The Two Goblets
Bearing two crystal goblets in her hands
To a philosopher an Angel came:
One wine shone clear as water o’er white sands,
One red as flame.
“Choose!” said the Angel. “From life’s wine-press flows
For all mankind the vintage which I bring.
The pale cup holds exemption from life’s woes,
The red brings suffering.”
“One wine is colourless,” the dreamer said.
“Who suffer keenest nobler joys attain.”
And to the dregs drained from the goblet red
The draught of pain.
Then spake the Angel: “Thou hast chosen well.
What seemeth loss to thee shall prove thy gain.
All that is pure, and sweet, and beautiful
Is born of pain.”

One Angel
One angel, its wings spread out
colliding with the speed of sound,
One angel, that shone brighter
than the moon cratered by eternal night,
One angel, with beauty that made all the,
flowers shed there pedals out of jealously,
One angel, it's hands soft and warming

Angel of Darkness
The Angel sits and writes
Writing out how she feels
Tears stream down her face
No one knows why
No one can see a dark, lonely angel
But a white, crystal angel
As the angel writes out her words,
No one can see her world

Pain
Pain. Pain in the body.
Pain in the mind.
Pain. Feel the pain.
Go to the centre of it.
In the centre, a flame.
A cool, warm, steady, white, white flame
so white, that
it is more light than white.
Cool as detachment.
Warm as love.
Bright as enlightenment;
burning the unnecessary.
The flame of healing,

They an angel that was born today
Not in heaven like the rest of them stay
The angel was born on earth sent by god

Our Angel
The world lost an Angel
She walked beside you
And you never knew
She lived next to you
And you never knew
But when she touched your life
It was unmistakable
The love, the warmth, the caring,
And the endless giving which overflowed
From her heart and soul
Could only come from that of an Angel
Our Angel was a Mother and a Grandmother
Our Angel was a Sister and a Wife
