An eternity to get to the right taste, smell
at last it is cooked
and in perfect state
taste and smell
to be served to the Lord
and ho my god, everybody is
enlightened, me, the angels
and of course the king
it takes almost an eternity to cook
he puts the perfect piece in his mouth
and wow his eyes almost pop out
ours too
after the 10th piece of the glory
he says he really longs for that first perfect
which melts his soul
'anymore? ' he asks
'that's the purpose of that piece, ' we say
'for perfect remembrance.

Elighten And Enlightenment
something disturbs
me about the verb
to enlighten and the
word
enlightenment:
as a kid,
-i mean when i was, ....
sometimes I am.... childish and
and unworried irresponsible....party no party gay...-
being enlightened
had to have
some connection with light...
the sun of the day's light,
the candle's light by night,
someone flashes light into your face with force,
or
someone deprive you from light so you can see it
better...
as a kid
light and enlightenment
were two identical twins....
it took me
years....
i mean decades....to figure out that
being enlightened
has nothing to do with light
(any form of photonic, electric-magnet, hi frequency vibration, and strings energy....)
a touch is is an enlightenment,
being disturbed is an enlightenment,
freeing you chest is one of the greatest personal discovery....
being nice is an enlightenment...
being a prince-

The Promise That Nothing In Us Here Is Wasted....
the next journey is when we carry nothing
although we want to carry a basket of flowers
or a a memory of love & friendship
the rule says it clearly: you carry nothing with you
we are light as air passing by a flash of images of all time spent
the past that we let go with a smile (or perhaps some sighs)
the present drips from our fingers like water from a faucet
and the future the comes with wings and light and faith
that nothing ends without any meaning at all
that somehow every inch of our existence is justified
in the shores of eternity.

Bit by bit, piece by piece
I shall put this puzzle together.
It will distract my mind
and as I find a piece
that fits, I marvel
that anything so exacting
can be so distracting.
I do not think of cares and woes.
They've taken flight for now.
I think of what is in my hand
and where it will fit somehow.
As I hesitate to finish
for then I must perform
all those perfunctory duties,
routinely as I move.
I try again to fit into this world,
fit into the groove.
