in my own my own world, writing away.
I am writing this in hope for something to stick with you,
A message or a meaning that I've hidden inside a syllable,
A voice of reason that you have kept from yourself,
Silenced with the voice of your shallow desires.
A dream that you once had forgotten,
Lost in the darkness of the night.
I am writing this in hope for something to be brought to light.
Maybe a buried thought that you wish you never had,
Or an inner conflict that you hadn't noticed but feel tearing apart your skin,
Even an aspiration you promised to live up to but left to die.
Something so lost in the world of your mind,
Swallowed by deep chasms of thought and memory.
I am writing this in hope of telling a story.
The story of a world that can only be imagined in a dark room,
Hidden from the world and apart from anything else.
The story of a broken heart of a shortened life,
The story of the silent cries of a lost soul reaching for sanity.
My own story, perhaps, or even yours, is this your story?
I am writing in hope of making your thoughts and feelings dance,
A slow and steady music in the background,
Propelling your eyes left to right and back again.
Following the steps of each word,
The flow off each line and stanza.
An endless waltz with the reader and the writer, will you dance with me?
I am writing in hope of making an impression on your mind,
Maybe not an everlasting one, but even just a brief moment,
A moment of realization that you are now reading what I have written,
That for one moment in time our minds share the same space and thought,
Each word playing in our head the same as the other's.
Can you hear my voice, can you feel my thoughts?
I don't know why I am writing, or why I am writing what I am writing,
But I know that it has accomplished one thing,
It has given a purpose to something, if even just a piece of paper,
It has given worth to something that at one point was just a blank sheet,
Waiting for something to be etched into its surface, making it something.
I guess that's why I'm writing, I'm just writing; something.
Too Lost In You
You look into my eyes
I go out of my mind
I can't see anything
'Cuz this love's got me blind
I can't help myself
I can't break the spell
I can't even try
I'm in over my head
You got under my skin
I got no strength at all
In the state that I'm in
And my knees are weak
And my mouth can't speak
Fell too far this time
Chorus:
Baby, I'm too lost in you
Caught in you
Lost in everything about you
So deep, I can't sleep
I can't think
I just think about the things that you do (you do)
I'm too lost in you
(Too lost in you)
ooh
Well you whisper to me
And I shiver inside
You undo me and move me
In ways undefined
And you're all I see
And you're all I need
Help me baby (help me baby)
Help me baby (help me now)
'Cuz I'm slipping away
Like the sand to the tide
Falling into your arms
Falling into your eyes
If you get too near
I might disappear
I might lose my mind
Chorus:
Baby, I'm too lost in you
Caught in you
Lost in everything about you
So deep, I can't sleep
I can't think
I just think about the things that you do (you do)
I'm too lost in you
(Too lost in you)
I'm going in crazy in love for you baby
(I can't eat and I can't sleep)
I'm going down like a stone in the sea
Yeah, no one can rescue me
(No one can rescue me)
Oooh, my baby
Oooh, baby, baby
Chorus:
Baby, I'm too lost in you
Caught in you
Lost in everything about you
So deep, I can't sleep
I can't think
I just think about the things that you do (you do)
I'm too lost in you
I'm lost in you
I'm lost in you
I'm lost in everything about you
So deep (so deep), I can't sleep
I can't think
I just think about the things that you do (you do)
I'm too lost in you
(Too lost in you)
Dreams and Desires
So much has been said
So little has been said
So much remains to be said
Or does it
Which is better
To act out one's desires
Or keep them to oneself
Hidden in one's dreams
How to know
Which deisres, when acted on,
Will bring more pleasure than pain
More good than grief
How to know
Which desires should be kept
Safely tucked away
Deep inside dreams
Desires versus dreams
Dreams and/or desires
That is the challenge
To balance the two
To live in the sunshine
To limit the what ifs
To limit the regrets
To live a life one can believe in
Awe Of Life
Focus on life, on all of life, your good dreams, the feelings, aliveness, the sublimeness, the beauty, love, meaning, wonder, such alive real dreams are life of life, they are you, more than you as well as ahead of you, making real your share of paradise now. Actively be with them, put into meaning, into understanding, into discernment the painful, hurt, dark, complex emotions, feelings while you hold onto your good memories, experiences, feelings, your joyous experiences are the digestive enzymes of the negative. One is light the other is substance. You only grow, you only get stronger, only wiser, when you face both. That is how the good is released into this world; that is how you truly stand in this dwelling place from your soul. This is the only way this world as well as your next world is made real, more humane, more fulfilling to our real many deep and not so deep desires, more spiritual. I do not have to tell you what happens when you become one-sided.
In My Mind
'in my mind' i have climbed the highest mountain
i have swam the deepest sea.
i have done everything for you to get close to me.
in my mind
there is peace throughout the world
joy in the hearts of every boy and girl.
famine no longer exists
people living in total bliss.
people at work and at play
enjoying the beauties of the day.
people greeting each other in a friendly manner
raising a schools loving banner.
people stopping to help one another
and calling each other sister and brother.
weapons of destruction are in the past
peace and love 'is what lasts.'
a bartering system has started again
money is no longer a friend.
all the good things in our minds
will last throughout all of time.
all our feelings, all our desires
will explode in a frenzied fire.
they will spread throughout all lands
to make people understand
that love and peace is our goal
and a dream that we should hold.
THIS IS WHAT I SEE
'IN MY MIND'
Wild Desires Of Raging Hormones Appeals
All they need is time time time to think think things over
unfortunately time in abundance does not heal all wounds...
unfortunately time does not heal heart split nasty wounds
they wanted to be left alone after their failure with an ex
then he/she met another whom he/she didn't want...
to miss a chance a change at playing raw rebound roulette?
What essential problem is barrier he/she faces is facing for so long?
He/she wants to be free yet to belong to someone in same instant?
Catch 22 paradox jigsaw squeezes his/her energy in yes no conflict?
He/she came to me because because he/she knew I knew enough of fact?
These problems others cannot solve for us if we do not know our minds?
Some think origins causes in their own he/she unique ways angry at first?
Desires are an appealing glittering allure to seek know new experiences?
Eve put blame on a snake in ‘high ecological environmental awareness'?
Adam with taste fetishes wanted to savour the favour of forbidden fruit?
Sin does not exist necessary to invent it was original twist old themes?
Teens seem to need to think teen do not always have healthy attitudes?
Rock Bottom
Sometimes we hear about people reaching rock bottom
and this seems to be a place in the depths of despair.
All the paths in their life which they have most trodden
unfortunately only helped deceive and get them there.
When people say or do things on the spur of the moment
without much thought for the consequences that follow,
they are unknowingly plunging themselves into a foment
that inevitably increases to the point or feeling of sorrow.
If we all look back at those years of our life past
there’s likely to be found at some point in time there
we’ve subjected ourselves to this unpleasant blast
and so recall then vaguely we didn’t take much care.
It can be also a case of living beyond ones means
and being involved in some form of personal abuse
where we’re thinking too much of ourselves it seems
or disregarding those things we should not misuse.
Rock bottom is a place which feels hard and rough to land in
that from there we can only look up at those looking down.
No wonder it resembles in name a rocky sea or pool bottom in
which if anyone stays too long there they are likely to drown.
