Hermes

Soothsay. Behold, with rod twy-serpented,
Hermes the prophet, twining in one power
The woman with the man. Upon his head
The cloudy cap, wherewith he hath in dower
The cloud's own virtue--change and counterchange,
To show in light, and to withdraw in pall,
As mortal eyes best bear. His lineage strange
From Zeus, Truth's sire, and maiden May--the all-
Illusive Nature. His fledged feet declare
That 'tis the nether self transdeified,
And the thrice-furnaced passions, which do bear
The poet Olympusward. In him allied
Both parents clasp; and from the womb of Nature
Stern Truth takes flesh in shows of lovely feature.

Country Walking

I walked a league and o'er the moor;
I walked and walked as ne’er before,
And on to walk from dale to hill
And on again to claim the thrill.

Behold! that walking does for me:
The senses heightened, mind of glee,
While rolling vistas pass me by
To swell the heart, enthrall the eye.

O Kid, What You Meditate Upon?

O Just born infant kid,
why you sleep all the time,
Not opening your eyes,
what you meditate upon?

You just not know were you are,
This world may change you,
Do you think how can you change the world,
Do you think what is around?
Do you know who brought you?

what is that you meditate on,
You are that,
yet ready to fall into MAYA,
And that you brought with your
own karma and samskaras, Egoless state is beautiful,
Not with ignorance,
But with all knowledge,
Crossing the ocean from this
shore of ignorance to other shore
of knowledge, Both shores, the ocean and boat
all being you!

Listen this kid,
Self is that which,
is beyond every form of energy,
Yet is the infinite source of all,
Beyond the stage on which every
perform its show,
There is the neutral enjoyer, Who is dreaming these world, Earth is that fertile womb,
Where this self entered with
desires,
Desire to know the nature!
Just as one wants to love another
to understand more, Or to have one to understand! Only way out is understand the
nature,
And understand your own
nature,
Let nature go in its own way,
let nature leave you to live in your own way,
For that understand what is Self,
Whether nature and self are one,
Or different from one another?
Without Self or nature no one can
be there, If someone is there,
He is that Truth which can't see
and understand Himself!

You came here to conquer,
Not anything, only to conquer
your own nature, Your own idiocy and foolishness!

Cajolment

You are omnicient and too omnipresent
Still oh God for you we have to build temples.
It is often believed that You reside there
Inspite of being the Creator of the nature.

You have created nature as also human
Yet you can not put him under the nature
You have to face always the cajoling men,
Nature you use to suppress them then.

Stern nature brings floods and earthquakes
Those destroy then the proud foolish men
Reestablishing your dominance over them
Inculcating fear once again in them.

Then perhaps to pay respects or for show
Man builds temples to restrict your power.
Your power works in temples he then believes
And bends before you after committing follies.

I Have No Power

'I have no power to change you
or explain your ways
Never believe a man can change a woman
Those men are pretenders
who think
that they created woman
from one of their ribs
Woman does not emerge from a man's rib's, not ever,
it's he who emerges from her womb
like a fish rising from depths of water
and like streams that branch away from a river
It's he who circles the sun of her eyes
and imagines he is fixed in place

I have no power to tame you
or domesticate you
or mitigate your first instincts
This task is impossible
I've tested my intelligence on you
also my dumbness
Nothing worked with you, neither guidance
nor temptation
Stay primitive as you are

I have no power to break your habits
for thirty years you have been like this
for three hundred years
a storm trapping in a bottle
a body by nature sensing the scent of a man
assaults it by nature
triumphs over it by nature

Never believe what a man says about himself
that he is the one who makes the poems
and makes the children
It is the woman who writes the poems
and the man who signs his name to them
It is the woman who bears the children
and the man who signs at the maternity hospital
that he is the father

I have no power to change your nature
my books are of no use to you
and my convictions do not convince you
nor does my fatherly council do you any good
you are the queen of anarchy, of madness, of belonging
to no one
Stay that way
You are the tree of femininity that grows in the dark
needs no sun or water
you the sea princess who has loved all men
and loved no one
slept with all men… and slept with no one
you are the Bedouin woman who went with all the tribes
and returned a virgin
Stay that way.'

Bow Ramdas, Bow, Before Rainbow Of Truth!

Bow Ramdas bow,
Bow like a bow,
bow before Truth,
Bow before its rainbow,
Bow before the beauty of heart!

Bow Ramdas, bow
Bow before Truth,
Bow before wisdom's rainbow,
Bow before beauty of self!

Bow Ramdas bow,
Bow before nature,
May be temporal or devine,
Wherever Truth shine,
May in the eyes of a child,
Or rainbow in eyes of a lover,
Bow before all life,
Where eternal Truth shines!

Bow Ramdas, bow,
May be you are wise,
Or may be you fool,
That doesn't matter when you bow,
Bow before Truth!

Bow Ramdas, bow,
You are the truth,
Yet not an absolute,
you needn't bow before anyone,
If bow with patience to duties,
Bow now and then,
strong will be your Own neck and waist,
they can bear you head weight,
Or support Your head well!

Bow Ramdas, bow,
bow before mindful thoughts,
Mindfullness is carefullness,
Mindedness is not carelessness,
May be your carelessness,
Cause absent mindedness!

Bow Ramdas, bow,
Life is God's rainbow,
May be people standing in row,
Or may be a boatman, his boat and row,
May be river or lake,
May be sea or ocean,
May be cloudless sky,
In Sun or moon,
May be in stars and planets,
Bow before that truth,

You have The arrow,
that can strike,
But arrogance will strike you alone,
The pain or happiness,
given to others,
Come back some day to you,
And you alone
So learn to bow,
Bow Ramdas bow
Bow before that truth,
Shining in every heart!

Welcome Change

Change is inevitable,
But yet we fight it, just the same.

Change is essential to our evolution.

Change is going to happen,
In fact, it happens every day,
Maybe it is too small to see, or perhaps we would rather not see it.

We fight change, because we fight the unknown,
We fight the unknown, because we are scared,
Scared of change, scared of the unknown.

If we were to allow change to happen freely,
We might find solutions to the problems that exist around us,
But instead, we are hung - up on controlling everything around us.

Maybe this is the problem with the world today.
Everyone assumes control of everything and does not allow nature to run her course.

Maybe this is why, we have devastating fall out from Nature,
Natural catastrophic disasters, such as fire and flooding.

We fight change, therefore we are fighting nature and her natural being and her existence
in the world that she has created by God's hand and has graciously allowed us to be a
part of .

We should welcome change and allow nature to control our destiny.

Change is uncontrollable,
Change is inevitable,
Change is the unknown.

Nature takes pride in being one of life's illusive wonders, the unknown.

Sonnet- God Is Very Just

What mortal sin, a beggar lame would do,
Denied of food and shelter, dress to wear?
He lives at the mercy of Nature too;
Diseases, problems that he cannot bear.

What mortal sins, the blind would dare to do?
They live in darkness, neglected, alone;
In vain, they try to 'see' God's Nature too,
Like you and me, for they are not of stone.

But mortal sins- the ones well-formed much do,
with intact senses, duping God and world;
Yet, Mother Nature seems to help them too;
Into the Pit of Hell, they will be hurled!
The handicapped and beggar will see God,
But not the 'Wholesome, sinful one' from clod.

Sonnet XXVII: Is Not Love Here

Is not Love here as 'tis in other climes,
And differeth it, as do the several nations?
Or hath it lost the virtue with the times,
Or in this island altereth with the fashions?
Or have our passions lesser power than theirs,
Who had less art them lively to express?
Is Nature grown less powerful in their heirs,
Or in our fathers did she more transgress?
I am sure my sighs come from a heart as true
As any man's that memory can boast,
And my respects and services to you
Equal with his that loves his mistress most.
Or nature must be partial to my cause,
Or only you do violate her laws.

Nature She Lives On Forever

We hear of and read of earthquakes, huge winds and huge floodings in the newspapers and on the radio each day
And climate change is for real and happening despite what the sceptics do say
The more money you have in such a case the more that you do stand for to lose
To none the Nature Goddess is subservient her own ways she always does choose
The signs of climate change are quite evident you see them around everywhere
The creeks and the drains are not flowing the landscape is dry, brown and bare
We do not show much respect for Nature and Nature in kind us repay
Our Earth Mother who lives forever and for each of us there is a last day,
We pollute the land, sea and sky with pollutants as if Nature to us belong
Whilst in truth we are part of Nature and in our thinking we have it wrong
Nature she will live on forever and brief enough is our time span
On average a woman by a few years is supposed for to outlive a man
But Nature she lives on forever on her never a use by date
And as for us time is our master and time for us never does wait.

A Boon Nature Is For Man!

Man has to learn great lessons from not books but Nature!
Education provides just the fundamentals and foundation,
Basing which he has to build world learning from Nature.
So, he has to go out of the portals of education to Nature!

Nature is everywhere and man is part of Nature forever!
If he enjoys animal pleasure or aesthetic pleasure or
If he intellectually explores truth or mystically enjoys bliss,
If he digs or builds using Earth, it is one and the same!

Nature is living scientific art man has to explore the truth
With his heart, mind and soul through woman, art, Nature!
Five elements of Nature like air, fire, water, land and space
Man is made up of and is everywhere he has to explore!

His exploration will help him how to transform himself to spirit
And mingle himself with the all pervading spirit of bliss in Nature!

Sonnet XXV: The Wisest Scholar

The wisest scholar of the wight most wise
By Phoebus' doom, with sugar'd sentence says,
That Virtue, if it once met with our eyes,
Strange flames of love it in our souls would raise;

But for that man with pain his truth descries,
Whiles he each thing in sense's balance weighs,
And so nor will, nor can behold those skies
Which inward sun to heroic mind displays,

Virtue of late with virtuous care to stir
Love of herself, took Stella's shape, that she
To mortal eyes might sweetly shine in her.

It is most true, for since I her did see,
Virtue's great beauty in that face I prove,
And find th'effect, for I do burn in love.

A Free Nature!

Nature cannot be tamed and controlled ever
For, Nature is for free will and love always!
All living beings of Nature and children are so;
Without freedom they cannot survive anywhere!

Nature gives all the more one takes from it;
For, Nature loves all to sustain in plenty ever!
The more harm man gives the more it balances
By the same coin immediately or later sure!

This is the trait of Nature all should know
Whether one harms or not before hand ever
As paying back for all the harms of man
Will be beyond man’s capacity to bear!

Havocs by storm, rain and floods in winter
And hottest days and droughts in summer
Are due to pollution Nature repays so here
To balance itself only to continue its free work!

A Taste For Truth!

I speak the truth I discover
In Self, world, Nature, Universe, God…
I express truth in poetry I explore
In Arts, woman and Nature.
I intellectually analyse truth I experience
In life, work, interactions, the incidences…
I philosophise over truth I observe
In experience, books, others….
I ponder over truth I notice
In experiment, observation, inference…
I infer the truth I analyse
In experiment, experience, observation….
I intellectually love truth I search for
In news, stories, articles, etc.

Leave Nature to Nature

Have you ever seen the offspring of a cross between a sheep and goat
Of the parents in the young one you can see a bit of both
With the physical appearance of a goat and sheep strange as that may appear
Born of an act of Nature and in Nature of stranger things one does hear.

And anything in Nature is never a strange thing
A cross between a starling and a myna has a pleasant song to sing
But when humans tamper with Nature 'tis there the wrong comes in
Though some with their degrees on natural science respect for their work do win.

On what happens within Nature humans should not have a say
And leave Nature to Nature she does things her own way
Some results of Nature may seem quite strange to see
But what happens within Nature happens naturally.

Humans do not tamper with Nature leave Nature to her own device
Every time we tamper with her for to pay there is some price
The mad cow disease is one example when meat and bone to cows was fed
Just one of the many bad results of humans tampering with Nature one might say enough said.

Ch 05 On Love And Youth Story 05

A schoolboy was so perfectly beautiful and sweet-voiced that the teacher, in accordance with human nature, conceived such an affection towards him that’ he often recited the following verses:

I am not so little occupied with thee, O heavenly face,
That remembrance of myself occurs to my mind.
From thy sight I am unable to withdraw my eyes
Although when I am opposite I may see that an arrow comes.

Once the boy said to him: ‘As thou strivest to direct my studies, direct also my behaviour. If thou perceivest anything reprovable in my conduct, although it may seem approvable to me, inform me thereof that I may endeavour to change it.’ He replied: ‘O boy, make that request to someone else because the eyes with which I look upon thee behold nothing but virtues.’

The ill-wishing eye, be it torn out
Sees only defects in his virtue.
But if thou possessest one virtue and seventy faults
A friend sees nothing except that virtue.

BAD? ...by talile ali

IT IS THIS TRUTH WHICH
A LOT OF PAIN AND COMFORT ARE FOUND
AND BEAR FRUIT
UPON WHICH WE MUST ALL GROW

THIS THING CALLED COMPULSION
KEEPS US TRUE TO OUR NATURE
IT IS BECAUSE OF THAT NATURE
THAT WE ARE HERE NOT UNDERSTANDING
ABSOLUTES COMPLETELY

BAD IS SO MUCH MORE
THAN JUST NOT RESPECTING THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS
IT'S COSMIC IN IT'S CALLING
AND SHAPED BY OUR DESIGNATION

Don Juans Song

The moon is in an ecstasy,
It wanes not nor can grow ;
The heavens are in a mist of love,
And deepest knowledge know :
What things in nature seem to move
Bear love as I bear love ?
And bear my pleasures so?

I bear my love as streams that bear
The sky still flow or shake :
Though deep within, too far on high.
Light blossoms kiss and wake
The waters sooner than the sky ;
And if they kiss and (lie
God made them frail to break.

OUR LIGHT SLOWLY CHANGES
AS OUR DESIRE DOES AT STAGES
ALWAYS UP AND SOMETIMES DOWN
AS WE MOVE FROM ONE LIFE TO ONE FOUND

AS WE NEED WE ARE IT ALL
AT DIFFERENT TIMES CONFUSED AND STALL
SO LITTLE THAT WE SHARE
IN OUR LIGHT JUST AIN'T SQUARE

AS WE APPEAR TO BE
TO THE OTHERS OBSERVING
COULD BE RIGHTEOUS, COULD BE BAD
WHATEVER IT IS, WE LEARN,
