The Boys And Girls I Went To School With
The boys and girls I went to school with from me now far away
And even some of them not living now where the dead are they lay
And in distant flights of fancy I fancy I see them yet
And them I still remember and them I won't forget.
The boys and girls I went to school with the years have left them slow
And were I to meet them on the street perhaps them I''d not know
For the years they leave us looking older and there''s no turning back the hands of time
And those I went to school with like me now long past their prime.
Many of the boys and girls I went to school with live distant from Millstreet
And we well might be strangers now if by chance we did meet
In my mental pictures of them they have not aged a day
But reality is different and 'tis always been that way.
Many of the boys and girls I went to school with in Millstreet our Home -town
Have left that green old countryside where Finnow babbles down
For to join with the great Blackwater on it''s journey to the sea
Still their innocence and youthfulness will always be with me.
The changes keep on happening and nothing seems to last
Still we cling on to our memories and we can''t deny our past
And though we may now be strangers were we to meet again
The boys and girls I went to school with young in my thoughts remain.

All things beautiful
I love girls,
They give my heart swirls,
They make feel up,
When they say hey was sup,
I ? girls cause they're beautiful,
I love girls because they're cute,
I would love girls without the looks,
I don't care if they're deaf or mute,
Because love has no ears or sight,
Love sneaks up on you like a thief in the night,
So don't judge a book by its cover,
You do not know it but they could be your lover,
You do not see a flower,
And wish to see it loose it's power,
So don't treat girls as toys,
Because these girls try so hard for the boys,
So give a wink, give a smile,
Provide some time, is always worth while,
To see a face light up like dawn,
Out of pain and being scorn,
It is so much better,
To receive a love letter,
Than to see someone's eyes,
Burn with your demise,
So treat your girls nice,
Or feel the burn of ice,
You think your so tough,
But girls can play rough,
They truly are amazing creatures,
With lovely spirits and great features,
So is not better to see true beauty's eyes,
Than watch a girl tear up and disguise.
I wish I could be someones dream man,
But that will have to wait,
God has called me for a higher purpose,
To protect me from a saddened state,
So all the girls big and round,
Don't beat yourself up, get off the ground,
True beauty lies within the soul,
Stand true stand tall,
You are beautiful just by being you,
They're aren't many girls who actually have a clue,
That looks and great hair,
Fade and get bare,
Stand up for your beliefs,
And get healed with Gods relief,
He loves you as a child,
Even when you go wild,
- to all the girls confused or in doubt,
Don't give me those look, stop that big pout,
Your beautiful to me,
Your beautiful can't you see? !

Down On The Farm

Every friday night theres a steady cloud of dust
That leads back to a field filled with pickup trucks
Got old hank cranking way up loud
Got coolers in the back
Tailgates down
Theres a big fire burnin but dont be alarmed
Its just country boys and girls gettin down on the farm
Eds been on the tractor aint seen becky all week
Somebody said they seen em heading down to the creek
Farmer johnsons daughters just pulled up in a jeep
Man he knows how to grow em if ya know what I mean

You can have a lot of fun in a new york minute
But theres some things you cant do inside those city limits
Aint no closing time

Well you can come as you are
There aint no dress code
Just some rural route rules that you need to know
Dont mess with the bull
He can get real mean
Dont forget to shut the gate
Stay out of the beans
If it starts to rainin will just head to the barn
