To touch your lips,
ruby red rose
is to touch the petals
of a rose that grows
soft with moisture,
dewy and wet.
They're touched by your tongue,

they glisten and shine.
And what I see

He presses it to his lips,
Bares his teeth,
And nips at the flesh.
Sweet liquid escapes his lips
