Hemorrhage

Carved deep within the vein.....of your blackest fears,
Are the threadings of your tangled thoughts, bleeding.
Bleeding fast, and heavy...........from the menstruation,
The purging of emptiness........befelt by me within you.

Lonliness turns to panic, when the fear of it takes form
Into manic presentations, of depression......and chaos.
Isolation of the human mind is like old, unkempt rooms;
Veils of cobwebs shrouding......the lucidity of the brain.

So if you would, take comfort, please.....in the knowing,
That my hand, be in yours....as we search for answers.
Place your wrankled mind side my warm, ilixured heart;
Let me share the weight of this cross....that bleeds you.

Cross The Line

We have no way to see eye to eye
Through all the walls in their mind
These are the pleasures that terrify
So leave them behind
You keep the chains that are in your life
Well take flight of the dove
Theres only one way to satisfy
This feeling thats love
And Ill say it again, and Ill say it again
And if the power comes between us
Oh, Ill know what to do,
Im gonna say it to you
Cross the line tonight,
Take this chance and show your might,
All the worlds on the other side,
Cross the line
Raise a flag to a moral crime,
Well light a fire for this,
Make the papers by morning time
And lay in our bliss
So come on darling and share my mind,
There is no need to stay hid
cause all we are now is two of a kind
Can you believe what we did?
And Ill say it again, oh, and Ill say it again
That when the power comes between us
Oh, Ill know what to do,
Im gonna say it to you
Cross the line tonight
Take this chance and show your might
All worlds on the other side
Cross the line
Mother come to me now,
Take this hand now, Im afraid
Mother, come to me
Im bleeding
We had no way to see eye to eye
Through all the walls in their mind
These were the pleasures that terrified
We left them behind
And Ill say it again, and Ill say it again
And if the power comes between us
Oh, Ill know what to do,
Im gonna say it to you
Cross the line tonight,
Take this chance and show your might,
All the worlds on the other side,
Cross the line

VOICES ON THE EDGE OF THE WORLD (in honour of my fellow poets)

It is how we are and who we are
that we live out here on the edge
the ragged rim of the world
It’s the nature of our vice
This dark self imposed isolation

Yet the paradox in it shines bright
As the isolation bears heavy
upon our pale and brittle skin
for unless we share our souls
there is but dust in what we do

Each staking a separate claim
along the river of the golden muse
and each naked in hand and heart
bares the working of a soul
tasting the ice in the edges isolation

yet from each site along the rim
the voices of comfort and support
and a song becomes an anthem
so into each isolation a warm voice
‘We know, we understand we’re here’

What Do You Really Mean By That?

seeing the face of your lover
(the one whom you have not yet
revealed what you feel
deep inside you,

secret love, suppressed
desires, concealed emotions,

on a moment of distress
for love unrequited, you have been
indulged in an
inaction, what do you really mean

when you say, your world stops
revolving?

fool! you're at an age
where love has not place to hide,
where one cannot be stupid
enough to be silent

a bleeding heart? is there such
a place this time, for a bleeding heart?

situate yourself. be fair.
speak your mind. open your heart.
unzip that fly.

What to say when you are hurt

Do they hurt you today?
In your mind? In your heart?
What is the color of this blood
Flowing from your mind
This bleeding heart
Because they hurt you again
She slapped you he kicked you
And they insulted you
You knelt for mercy
They laughed and they left
You alone in your pains
Do not clench your hands to
Form these fists
Do not let your heart be
Conquered by anger
Do not let your mind be poisoned
By the thoughts of revenge
What did God tell you when you are hurt?
Forgive them for they do not know
What they are doing.
Do you remember that? Do you understand that?
Now you must stand and be counted.
You have the name, you are God’s child.
You have something again to tell him
Why not? Now rest your head on his arms.

If I Have To Be Alone

If i have to be alone
Then i should make my mind serene
After all you're born alone, you die alone
You might as well spend every moment in between alone
But if i have to be alone
Then it will be on my own terms
I can never talk about it, ever show it
Even though the world is watching while i squirm alone
And your bleeding heart friends say, "isn't it sad?"
Then they go make love
While you go insane. insane!
It drives you mad! mad!
My mind, i love my mind
And if no one can feel the same
I'm a computer with a name
And i've got no one else to blame
If i have to be alone
And if nobody understands
That special creature that is me
And if they fail to see the me i see
Then no one else knows truly what it means
To be alone
Maybe once in a lifetime you lose your will
Then you can let down your guard
But they cower in fear. in fear.
It makes you ill! ill!
My heart, my burning heart
And if no one will quench the flame
I'm not obliged to do the same
And then they'll have to share the blame
Because i have to be alone
Because i have to be alone
But i don't want to be alone

Bleeds Through

My 'Bleeds Through' poems are of emotions that enter or escape as you read
If you feel a call to action, sadness, happiness, relative tingling
Or anything
Then something in those words bleed through into you
How the emotions contribute is the bleeding out
Bleeding is not of only blood
It is strictly the slow oozing of feeling
Until it eventually clots and stops
Read these with a open mind and heart
Let the words soak in and leave as they came
Slowly

Heart Knows No Reason

In times of frustrations
The mind leads
What the mind teaches
The heart feels.

In times of depression
The mind finds the means
What the mind gives
The heart receives

In times of prosperity
The mind rules
What the mind dictates
The heart follows

In times of loving
The mind asks
What the mind questions
The heart answers

When the mind resists
The heart insists
It is the time
When the mind looses
And the heart wins

How Will I Fall Asleep Tonight?

How will I fall asleep tonight?
My mind just races so.
Can I desensitize myself to life
and allow my mind to go
to a place of peace and rest?
Or has God allowed this to happen to me
because it is my test?

I search for answers that do not come.
They’re lost inside of my mind.
I struggle with this on each new day
but the answers are left behind
in some faraway place that beckons me
but I’m never able to find.

I will try again to sleep tonight
and put my thoughts away
at least until I can find some rest
to face another day.

Fear of my thoughts

You make me fear the thoughts in my brain
For the things I think
Of you
Thoughts which are't to be thought
Things which will never occur
I fear the thoughts in my mind
For they are things I long for
Things I know will never happen
Becasue you and I can't happen
I fear the thoughts inmy mind
because you are there every time
I can't visit my own mind
My own thoughts sadden me and enrich me with anger
Am angry atmelf
I fear my own thoughts
Just because it has what I want
Because I'm green with envy at it
Because you're there and not out here
I fear my own thoughts...

Point Of Disgust

How many times have we gotten to a point of disgust
Where your mind is about to explode
And your heart about to bust.

Every one at one point or another gets to that stage
And we know in our hearts -it's just a phase.
How do we get rid of that pain and emptiness
So deep in your chest
When your mind is blank and needs the rest.

When your chest is like a dam holding
back a river of tears
And your mind is sensing all your fears.

When everything seems to be going wrong
No matter what you do
And you get to this point of disgust
And starting to feel blue.

Where does one end and the other begin?
You have to go through total disgust
Then the depression begins.
(is depression just a point of total disgust?) hmmmm

When I get to that point in life
I pray to GOD to take away this strife
I walk to him with my problems in my hand
Cause I know he understands.

He says 'help yourself and I will help you'
So this is what I do.
I put all my pros and cons in a basket
And bury it in the ground like a casket.

I follow what I have in my heart
Because 'HE ' had put it there from the start.
This point of disgust can play a role in our life
We just have to stop and think twice.
This not only affects you, but all who are around
Creeps up on you without making a sound.

So I'll add that to the basket
With all my pros and cons
And the 'point of disgust' will also be gone.

Disarray

This feeling stirs,
Inside my heart.
I can not recognize it,
For it masks itself and,
Pretends to hide.

This feeling spreads quickly,
Like hot fire,
Through my entire being,
And surrounds my mind,
With a fog.

This fog clouds any,
Judgment I have left,
So my life becomes,
One huge destructive mess.

I live in,
Fear, panic, and distress,
Only to discover what,
I have been feeling is,
Depressed.

This depression is,
Who I am,
It dwells within my,
Soul,
And I can never be,
Rid of it.

It stays,
And rots my mind,
For I can no longer fight it.
It has been rooted,
In my heart,
And to destroy,
Depression is to,
Destroy my heart.

Bleeding

Bleeding from eyes,

And bleeding from my heart-

I don't care …..

But I do dare.

I took the revolution as an inseparable part in my life.

I was placed under the custody.

But I never felt humble myself, and I will not lose my agony.

I fight for my friends, my ‘LOUTISH FRIENDS'-

And I will be fighting for them until the system will be allowed to become balanced.

You see, I always keep my patience.

But don't try to fidget me.

Don't try to aggravate my revolutionary sense.

The tyrant crown will be diminished.

They must retrocede.

You will see a reversal (a new era) .

You will welcome it.

But bleeding…..

Yes, this is a gladsome bleeding.

This is an inviolate, but an irresistible bleeding.

Mind Power

Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
So when you walk through the door
Is this the bottom word
The fortress of violence will fall
When the tide will turn
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Is there a place you belong
When there is no love
The light that shines is so strong
When you come out of the dark
Yeah
Were living in a violent world
It makes our heart just freeze
Lets melt the ice with heart and soul
To heal a world that bleeds
(to heal a world that bleeds)
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
So when you walk through the door
Is this the bottom word
The fortress of violence will fall
When the tide will turn
So when you walk through the door
You can make it too
The fortress of violence will fall
If you want it to
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Dont use your fist, use your brain
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day
Mind power, every hour, any minute, every day

Bleeding Rose

her beauty flourished watching her grow
but time has taken it’s toll
dead silence grows for the bleeding rose
yet a piece of her is left in my soul

a symbol of love that I should know
bleeding rose is just a blur
for the bleeding rose, dead silence grows
left in my soul is a piece of her

symbol of love where petals aglow
so time has passed as a blink
dead silence grows for the bleeding rose
gone is the rose as it makes me think

the sight of the rose breeds thoughts of you
knowing your soul is now dead
for the bleeding rose, dead silence grows
now you're gone as the rose was once red

Dear hate...

Dear hate...
Who am i meeting today?
Is it Fury? Rage? Pain?
im hosting Depression, anger,
and you...hate. And sadness...
She came yesturday
and she's been crying ever since.
Was it you? Making her cry?
I felt your wars inside of me,
You and anger,
Batteling ferociously, while
Depression sit's in the corner
Turning all black with his soft whispers of
'you aren't enough! ''
And Sadness sobbed
Which fueled your hate
And fueled angers anger.
Pain and Rage burst in
with a bleeding roar
Pain rests on my heart,
tired from her agony,
She bleeds through,
and, God, how it aches.
Rage joins
Yours and angers battle.
Who will rule my actions?
Who will rule my thoughts?
Who will rule my words?
You, and Depression, seem,
to have stolen my thoughts...Ruler of all.
You send Rage an Pain
to weave into my words
and anger and sadness
flow into my actions
All i hear is roaring, sobbing, agony
buzzing in my ears, words, thoughts,
and all i see when i look into the mirror
is fury swimming
in the eyes of a broken soul,
shattered and unwhole
like if i broke the mirror
watched it splinter into a million pieces,
then sent each piece to a different place,
Would they come back?
No...they would be lost forever,
With the mirror frame
Standing bare and empty,
Containing only memories of what used to be
It's wholeness is gone, and it is lost
And if some pieces did come back,
there would still be cracks,
and missing pieces...unwole.
Fixing the mirror, would be like fixing me
...impossible.
And like that frame, frames emptiness
I do to, except for my basic frame
Which is built from Pain, Depression,
Rage, anger, and you...hate.
Yours forever
Your Captured Soul

An Even Dozen (human needs)

I wondered what the basic needs
Of the average human could be
I know these don’t apply to everyone
But they do apply to me

First on my list: would be nutrition,
the usual food and drink
Second would be: Rest, sleep and relaxation
Third would be the need …
For recognition I should think

Fourth would be… most certainly
The human need for touch
For without the laying on of hands
Life would lack so much

Fifth would be the need for place
A place to call one’s own
A place within the human race
A place that one calls home

Sixth would be acceptance
Of one’s place within the clan
And the mutual understanding
Of exactly where we stand

Seventh is the sense of need
To feel the need to belong
And to also feel that one is needed
And that the need is strong

Eighth on my list is comfort
Comfort within one’s skin
Comfort in where one is in life
Comfort without and within

Ninth would be the need for pleasure
For the body and for the mind
Pleasure of the physical self
Pleasures of the human kind

Goals would be my tenth essential
An additional and necessary need
For a life without ambition Would …
be bland and empty indeed

Satisfaction is number eleven
For unrest on the soul is an onerous weight
While the feeling of satisfaction
Is a most humanly pleasant state

Last, but not least among all of the needs
Of the human animal I’ve listed above
is the combined total of all of those deeds
Last…is peace of mind…and love
