Until The Existence Comes Along
Reason only establishes the need,
Of a thing yet to become identified.
Having reason does not establish its existence,
To validate a presence of it.
Nor provide yet a truth for all to witness to believe.
A reason is in need of a companion sought.
To confirm there is an 'is' to existing facts.
And if a heart one feels is felt to be vacant...
An attraction to another,
Can dispute a vacancy with an interaction matched.
Reason only establishes the need,
Of a thing yet to become identified.
Until the existence comes along,
To confirm the feeling...
That achieves a satisfaction by the reality of the act.

Frozen Moments
As I sit here separated, but together
Drowning behind the embers of bridges broken\burning of old
Thinking of all the good thing and bad thing
I’ve done,
I see glimpse’s of the future
And they confirm suspicions
Of the holocaust too come
The rusty stitching of the tapestry,
Which keeps the anger in,
Is coming undone
And the sun is in the east
Its day again
Even though the day is lost I see
Two suns in the sunset
I’m sitting whole in a pretense again
Like the moment when the soul locks
And the sound is stolen from your voice box
Your fear stretches the frozen moments
Part of you feels homeless in the skin you’re in
All you hear are voices you never see the faces
You feel broken and lost within
As the heartbeats melt
My tears evaporate
Leaving only a shadow too defend
I finally understand
The feelings of a few
Ashes and dust
My foe and friend
We are equal in the end

Travel
the fast craft slices the oceans
of our passage
from one island to another
day by day
we see the sea foams
and the skies
that we cut through
the sea gulls and the sun
meet us on the shore lines
of the port
another destination
of this travel
this wandering
another arrival greets us
smiling faces telling us

A Poetry Sweetheart named T
There is a young lady
who calls everyone sweetheart,
who gives the impression
she is Wonder Woman,
in a way she is.
A wonderful poet
who gives us a glimpse
deep into her life.
Reading her poems
is like peeking into her diary.
She can be coy, candid,
and great friend as well.
She can be fun to be with
I know that so well
for I met her at Stratford.
She pleaded with me
to go along.
I’m glad I did
for a great time
was had by all.
Now she is in love
and all of us know
it’s a match made in heaven.
He is her soul mate,
her lover
and soon she’ll be his wife.
Love for our poetry sweetheart
has never been so grand
and I’m hoping
all the best for them.
