That Messianic Feeling
I am not waiting for a messiah
This is not a messianic age
Delightful though it is to live
Among nuclear devices primed
With climatic catastrophies
Set on automatic dial, and where
Ten million infant lives each year
Could quite easily be saved
But this is our collective will
Our tragic play in aggregate
Not providing proof of revelation
Or demanding divine arbitration,
The intervention of a saviour -
It's just the end, inexorable,
Of bad human behaviour
And there's no coming absolution
We'll have to deal with the mess we've made
And not be lazy or too proud
To bend down low to sort it out
Unless with characteristic grace
We just leave it for our kids to face.
We'll be talking in the aftermath
Of brotherly love and how to live it.
Now who knows how to live like that?
Prophets of the god above
Have led us very long. Find me the ones
Who illuminate the human path
The ones who have the energy
To create the human song -
To protect the whispy spiders' webs
Clinging to the autumn leaves
Who smile during the harvesting
Embrace the winter cold, and those
Who guide the youthful flocks
Into the springtime fold.
Sure, I've felt like saving the world myself -
The one that needs saving from itself
But then, another false messiah
Is the last thing that this stage requires
So I think you'd better not change your name
Or take that road to Istanbul
If you're waiting for anyone
To perform the passion play again.

Only Human
Its only human to despise the weak
Its only human to despise yourself when youre weak
I dont know why
But thats the way that its always been
And I play by the rules I dont understand at all
Its only human to be lazy and vain
Its only human to expect a world thats just as vain
I dont know why
I want to believe that its not that way
But Im johnny come lately, its not my place to say
Theres no escape, tell me why do they try so hard?
And I pretend that Im invincible, that I can go it all alone
But Im only human, trying to get by
And praying to heaven I might find out why am I human
Mere flesh and blood
Afraid to go on without someone to hold me up
Its just a human thing to fear the unknown
But isnt it a tragic thing to live and die alone
Oh lord look at the world,
Have you ever seen so much misery?
Like a ghost ship of fools, lost and floating out to sea
And they climb and they fall
Yet they struggle on the same fault
But theyre only human, trying to get by
And praying to heaven they might find out
Why are we human
Mere flesh and blood
Were afraid to go on without someone to hold us up

Everybody's Waiting
Through the wind and the rain
I hear my mother's cry
She says "i know my baby's out there"
Just couldn't bear to ask her why
From my womb into the world
Lord i wish the child would call
You know i'm needing some company
She makes my life so full"
Take my advice
Go ahead and live your own life
But everybody's waiting
For someone to come home
Like the fire waits for the sand
This world is burning
With the tension of human hands
Waiting to be cleansed
Waiting for their ace of spades
They say "i sure hope he's coming
'cause i feel like i've just been saved"
Take my advice
Go ahead and live while you're alive
Everybody's waiting
For someone to come home
"come to me and cleanse my soul"
I'm free, i'm free
"only with you am i whole"
Can't you see that i am me
"i'll be waiting by the window"
I'll be heading for the door
I was driving down highway 85 yeah
Had to pull off the road
Just to hear my radio coming in clearer
Lord this life's so full i said
Why do we ask for more
While we're waiting for the man to come
We forgot what he's coming for
Won't take my advice
Go ahead and live while you're alive
Everybody's waiting
For someone to come home
"i'll be waiting by the window"
Everybody's waiting
For someone to come home
"i'll be waiting by the window"
Everybody's waiting
For someone to come home
Come home

New Way To Be Human
Every day it's the same thing
Another trend has begun
Hey kids, this might be the one
It's a race to be noticed
And it's leaving us numb
Hey kids, we can't be the ones
With all of our fashion, we're still incomplete
The God of redemption can break our routine
There's a new way to be human
It's nothing we've ever been
There's a new way to be human, new way to be human
And where is our inspiration
When all the heroes are gone
Hey kids, could we be the ones?
Cuz nobody's famous, and nobody's fine
We all need forgiveness, we're longing inside
There's a new way to be human
It's nothing we've ever been
There's a new way to be human
Spreading under my skin
There's a new way to be human
Where divinity bends
It's a new way to be human, new way to be human
I'll find your love across my impossible space
You've created me, take me out of me into
A new way to be human, to a new way to be human
You're a new way to be human
Where my humanity bends
To a new way to be human
Redemption begins
You're a new way to be human
You're a new way to be human
You're the only way to be human
You're a new way to be human

Live
Clear out your mind
Look to your past and see what you can find
Stole soul afraid
Of the prophets perfect picture falls away
Is this the life that we choose to live
Or is this the life that has been giving
Now is the time to see what my life should be
What is mine!?
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
It's a timeless rage
For many people praying to be saved
Truth is so strong
It needs lights to guide it so it can carry on
I've seen blood on my hands
Am I dead or is this where it begins
I feel the shame
For my friend who put a bullet in his brain!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
I've got
You've got
We've got
Something to die for
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now!
We live in!
We live in!
We live in Shangri La now
We live in!

We Are Hungry Men
When I live my dream, Ill take you with me
Riding on a golden horse
Well live within my castle, with people there to serve you
Happy at the sound of your voice
Baby, Ill slay a dragon for you
Or banish wicked giants from the land
But you will find, that nothing in my dream can hurt you
We will only love each other as forever
When I live my dream
When I live my dream, Ill forgive the things youve told me
And the empty man you left behind
Its a broken heart that dreams, its a broken heart you left me
Only love can live in my dream
Ill wish, and the thunder clouds will vanish
Wish, and the storm will fade away
Wish again, and you will stand before me while the sky will paint an overture
And trees will play the rhythm of my dream
When I live my dream, please be there to meet me
Let me be the one to understand
When I live my dream, Ill forget the hurt you gave me
Then we can live in our new land
Till the day my dream cascades around me
Im content to let you pass me by
Till that day, youll run to many other men
But let them know its just for now
Tell them that Ive got a dream
And tell them youre the starring role
Tell them Im a dreaming kind of guyavoice: here is the news
According to the latest world population survey
The figures have reached danger point, my god
London 15 million 75 thousand
New york 80 million
Paris 15 million and 30
China 1000 million
Braidlington-spa lots
My studies included suffragy
I formed my own society
To crush the bear of fecundity
The world will overpopulate
Unless you claim infertility
So who will buy a drink for me, your messiah
We are not your friends
We dont give a damn for what youre saying
Were here to live our lives
I propose to give the pill
Free of charge to those that feel
That they are not infertible
The kroks of you, the cattle gun
Theres only one way to linger on
So who will buy a drink for me, your messiah
We are not your friends
We dont give a damn for what youre saying
Were here to live our lives
Voice:
Achtung, achtung, these are your orders
Anyone found guilty of consuming more than their allotted amount of air
Will be slaughtered and cremated
Only one cubic foot of air is allowed ...
I have prepared a document, legalising mass abortion
We will turn a blind eye to infanticide
We are not your friends
We dont give a damn for what youre saying
Were here to live our lives
You dont seem to hear me clear
Do I talk above your sphere?
Let me explain my project , dear
Show you how Ill save the world
Or let it die within the year
Why do you look that way at me, your messiah
We are not your friends
We dont give a damn for what youre saying
Were here to live our lives
We are hungry men
We dont give a damn for what youre saying
Were here to eat you
And Im going to make my dream
Tell them I will live my dream
Tell them they can laugh at me
But dont forget your date with me
When I live my dream

Saving Grace
Without direction I walk the night
I was alone in a single beam of light
One glance and you changed my blues
To a prism of light
A thousand hues
Now I must climb to the rainbows arc
Who knows I might find a halo for your heart
Whenever I'm lost for words
And my whole world is falling apart
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
I find hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
My saving grace
I fought the world with a restless heart
Kept my emotions locked away in the dark
Then you came to build me up
When this world could only tear me apart
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
And I find hiding place in your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
For the rest of your life
You can count on me
To never let you down
When you whisper to me
You give me strength to believe that I can hold on
Somehow
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
I find a hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
You are my light and my love everlasting
And I find a hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
My saving grace....
My saving grace

For Human Greed
We may as well try to find another Planet to live on
Since people they cannot live on the Moon
And Mother Earth the Planet that sustains us
We in our fits of madness choose to ruin.
And perhaps there's not another Planet out there
For human beings to live on and destroy
'Twould seem indeed that the price of human progress
Comes at a cost and the cost seems far too high.
Each day more creatures of extinction endangered
When the land they live on we choose to invade
And extinction sad to say it is forever
For human greed the price has to be paid.
We are paving the way to our own extinction
Where humans live pollution becomes rife
The World will not end with the death of the last human
And Nature will do nicely without human life.
We had better find another Planet to live on
Or become extinct as a species that's our choice
As we are making the Planet we live on for us quite unlivable
For human greed that seems too high a price.

Saving Grace
If you find it in your heart, can I be forgiven?
Guess I owe you some kind of apology.
Ive escaped death so many times, I know Im only living
By the saving grace thats over me.
By this time id-a thought I would be sleeping
In a pine box for all eternity.
My faith keeps me alive, but I still be weeping
For the saving grace thats over me.
Well, the death of life, then come the resurrection,
Wherever I am welcome is where Ill be.
I put all my confidence in him, my sole protection
Is the saving grace thats over me.
Well, the devils shining light, it can be most blinding,
But to search for love, that aint no more than vanity.
As I look around this world all that Im finding
Is the saving grace thats over me.
The wicked know no peace and you just cant fake it,
Theres only one road and it leads to calvary.
It gets discouraging at times, but I know Ill make it
By the saving grace thats over me.

So what we're talking about here is human rights. The right to live like a human. The right to live, period. And what we're facing in Africa is an unprecedented threat to human dignity and equality.
Ocean Of Fraternity Vavroovahana Patra
World peace comes through Ocean of Fraternity;
People on Earth live with Delight.
Women as Deities live delightfully;
Girls pass on the path gaily.
Fraternity enhances love affection;
Earth smiles with peace, beauteous is creation.
Hindus, Muslims, Christians pass on the same way;
Brotherly love pervades providing gay.
Innocent women in solitude roam freely;
Vergins smile, play gaily.
Women endowed with garland of Jasmines roam delightfully;
Lovers enchant gaily.
Fraternity is the key to success on world’s economical path;
People working unanimously live with mirth.
Fraternity repels enemity;
In a world of peace Earth smiles with delight.
Brothers unitedly progress the family;
Members of family live gaily.
Fraternity lies in sacrifice;
All the people of Earth live with Divine Bliss.

Fake Messiah
Hipotetic ceremony for a dead human
King of lies, king of doves, impaled
King of Jews!
Fake messiah!
I can see the tears coming for Kranion!
Fallen by the cross, stained by the blood!
Fake messiah!
I laugh in your face!
I spit on your words!
DEAD!... savior or what?
DEAD!... savior or what?
Fake messiah!
Hipotetic ceremony for a dead human
King of lies, king of doves, impaled
King of Jews!
Fake messiah!

A beginning that leads me to the end
deep in our heart, lives the breath of our soul, the immortality
of what it is made, lies in the wisdom of the one who created
the eternity as the destiny of every living and non-living materials
that exist
a pondering, message that in everything we do, has value to
remember, that gives the essence of what we feel, an inner
passion that jerks us to move and courage to go on, of what is
being made
this is our human impulse, like a wind that leaves in every trees,
that passes each leaf drops in the soil of fertility, perhaps one
has to retrospect, what strength we possess, for this will be the
sole energy we have, when time we meet our creator
be pure in heart and let your spirit, cling to the spirit of God, for
only in this courage you will win the strength of God, his
weaknesses lies in what we are, live what is call to perfection,
a call to human failure to accept what your heart desire, yet
honest to receive the forgiveness of God
build a trust, that will guide your way that in every failure, you
know the remission of our sin, what being taken is what is being
live in the eternity of life, God never leave us alone, even in the
dungeon of hell, He stay with us
just be in your watch, in every way you live, for the time is not
perfect, the way as it tack, in our life we stay, God will take us
so freely, good luck

One Thing We Should know About Terrorism
There's one thing we should know about terrorism it will not be beaten by force
But we can lessen the threat of it by treating it at it's source
Like in our attitude to those different to us since the sort of a Human World we live in we help to create
Since racism and cultural divisions only does give rise to hate
For to rid the World of terrorism there is not any plan
For if people wish to harm you they most certainly can
Why do some people hate us so much that they want to do us ill
That they even sacrifice their own lives in order us to kill?
This is the question we must ask ourselves and the answer well may be
That those we choose to Govern us create for us an enemy
And in order for to cling to power fear and paranoia of those different they do spread
And their awful war on terror have left a million people dead
But by treating the source of terrorism we may well be on our way
To a more peaceful World to live in on a not too distant day.

Black Messiah
Everybody got the right to speak their mind
So dont shoot me for saying mine
Everybody talking about racial equality
cos everybodys equal in the good lords eyes
But if I told you that God was black
What would you think of that
I bet you wouldnt believe it
Theres a self made prophet living right next to me
He said the black messiahs gonna come and set the whole world free
He looked at me with his evil eye and prophesied
And he really believed it
He said a black messiah is gonna set the world on fire
And hes no liar, cos he has truly heard the word
Everybody talking about racial equality
But Im the only honky living on an all black street
They knock me down cos they brown and I white
Everybody got the right to speak their mind
So dont shoot me for saying mine
Everyobody talking about racial equality
You hear everybody talking about equal rights
But whites white, blacks black and thats that
And thats the way you should leave it
Dont want no black messiah to come and set the world on fire
A black messiah is gonna come and rule the world
Everybody got to show a little give and take
Everybody got to live with a little less hate
Everybody gotta work it out, we gotta sort it out
Everbody got the right to speak their mind
So dont shoot me for saying mine

Captain America
Captain America is that you
Flying down the highway
In your red white and blue
You remind me of the days
In that infamous war
When we werent quite sure
What we were fighting for
I see you again and it makes me think
About just who I am
Is there someone in charge
Who can lead the way tonight
Who knows the plan
Where theres love
There is grace
Theres still hope left in this place
And the smile on your face
Gives me faith in the human race
Captain America what do you see
Millions of your brothers say theyll fight to be free
Who could have known you would be the chosen one
To kick start our dreams
The cycle of life goes around and round again
Tell me what does it mean
Can it be true
Where theres love
There is grace
And theres hope left in this place
And the smile on your face
Gives me faith in the human
If we could trade all of our tomorrows
For the best of our yesterdays
Erase all the pain and the sorrow
Would there have to be a high price to pay
Hey Hey
We run for our lives
And were searching for shelter now
From the coming storm
Are you the man who can lead us once again
So come on, suit up, lets go
Where theres love
There is grace
And theres hope left in this place
And the smile on your face
Theres not a damn thing we cant face
Where theres love
There is grace
And theres hope left in this place
And the smile on your face
Gives me faith in the human
Faith in the human race
Yeah, I got faith

Save The Peace
Children safe out in the street
Free to walk and play and eat
Parents talking with their friends
Neighborhoods where shopping blends
Innovation everywhere
Creating jobs for all to share
Never needing to receive aide or welfare
Because the work is everywhere
Musicians, Artists, Craftsmen too
Making a world all fresh and new
Never needing to be controlled
And a fair tax to uphold
Our officials in the land
Passing laws we understand
Healthcare free to everyone
It's just right in a world that's one
And industry that's green and clear
Providing products free of toxins and fear
This is what peace means for all
Criminals will get help when they fall
Mental health and redirection
To help in their confusion with true affection
We as a society can be all this
Pick up the plow and dropp the fist
Saving the fight for causes that are just
That's where the energy should be a must
Save the peace and understand
If we are to truly be human
We must be more than humane
In our actions and our gains
A world that's prosperous and free
As a reality that is great to see
Then that's when we'll realize
That heaven is as we live our lives
Optimism and an open hand
Will be our strengths and save the land
And the earth will be again made pure
For we will have finally found the cure
For the selfishness and greed
That has caused our world to bleed

All Things Are Simply Possible, Just By God's Saving Grace!
I aimed to accomplish one thing,
But turned to be yet another;
I thought I was unfit in life,
But God brought me out of all strife.
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I travelled by a road I chose;
It led me to an alien place;
I thought I had a blunder done;
God gave me timely rain and sun!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I felt awful and depressed oft,
And life had turned quite meaningless;
To God, I cried in despair, ‘Lord! '
My strength returned reading His Word!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I saw the modern world of man,
Afilled by sin and wickedness;
I felt like asking God, ‘But why? '
Hope filled my heart anew from sky!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I found all earthly life futile,
And wished from heart to earlier die!
But God renewed my spirits high,
And made my earthly stay worthwhile!
All things are simply possible,
But by God's saving grace!

To Be The Best You Can Be Ought To Be Good Enough
There is good in most people and some in their ways kind
And amongst the egotistical greatness is a state of mind
And some very famous people towards humility inclined
But a truly perfect human being in the World you will not find
But to live as a good person is the best you can wish to be
Though with that I feel certain many would disagree
Millions daydream of wealth and fame and it would seem to me
That you will not find many people for to embrace poverty
But to be the best you can be ought to be good enough
In a Human World where millions are hungry, poor and homeless and living and sleeping rough
Always be kind to others and help those of help in need
One of the main causes of human poverty has to be human greed
Life is not an Earthly Paradise and many do live it tough
But to be the best you can be ought to be good enough.
