We are supposed to be sisters and brothers
But all we do is constantly dog one another
We are supposed to act as each others cover
But we keep at each others throat

Another fatality caused by a family feud
Charged, tried, sentenced by the jury of a brothers gun

So the boy played god, pow, he ended his world
He made a plea for temporary insanity
But left his sister insane permanently
This aint new, this stuff happens everyday
Somebody doesnt like someone so they blow them away
Too fast for reason, too quick to negotiate
Regret and sorrow happens a split second too late
Jealousy for power, greed for possession
Selfishness so you give someone a faked out impression
Speaking of which Im truly not impressed
So if seeing is believin-i dont wanna see the mess

The rivers have sung a powerful song
A song of fury
The song that echoed even in the mountain peaks
One with red flames
The rivers have kept it in its womb

Who?
Celebrities, it’s plain to see.
Rely upon publicity,
if they’re not in the public eye.
They have to strive to rectify
the situation which they see
as being ignored completely.
That’s why they pull such stupid tricks
and misbehave like lunatics.
The think the public have to be
impressed by a celebrity
Despite the fact he is a fool
who has done nothing as a rule.
Except to court publicity,
which he must do assiduously
Or disappear from public view.
Nobody cares what happens to
celebrities who used to be.
World famous but no longer are
their place usurped by some new star.
They fade into obscurity,
almost as if they’d never been.
No longer part of the Cool scene.
They’re has beens now, not wannabees
With nothing left but memories.

Mountain Peak
We came together on the highest mountain on this earth.
As years went by we separated into rivers
from the tears this mountain cried.
We all fell into different rivers flowing though
forests, rocks, and waterfalls.
No matter what season we came across
we continued flowing.
We are rivers that started in the mountains,
and rivers that separated as we went through
many waterfalls.
Sometimes we travel together,
and other times we travel alone.
Always remember that these same rivers
that travel many miles through the earth
are once again together when it reaches its final destination
the “Ocean”
So, rivers that started up high in the mountains
and then separated are united
again as a family.
