Visually impaired
Visually impaired and
Comeforward to see beauty.
Hearing impaired and
Comeforward to enjoy music.
Militancy ends
Rights and duties declared.

When I Fail To See
When I fail to SEE the suffering of people,
Do not call me a visually impaired,
But call me a blind.
When I ignore the agony of hard labor,
Do not call me a physically handicapped,
But call me a crippled.
When I am inaudible to the cries of help,
Do not call me a hearing impaired,
But call me a deaf.
When we, the able bodied find it tough,
To survive under the comfortable condition,
How do the disabled survive under the hostile limitation?

The issue in Web accessibility is the fact that blind and visually-impaired people need the single biggest boost to achieve equivalence, since the real-world Web is a visual medium.
Government and Maoist
Maoists are there to safeguard the common interest and development
Government is there to look to the welfare of the people.
Both are sitting together for common good.
Maoist, you please comeforward shunning
All violence and illegal activities.
Government oficials and peoples representatives
You please comeforward with clean hands and open mind
shunning all corrupt and illegal activities.
Both are sitting together for common good.
We the common and ordinary citizens are fortunate enough
To find both the Government and the Maoists sit together
For our development and welfare.
Both the Maoists and the Government should be committed
To do good and to maintain the atmosphere
With peace and harmony.

It's not really that I've been an advocate for hearing aids for a long time, it's just that I've been losing my hearing for a long time! So it's actually very important for me because I'm actually hearing impaired and I simply want to hear better!

Unwell
All day staring at the ceiling
Making friends with shadows on my wall
All night hearing voices telling me
That I should get some sleep
Because tomorrow might be good for something
Hold on
Feeling like Im headed for a breakdown
And I dont know why
[chorus]
But Im not crazy, Im just a little unwell
I know right now you cant tell
But stay awhile and maybe then youll see
A different side of me
Im not crazy, Im just a little impaired
I know right now you dont care
But soon enough youre gonna think of me
And how I used to be...me
Im talking to myself in public
Dodging glances on the train
And I know, I know theyve all been talking about me
I can hear them whisper
And it makes me think there must be something wrong with me
Out of all the hours thinking
Somehow Ive lost my mind
[chorus]
But Im not crazy, Im just a little unwell
I know right now you cant tell
But stay awhile and maybe then youll see
A different side of me
Im not crazy, Im just a little impaired
I know right now you dont care
But soon enough youre gonna think of me
And how I used to be
Ive been talking in my sleep
Pretty soon theyll come to get me
Yeah, theyre taking me away
[chorus]
But Im not crazy, Im just a little unwell
I know right now you cant tell
But stay awhile and maybe then youll see
A different side of me
Im not crazy, Im just a little impaired
I know right now you dont care
But soon enough youre gonna think of me
And how I used to be
Yeah, how I used to be
How I used to be
Well, Im just a little unwell
How I used to be
How I used to be
Im just a little unwell

To The Lord
Concerned or cornered? o'Lord Thyself decide
Speaking out from the fraternity of disabled
To ally with Thy bliss desired
Figured out Thy model noble
On paper, wood, stone..a sacred ideal
A celestial idol the disabled forged
O'Lord impaired did Thee too descend
Law of nature? If true
Even Thee impaired have we to accrue?
A multitude of creatures
A mundane bulk of pride and prejudice
Disrespecting us in Thou mighty sphere
Concerned or cornered we here?
Virtuous or impaired Thee there?
Thy omnipotence biased? Benighted here hilighted there?
O'Lord empathize.Grant Thou benevolent showers
Imbue with us, with our silenced limbs
Assay our struggle Thyself then decide
These mortals to be cornered?

Bush's war in Iraq has done untold damage to the United States. It has impaired our military power and undermined the morale of our armed forces. Our troops were trained to project overwhelming power. They were not trained for occupation duties.

A Quiet Fourth
I composed this poem on the morning of Independence Day 2008.
July fourth and firecrackers aren't heard.
Perhaps because it’s raining as I type.
I thank the gods for booming sounds deferred.
My guess, I’m getting old. I hate the hype
That everyone is caught up with today.
In youth we did exactly all that's done
Perhaps a smidgen more so, by the way.
The noise we made, heck! It was all in fun.
We celebrated Independence Day.
I’m no longer young, oops! Slip of the tongue.
A senior citizen I’m called today
It’s political correctness among
The hearing impaired. I beg you don’t scoff
Guess what? I had my hearing aid turned off!

Love Insightful
Providential wish
None could aside brush
He vishoned not her; just heard
Simply he his love declared
Said she yes though feared
Chasing caste phobia parental
Made them bear a child premarital
Essayed their love the visionless
Forbade them the parents heartless
Conjoined they in a temple caste regardless
A true love story of two visionless
In love while in their classes
Years two later they declared
No law or parents guarded
Merely threatened and tortured
Eloped, struggled and starved
Sold comb and soap, themselves upgraded
Turned more blessed
Begotten kids born vision powered
Impaired not love; paired per divine command

Grooming Awards
Four visually impaired soccer players,
With a red-hooded girl around;
And like the grooming awards to be judged,
But where is my lover who left me alone in the cold last night?
Leave your attitudes to the door and,
Learn from the people outside;
For the secret laps of the First Ladies are faced deep! !
And like your Daddy's office in the land of your muse.
You asked for Turkey-Burger,
But i've got away to a man's heart so sweet;
And like a softball under the stars,
But where is my lover who left me alone in the cold last night?
I am very seductive to him but,
I am now in the tub of the bathroom's corner to pay my respect;
But the grooming awards are to be judged by you.

Nobody performs her or his duties. Governments do not, because they do not know, they are not able or they do not wish, or because they are not permitted by those who effectively govern the world: The multinational and pluricontinental companies whose power — absolutely non-democratic — reduce to next to nothing what is left of the ideal of democracy. We citizens are not fulfilling our duties either. Let us think that no human rights will exist without symmetry of the duties that correspond to them. It is not to be expected that governments in the next 50 years will do it. Let us common citizens therefore speak up. With the same vehemence as when we demanded our rights, let us demand responsibility over our duties. Perhaps the world could turn a little better.
