Ballad (Bells Of Eternity)
with garbled tongues and mouths ablaze,
we walk this hallowed ground.
with angel's wings and demon's dreams,
trying to rhyme the holy sound.
into the depths of human need,
far past the touch of grasp.
the broken glass feel of the naked real,
that doesnt have to ask!
we forge our peace with weapons of war,
our gods are never satisfied.
swords converting, phallic spurting,
deciding who lives and who dies.
we drink the earth with maddened thirst,
and burn the pages of the book.
leaving smoking trails and personal hells,
for those who dare to look.
i cannot but speak, i cant go on,
the silence clutches at my breath.
to live this life in toil and strife,
to be forgotten in your death.
still glass images of the faces,
whose eyes burn but never turn.
whose hearts darkened by the angry blow,
sacred flesh that time discerns.
to be continued....

Path Of Mirrors
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
Their eyes are lost, their faces fixed like stone
They walk behind the mirrors and here they shall stay
You walk with other souls liveng, breathing, yet for them they are alone
You walk through the hall way down the path of glass
You watch as they walk on into eternity, into the dark
They walk there behind the glass,
People around you going through leaving their mark.
They walk past your reflection as if you never saw
They walk through time as if time weren’t there
They know you would never aproach them
They know you would never dare.
They walk through the glass and look straight ahead,
They know nothing lies ahead, yet they know they can not turn back,
So they walk into nothing instead,
Passing you so all you see is their back.
You pause infront of the glass looking looking past,
You know that you shall not join them you know it is not your fate
You think about the footsteps you take, wondering which shall be your last,
You walk on again only thinking of their fate
Their faces emotionless the souls so cold,
You think of how you own skin feels, so warm,
You watch as the move like action figures made from a mold,
All the same, all waiting out the storm
The storm of life, the storm of death,
You walk along side them as they walk past everyone,
They watch ahead never turning, never looking above,
They turn to noone.
You walk along beside them as they take no notice to lifes dance,
They only walk past, walk through the mirrors of fate,
Kepping one great stance,
You watch people finding their fate.
Their faces so still, alone in the world, without hope
You watch them walk on, you watch them pass
You see their unmoving faces, as they walk up the endless slope
They walk along, behind the glass.
You turn to watch as their souls move on,
You reach out your hand to touch the glass,
Only to feel the glass is gone,
You watch as your hand passes through the glass.
As you hand melts through one by one the spirits turn,
One takes your hand and pulls your arm through,
More spirits feel your presence and more turn,
They watch as you melt through.
You watch your world leave as you leave it,
You have found you fate and not you are here along with them,
They walk on as you pull your body through, leaving behind the sweater of life you knit,
You have come and joined them.
You look back at the mirror to look at your face,
And you see your eyes becoming lost,
As you enter their race,
The race that shall never end, the race through eternity, for now you are lost
You skin feels so cold you face feels so hard,
You walk with them, as one
As you emotions turn hard,
In true time you are done.
You walk with them, walk alone
They walk so close to you, yet so far away
As everything becomes an endless drone,
For now you are here to stay.

We Are Glass
We are young we can break
Watch us fall
We can take some train
Down to the sea
We are glass, we are glass
We are real you can touch
Just for now
And then say
hey you, which way is down
We are glass, we are glass
We are strong we run though
We have time
And to you Im just
One of those boys
We are glass, we are glass
We are cold
Were not supposed to cry
But its all just a thought
So here am i
We are glass, we are glass
They run fast
Impressions of the floors inviting
Stay with me, stay with me
They run past
With telephones they scream
Well would you turn all this down
Turn all this down
You are replaced you are you
And our dreams are real
And dreams are all we need
We are glass, we are glass
We slip down
And old eyes dont cry for me
Cause I doubt Im and I doubt you
And never never going to doubt
We are glass, we are glass
They run fast
Impressions of the floors inviting
Stay with me, stay with me
They run past
With telephones they scream
Well would you turn all this down
Turn all this down

The Pyro Maniac
A pyro with a flame.
Just writing your name in the sand.
Time tics by and fire after fire does not end the desire.
It's passion.
It's love.
It's a child's laughter.
Nothing left untouched.
As he makes his mark.
Personal and distant.
He's lived it.
Through the the fires eyes.
He can't help it.
He just want to watch everything burn.
Burn, Burn, Burn.
He speak to the eternal flame.
And she rise from the ashes.
Back again just the same.
Glowing so bright, so hot.
So appealing he can not ever turn away.
A obsession everyday.
No he doesn't care.
His mind is most certainly else where.
He can't help it
He just wants to watch everything burn.
Burn, Burn, Burn.
As holy body it rises from the grave.
As a scientific miracle it saves.
Staving off the cold.
Turning something into nothing.
It's just so amazing.
Captivating.
A star studded glaze.
An everlasting stare into nowhere.
Exhilarating is the feeling he gets.
Ever single time.
He can't help it.
He just wants to watch everything burn.
Burn, Burn, Burn.
He's a maniac.
No doubt it.
Completely reckless to t.
But its his divinity.
His saving grace.
His ace.
And he has a constant need to play it.
Even if someone dies.
He's not worried about it.
It off to the next.
He can't help it.
He just wants to watch everything burn.
Burn, Burn, Burn.
Yeah just burn, burn, burn, oh burn.

The Forgotten Son(Name Revised Hopefully Viewable)
Oh exiled angel,
oh the forgotten son,
please say your not the only one.
Its a sad life of loneliness we live in.
Have you given it your all?
Sacrifice after sacrifice.
Everyone has disappeared.
Oh exiled angel,
oh forgotten son,
please say your not the only one.
Dreams are broken.
Dreams are stolen.
Still you are standing here.
Holding on.
You are only so strong.
Baring your soul time after time,
just to see it fade,
lying in the wake of all those horrible mistakes.
Only true heart break is everlasting.
Oh exiled angel,
oh forgotten son,
please say your not the only one.
Not the only one.
How can this be?
A denied destiny.
Was it too much gluttony?
Was it all those stories you told were unfounded?
A lier in dire straights.
Everything is so complicated.
Oh exiled angel,
oh forgotten son,
please say your not the only one.
Your life has just begun.
Yet its already half over.
Were picking a four leaf clover.
One by one.
The leaves are gone.
Until theirs absolutely nothingness.
The black sun is what you've become.
Oh exiled angel,
oh forgotten son,
please say your not the only one.
Are you burning on the inside?
Is fire what ignites your desire?
Burn it all,
burn it all.
These thoughts run through your head.
Sometimes you feel better off dead.
Some words are best left unsaid.
Ignorance is bliss, till you reach the end of your existence.
Then you forever wonder what you missed.
It feels like another outer body experience.
Oh exiled angel,
oh forgotten son,
please say your not the only one,
not the only one.

Silence Of The Grieving
i weep...
for i cannot help but feel,
the etched lines in the starving child's face,
the fear of the soldier's conscience.
the desperate blade of the homeless,
the anger of the addict...
the hatred that is poverty,
the hopelessness of the unemployed.
the slap against the face of color,
the rage of prisons, and trailer parks.
the half naked children playing with broken glass,
the kid who cant take it anymore.
the blow against those who dare to be different,
against those who dare to be what they are.
the hardened path of the single parent,
the lostness of the child who doesnt understand.
the sound the dying make when they're alone,
the labored breath of the sleepless night.
the touch of the rain on the fallen leaf,
the silence of the grieving.
i weep...

Modern Beauty
I am the torch, she saith, and what to me
If the moth die of me? I am the flame
Of Beauty, and I burn that all may see
Beauty, and I have neither joy nor shame.
But live with that clear light of perfect fire
Which is to men the death of their desire.
I am Yseult and Helen, I have seen
Troy burn, and the most loving knight lies dead.
The world has been my mirror, time has been
My breath upon the glass; and men have said,
Age after age, in rapture and despair,
Love's poor few words, before my image there.
I live, and am immortal; in my eyes
The sorrow of the world, and on my lips
The joy of life, mingle to make me wise;
Yet now the day is darkened with eclipse:
Who is there lives for beauty? Still am I
The torch, but where's the moth that still dares die?

Past Lives
An angel came to me last night
She saw me in a different light
She showed me things I thoughht I could be
Are not a million miles away
As surely as night follows day
It follows, Im a king not a slave
It is another case of dj vu
It seems to happen everyday
It all comes back to me whatever I do
Theres always been a price to pay
Past lives, past lives
You can never put the ghost to bed
Get the feeling that you live, forever she said
Past lives, past lives
Rub my stomach while I pat my head
Get the feeling in your mind
When youre out of your head
And to the eastern side of the bay
My shadow is sailing away
Treasure possessions and money to burn
I wont be taking these with me
I hear the echos and Ive nowhere to turn
After all Im at sea
Past lives, past lives
We can anchor off the coast she said
The storm will pass and the fog will clear in your head
Past lives, past lives
You can never put the ghost to bed
Get the feeling that you live forever she said
In another world when dreams collide
To the mocking bird of faith we tied
She comes to pass but not to stay
Through the looking glass, she fades away
Welcome to the house of usher
An angel came to me last night
She sold me down the river of life

Let Us Begin
This song was first released on the one world album. it is the only album it appears on.
I am the son of a grassland farmer
Western oklahoma nineteen forty three
I always felt grateful to live in the land of the free
I gave up my father to south korea
The mind of my brother to vietnam
Now there's a banker who says i must give up my land
There are four generations of blood in this topsoil
Four generations of love on this farm
Before i give up i would gladly give up my right arm
What are we making weapons for
Why keep on feeding the war machine
We take it right out of the mouths of our babies
Take it away from the hands of the poor
Tell me, what are we making weapons for
I had a son and my son was a soldier
He was so like my father, he was so much like me
To be a good comrade was the best that he dreamed he could be
He gave up his future to revolution
His life to a battle that just can't be won
For this is not living, to live at the point of a gun
I remember the nine hundred days of leningrad
The sound of the dying, the cut of the cold
I remember the moments i prayed i would never grow old
What are we making weapons for
Why keep on feeding the war machine
We take it right out of the mouths of our babies
Take it away from the hands of the poor
Tell me, what are we making weapons for
For the first time in my life i feel like a prisoner
A slave to the ways of the powers that be
And i fear for my children, as i fear for the for the future i see
Tell me how can it be we're still fighting each other
What does it take for a people to learn
If our song is not sung as a chorus, we surely will burn
What are we making weapons for
Why keep on feeding the war machine
We take it right out of the mouths of our babies
Take it away from the hands of the poor
Tell me, what are we making weapons for
Have we forgotten
All the lives that were given
All the vows that were taken
Saying never again
Now for the first time
This could be the last time
If peace is our vision
Let us begin
Have we forgotten
All the lives that were given
All the vows that were taken
Saying never again, never again
Now for the first time
This could be the last time
If peace is our vision
Let us begin, let us begin

Walk Away
We use to walk in each other arms
It was one on one, thats what you said
Now the moon is a sliver in our eye
We stumble bleeding on this broken glass
There was too much repetition
(over and over and over again)
You know were past the point of sane
(over and over and over again)
All this broken glass you left behind
Wont let you make a clean, clean
I said walk away
Now were crossing from the sacred ground
Where we once held each other, and each others names
And the words are sparse, and we feel so profound
But babe you know all I feel, honey I feel so ashamed
Ah cause there was, there was too much repetition
Ah you know you know you know
You know were past the point of sane
Ah oh
All this broken glass we left behind
It wont let us make a clean, clean
I said walk away
Ah yeah walk away
Oh no walk away
Baby baby walk away
Ah oh
I said walk away
Walk away
Oh no walk away
Baby baby walk away
There was a time when we gave everything
And it was true babe, true enough to bleed
(true enough to bleed baby)
But now you feel that youve got nothing left
If theres nothing to lose babe
Ah babe dont you know by now
Then theres nothing to gain
Ah no walk away
Ah no walk away
Oh baby baby walk away
You know Id still hold you if I could
Its hard not to try and change try to change your mind
Im a pillar of salt and I want you to understand me
Cause honey this is the last time, its the last time
I ever look behind
Ah yeah walk away
Ah no walk away
Baby baby walk away
All right
Lets go
Ah I said walk away
Ah yeah walk away
Ah no walk away
Baby baby walk away
Ah no I said walk away
(dont you know we used to walk)
Come on now baby walk away
(in each others arms)
I said close your eyes walk away
(hand in hand)
Baby baby try to listen to me I want to tell you
(thats what you said to be baby yeah)
Now walk away
(now the moon)
Ah yeah walk away
(is a sliver in our eyes)
Try to learn to look inside walk away
(and we stumble)
Baby baby baby baby baby baby
(walking on broken glass)
I said walk away come on now baby
Walk away
I said listen to me
Walk away baby baby
Now Ive got something that I want to tell you
Walk away
Ah no walk away
Ah baby
I said youve got to know by now
Come on baby

Reason
i won't touch you
i only take a look and feast my eyes on you
i know what happens when i touch you
you turn into stone and i become fire that cannot burn you
i burn all night and day because i cannot touch you
because i won't dare
i burn all of myself without gaining from this heat
i burn myself in sleep
there is reason that this fire cannot burn
it is like you it is stone
it is the only one that i can touch
the one that now i can fully trust
this stone is cold it is very cold
look at me the burning finally stopped
look at me and if you must feel me
to your hands i am dust i am ashed

Let It Burn
So many things are hidden
A question that has no rhyme
Walking in a circle
Too many things we can't define
Wandering thoughts
Wonder what thet must mean
Mind finds no peace
The whole keeps going, can't be seen
We try to find our way out
There's no escape from a mixed up life
We keep trying to push on
Just gotta let it burn
Let it burn
We gotta keep trying to push on
Let it burn
Existence lined
With diligence it should make sense
So simple it cannot be
So empty it ends up dead
Choking
Seething
We suffocate ourselves in shame
Running from our dreams
We try to find our way out
There's no escape from a mixed up life
We keep trying to push on
Just gotta let it burn
You feel that there's no way out
That there's no refuge for you
You feel that there's no way out
That there's no end in sight
To win you've got to shine
Taste the life inside
No holding back
Past regrets can't breath
If not allowed to seize
A lifetime full of promise
Exquisite painting hides
Mistakes and first drawn lines
The colors that have run
The canvas that has turn dry
Never do
Never cry
These are the words of those
Who never had the guts to try
We try to find our way out
There's no escape from a mixed up life
We keep trying to push on
Just gotta let it burn
Let it burn
We gotta keep trying to push on
Let it burn
Time has a way of forgetting
All the times we took wrong turns
No need to keep on reliving
Ready to burn
Take a chance
Just gotta keep pushing on
No need to keep on reliving
Gotta let it burn

Judgement, And Holiness
you who would judge
from atop your virginal towers
of self assurance
who speak with the voice
of the god that your money bought,
your god of wars.
with swords of glass,
and the vengeance of
prejudicial morality
save your breath!
the lie exposes itself.
eternity doesnt stand trial
in small minded courts.
'no difference between the
sacred and the profane'
a holy man once spoke.
i proclaim every moment,
every slice of life, to be holy!
whether scriptures, a new born child,
or a mound of cow dung.
every thing that can be touched,
can be felt, can be given
is equal in holiness.
every breath of being
is a gift!

I Can Be Disastrous....
do not attempt
to wear my shirt
it may be
calamitous
do not steal my hands
it will be disastrous
for what you desire
to hold
shall turn to stone
what you kiss
shall turn into a snake
and it will bite you
as it has bitten me
many times have i suffered
escaped death like a magician
what you eat
shall turn into wind
how can you be satisfied?
you shall be in
eternal thirst and hunger
no one has the power
to fulfill your desires
or your dreams or your
queries
do not borrow my pair of
shoes
it can burn your feet
it may cut your toes
into pieces
by now you must have
wondered
how i survive all my
years
you see it is not easy
never been smooth and easy
i never lived a life like
that
and you may never believe
it
now that i am old
and shall die in any hour
of my choosing
burn everything i leave
behind
forget every memory that
i have given you
my shoes, my shirt, my hands
my mind, my dreams,
do not forget my eyes
do not be misled by its visions
burn them thoroughly and
throw all the ashes to the
far ocean
of this earth
do not fish there
it can still be disastrous.

a demon did cry oh why
why me why me why me
must it be
a demon looked down upon an
angel dead upon the ground
wings of white spread upon
this ground of death
my brother why me
oh gabriael
thee angel of serenity
no tears touch my face
you who were brother to me
yet even a demon can
feel the loss of you oh gabriel
we fight on we demons
of dispair,
with loss to feel
at the death of thee

Nicole’s Song.
I don’t know anymore
Who I am?
I'm slowly becoming less human
Do you see me?
Am I dream in your eyes,
And unscripted life that awaits you
You stand and stare at me with idols in your eyes.
Do you not see the hollow hero I am?
Taste my skin and feel my anguish burn upon your tongue
I watch you dream, afraid and frightened of changes.
Let me comfort you with a sigh of change and a kiss of despair.
Walk with me as we hold hands, the dreams become more rampant.
Lost with a despair you cannot handle you dropp in front of me begging,
I lift my hand and raise you from the ground, with a subtle whisper ‘its going to be ok’
I touch your face, and you feel me burn through you like a hot poker.
A silence falls upon the air, as I hold both your hands and the snow falls lightly on us together.
Only in our silence, do you see me for who I am.

Barefooted
walking barefooted
on broken glass....
playing a flute;
listening, listening,
for the sound of
the Lover's voice....
waiting, for the familiar
touch, for the smell
of the last rose opening
as the wings of autumn
approach.... listening,
for the sound of my own heart,
or the sound of planets evolving;
waiting for the gift of emptiness,
and the dance of flesh on flesh....
walking barefooted
on broken glass....
whispering to the stillness!

Real Life Living
Real life is walking back and dreaming
Real life is entering the picture and achieving
Real life is a fight
To fight with words for swords
And yes swords for words
Here are worlds of sores
This soaring world
Soaring low and high
Swirling to and fro
Mixing sky with dreams
Mixing eyes
Mixing creams with dyes and dies
Paints dripping and dried
Gripping pages grind
Gripping life as a vice death
And death is hate
And hates rest
We wrestle this world upon conception
'till death
And death and life are
Chasing tails
Life is real
While death is chasing tales
And death is really
A bugging issue
Real life realing death
Into sure casting fire
And dreams into life really
Killing death and real life living

Breaking Glass
Someone told me youre never gonna win
Fools paradise is where Ive always been
So I told myself Ive got a heart of stone
Not that strong I said, cant do it all alone
Tell me your dreams and Ill tell you what they mean
Cos we live, we love, we learn
You cant touch me
You cant hold me
Loving me through your window panes
But I can reach you
I can see you
Trying to hide your love away
We can be breaking glass together
Someone told me, you gotta let it go
A little weakness is strength dont ya know
So I tell myself feelin left today
I wont lose to the pain of yesterday
Tell me your dreams and Ill tell you what they mean
Cos we live, we love, we learn
(cos we live, we love, we learn)
You cant touch me
You cant hold me
Loving me through your window panes
But I can reach you
I can see you
Trying to hide your love away
We can be breaking glass together
(together, together)
I love the sound of breaking glass
(I love the sound of breaking glass)
I love the sound of breaking glass
(I love the sound of breaking glass)
I love the sound of breaking glass
(I love the sound of breaking glass)
You cant touch me
You cant hold me
I can reach you
I can see you

This Day All Gods Die
Ten thousand years into the reign of our madness
and misery from the fertile wombs of the near east born one lifestyle
and tradition like a raging storm
this brutish culture swarned across the continents and seas to pillage and rape,
with lust this eart to take,
now we stand on the brink of destruction
outside of nature stands angelic our mother culture.
we've been blindly led down darkened halls of a ravaged world deplored.
within this society lay the suffering seed.
we must dispel the falsehood and lies
and kill the gods the so desperately need
a way of life filled with grief and strife and a failing sense of mind.
for how we used to live,
how we used to thrive in the golbal community.
but now we stand alone
and struggle to fulfill the so-called destiny of humankind.
to rule this sacred eart, for what the scars are worth,
i will live as a full-sworn enemy
burn the altars upon which their dwindling faith lies.
tear the pages from their holy scriptures
(prophets speak empty words)
crucifiy their convictions
(for love of the world i stray from the selfisf path of salvation)
for with each life which turns its back on their beliefs.
the gods which make up the base of their culture cease to be.
the gifts of civilization and technology which their gods bestow are
but despair and disease gilded in fool's gold
of what does our voice sing in the chorus of distress?
this day all gods dies

Living Prayers
we who govern by living prayers,
not the kind spoken in constant dull repitition.
who find wealth in not owning, and being owned,
who see justice as governed by equality!
who believe in one race, the human race!
who remain hungry until all are fed!
who know wars to be both the sin
and the condemnation of man.
who walk in determined peace.
whose only religion be kindness...
who accept each other as we are,
without the need to convert or change!
who believe that all life is sacred,
and that the earth is hallowed ground!
who identify god in the stranger,
knowing that there be no strangers,
only brothers and sisters.
whose deepest self can be found
in the rain that falls without being asked!
we who dare to touch,
to get involved, to get dirty,
to get down in the ditch to help a neighbor.
who love without restraint,
and who give past the point of giving!
we who believe, and therefore live,
we who live and therefore believe.
dreaming to be just a part,
just a step on the path to truth!
