Who've Lost Our Mother...

joy, peace, stillness,
forgiveness, and understanding...
seems like it shouldnt be so hard,
what else is there that matters?
we keep looking the wrong way,
keep turning our backs on the truth.
forgetting where we came from,
with no idea where we're going!
life runs like sand through our fingers.
we race madly towards the flame.
are we moths, would be gods,
or just small children,
who've lost our mother?

The Truly Lost Ones

They cloak themselves with piety
Trying hard to gain holiness
But worship stones in Idolatry
Having no idea of God's real Presence.

You reason out that they are human
And as all men are prone to Sin
But God gave us His Word to understand
Transformation comes from within.

For Christ came to die on that Cross
That we may have mercy and forgiveness
All men have sinned and suffered loss
By His Death we gained heaven's access.

For it's by Grace we have been saved
Through Faith and not of good things we do
Religion changed all Truth God gave
And presented other gods to you.

Nuns and priests are truly the lost
Trying hard by good works to gain perfection
Denying the Truth Christ paid all that Cost
And by Him alone we receive Salvation.

'Yet to all who received Him, to those Who believed in His Name,
He gave them the power to be called children of God; children born not of natural descent not of human will, but born of God.'

Stillness Of The Night

Midnight on the hill I heard the thunder fill
The stillness of the night
It hit me like a slap, youre never comin back
From the stillness of the night
It was never black or white, neither wrong or right
Like the shadow of a full moons light
I knew wed lost the track, when I heard the lightning crack
The stillness of the night
Chorus
In the stillness of the night
Thats when well make it right
We can stop the thunder till the light
In the stillness of the night
I know you think you hear, those voices in your ear
In the stillness of the night
But Ive tried to make it clear theres nothing left to fear
Just the stillness of the night
And if you listen hard you might find the reason for your fright
Just the wind is high tonight
And the danger we must face is the anger of this race
In the stillness of the night
Chorus

Heaven sent

There is much in this world that is lost to many of us,
So much want and need with so little understanding,
A desire to strive for the stars with so little love of life,
To seek out heaven at the cost of the life we live,
The wonder of curiosity lives strong within us all,
Yet if we engage the child within life becomes simple,
For the children of man crave peace, love and safety,
In paradise the wolf lays with the lamb,
For both are filled with the spirit of existance,
Nirvana is the place where life can be lived freely,
Where we are free to grow whithout boundaries,
No longer bound by our own concept of perfection,
Yet this Utopia can only become a beautiful truth,
When we embrace the idea of peace and love for all...

Spread the love... The peace will follow...

Nothing Even Matters

Now the skies could fall
Not even if my boss should call
The world it seems so very small
'Cause nothing even matters at all

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all

See I don't need no alcohol
Your love makes me feel ten feet tall
Without it I'd go through withdrawal
'Cause nothing even matters at all

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all

These buildings could drift out to sea
Some natural catastrophe
Still there's no place I'd rather be
'Cause nothing even matters to me

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me

You're part of my identity
I sometimes have the tendency
To look at you religiously
'Cause nothing even matters to me

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me

Now you won't find me at no store
I have no time for manicures
With you it's never either or
'Cause nothing even matters no more

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more

Now my team could score
And make it to the Final Four
Just repossess my 4x4
'Cause nothing even matters no more

Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more

Darkness Dream

i dreamed...
i was lost in the night,
making my way through the trees.
small branches lashed against my face,
i could feel stone beneath my feet.
and somewhere near, but far, the sound of water.

wrapped in the stillness of night,
that has its own sounds,
its own smells.
haunted by something i couldnt define,
almost the feeling of being stalked.

i finally made my way to a moonlit clearing.
a flock of small birds rose in front of me.
in the field were children,
different colors, different languages,
all different ages...
children, playing together.

i looked closer...
and noticed their eyes...
something wrong, something odd.
a steel hard voice spoke in my ear...
'these children have never seen daylight,
and never will...'

i awakened with a start.
one word on my lips...

Lost In The Stars

(kurt weill/maxwell anderson)
Before lord God made the sea and the land
He held all the stars in the palm of his hand
And they ran through his fingers like grains of sand
And one little star fall alone
Then the lord God hunted through the wild night air
For the little dark star in the wind down there
And he stated and promised hed take special care
So it wouldnt get lost again
Now, man dont mind if the stars grow dim
And the clouds blow over and darken him
So long as the lord gods watching over him
Keeping track how it all goes on
But Ive been walking through the night and the day
Till my eyes get weary and my hair turns grey
And sometimes it seems maybe gods gone away
Forgetting the promise that we heard him say
And were lost out here in the stars
Little stars, big stars
Blowing through the night
And were lost out here in the stars
Little stars, big stars
Blowing through the night
And were lost out here in the stars

A Game We Shouldnt Play

(m&l - deris)
Do you believe in fate or chances
Design or coincidences
Would you say that all the people
Live their life for good and evil
Some have reached the end of patience
Start to play with gods creation
They know you
Control you
In a game we shouldnt play
Corrupt your heart
And make you part
Of a game we shouldnt play
We run blind
In a game we shouldnt play
Its all a game we shouldnt play
If we shall die now it will happen
If were good well come to heaven
If we shall live it will be so
End your life and youll see limbo
All is fixed and predetermined
Only time will stretch new sins
He loves you
Alarms you
Of a game we shouldnt play
He tells your heart
To stay apart
From a game we shouldnt play
We run blind
In a game we shouldnt play
Its that kind of game we shouldnt play
Manipulations on the genes
Nuclear contaminated seeds
Clone of the clone in the breeders zone
Its a game
A game we shouldnt play
We run blind
In a game we shouldnt play
Its that kind of game we shouldnt play

The dance of the wind

I

Round and round
I see her skipping dancing and turning
between lumps of sand
that blows up rejoicing, where she is turning about.

She is shaking her hips,
calls the leaves, the flowers and trees
drawing fluttering lines of sand
swishing drops out of streams.

The game gathers when she sweeps past,
stand with nostrils pointed
as worshipers, lost in her worship
while grains of sand whipping against them

and she is cheering glad,
runs past crossing them.

II

Her fresh smell permeates softly to me
in her joyful waltz
as she turns again and again cheerful around me,
she smells as gardenia and wild wormwood.

She drives clouds on as a cloak
spreads the rain like confetti just where she is going
and the ground, plants, insects and small animals rejoice
with the thunderbolts whipping the whole time,

exalting about life and the freshness that she is bringing,
on big and small drums her marriage is proclaimed,
while the flashing is everywhere around her
and she invites everybody spiritual and sinful

as guests of honour to her celebration
to get new life.

III

Her fingers stroke
soft and cool over my cheek
when she plays past me
and swings out here and there, scared that I might catch her.

Mischievously she pulls at trees and branches
sweeps spinning, twisting and turning
over the roofs of houses and buildings
like a child full of merriment the whole time translucent

and she spreads her cloak
blows the clouds closer to each other
making sure that the whole world knows
that it’s her wedding day

but when I look again
she suddenly is gone, has disappeared.

Prayer for Peace

Lord, I pray for nothing else
Just “Peace” Lord!
Peace with a dash of happiness
But, only if you please.
Otherwise, Lord I will satisfy
Myself with just peace.
I have no other wish, Lord
Other than your own abundant, enduring peace,
The peace that passeth all understanding.
Yes Lord! You knew full well
Where there is understanding
There would be peace.
So, I ask just for your peace
For peace brings with its flow
Contentment, forgiveness
Graciousness, love and happiness.
Once you anoint me with your peace
All else will follow – So
I will only pray that your peace will stay
With me today – each day!

Stillness In Time (Radio Version)

There's a stillness in time
Which I cannot define
Does your heart bleed like mine (oh does your heart, yeah)
For a place we can go
Where the troubles of our time are far away (hey, they're so far away)
And I had all my life in front of me
Now my darkness days are trouble free
There are so many wonderous things for you to see (hey)
If you find that somethings going wrong
Look around at what your running from
You can wait a thousand years in line
For that stillness in time
(oh, yeah) I found love in that way
And I'm never sad, and I'm always glad
Anything you give me today
I will, will be thankful for (yeah, yeah, yeah)
People find it hard to be strong
Cos they don't know where they're coming from (oooh)
There was nothing left to do but hang on
For that stillness in time
(There's a stillness in time
Search the spaces of my mind)
If this world is turning too fast for your head
Just remember how bad times can roll instead
Yes I have to search the spaces in my mind
For that stillness in time.
(Hey) I feel love in that way
And I'm never sad, and I'm always glad
Ooo, Anything you give me today
I will, will be thankful for
People find it hard to be strong
Cause they don't know where they're coming from
Hey, there was nothing left to do but hang on
For that stillness in time.
Ooo, I know that this is the perfect for a sort of bliss
There is no me, for the love I have will stay the same
I have been wrong if I don't know where I'm coming from
If I proceed the things that are inside of me
All of me, in front of me
Oh, see it's all around me
Said I know, said I want to find that stillness in time
Stillness in time, hey
la, la, la, la, la, lo (repeat until end)

Do Not The

do not the leaves love the tree
even as they fall...
and moths love the flame
into which they die?
and shadows in the night
love the stillness,
as they lay down to meet the dawn?
so love then is a series of deaths,
and each funeral has a face...
it is in the stillness when breath is taken,
that we learn to touch
with the eyes of body and soul!

Never Let You Go

Theres every good reason for letting you go
Shes sneaky and smoked out
And its starting to show
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you turn around our back on each other
Thats a good idea break a promise to your mother
Turn around your back on each other
You say that Ive changed
Well maybe I did
But even if I changed
Whats wrong with it
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you turn around our back on each other
Thats a good idea break a promise to your mother
Turn around your back on each other
And our friends are gone and gone
And all the time moves on and on
And all I know is its wrong its wrong
And all I know its wrong its wrong its wrong its wrong
If theres a reason its lost on me
Maybe well be friends I guess well see
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you go
I never let you turn around our back on each other
Thats a good idea break a promise to your mother
Turn around lets turn on each other
Good idea break a promise to your mother
Turn around your back on each other
Thats a good idea break a promise to your mother
Turn around your back on each other
What a good idea
I remember the stupid things the mood rings the bracelets and the beads
Nickels and dimes yours and mine did you cash in all your dreams
You dont dream for me no goodbye goodbye you dont dream for me no
But I still feel you pulse like sonar from the days in the waves
That girl is like a sunburn
I would like to say
The girl is like a sunburn
I would like to say
Shes like a sunburn
Shes like a sunburn

Smells Like Flesh

kill me with your love,
or just kill me!
i'm sick of existence
and struggle....
the flame of the candle,
does not burn my fingers.
and the roar of stillness deafens!
angels and demons cannot satisfy,
even the trees ask forgiveness.
these lips are blue with frost,
yet the grave smells like flesh!

Sorry

We used to be so very happy and we used to have so much fun
And we used to spend our time together, we were as close as anyone
I used to feel your every feeling, I was a part of your every dream
Im not saying that youve thrown me aside, but oh thats just the way that it seems
So if Ive done anything that I shouldnt have done,
Wanna say Im sorry, darling, Im so sorry
And if I said anything that I shouldnt have said, Im sorry, sorry, yeah
Now were just getting used to a brand new situation
And I found out that temptation just wont let ya do good
So we must sit down and talk and be for real to each other
Cause I dont want my love for you to be misunderstood
If Ive done anything that I shouldnt have done,/p>
Im sorry, oh baby, Im so sorry, if I said anything that I shouldnt have said
(Im sorry) Im sorry, Im sorry, oh lordy Im so sorry
(sorry) sorry, sorry, hey----(sorry), if Ive (if Ive done anything) done anything
I (that I shouldnt have done) shouldnt have done
(Im sorry) Im sorry, baby, Im sorry, (if I said anything) if i, if I said anything i
(that I shouldnt have said) shouldnt have said well Im so
(Im sorry) sorry, sorry, sorry, (if Ive done anything)
Im really, really sorry, baby, (that I shouldnt have done)
Ooh baby, Im (Im sorry) sorry, sorry, sorry, Im (if I said anything) sorry, Im sorry
(that I shouldnt have said) Im so sorry, Im sorry, sorry, really sorry

Mother! Oh Mother

Mother! oh mother!
Where are your children?
Where have they been?
Where have they lost?
Mother! oh mother
Am on you
Yet can't see you
Is you don't like me
Or you don't like us
Mother! your children
Some on edges
Many at peaks
Why are all not equal
Are all not your children?
Maa I understand you
You have lost your children
You are been polluted all over
Maa my mother
Please batter your creation
Batter and make it new
This is a humble request
From one of your children.

The Truth Teller

The Truth Teller lifts the curtain,
And shows us the people's plight;
And everything seems uncertain,
And nothing at all looks right.
Yet out of the blackness groping,
My heart finds a world in bloom;
For it somehow is fashioned for hoping,
And it cannot live in the gloom.

He tells us from border to border,
That race is warring with race;
With riot and mad disorder,
The earth is a wretched place;
And yet ere the sun is setting
I am thinking of peace, not strife;
For my heart has a way of forgetting
All things save the joy of life.

I heard in my Youth's beginning
That earth was a region of woe,
And trouble, and sorrow, and sinning:
The Truth Teller told me so.
I knew it was true, and tragic;
And I mourned over much that was wrong;
And then, by some curious magic,
The heart of me burst into song.

The years have been going, going,
A mixture of pleasure and pain;
But the Truth Teller's books are showing
That evil is on the gain.
And I know that I ought to be grieving,
And I should be too sad to sing;
But somehow I keep on believing
That life is a glorious thing.

The War for Peace!

The world that is moving fast
With its haste people
Forgetting
The moral diction and ethics
That used to be the verse of humanity
Non-violence and forgiveness are lost
Leaving chaos and bedlam to mushroom
And prosper,
What an ironic lectern
The people are walking on
For the sake of peace
Indulging themselves at the battlefield
An unending war for peace is on,
Countries muscling each-other
For they want to cater peace
Extremists brief there own reasons
For the prey,
The War for peace!
Isn’t it hypocrisy at its peak?

If God Is Real

What religion is God does anyone know,
We worship so many as they all come and go,
New ones will appear every other day,
Are they right or wrong who is to say.

We have Christians and Muslims, Jehovah's and Jews,
Buddhists and Mormons there's Sikhs and Hindus,
There are thousands of others too numerous to mention,
What is it Gods have that attracts our attention.

Every religion will try to lay claim,
Their God is supreme, while the others are lame,
When they war with each other for each person they kill,
Be it sister or brother they'll claim it's Gods will.

How can they say this are these Gods raving mad,
To create mayhem and murder is really quite sad,
Genocide is something no God would allow,
Peace and forgiveness is what the Lord would endow.

The fact of the matter is are any of us right,
We really don't know as our God's out of sight,
Do they have a gender are they female or male,
Will we ever discover that Holy Grail.

What colour are these Gods who have us under their spell,
We all claim he / she's ours yet none of us can tell,
As God's never been seen how can we be sure,
Ours is the right one which one is pure.

We won't get to meet until the day we die,
Only then will we know if God's truth or a lie,
Faith from within is what will keep us strong,
If we stay honest and true we won't go far wrong.

Religion to some is their reason for living,
To abuse that trust is so unforgiving,
Gods don't need money so where does it go,
Funding lavish lifestyles for those in the know.

To some Gods an industry, money comes easy,
Using this to make cash is really quite queasy,
But the day will come when they'll meet their maker,
Their God will distinguish the real from the faker.

The problem with humans is where there's money to be made,
They'll use any avenue they don't care who's betrayed.
If you've abused Gods trust there will be no appeal,
When you expire you'll find out,

‘' If God Is Real ‘'

November 28,2007 is the International Day of Stillness: A Poem for the day

'Stillness is my beloved teacher.
From her, I learn new things every day.'
I said to Stillness,
How can you teach me so well?

Stillness said,
By being with you always.
I said to Stillness,
How can you teach me so much?

Stillness said,
Because you have much within you;
I, but a mirror for your mind;
I, but a mirror for your heart.

I said to Stillness,
O my beloved teacher, will you
promise me you will never leave me?

Stillness said,
I cannot leave you;
though you can leave me..
but what is stillness without a companion?
I said to Stillness,
Is your work hard?

Stillness said,
I have the most wonderful task that I could wish for:
I sit with babies while they smile;
I sit with children in the classroom
as they delight to learn;

I sit with the angry and disturbed,
and watch them grow to peace;
I sit with the sad and lonely and bereaved
and watch them rediscover happiness and joy;
I sit with kings and queens and rulers
while they find wisdom and mercy;

I sit with governments and committees
while they find reason and justice;
I sit with artists and scientists,
and watch them find new things outside themselves,
and find new things within themselves;

I sit with those who pray or meditate,
as they find God in themselves;
I sit at the feet of saints
while they become perfection;

I walk in the gardens of the dawn,
I walk in the gardens of the dusk;
in the deep of the night, I watch;
I fly with birds, in the silence of the air;
I watch the animals as they explore the earth;
I listen to the growing of the trees and plants;
I listen to the opening of the flowers;

Said Stillness,
I am the friend and the companion of all;
who would not love to share my life with me?
I said to Stillness,
May I never leave you.
And Stillness looked me in the eye,
and Stillness smiled at me:
‘I am born with every creature born
to be their friend for life.’

Why the Race Hatred?

Why-Why-Why humanity is war-like?
For every little reason each other they want to strike
As in the war a grenade blow up a man's feet,
In all his life he hated all in the enemy country,
All of them he wanted to beat.

A woman had bad experience with a priest,
So, in all her miserable life she hated God, as a nonconfirmist.
The world is full with race, color, parents, even neighbor hatred,
All those foolish people destroying themselves.
Because about their own life they are agitated.

There are good and bad in every race
It is foolish to hate all, it is your own disgrace
If you hate the whole race because one did you wrong,
You'll answer with a miserable life, don't be headstrong.

So many wise teacher talked about peace and love in their teaching,
Wake up people, stop being a hypocrite, get some understanding.
See, that you are not better then anyone on this planet,
For your own sake live in peace, & respect others,
That you never should forget.
