In the village they call her the dark girl
but to me she is the flower Krishnakali
On a cloudy day in a field
I saw the dark girl's dark gazelle-eyes.
She had no covering on her head,
her loose hair had fallen on her back.
Dark? However dark she be,

Two black cows were lowing,
as it grew dark under the heavy clouds.
So with anxious, hurried steps,
the dark girl came from her hut.
Raising her eyebrows toward the sky,

When you lie beside me
Naked and Bare -
With the warmth of my caresses

cheated
like how fathers
should have
been a gentle hand

sons
somehow i feel
too small to face the
door of the world
and the houses that i
see when
i go in
are too huge for
my
body
somehow i feel that
i cannot
reach the ceiling even if
i have to
use the family
ladder
to touch what
a cellar is

roughness
i have seen the worst
of people
and so i have nothing
but mistrust
and love has become too
nil
to touch and

make a belief about

soundness and

I'd like to change

surrenders to

an afternoon light

shall i give in to coldness
where i see no one
trying

fallen nut
