Internal Combustion
What a loud and raucous voice silence possesses!
Resounding agonies, jubilant triumphs.....
How I keep my thoughts occupied
my fingers nimble with flexing then extending
All too quickly redeeming refuge
from that gaping chasm of want.
That I would consider even to scrutinise
studying true friendship's face and form
as it experiences seasons or situation.
Then will I less consider myself weak
in the seemingly cruel hand of circumstance.
To know only all of that which I trully love.

When Your Hand Of Friendship Is Brushed Aside
say thank you
try extending your hand to another hand
to the other thousand hands in this world who need other hands
those with love in their hearts those with minds still believing in friendship
tell yourself she does not deserve your offer
assure yourself she is another ghost
another virtuality
another waste
a junk
without a name without a soul without a face
extend your hand to another hand with real fingers on them
and try seeing yourself in the mirror
you still have that reflection and that ghost does not have any
be glad
you are real and she isn't
does she think that you have pain and that you need her friendship badly
such that you want to bow before her like she is the goddess of beauty
and wisdom and truth?
let her be. She is not a part of you.
why bother?
be yourself and keep that hands of friendship warm
for another one who needs it too
let the gods reign in the heavens. They live in their clouds
stay on earth and be the river for the fishes to swim
for the strangers to drink with the cup of their hands for them to quench
their thirsts
let your hands of friendshipsbe the seeds of springs
the flowers of summers
that bloom forever
let your scent spread for those who still need them
and let these gods remain as gods
because they shall always be worshipped as loveless strangers of this earth

Silence Is Loud
The pain I feel in my heart is loud
Your once tasteful kisses are silence
The repetitive affairs you have are loud
Holding your hand when we walked is silence
Your naive verbal paroxysms are loud
Gentle ado we gave each other is silence
Your parents disapproval of us is loud
When I first say you is silence
The way you broke my heart is loud
The role i played as your guardian angel is silence
All the lies you told me are loud
Our last kiss is silence
The way we ended the relationship is loud
The good moments we shared is silence

I just love the fact that a man possesses something that a woman can never understand because we don't have the experiences of it and that a woman possesses something that the man doesn't understand because only she possesses it.

The Richest Man
A true friendship is Golden,
It lasts for eternity, not for a fleeting moment,
It endures petty squabbles and unkind words,
it endures because it is Golden.
...A true friendship is climbing the largest mountain in the world,
It is wrapping up warm on a bitter, wintry day,
It is the warm glow of a traditional log fire,
A true friendship is Golden.
A true friendship is about trying to make things better,
providing strength in times of adversity,
and courage in times of weakness,
A true friendship is Golden.
A true friendship is turning dakness into light,
being a rock to rely on when life is cruel,
it is about being there when the going is tough,
A true friendship is Golden.
A true friendship is unwrapping a special present on Christmas day,
it is the tinsel that decorates so beautifully the tree,
it is the star that lights up the night sky,
A true friendship is priceless, something gold cant buy

A no to pressure
One has to bow or relent under pressure
It has to be implemented to reassure
No one can be confident or so sure
Success has no scale to measure
There is no hardness or softness
It has to be judged with its fineness
It may look different to different people
We should be in position to deliver it or fully capable
You may face the residence at every step
Their words may be harsh to feel like slaps
It may have same damaging effect
They may come in form of hostile act
You may open one door but another may be closed
Threats may emerge and danger may be posed
You may not be in position to ward it off
You may have to try it for final stop
All opportunities are open for all to contest
It is high time for individual to go for test
He may try to come out with its best
Everything will be assured with the rest
Actually in real sense there is no defeat or victory
There may be new dimension with another story
You may come out jubilant or feel sorry
It may add to tension and worry
You should openly invite your adversary and meet
offer the hand of friendship and greet
when you fight a war with hostile situation
The scene may change with another equation
What may clearly be seen as decisive result
everything is to be accepted but not with insult?
There may be different school of thoughts with new cult
New path is to be carved out and bridges built
Love is no loss and war is no gain
Armies face each other as rivals main
who would loose and what shall be outcome?
Victorious armies may march with rousing welcome
we shed tears not out of any fear
Agonies and pain always bear
We address our adversary as very dear
All dark clouds may soon disappear
It is not hard to adjust and guess
You must be there and ready to face
No one knows who will be clear winner
Honest may succeed and go down the sinner
If it is war of betters words and not of attrition
then there is good will attached with no condition
there will be meeting of minds with no banner
everything may be seen or visible without any scanner
There is no need to remain concerned and be afraid
There is no scope for any seize or way to be laid
Good people have always come forward and said
Rest not till the goal is achieved and dividend paid

Id Rather Be Strong
(myles goodwyn)
Published by slalom publishing co. - bmi
Its a sad situation
Alot of hopeless information
On the news
Nothins gonna please you
And nothins gonna change
Well thats your view
So many hungry people
Its a shame and is it legal?
Well its a sight
Theres something goin on
Somethin we can change
And its our right
So Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes I would, yes I would
Well you can say its a shame
And things remain the same
And so it goes
But no ones gonna hear you
And no ones gonna see
What doesnt show
Itd be cause for celebration
If only every nation understood
And helping one another
And doing for the other, what they could
And Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
And to show determination, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes I would, yes I would
Id be a lot better off if I could
Be part of the love
Thats seemingly lost from above
A delicate situation (situation)
Requires contemplation, everyone (everyone)
And someone has to care (someone to care)
When people live in fear of each mans son (each mans son)
So Id rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would, yes, I would
Id be a lot better off if I could
Be part of the love
Thats seemingly lost from above
Id rather be strong, ooh yes, I would
Well, Id rather be strong, yes I would, yes I would, yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, ooh yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, be strong, yes I would, yes I would
Well, Id rather be strong, yes I would
Well Id rather be strong, be strong, yes I would
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation
Yes, I would rather be strong
In a hopeless situation, yes
I would rather be strong

Your Holy Book or Mine?
`
So what if I've gone to Scripture
maybe just to have a look?
So what if it spoke to me so loud
with brilliant flashes of cutting blades?
So what if all my thoughts are laid bare
stripped of any guile or disguise?
We all are pilgrims in this journey,
We all seek for what we know
We do not have yet could not name;
We all of us are on a quest toward
What we know eternity must hold....
So what if in my searching I find
whims and wandering thoughts reigned
within the cosmic finiteness of this mind?
Then there must have been some use
undusting and poring through that Tome.
`
A challenge to do your own pilgrimage and make your own conclusions.
It is always best to travel, first hand. Then the journey is trully your own.

Loud
Loud songs
loud colours
loud gossip
loud drummers
loud fragrance
loud worship
loud laughters
loud roar
loud snore
loud thunders
sink into the waters of silence
Silence is louder than loudness
Silence is the sister of death
Have you heard the breath of silence
Have you heard the noise of death

The Melancholic Silence
It's night - darkest than ever
reigned by silence - a dreadful silence
Extending till the far horizon...
is the silence forecasting the impending calamity
That's going to befall upon the entire humanity?
Is the silence forecasting the eternal despair
As we are heading towards a murky future?
For the world's changed...
Changed are its views...
Regarding Love, kindness and all human values...
In return of love. one receives hatred...
The innocent & the weak are the ones to be exploited.
It's night... reigned by silence- a dreadful silence
It's not the peace giving silence
That inspires the poets and sages
This silence seems to take vengeance
From the selfish mortals
The silence is strange- full of agony
Is it an alarm of our fearful destiny?

Across The Miles
For Suzanne Gaddess
A voice with no sound
Stretches across invisible miles
A voice of words like an outstretched hand
Its fingers waiting to be touched
By another in a much sought bond of friendship
The words are read and treasured like precious jewels
The fingers have touched
Another voice of words
Extends itself across the miles
Like an invisible thread
The much sought link is forged
Friendship through words of unseen faces grows
Trust follows in the distance
As words of comfort, sorrow and joy
Move back and forwards along the invisible thread

In The Silence
Silence is too quiet,
It tortures us until we break it.
I was silent for a reason,
The reason not to cause trouble,
But that is all I ever did.
Troubled to stop the pain of my past,
Troubled to hear your voice calling for me,
Troubled to much to grab your hand,
So you could set me free.
In the silence you see struggle,
In the silence you can't see,
You can't breathe.
In the silence you can't hear me,
No matter how loud my voice exceeds.
Never being helped in my eternal silence.

I will always be writing about you
As I cannot touch you
With my fingers, as I cannot take a longer
Gaze at you without being condemned
As I cannot be always with you even longer than a minute, as I cannot sit beside you without being
Despised, as I cannot talk to you about
How people love and love so true
Without being ridiculed,
As I cannot
Offer you fresh white flowers as symbols of my affection,
As I cannot send you a greeting card wishing you well,
As I cannot hold your hand even in casual friendship,
As I cannot
Take you to dinner and be myself sharing
What I can give you,
As I cannot
Hug you and kiss you and make love to you even in the wildest of my dreams imaginations without me dying in sin and guilt
As I cannot walk with you in a park
Without being
Ostracized by this decent society
I will just think of you in milder forms in decent thoughts,
And write about you in clean and clear words,
That will just be enough.
I always look at you on this one-way mirror tinted with silver,
And so you do not notice
And so no one knows.
Because,
Strictly, I am prohibited
And that to me is loud and clear.
And by all means within my powers, I have to gently obey.

And Let Me See Your Circumstances
She said
'How will I know that I love him'
and she said 'you'll know at the time.'
'What time will that be
and why does Time have to be
the decider of my love needs? '
'When your body is ready
and the time is right-
and the person is right-
you will know
and you will be ready for love.'
'So' she said 'love is circumstance? '
'In some ways.'
'But if circumstance is what is required
what about me? she said.
My dear.I said, 'Romeo and Juliet fell in love in a bad
circumstance and all died in the end.
So circumstances matter.'
But I think love is irresistible
outside rationality.
Love is Ultimate Mystery.' she said.
'Only in the young.' she said
'As we mature
especially near 30
love becomes mostly circumstance
and moved mostly by rationality.'
'So are you saying maturity dictates
that we choose from among partners
available then
and is more decision than
true love's mystery.? '
Ah what I am saying
is that while young we choose
from mystery
and after the divorce
we are more governed by circumstance.
And choosing in weighing circumstance
is the height of rationality
and the opposite of mystery.'
'Ah' she said 'then in the end
all you are offering me is hard truth
and circumstance? '
'
No, I am saying love
is first wasted on the young
who cannot afford Love's Circumstances
and Love in later years
is given only to Youth's Survivors who
fight their way through
and beyond circumstance.
That is the real definition of maturity.
True Love survives Circumstances
and does not become
its victim.
'Oh, ' she said.
That too
is a hard truth.

Meeting Challenges In New Places
loneliness, tears, change, new places
change, especially in new places,
is a time to think, reach out to others...
extend, the hand, of friendship, anew
to break, the ice stranger is up to you,
sincere people, will respond it’s true...
many face, endure, similar circumstances
many face, embrace vibrant new experiences,
attitude positive, negative impacts circumstances...

Companions....
we are not two...
we are one!
the distance between us
is our silence.
the bridge that joins,
again our silence!
the scent of the shadow,
is only me.
i looked in the mirror,
and saw your face.
raised the fork to my mouth,
and fed your hunger.
you raise the cup,
and my lips part.
i breathe,
and your eyes open.
my skin has no color,
yours changes with the seasons.
i plant a tree,
you rake the grass.
i weep for the hungry,
you weep for the homeless.
we keep building boats,
and giving them away.
i am a man, a woman,
you a woman, a man...
we are the earth,
redeeming herself!

The two most misused words in the entire English vocabulary are love and friendship. A true friend would die for you, so when you start trying to count them on one hand, you don't need any fingers.

Discover ‘SILENCE ‘
I discovered a stunning stillness,
‘SILENCE’ a musical wave,
My thoughts dint appear beautiful than this time,
I felt, I regained my inner dead Emotions,
And now ponder more on …Silence’s Beauty...
Silence is a mystery,
And a magical union,
Silence is of soul and heart,
And mind’s internal peace,
Silence unite love with all creations,
And form attachment with all disclosed hearts.
Silence belongs to everyone,
It is beyond word ‘SILENCE’….
It inculcates an extreme essence to fasten together,
And embody a true peace and love within and around.
Silence is present every moment...
And it alerts you to open yourself towards life.
Silence is present every moment...
Within the stillness of nights and peace of early mornings
Silence is present every moment…
To intimate its appearance in all worldly needs.

Sonnet 128: How oft, when thou, my music, music play'st
How oft, when thou, my music, music play'st,
Upon that blessèd wood whose motion sounds
With thy sweet fingers when thou gently sway'st
The wiry concord that mine ear confounds,
Do I envy those jacks that nimble leap
To kiss the tender inward of thy hand,
Whilst my poor lips, which should that harvest reap,
At the wood's boldness by thee blushing stand!
To be so tickled, they would change their state
And situation with those dancing chips
O'er whom thy fingers walk with gentle gait,
Making dead wood more blest than living lips.
Since saucy jacks so happy are in this,
Give them thy fingers, me thy lips to kiss.
