To Sleep For Love
To sleep for love,
In the bedroom;
To wake up in peace and,
To care for others.
A perfect form!
Calverley Road,
Royal Palace,
Hello Sunshine!
With neatness and cleanliness;
In glory,
In the bedroom,
Like the waterfalls,
Like the rain drops,
Like the snow falls,
But, to wake up in peace and,
To care for others.

I Want To Wake Up
I heard what you said, and I can tell you its true
I heard youve said that I am crazy about you
Turn in my sleep, the bad dream is over
Think of you and shall I ever recover?
Now, I want to wake up
How I want to wake up
I stood at the kitchen-sink, my radio played
Songs like tainted love and love is strange
As I listened and the words hit my ears
I cried sudden tears
Now, I want to wake up
How I want to wake up
Wake up
(wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up
Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up)
(its mad, its mad, its mad)
Its mad, to be in love with someone else
When youre in love with him, shes in love with me
But you know as well as I do
I can never think of anyone but you
(all my life,
All my life
I want to wake up)
Play with fire, play with guns
Its easy to impress someone
Turning in my sleep, you call me a fool
To fall in love, is it so uncool?
Now, I want to wake up
How I want to wake up
Now, I want to wake up
Wake up

Bells in the Rain
Sleep falls, with limpid drops of rain,
Upon the steep cliffs of the town.
Sleep falls; men are at peace again
While the small drops fall softly down.
The bright drops ring like bells of glass
Thinned by the wind, and lightly blown;
Sleep cannot fall on peaceful grass
So softly as it falls on stone.
Peace falls unheeded on the dead
Asleep; they have had deep peace to drink;
Upon a live man's bloody head
It falls most tenderly, I think.

Its Not Enough
(bonnie tyler/ paul hopkins/ peter oxendale)
Producer for bonnie: peter oxendale
Recorded in 1988 as a b-side for the single notes from america. lyrics taken from careful listening.
When I wake up, in the morning
And I turn around and youre not there
Oh it hurts to know youre still so far away
Though I know deep inside you still care
And I want you, ooh, really want you
Oh, anyway and anyhow
Ive waited such a long time for your sweet love
And I need you back home with me now
cause its not enough to say that you love me
And its not enough to say that you care
And its not enough when you say that you need me
If I wake up and still youre not there
And its not enough to say that you love me
Its not enough to say that you care
And its not enough when you say that you need me
If I wake up and still youre not there
Oh do you care?
Oh, please believe me, its not easy
When youre so many miles from home
Oh I need you here to hold and comfort me
Im so tired of being alone
cause its not enough to say that you love me
And its not enough to say that you care
And its not enough when you say that you need me
If I wake up and still youre not there
You gotta try to understand
That a woman like me just needs a man to love
(oh, yes she does)
I know you love me loud and clear but if youre not here
Its not enough, you know...
Its not enough to say that you love me
And its not enough to say that you care
And its not enough to say that you need me
If I wake up and still youre not there
Its not enough to say that you love me
Its not enough to say that you care
And its not enough when you say that you need me
If I wake up and still youre not there
If I wake up and still youre not there, oh
Oh no, no, no, its not enough
Oh no, no, no, its not enough

Foiled Again
Sitting up once again...In my bedroom
Shaking hand holds ugly head...In my bedroom
Wish I may wish I might...In my bedroom
Have this wish I wish tonight...In my bedroom
[Chorus:]
At night when you turn out the light, think of me, smile and feel all right
And when you lay your head down to sleep, may I be the one who fills your dreams...
Are you lying wide awake?...In your bedroom
Are you trying to fall asleep?...In your bedroom
Cuz your not thinking about me...In your bedroom
If you were you'd wish those thoughts would leave you...In your bedroom
[Chorus:]
At night when you turn out the light, you wonder what it was you thought you liked.
And you ask yourself what did you see, In an idle hollow fool like me
I'm not the one who fills my dreams...

Wake Up Dead
I sneak in my own house
Its four in the morning
I had too much to drink
Said I was out with the boys
I creep in my bedroom
I slip into bed,
I know if I wake her,
Ill wake up dead
Chorus:
I wonder, will she find out,
About the other, other lover.
Diana.
Wake up dead, you die
Wake up dead, and buried.
Wake up dead, you die
Wake up dead.

Tomorrow
wake up me wake up me tomorrow
tomorrow is my date
the harmony tomorrow will come
wait me tomorrow wait me
tomorrow is my day
tomorrow is other day
and other fate
the light is an other light an other life
obscure but fair
for us with love
tomorrow is hope
tomorrow is heal
so call me tomorrow
still today is not gone
tomorrow is not came
but for sure the darkness will fade
and the day of tomorrow will come
the day of the freeman with faith
the day of praying with love will come
at the hill of Jerusalem tomorrow
with love
with care
for all tomorrow will come with peace
then for long in peace
in peace
in peace
in peace....

I Don't Care
I don't care where I live my life
As long as I have you,
I don't care where my home is
As long as there is us two,
I don't care if we live in a house
Or in a mansion, or even a cave,
I just want you at my side
Where together, forever we will stay,
I don't care to count out my money
Every nickel, penny, quarter or dime,
I don't care to spend all of our money
On our place that is yours and mine,
I don't care if the nights are cold
At the place that we will call home.
I don't care if the days are hot
As long as I have you and I am not alone,
I don't care what country we are in
Or where finally we will lay our roots,
I don't care what language me might speak
As long as I can still say I love you,
I don't care where I sleep at night
Whether it be a hut, or cabin, tent or igloo,
I don't care where I wake up in the morning
As long as I wake up next to you,
I don't care if we have one room
At the place that we will spend our life,
I don't care what people might ever say
All I care is to have you as my wife.

Sonnet-A New Year's Sonnet
Wake up; Wake up, for a New Year is born!
Spring-time has come and the Oak has acorn;
Wake up; Wake up, for the sweet songs of Birds;
They twitter and chatter, flying in hordes.
Wake up; Wake up, for the meadow is green;
The landscape is so bright, lively, serene;
Wake up; Wake up, for the tall grass in dance,
To the tune of the Wind, marching perchance.
Wake up; Wake up, for the gorgeous flowers,
Have blossom'd after the Spring-time showers;
Wake up; Wake up, for the Sun has come out;
’Tis warm day indeed for running about.
Wake up; Wake up, for the weather is fine;
’Tis time you made peace with neighbours with wine

Haunting
Sleep is an enemy these days
I sleep, I wake, I sleep, I wake
I look outside the window at the night
Sometimes I have such dreams
as vivid as the day, at other times
the dreams, they stay away.
It was a night of vivid dreams
I heard a noise downstairs, someone shuffling, rustling
I called, "Is someone there? "
Footsteps coming closer, passing by my door.
I heard the bathroom being used
and I called out some more.
The bedroom door creaked open,
she moved across the room, her face was so familiar
but I screamed and off she flew.
The face I saw was tired miserable and worn.
She seemed to be quite harmless
but still I was concerned
and later on that morning
as the sun rose in the sky, I realised who she was
and I breathed a heavy sigh.
The lady in my bedroom
was someone I knew well. It was me you see dear reader,
it seems I haunt myself

My mother said it was simple to keep a man, you must be a maid in the living room, a cook in the kitchen and a whore in the bedroom. I said I'd hire the other two and take care of the bedroom bit.

I Know Your There
WHEN I WAKE IN THE MORNING
I FEEL THE MORNING AIR
I SEE THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE
BABY I KNOW YOUR THERE
I WALK INTO THE BEDROOM
AND SEE YOUR LITTLE BEAR
MY EYES THEY FIL WITH TEARS
BABY I KNOW YOUR THERE
I THINK BACK ON MEMORIES
ME AND YOU GOT TO SHARE
MY HEART IT ACHES WITH SADNESS
BABY I KNOW YOUR THERE
I WONDER WHAT COLOUR EYES YOU HAD
AND ALSO WHAT COLOUR HAIR
I FEEL A BREEZE AROUND ME
BABY I KNOW YOUR THERE
SO LITTLE MAN IF YOU HERE ME
PLEASE ALWAYS KNOW I CARE
I LOVE YOU AND I MISS YOU
BUT BABY I KNOW YOUR THERE

It's A Natural Thing!
It's a natural thing!
Love, peace and care;
It's a normal thing!
Love, peace and care;
It's a way of life!
Love, peace and care;
It's the way we should live in unity!
Love, peace and care;
But, how can you top perfection?

Wake Up
Wake up
Wake up
Wake up from your slumber
For strength belongs to
He who put himself together
Never look down
But carry your crown
Arise and shine
For at the end of every rain
Comes the sunshine
Yesterday and today
Are not the same
Today is sadness
Tomorrow comes happiness
It is not the fall
But how you rise again
Wake up from the pain
For time wasted
Can never be gained again
Wake up
Wake up
Wake up from your slumber

Pearly Drops
Pearly drops,
Rain drops,
Snow falls,
Waterfalls!
To catch what you want and,
To get what you desire;
With, wither!
Day,
Daydream,
Thoughts of daydream;
But, left alone in the race.

The Song of bangle seller
The Song of bangle seller
He sings in all nights to his crying son
to sleep with smile and to forget his mother
Though he is a poor bangle seller
his poem will be too high and luxury
There he compares his son as a prince of his empire and
he leaves his son with the angles to take care
Many plates of royal food will be waiting for him but
his prince Plays with them to his fun
His princess will be from that heaven and
She will bring moon and stars as her gift to that life
River from the Himalayas will come
to wash his palace and his dishes
Rain will shower milk to their bath and
Clouds will come to wipe his wet
Breeze will serve as his maiden to blow air
There his son will smile as Prince of the world
Sun will come and raise him from the bed and
Larks will play wakening notes to his wake up
There he stops his poem and goes
to have his own meal from his broken pot
He saw his sleeping son from that corner and
Pleasingly went to his bed with peace

Love in the Afternoon
I wake up in the night our bed is an ocean I feel starkly alone
and reach out to feel your presence. An empty space, I panic
switch on the bedside light and call your name.
You have been to the loo, ok, tell me not to fuzz, lie down and
squeeze my hand. I switch off the bedside light and the night
continues as you gently snore, it is your silence I fear.
Dawn I wake up and count the beams on the bedroom ceiling,
eight it’s always eight. And it worries me if I should live longer
then you and only count seven bedroom beams

What is Peace? ?
What is peace? ?
Peace is when you care for others,
Peace is when there is no violence in the world,
Peace is much more powerful then evil,
Peace is easily found when you give others what you desire,
Peace is the answer to all the wars in the world,
Peace is when there is unity among all the people,
Peace is when your soul can rest,
Peace is when there is hope of good above,
Peace is when there is love for others,
Peace is when there is acceptance in the world,
Peace is bringing joy to the world,
Peace is in helping others
This is what Peace is,
This and much more!

Live In Peace
Let us love the world and live in peace,
Let us love one another and take care of the earth;
For hatred had led to the bombs around us,
And that will not lead us in perfect peace, joy, love and care.

The Sidewinder Sleep Tonight
This here is the place I will be staying.
There isn't a number. You can call the pay phone.
Let it ring a long, long, long, long time.
If I don't pick up, hang up, call back, let it ring some more.
If I don't pick up, pick up... The sidewinder sleeps, sleeps, sleeps in a coil
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
There are scratches all around the coin slot
like a heartbeat, baby trying to wake up,
but this machine can only swallow money.
You can't lay a patch by computer design.
It's just a lot of stupid, stupid signs.
Tell her,
tell her she can kiss my ass, then laugh and say that you were only kidding.
That way she'll know that it's really, really, really, really me.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Baby, instant soup doesn't really grab me.
Today I need something more sub-sub-sub-substantial.
A can of beans or blackeyed peas, some Nescafe and ice,
a candy bar, a falling star, or a reading of Doctor Seuss;
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
The cat in the hat came back, wrecked a lot of havoc on the way,
always had a smile and a reason to pretend.
But their world has flat backgrounds and little need to sleep but to dream.
The sidewinder sleeps on his back.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
I can always sleep standing up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
I can always sleep standing up. Call me when you try to wake her.
Call me when you try to wake her up. Call me when you try to wake her.
I can always sleep standing up. Call me when you try to wake her.
I can always sleep standing up. Call me when you try to wake her.

Some Days
Some days are good,
some days are bad,
and some are in between.
We never know which day we’ll have,
until the hidden dice is rolled.
One morning we wake to sunshine,
one morning we wake to rain,
some we wake to be a bit of both.
However, whatever we wake up to,
just be thankful that we wake up.
