The Road Of Life
As pilgrims on the road of life,
We journey on with hope,
Through the joy, and through the strife,
Our own kaleidoscope.
Seeking harmony and seeking peace,
Striving to find our way,
Wishing that, all wars may cease,
And trying hard to pray.
As pilgrims on the road of life,
We travel on with desire,
Through the joy, and through the strife,
Our destiny to acquire.
Seeking calm and seeking rest,
Striving to find a place,
Wishing that we could be blest,
With His pure heavenly grace.
As pilgrims on the road of life,
We traverse on with love,
Through the joy, and through the strife,
To our Creator, up above.

Forfeiture
Seeking love,
She lost her innocence;
Seeking security,
She lost her freedom;
Seeking passion,
She lost her honor;
Seeking solace,
She lost her sanity;
Seeking an end,
She lost her life.

Out Of Frustration
Frustration seems to fill their day, as they live life’s empty way,
Troubles coursing through their life, simply add to all that strife.
Having all they seem to want, but their life is empty to be blunt,
Empty of The Lord’s peace within, in this world marred with sin.
When they run into frustration, they know not God’s Revelation,
They have not God’s inner peace, when their trials do not cease,
Anxious hours, each day they spend, asking when will it all end,
Looking down a tunnel of night, and not seeing any hint of light.
In their world, they pack their life, with no room for Jesus Christ,
As issues of a temporal kind, fill both their heart and their mind.
When trouble comes down the road, all alone they bear the load,
Never looking to The Lord, who, through Christ, can be implored.
Besieged with life’s uncertainty, not seeking The God of Eternity,
They’ll live this earthly life alone, while their life they just bemoan.
Oh if these men could only see, The God who loves you and me,
With open arms waiting to, receive their life, to see them through.
God will send them a friend and guide, to always be by their side,
The Shepherd with staff and rod, as guide, upon this earthly sod,
A Savior, who will give them rest, no matter how severe their test,
Leading them off an earthy road, to an everlasting eternal abode.

Seeking For Happiness
Seeking for happiness we must go slowly;
The road leads not down avenues of haste;
But often gently winds through by ways lowly,
Whose hidden pleasures are serene and chaste.
Seeking for happiness we must take heed
Of simple joys that are not found in speed.
Eager for noon-time's large effulgent splendour,
Too oft we miss the beauty of the dawn,
Which tiptoes by us, evanescent, tender,
Its pure delights unrecognised till gone.
Seeking for happiness we needs must care
For all the little things that make life fair.
Dreaming of future pleasures and achievements
We must not let to-day starve at our door;
Nor wait till after losses and bereavements
Before we count the riches in our store.
Seeking for happiness we must prize this-
Not what will be, or was, but that which is.
In simple pathways hand in hand with duty
(With faith and love, too, ever at her side),
May happiness be met in all her beauty
The while we search for her both far and wide.
Seeking for happiness we find the way
Doing the things we ought to do each day.

Lover's Gifts LVIII: Things Throng and Laugh
Things throng and laugh loud in the sky; the sands and dust dance
and whirl like children. Man's mind is aroused by their shouts; his
thoughts long to be the playmates of things.
Our dreams, drifting in the stream of the vague, stretch their
arms to clutch the earth, -their efforts stiffen into bricks and
stones, and thus the city of man is built.
Voices come swarming from the past,-seeking answers from the
living moments. Beats of their wings fill the air with tremulous
shadows, and sleepless thoughts in our minds leave their nests to
take flight across the desert of dimness, in the passionate thirst
for forms. They are lampless pilgrims, seeking the shore of light,
to find themselves in things. They will be lured into poets's
rhymes, they will be housed in the towers of the town not yet
planned, they have their call to arms from the battle fields of the
future, they are bidden to join hands in the strife of peace yet
to come.

Addressing a Reality
What is that you are seeking?
'Seeking?
I'm not in a search to seek anything.
Not anymore.
When I sought my life to live,
With an acknowledgement...
I did too much of that for others,
I found what I needed.
What you observe me doing,
Is a living of my life.
And it took me a while to identify it,
As 'my' life to live.
And it may seem to you I am seeking,
Because of an excitement you see me express.
Seeking?
No.
I am addressing a reality I have found.'

My Path Of Life
It seems that I spend too much time running from my life
Avoiding every rocky road or path that might have strife
Constantly at odds with the man I was supposed to be
When I look upon that supposed man I turn around and flee
The courage of the bravest knight is what I wish I had
But at that first smell of adversity I reveal myself a cad
My reflection in the mirror is so not the man I want
A Ghost of wasted potential is quite a terrifying haunt
Let me turn back on my heels upon the darkened road
March ever forward now before my courage does erode
The Road of Life to travel on, can be a terrifying thing
Put better to walk upon it than see your life drifting
One foot in front of another leads me down the path
Shedding all my old failures that filled me so with wrath
So now it seems I spend my time walking toward my life
Trying my best to conquer this road in spite of all its strife.

Roads To Rome
All broad roads will lead to Rome, a place where many will call home,
Where mystic leaders play a part, spiritually deceiving seeking hearts.
A road that’s not paved by grace, but, every faith men must embrace,
While God’s Truth from the Cross; upon their journey, in hearts is lost.
Teachers using works and liturgy, produce a faith which men can see,
Religious pomp and circumstance, reduces salvation to mere chance.
Never resting their faith on our Lord, this salvation cannot be assured,
Building their faith upon men’s rules; their created faith is fit for fools.
Adding to the work of God’s Son, their simple faith becomes undone,
Unraveling as their faith changes for, rules of men that will not endure.
As the changes for this generation, aren’t built upon a firm foundation;
The Cross and shed blood of Christ, which leads believers to new life.
God’s Truth alone no longer saves, while they speak of men as waves,
Rolling forth from shore to shore, seeking from others, so much more,
Coming out of this sea of people, emerges a church without a steeple,
Led not, by The Author of Life, but, deceived by the spirit of Antichrist.
This will take the Emerging Church, to the darkest place of their search,
To follow a prophet they’ve yet to see, down the wrong road to eternity.
While on this road they will find, many Truths from God, are left behind,
And by neglecting Truths of His Son, their faith will be eternally undone.
Where Could I Go But To The Lord
Living below in this old sinful world
Hardly a comfort can afford
Striving alone to face temptations call
Where could I go to the lord
Where could I go where could I go
Seeking a refuge for my soul
Needing a friend to help me in the end
Where could I go to the lord
Neighbors are fun I love them everyone
We get along in sweet accord
But when I pass the chilling hand of death
Where could I go to the lord
Where could I go where could I go
Seeking a refuge for my soul
Needing a friend to help me in the end
Where could I go to the lord
Life here is grand with friends I love so well
Comfort I get from gods own word
But when my soul needs manna from above
Where could I go to the lord
Where could I go where could I go
Seeking a refuge for my soul
Needing a friend to help me in the end
Where could I go to the lord
Where could I go where could I go
Seeking a refuge for my soul
Needing a friend to help me in the end
Where could I go to the lord
Where could I go to the lord

O Pulchritudo
O Saint whose thousand shrines our feet have trod
And our eyes loved thy lamp's eternal beam,
Dim earthly radiance of the Unknown God,
Hope of the darkness, light of them that dream,
Far off, far off and faint, O glimmer on
Till we thy pilgrims from the road are gone.
O Word whose meaning every sense hath sought,
Voice of the teeming field and grassy mound,
Deep-whispering fountain of the wells of thought,
Will of the wind and soul of all sweet sound,
Far off, far off and faint, O murmur on
Till we thy pilgrims from the road are gone.

All The Pilgrims
All those married shall cheer and stride
Like the marchers of religion and gain.
Silent worshippers are like pilgrims of the night,
They never whisper or stride wrongfully
And objectionably, merely they strive.
No mind is against the pilgrims of the night
Who are not beggars of the light,
Who are some of us as well,
Who let pilgrimage be like a journey of choice
That man suffers for woman and child.
Anything in the light of the book of God
Shall be with pilgrims of choice,
Their minds are set upon life of the world beyond.

Seniors
Seniors should have a calm, peaceful life,
If they learn in their youth how to get out of the strife.
They should learn how to keep the mind open for wisdom,
That at old age they would be in God's kingdom.
Everybody have an interesting life to go through,
Use that time constantly learn how to be in others shoe.
When we understand the others ways,
We'll find understanding to our own days.
Then we'll understand where problems and illness comes
We are the creator and only we can go through the humps.
There is no place for sickness when we need pity,
We have to watch our own lifestyle to be always witty.
Always choose strength, health, peace and true happiness,
Do your best to learn and understand the road to greatness.
Nobody can help you, but you yourself,
When you know this, you'll find freedom forever from a false self.

Sometimes... Life
Sometimes…
When you are searching
For the path of honesty
Life
Makes you walk
The road
Of betrayals…
Sometimes…
When you are seeking
Truest love
Life
Makes you wear
The sandals
Of hatred…
Sometimes…
When you need
To be yourself
Life
Makes you travel
The train
Of disguises…
Sometimes…
When you long
A bullet
Life
Grants you
What you don’t require
Feathers...

Obituary
A shaken world of helpless men, seeking answers yet creating questions.Seeking life when they are constantly the reason for death.
Worshiping gods who preach love, in exchange for jihad, gods who place a race of jews above gentiles.
Seeking to free ourselves from racism and yet we spit into different faces, with gods who demand that we take the very lives they say they gave.

Dust
As we drift through life
like a speck of dust in the air
seeking out good times
in which to share
with this heart that really cares
and as we drift through the days
our hopes start to fade
seeking dreams we never made
on a road never paved
with crumbled foundations that we had laid
waiting patiently for the dust to settle
in the hope that things get better
as I sit and write this letter
in my mind I try to be clever
seldom am I ever
in this world i`m never
will this dust remain forever

Hard Road
(h. vanda / g. young)
My mama n papa told me son that youre just a fool
When I told em I was leaving home I was leaving school
So then in a couple of hours I found myself
Heading down that southbound road
With everything I owned on my back
I carried such a heavy load
And its a hard, hard road that I travel
Its a hard, hard road that I travel
Its a hard, hard road that I travel down the line
And its a hard, hard road down the line
Well I wanna tell ya friends
That its good to be a traveling man
cause Im doing what I want to
Living just the best that I can
Nobody putting rings around my neck
To put me in a pigeon hole
Ive got my dog and my radio
To listen to some rock n roll
And its a hard, hard road that I travel
Its a hard, hard road that I travel
Its a hard, hard road that I travel down the line
And its a hard, hard road down the line

The Old Wishing Well
Oh wishing well, oh wishing
Well
Will you answer me truly
If I dropp a quarter down large
Mouth
Will you answer me truly
Oh wishing well, oh wishing
Well
I want to know if my future
Look grim
Or that of a happy life ending
Will I travel the open seas
To all the exotic islands
Will I travel the world making
My imprint on life
Will I find love in mall
Or maybe my travel afar
Here I go oh wishing well
I'm eager to know my fate
Time for my wish oh wishing
Well
So
I dropped a quarter into the wishing
Well
So excited was I
It began tumble and twirl
I can see my reflection all so well
Down
This black hole that is turning
The wishing well “said to me”
Your life will be long maybe
Prosperous
You're travel the world end to
End..
Will I find my true love that
Wait's?
Well the wishing well tumble for a
Second
'And said to me'
Just dropp me a silver dollar
Than I can tell all that you
Seek..
So I ran into my house and
Went into my big jar and found
Me silver dollar
I ran back to the wishing well and
Drop that silver dollar
That old wishing well just said to me
“Thank you kindly'
But
Next time don’t believe an old
Wishing well like me
For I have grown old and ran out
Of wishes..
And wishes don't always come true..

Contemporary Freedom
I am who I am
Because of what I am
I ask for freedom from love
I ask for freedom from slavery
I ask for freedom from hunger
I ask for freedom from desire
You know and I know
That not all seeds you sow
Will eventually grow
This is contemporary poem
Seeking for freedom with my pen
I read there was an old man
Who bade farewell to his only son
At the hands of his own gun
Where his actions contemporary?
Was his anger or concern temporary?
This is contemporary poem
Seeking for freedom with my pen
Vivid imagination leads to frustration
It could trigger a chain-reaction
Hence the concept of mass-killing
Is born out of an over-reacted feeling
There is no cure or process of healing
Once death is the meal we are dealing
This is contemporary poem
Seeking for freedom with my pen
We drink with intention to forget
We drink but later on regret
And the people are walking
And the people are talking
Talking about freedom, freedom
Talking about a heavenly kingdom
Talking about their great grandfathers and their moms
Talking about freedom in any shape or form
This is contemporary poem
Seeking for freedom with my pen
And it does not make any sense
Why we always speak first in defense
And it does not make any sense
Why our passion for life despite the struggle is immense
We crave for human heroes
Those who started from zero
Their brave tales flows tremendously
So our fertile hope elongates endlessly
So when you tell a lie
Look your victim deep in the eye
Penetrate their mind
Find out what you can find
Because freedom is a lie
Because freedom is a lie
This is contemporary poem
Seeking for freedom with my pen
